Meanwhile in a cave down below, Anna and Olaf had received Elsa and Brooklyn's message revealing the truth about the past which really broke Anna seeing her Grandfather doing something horrific that way.

"The dam wasn't a gift of peace, it was a trick…" Anna whispered. Olaf's face fell. "But that goes against everything Arendelle stands for," He pointed out.

Anna nodded. "It does, doesn't it?" She thought for a moment, then had another sad look on her face. "I know how to free the forest," She then revealed. "I know what we have to do, to set things right."

Olaf tilted his head. "Why do you say that so sadly?"

Anna sighed. "We have to break the dam," She stated. "But, Arendelle will be flooded," Olaf gasped.

"That's why everyone was forced out to protect them from what has to be done," Anna murured. Olaf glanced down sadly at the thought.

"Oh. Are you ok?" The snowman asked. Anna smiled, but was still sad. "I could really use a bright side, Olaf."

The snowman thought for a moment. "Uh, turtles can breathe through their butts? And… I see a way out!" He pointed at the cave where Elsa had sent the message, Anna feeling happy again. "I knew I can count on you. Come on." She took his hand, the two going on their way.

"Elsa and Brooklyn are probably on their way back right now. We can meet them and— Olaf?" Anna turned, eyes widening when seeing Olaf starting to flurry.

Olaf looked about at himself. "I'm… flurrying? Wait, no, that's not it. I'm flurrying, away. The magic in me is fading."

Anna shook her head in denial. "What?" Olaf looked worried. "I don't think Elsa and Brooklyn are ok. I think… they may have gone too far," He revealed, Anna shaking. "No… no."

Olaf then smiled sadly now. "Anna, I'm sorry. You're gonna have to do this next part on your own, ok?" Anna coaxed him into her arms. "Wait, come here. I've got you."

She held him tight while he kept flurrying. "That's good." Olaf sighed. "Hey, Anna. I just thought of one thing that's permanent."

"What is that?" Anna asked.

"Love." Olaf said. Anna hugged him tight more. "Warm hugs?"

Olaf sighed more. "I like warm hugs…" Anna sniffled, hugging him as much as possible until soon, he was gone. The flurry of what remained of Olaf blew out of the caves, forming a small pile with a flower on it. The fire spirit saw, squeaking sadly, curling up.

Anna trembles in the darkness, unsure what to do now that her sister, guardian, and friend Olaf were all gone. Then, suddenly, a small spark arose inside.

She stood, singing a small song of hope for herself, feeling a little weak but managing to stand up, moving her way out of the dark chasm.

Brooklyn entered her head, Anna sniffling and wiping her eyes at the thought of him being dead and away from his family from Manhattan, seeing the light before her, now singing out her last line of how nothing will ever be the same.

"Now… to… do the next right thing…" Anna murmured under her breath, finishing her song, knowing that she had to destroy the dam to set things right between Arendelle and the Northuldra. Narrowing her eyes, Anna ran down to where the rock giants were resting in the river.

Anna took a deep breath before she began to scream. "WAKE UP!" They didn't stir, and Anna yelled louder. "WAKE UP!"

That did it; the earth giant before her grunted, its eyes opening and spotting the human before him. But he also accidentally knocked against another giant, irking the both of them.

Anna swallowed, turning to lead them. "That's right, come on! Follow me!" She ran as much as possible, the giants roaring at her. Though she knew it would be impossible to have them follow her without being crushed. When she was nearly trampled, someone grabbed her arm. It was Kristoff!

"Kristoff!" Anna sobbed, burying her face into his chest. "I'm here. What do you need?" Kristoff asked. Anna narrowed her eyes. "To get to the dam!" Kristoff nodded. "You got it!"

He began having Sven lead the giants this time who kept throwing their boulders Mattias and his guards had noticed, going down to the dam to defend it from the Earth Giants. They reached the cliff and Anna jumped off Sven.

"Help me up!" Kristoff pushed her up the cliffside. "I'll meet you on the other side!" Anna nodded, but when she made it up, she was face to face with the guards.

"Your highness, what are you doing?" Mattias asked in disbelief. Anna narrowed her eyes.

"The dam must fall. It is the only way to break the mist and free the forest," Anna explained, though Mattias didn't buy it at first.

"But we've sworn to protect Arendelle at all costs!" The man stated firmly. Anna shook her head. "Arendelle won't have a future until we make this right! King Runeard betrayed everyone!"

That made Mattias's eyes soften slightly from hearing the truth, lowering his sword. "H-How do you know that?"

Anna sighed. "My sister and our guardian gave their lives for the truth," she said sadly. Mattias remembered that gargoyle having been in love with Elsa, now having died with her. "Please… before we lose anyone else," Anna begged pleadingly.

Mattias narrowed his eyes now. He raised his sword. Anna tensed but then he banged it against his shield along with the other guards, calling out to the giants. The giants turned, growling, throwing more boulders.

Anna ran across the bridge. "DESTROY THE DAM! COME ON! THROW YOUR BOULDERS!" She shrieked. The Giants acknowledged her words, throwing them then, Anna gasping when it slammed against the bridge.

She tried running for the other side but another boulder cut her off, forcing her to run back, nearly falling off until Mattias caught her hand. "I got her!" He shouted, Kristoff reaching as well. "Anna!" He pulled her into a hug, while the water burst out of the dam wall to flood Arendelle.

The spirit's symbols appeared in the sky who were pleased at what had happened. Gale whistled, going now to find its hoast, Brooklyn.

In Ahtohallan once the dam broke; it caused the ice statues of Elsa and Brooklyn to break at last.

Brook gave a loud gasp of pain and exhaustion, the floor cracking beneath them both, falling and being separated.

Before he hit the water Gale caught Brooklyn in its windy embrace while Elsa splashed into the water for the Water Spirit to get her. Gale flew Brooklyn out of Ahtohallan, close to Arendelle. It landed him on the side of the river far from the castle.

Groaning, Brooklyn opened his eyes, wondering where he was. Then he saw Elsa wasn't there with him, and heard the rushing and rumbling of the waters from the forest.

"ELSA!" Brook cried out in fear at the water hitting his new home, ears flat on his face, unsure what to do now, kneeling on the ground, tears pouring down his face at the idea of the castle being destroyed just because of them finding out the truth about what happened.

But then a whistle of wind reached his ears. Brooklyn looked up, eyes red from crying, leaves blowing around his body. He knew it to be the Wind Spirit. But what did it want?

To his shock, rubbing his eyes, Brooklyn watched Gale's leaves form some words in the air. Will you help? He nodded desperately. "Yes! I'd do anything! I don't want the discovery of the truth to be in vain!" The red gargoyle sobbed, more tears coming down.

Gale chittered again as more words came in its leaves. Then invite me…

At first Brook didn't understand until he remembered Honeymaren's story of how the Wind Spirit was looking for a host. Was it really him? Slowly, he nodded, closing his eyes, the water rumbling growing louder. The wind spirit chittered, sending itself into Brooklyn's heart. He gasped aloud, his eyes glowing green, his hair blowing in a gust of high wind.

Once it was done, Brooklyn felt his body which seemed fine. Waving his hand however, wind shot out of it. An idea came, making him smile a little bit, turning his gaze towards the tsunami. Glaring, Brooklyn raised his wings, ready to glide over. But surprisingly, Gale lifted up his wings and caused him to start flying like any other normal flying creature like birds and bats.

Brook yelped out from this boost of flying but welcomed it, flying as fast as possible towards the edge of the Kingdom, landing and bracing himself to stop the tsunami.

Raising his hands; Brooklyn's eyes glowed green once more when sending a large blow of wind at the waves. He gritted his teeth in determination, struggling to keep the wave at bay. But inside he knew he was still weak from being frozen for a while, legs stumbling under the pressure from the water, sweat on his forehead.

"Ugh… stop!" Brooklyn shouted in vain though he knew the water wouldn't hear his voice, until a harsh whinny echoed in the air. Gazing out on top of the wave, Brook gave a huge smile when it was revealed to be his girlfriend Elsa riding the water spirit again.

His strength gave out at that moment right as Elsa joined nearby, vision fading away as she caught him, placing him on the Spirit's back, sending her ice at the water to stop it for good, the townspeople with Pabbie watching from afar. A smile appeared on the troll's face, knowing Elsa and Brooklyn were able to fulfill their destinies.

Elsa rode across the ocean to return back to her sister and the forest, Brooklyn held in her arms, still quite unconscious but seeming to be waking up.

Brooklyn groaned again, hating for passing out twice in one day, eyes opening weakly only to see his beautiful girl above him, Elsa. She smiled at him gently. "Hello, my love," Elsa said softly, putting one hand on his cheek, making Brook grin weakly back.

"The wind spirit… picked me Elsa…" the beaked male said softly. Elsa gasped in surprise but soon smiled once more, glad Gale now has a new body host. "Let's give Anna a little surprise," She said teasingly, Brooklyn nodding, glad to rest for a while.

….

Anna soon from the distance of the ocean spotted what looked like the water spirit galloping over towards to shore. She put a hand over her eyebrows, trying to see who was on the horse.

Instantly; she recognized them. Tears fell down her face, making small gasp noises of relief when seeing Elsa and Brooklyn on the water spirit, climbing down the hillside to join up with them.

Elsa guided the spirit up to the beach, Brooklyn having managed to gain his strength back on the way there and was able to get off the spirit himself, spotting Anna from afar with happiness in his eyes.

The water spirit returned to the surface, Elsa stepping off last in her new fifth spirit dress.

Anna's eyes overflowed with tears. "Hey, Anna!" Brooklyn grinned, his own heart feeling achy at seeing her again. She instantly gave both him and Elsa a hug, Brooklyn holding her in his wings tight, having missed her greatly. "I thought I lost you two!" She wailed.

Elsa shook her head. "Lost me? You saved us. And Anna, Arendelle did not fall."

Anna took deep breaths. "It didn't?"

Brooklyn shook his head too, gesturing to Elsa to continue. "The spirits agreed; Arendelle deserves to stand with you. As their queen," She offered.

"M-me?" Anna gasped a loud, Brook inclined his head. "You did what was right for everyone. And thanks to you; the wind spirit managed to find its host."

Anna didn't know what he meant until Brooklyn caused a breeze to blow around her, lifting Anna slightly into the air. "You're… the wind spirit now?" Brooklyn mostly smiled, hints of a blush on his cheeks. "Suppose I am."

"And did you find the fifth spirit?" Anna continued, the young couple glanced at each other knowingly. "Elsa. She's the fifth spirit," Brooklyn revealed as well.

"A bridge that has two sides. And mother had two daughters," Elsa added in. "All three of us did it together. Brooklyn stalled the waves so I would have time to stop it," She finished, looking at him proudly. Brooklyn shuffled his feet awkwardly from the praise. "And we all will continue to do this side by side."

Kristoff saw the two of them with a smile, coming down too. "Elsa! Brook! You're ok!" Brooklyn grinned back at him. "Hey, Kristoff!"

Kristoff studied her outfit and hair. "You look different. Did you cut your hair or something?" Anna giggled, Elsa rolling her eyes. "Or something." Brooklyn said.

But then Brooklyn closed his eyes, Gale fluttering inside him, as he next gave Elsa a knowing look. "Anna? I want to ask you one favor," Elsa said seriously.

"Ok?" Anna replied.

"Do you want to build a snowman?" Elsa next said that classic phrase, Brooklyn smiling at the idea of getting Olaf back. He and Elsa used their powers to call over the pile of snow that used to be Olaf, which began to make his form.

"Thank goodness water has memory," Elsa assured, Brooklyn agreeing though deep down he wondered if it could be possible to bring humans and gargoyles back from death with this knowledge since the both of them were made of water.

Anna brought out the items to use to make Olaf, and put in his carrot nose. Brooklyn watched his eyes open, giggling to himself. "Anna? Elsa? Brooklyn! And Kristoff and Sven!"

"Good to see you back, Olaf," Brooklyn greeted, petting his snowy head, the group going into a group hug together. "You all came back!" He sobbed. "But… we're done, right? Or is this 'putting us in mortal danger' situation going to be a regular thing?"

Elsa chuckled. "No, we're done." Brooklyn agreed on that but still wanted to get home soon. "Don't forget of getting me back to my clan," He reminded her. Elsa nodded. "We will," She assured. "Once we have our wedding!"

Brooklyn gulped, swallowing, but then he began to kneel down while Kristoff proposed to Anna too. "Elsa, you're strong and beautiful, and deserving to have someone to life the rest of your life with. I vow to protect you. Will… you be my mate?" He pleaded, holding her hands.

Elsa's tears fell from his touching words, Anna crying too at her proposal. "Oh yes! Yes!" She tackled Brooklyn, giving him the biggest kiss, caressing his cheek. Brooklyn kissed her back, glad to have finally proposed to the girl he loved, gargoyle or human, and relieved that the dangers were now all passed.
