The Enterprise is ordered to run a mercy mission to Chiron. They bring with them Alana, for reasons unknown. Data takes a liking to her. Crappy summary is crappy. Worse story is worse. Rewrote the first chapter.

Sequel to "Avalonians and Questors." As a long-missing starship returns to the Federation, the Borg attack Earth, forcing the USS Enterprise to go into the past to ensure First Contact occurs between Terrans and Vulcans. And help revive a long-lost hero.
