Bardock, bloodied and bruised, flew and maneuvered around his son's attacks which was easier said than done. He was in his Super Saiyan 2 form holding back in order to not hurt his son. Saiyans usually kept their normal speed when entering the Great Ape stage but this was the first time he saw anyone go super saiyan while in the ape form. He then flew up to get to higher ground but then Raditz disappeared and reappeared in the direction he was going and slammed a giant fist onto his head sending him crashing in to the ground.

Raditz cackled. "Your end has come Father. Prepare to join Mother in hell."

At this Bardock was angered. "You know damn well she isn't down there!

"You're right then burn in hell alone!" He shot a large purple blast from his mouth. Bardock wanted to turn Super Saiyan 3 but his body couldn't due to the damage he took to his body. All he could do is cross his arms and tank the blast. Suddenly two people appeared right in front of him with their arms outstretched. Gohan and Future Trunks created a large barrier blocking the large beam of energy and causing an explosion.

When the smoke cleared Raditz saw the two saiyans and grinned.

"Well if it isn't my little nephew all grown up."

"Hello Uncle Raditz. It's been a long time."

"I'll say it is. The last time I saw you I could pick you up with one hand. Plus you couldn't shut up from all your crying but I am interested just how powerful you've become-" Raditz suddenly felt a huge amount of pain from his behind. He turned to see Inuyasha grinning with Goten lifting him up with by his left arm and with Tetsusaiga in his right hand. He looked further down to see his tail had been cut and was now falling down. Raditz began to decrease in size and turn back to his normal Super Saiyan form.

"You worms!" he cried as he shot an energy blast at them but Gohan flew and deflected the blast away from them.

"You want to see how strong I became? Let me show you then!" Gohan powered up and flew towards Raditz and landed a heavy punch into his stomach. Saliva began running down his mouth from the blow. Gohan then clasped his Hands together and smacked his uncle across the head making him crash into the floor leaving a hole.

"It was a good thing we made a plan before we got here," Kagome said as she and the others caught up with them.

"Here take a senzu bean,"said Future trunks handing one to Bardock. He instantly felt better and once Gohan, Goten,and Inuyasha landed on the ground Goten ran to him.

"Are you okay Grandpa?"

"Of course I am kiddo,"he said smiling picking him up. "You don't need to worry about me."

"I don't get it. Why didn't you use the third form of Super Saiyan?" Gohan asked.

Bardock was silent for a few moments and replied "Because I didn't want to kill my son."

Gohan then realized that Raditz was also a son of Bardock. He completely forgot especially since he hadn't seen him in many years. Speaking of Which He felt Raditz's presence and turned around to see him emerging from the hole with with blood and scratches. Four of them readied themselves with Kagome, Miroku, Trunks and Sango did the same. Bardock then raised hand for them to stand down and walked towards Raditz.

"Son it's over. Now tell me what's really going on."

Raditz anger boiled as he clenched his wounded body. "As I said before. You have always cared more for Kakarrot than me. I was always looked down upon by Vegeta, Nappa, and all the other Elites but to think my own father would do this to me as well. I know we Saiyans aren't known for things like love but at least I thought you held me in high regard just like you did Kakarrot.

"I said it before Raditz. I only acknowledged Kakarrot when I had a vison he was going to defeat Frieza." Bardock then looked at his hand. "After my mind was free from the mask I realized...our race is sick. We take pleasure in the slaughter of innocents and enjoy cruelty even when it's towards our own children." The others looked on sympathetically while he went on.

"I don't know why we were like this but all I can say is I'm so sorry. I'm sorry for being a horrible father to you and your brother and I truly hope you could forgive me but if you can't and the only way you can be happy is to kill me...then do it." Everyone gave off a shocked expression including Raditz."

"Now hold on for a second!"Inuyasha yelledraising his sword.

"Enough Inuyasha! This is between a father and a son." Bardock powered down and held up his arms exposing his chest and smiled. Raditz raised his hand and a blue white ball of energy appeared in his palm and he pointed it at his father.

He gritted his teeth and asked, "Do you have any final words?"

Bardock then said something no Saiyan born and raised o Planet Vegeta has ever told their children in the past. "I love you Raditz. Both you and Kakarrot." A large blast shout out of Raditz hand causing the people closes to raditz to make a move until suddenly it missed him causing ot to hit and explode into a forest.

Raditz then crumpled to his knees with tears in his eyes. Everyone was dumbfounded especially Gohan. The man who shouted at him to stop crying was now sobbing. Gohan's look then turned to that of sympathy as Bardock walked towards his son and put his hand on his head. He himself then walked toward his uncle causing him to look up. He held out his hand and said "I forgive you Uncle." Raditz was surprised since he never even apologized for kidnapping Gohan as a child and then he smiled and took his hand. Kagome and Sango also had tears of happiness welling up and streaming down their faces. Goten shyly came and introduced himself to Raditz in which he commented how he looked like Goku. It seemed like a beautiful family reunion... until a voice was heard.

"Pitiful." A purple beam precisely shot Raditz in the chest causing him to cough up blood. Everyone looked up to see Towa with her staff pointed at them.

"It's Towa!" Miroku cried.

"It was a perfect plan having one of Barock's sons come to kill him. I knew Bardock would hold back but never did I imagine he would offer to sacrifice t himself. But then that pathetic Saiyan decided to change allegiances at the last second." Raditz collapsed into his Bardock's arms with shock visible on his face.

"Trunks give him a senzu bean!"Gohan shouted.

"We're all out!" He cried.

Bardock turned to his dying son with shock still on his face

"Father...I'm...sorry."

Raditz's body shook and fell still. He felt his son's face grow cold. Instantly Bardock had images in his mind of his old friends that were killed by Frieza's men. Suddenly tears began to fall down his face which should've surprised a Sayan but he didn't care. He closed his son's eyes and took some of the blood that ran from his mouth and wiped it onto the already bloodstained headband he wore in honor of his friend Tora. Now he had the memory of both Tora and Raditz on him.

"Gohan..."

"Yeah."

"I want you to take your uncle's body and dig a grave. Let it be marked and protected."

"Yes sir."

"As for me..."He turned to Towa, "I will show this witch what TRUE SAIYAN RAGE IS!"
