Authors note: This is my first fanfic, so if it's bad then I don't care. In order to make a good fanfic, you need to have the courage to make a bad one first. Takes place after the dream no more ending. In this AU, Ghost acquired a mind and a will after defeating the radiance.

Ghost couldn't feel a thing, he couldn't see a thing, it was the abyss but darker. "Where am I?" he thought. Ghost couldn't remember how he got here; all he could remember was the fact that he just did something important before he came here.

"What is this place? It can't be the abyss, not even the abyss is this dark." He was confused, he certainly wasn't in Hallownest anymore, "But that isn't possible, the land outside Hallownest is just wasteland, the land outside Hallownest doesn't even exist! Where in the name of the pale king am I?!" Ghost was panicking now, he didn't know anything about the place he was in, and he had studied every possible thing there is to Hallownest and its history, no tablets or scrolls mentioned anything about this.

Suddenly, there was a screech, and a bright became visible, Ghost whipped around to see a familiar moth-like creature screaming. And they looked and sounded horrified.
"WHERE AM I?! WHAT IS THIS PLACE?! WHY IS THERE NO LIGHT?!" The Radiance screamed as she covered her face with her tentacle-like wings. "GET ME OUT OF HERE! I HATE THIS!" The Radiance screamed while having a glowing orange liquid coming out of her face.

"Wait, is she… Is she CRYING?! The Radiance can CRY?!" Ghost thought. "Well, I hope she's in agony, it's the least she deserves for all the things she did, all the bugs she infected."

Suddenly, The Radiance whipped around and made eye contact with Ghost. "GET AWAY FROM ME!" She screamed "I DONT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE YOU DEMON BUT STAY AWAY! YOU HEAR ME?! DON'T COME ANYWHERE NEAR ME!" The Radiance roared.

"Oh, she's scared of me." Ghost thought. "As she should be." Ghost decided to mess with The Radiance and started to drift towards her. And as he was doing so, she looked more and more terrified.

"I SAID STAY BACK!" She roared. "DO YOU HEAR ME YOU MISTAKE OF NATURE?! I SAID STAY BACK" "You stupid pathetic fool." Ghost thought "I'm going to kill you all over again."

Kill

Ghost stopped after thinking that word, kill, he had killed The Radiance, and he was here with her.
"No… It can't be… I can't be…Dead?" Ghost Thought horrified. "Well, at least my name makes a little more sense, but spending eternity with HER?! What did I do to deserve this?! I want to leave! I want to leave NOW!"

As though he had complete control of the universe, a bright light enveloped Ghost as he started to feel numb all over. "WHAT'S HAPPENING?! WHAT'S GOING ON?! AND WHY Do I feel… so… tired…?" Ghost thought as he faded in and out of span consciousness.

"YES! LEAVE YOU DEMONIC HORRIBLE THING!" The Radiance screamed. "LEAVE ME FOREVER AND NEVER COME BACK!"

Ghost felt like he was falling, he heard wind rushing through his ears as light blue filled his vision. "Wait…Am I falling?… if so, from where?" He thought. "Is that blue lake? No… blue lake isn't that big… so what is it?"

Ghost turned upside down and saw a big yellow thing hurdling towards him at an incredibly fast rate.
"Wait, is that the ground?" That was the last thing ghost thought before he hit the weird powder like ground.

"The last thing he saw before he fell unconscious was a big scale covered thing with big wings.
