He picked up the dishes are started to wash them. If the Ninja were coming back then Lloyd might as well act like he was doing something useful. The door opened and someone walked in.
"Hello Zane." He said coldly, not bothering to turn around.
"Hello Lloyd. I came to apologise for my previous actions. It was not right to leave you here. I'm sorry."
Lloyd smiled to himself.
"Really? You are?"
"Yes! Now please join us at the festival. It has been so much fun."
"…I don't know Zane." Lloyd put on a fake sad voice. "I just- I don't want to talk to Kai at the moment. Or anyone really. Do you mind leaving me? I've got some stuff to do."
"Yes of course, though I think you would enjoy the festival."
"Please don't say anything to the others. I don't want to hurt them." Zane nodded and left the room, closing the door behind him. Lloyd picked up a plate and crushed it with his hand, watching the shards fly everywhere. He watched with satisfaction, letting his blood flow into the sink. Lloyd tour off a piece of his sleeve, before wrapping it around his hand.
"I'm not weak." He whispered. "I'm not a puppet. You'll see."
He heard the door open, and a cluster of noise erupted from outside. Lloyd quickly jumped up, and pulled himself into the ceiling. Footsteps echoed from the hallway before the door opened.
"Lloyd?" Nya whispered, walking in and turning off the water. Lloyd said nothing, watching her from above.
"Did you find him?" Asked Cole, walking in as well.
"No, but the water was on. He was just here."
"He couldn't of just vanished!"
"Cole, he's a ninja, he's supposed to be stealthy." Said Nya, rolling her eyes.
"Oh well, he'll come out eventually. It's not like he has anywhere else to go." Cole argued. Lloyd shifted onto all fours, and crawled away slowly.
