Flaming Fate with Dragon Fire Attack

Everything appears to be quiet at night within the warehouse area with three guards in white armor with some gold design decorated and a blue cape for each, they are guarding the area. They even wear the white helmets and gold designs as well.

"Hey, do you guys ever wonder why we're here, guarding this place of all duties?" Guard 2 asked.

"You weren't complaining abut the job when you took it, and now of all times to ask the question?" Guard 1 asked back, wondering if this guy is being serious right now.

"Hey, I'm not complaining! It's just been on my mind for a while now, like what the heck are we even protecting when this dump only needed three guards to just be here." Guard 2 pointed out his question.

"Seriously? You don't even know that we're guarding some trade supplies that were brought here from the other lands." Guard 3 mentioned surprise.

"Have you even been paying any attention to the lessons in guard training?" Guard 3 asked, thinking this guard must be stupid to not know that simple fact.

"When I signed up to be an exorcist, I was expecting some more exciting roles like battling monsters and protecting people from the demons." Guard 2 expressed himself.

"Idiot, being an exorcist is being above those stupid moral thoughts and always putting the people we've sworn to protect first." Guard 3 reminded his fellow guard, sounding upset.

"Easy, easy, dude." Guard 1 calmed down his friend.

"I'm just looking for some excitement." Guard 3 muttered.

"Look dude, I understand why you wanted to be an exorcist in the first place, but you have to understand there's a lot of responsibilities to being one such was guarding things that the people need." Guard 1 explained.

"All that stuff inside this warehouse is for what everybody in this city needs and it's our job to make sure nothing bad happens to them." Guard gestured to the warehouse with his spear.

"Even if this is a small job, every small action can lead to something big that can make the people happy for another day and so on." Guard 1 believed strongly as he looks up at the dark sky.

Unknown to the guards, there is someone sneaking through the darkness and being careful with the steps to not get caught by the guards and making their own into the warehouse.

"I'm just saying this assignment could be a little more… not quiet." Guard 3 stated.

"Look, just do your job and if you do well enough then maybe you could be put in a different position that suits your taste." Guard 1 advised.

"What he said, just do a good job and you'll be fine." Guard 2 nodded.

Meanwhile, inside the warehouse is the single person managed to sneak their way into the building with the window in the back have been melted for a while big enough for that person to go in and this mysterious person walks around trying to find something.

Until she stumbles upon several cargo boxes with the label saying exactly what she was hoping for.

"This will do." The person with a woman's voice said.

The woman conjures a small fire on one hand with the light reveal a little of herself wearing a black and gold mask.

"No way, you actually grounded your own mom!" Guard 3 gasped after what he just heard from Guard 2.

"I know, it's crazy even though she's still the mom and all." Guard 2 nodded, still hard to believe himself.

"And it was all because she broke a few of items and coming back home late for hanging out with her friends?" Guard 1 asked curiously.

"Those items were gifts from my girlfriend, and she has been acting a little crazy since she started drinking those black berry juices. I needed to keep her under control." Guard 2 explained.

But before he could talk more about what went on between him and his mom, there was a sudden explosion that went off very close to the three guards.

"What was that?" Guard 3 asked surprise.

"It sounded really close." Guard 2 said, feeling his ears ringing a bit.

"That's because it's coming from inside that warehouse!" Guard 1 alerted and pointing at the fire rising from the inside by the windows.

"Holy Spark Surprising Shit! How did that happen?!" Guard 3 gasped.

"Worry about the how later, we need to put out the fire now before it could destroy everything inside!" Guard 1 stated they have to contain this fire now.

"Ready your water spheres!" Guard 1 ordered.

All three Guards held their spears in both hands and focusing their magic energy from within themselves and around forming big balls of water in front of them, their water spells are ready to put out the fire.

"Come on!" Guard 1 shouted.

The three guards charge toward the warehouse ready to do their job, but they never got the chance to go inside because another explosion happen that blew the doors away and the shockwave knocked down the guards.

The mysterious mask woman ran on the side while using the flames exploding and the guards down as cover to sneak away to the boats at the dock.

"Damn it, the fire has gotten worse now!" Guard 1 cursed.

"We need to combine our water spells if we want to put out that fire!" Guard 2 advised.

"He's right, at this rate the fire will spread throughout the dock!" Guard 3 agreed with that plan.

"Alright, hurry!" Guard 1 nodded.

The mysterious woman has already untied the rope to let the ship she got on sail away and letting the ocean waters take it away, and she pulls down the sails to catch any wind blowing her way.

The mysterious woman turns around to look back at the dock and the fire getting a little bigger, but that has been taken care of when the three guards combined their magic power to form a really big water ball and splash onto the warehouse that managed to put out the fire for good.

"Well, at least the exorcist guards doing their job." The mysterious woman said.

She turns to take the helm and turns to the direction she wants to go, somewhere she has to go because it is how she'll know whatever she is looking for is going to be within that direction.

"I have to find him, the one who appeared in this world. Only he can truly save this world." The mysterious woman said and looked up at the sky.

(Silver Flame Town)

"And… There, anything is in place as it should be." Laphicet finished combing Shirahoshi's hair.

"Thank you, Lord Laphicet." Shirahoshi thanked and look at herself in a mirror her size.

"It's the least I can after I accidentally almost burn you. Hope there's no hard feelings." Laphicet said as he flies down and handed the giant comb back to the giant mermaid.

"Of course not, I could never hold a grudge against you because I know you would do the right thing to make up for the messes you may have cause." Shirahoshi believed.

"Aw, you're such a sweet girl." Laphicet smiled.

"Oh yes, there's something I was hoping you can help me since you're here." Shirahoshi said.

"Sure, whatever you need, I'm always going to be there for the village as the Silver Dragon!" Laphicet stated with his wings up a little high.

"I knew I could count on you!" Shirahoshi nodded.

Shirahoshi have the little dragon boy follow her further into the lake because she didn't want to accidentally hurt anyone not that it's going to be dangerous or anything,

"Okay, it's a little something I was doing while I was trying to think of a special water fun since summer is coming very soon." Shirahoshi said.

"That's right, the summer season will be upon us in one month from now." Laphicet nodded.

Laphicet started to think about the time he has spend in this world since being reborn as a dragon boy with incredible power, feeling glad to see that everything turned out great for him and even helped make things better for the village too.

"(Hmm, I wonder if Maria made it back hone since she left?)" Laphicet thought asked himself. It has been five days since Maria left the village to go back to Lucifer and Michael.

"Lord Laphicet, I'm about to do the thing I wanted to show you." Shirahoshi said, getting his full attention.

"Okay, I'm watching." Lapicet said.

Shirahoshi gathers the water in front of her and forms a watery bubble as she gently grabs hold of it from the bottom, then she goes for one side with her index finger and thumb to pull it back almost like an archer readying himself to fire the arrow.

"And… Off you go!" Shirahoshi excitedly let go and the bubble suddenly launched out of her hand and into the sky.

"Wow, that was awesome!" Laphicet amazed.

"Give it a second, it's about to pop." Shirahoshi said.

True to her words, the bubble did indeed pop making a small wet explosion and the water from the bubble rain down to the spot below it.

"What do you think? I thought it would be perfect to help some of the people cool off a little from the heat with a little rain." Shirahoshi explained her idea.

"Like I just said, it's amazing! I can't believe you were to come up with that, and I never even thought of using bubbles in such a way!" Laphicet smiled.

"(Because bubbles couldn't do anything like that back in my world.)" Laphicet thought remembered how normal bubbles were back then.

"Well, the idea just came to me when I was taking a bath in my home at the bottom of the lake, I was just playing around with the bubbles until I saw that I was able to stretch one bubble and just sling to a wall." Shirahoshi explained how she found out about this sudden new skill.

"That must mean you unlocked a new skill! I'm so proud of you!" Laphicet smiled.

"Oh, thank you, Lord Laphicet. I'm so happy you're please with my new move." Shirahoshi smiled.

It would seem that Laphicet may have a reason to see if some of the others like the other mermaids and others can unlock their own skills too, that would definitely help make this village stronger and make this a village that the other Demon Lords and Archangels acknowledge that Belial would also brag about it to them.

But even when Belial can be a little bragging and act like a showoff, she is still a strong woman with a heart of doing her very best for everyone. And the kind of woman Laphicet loves deeply.

"Umm?" Laphicet puzzled at himself, thought he heard something just now.

But then both his ears twitch upon hearing something again, and it sounds very soft that he couldn't make out the sound though he definitely heard something.

"What is that sound?" Laphicet asked.

"Lord Laphicet, is something the matter?" Shirahoshi asked, notice that Laphicet is being quiet now.

"I'm not sure, but it feels like I heard something just now." Laphicet said.

"Really? I don't hear anything." Shirahoshi said with one hand to her ear.

"(I guess she doesn't have super hearing despite her giant size, meaning that only I am able to hear whatever sound that is because of my super dragon hearing.)" Laphicet thought figured.

Laphicet try to listen for the weird soft sound again while Shirahoshi decides to be quiet as well for her lord to listen again, he can hear the sound again though not it sounds a tiny bit louder and getting louder little by little.

"Yep, I definitely hear something." Laphicet nodded.

"What is it?" Shirahoshi asked whispering softly.

"I'm not quite sure, but from what I'm about to tell this sound seems to be… a roar." Laphicet answered as he listened some more.

"A roar? You mean like a lion?" Shirahoshi asked.

"No, this one feels wilder and mightier too." Laphicet shook his head and listen to where the roaring sound was coming from.

"Over there, that's where the roar was coming from." Laphicet said pointing in the direction of where the mountain used to be before he destroyed it with his blast.

"I hope it's nothing serious." Shirahoshi said, feeling a bit scared.

"Maybe, but I'm going to check it out just in case. Tell everyone that I'm going to check on something real quick." Laphicet said before flying off at supersonic speed.

"Wait, Lord Laphicet!" Shirahoshi called out, but Laphicet was already far gone.

Laphicet goes fast though not too fast, or he might miss something important along the way, but he does hear the roar more and feel his body reacting a little strange from just hearing it.

"Weird, it's almost like my body is trying to respond to that roar. But why?" Laphicet asked himself.

But suddenly a fireball came flying at him from below on ground level, Laphicet quickly dodges the attack.

"What the… Who shoots fireballs at a dragon boy like that?" Laphicet asked shock.

Laphicet decided to make a quick trip to see who the attacker is before going on the investigation of the mysterious roar. He flies down to the ground in the spot where the fireball came from and looks around to find the attacker.

"If the attack was random, then it might've been a monster trying to protect its territory." Laphicet guessed.

He heard a stick break from behind and turns around to face this monster, but he became shocked to see that it's not a monster but a woman.

"Hey, are you okay?" Laphicet asked.

"What's a child doing here?" The mysterious woman asked.

"My name is Laphicet, the Silver Dragon and I came here because I heard a roar back in my village then I found you." Laphicet explained his reason for being here.

"What's your name and how bad are you hurt?" Laphicet gasped when he saw the woman looking very hurt with a burn mark on her right arm and little trail of blood coming from her mouth.

"My name is Seres, and to be honest… Really bad, should've known better than to pick a fight with a powerful creature." Sera revealed her name and groaned in pain.

Seres has red hair with white tips at the end of four longer bangs tied into a bun atop her head and wears a black, butterfly-shaped hairpin with gold outlines, as well as a black and gold mask shaped after a butterfly that conceals her brown-red eyes. She wears a black underdress with a white and blue dress atop it, along with a printed red ribbon on the back of her waist, which also features twin tails of sorts themed after butterfly wings in black and blue colors, along with a white bolero with black and red accents. Her look is completed by black stockings with red accents, as well as white, low-heel shoes with more red accents. Her nails are also painted red. Breasts size: H-cup.

"Don't worry, I can heal you up with my silver flame." Laphicet conjured his silver flame from his hands.

"That's a very impressive fire magic… Wait, did you just say you're a dragon?" Seres asked, realizing something off about this picture.

"Yeah, the Silver Dragon and one of the rulers of the small village of Silver Flame Town." Laphicet nodded.

"(Silver Flame Town, I heard of that name before and remembering about a dragon appearing around this large forest area.)" Seres thought started to remember those things she heard before running away.

"Then… You're not the dragon I tried to shoot down when I saw you in the air!" Seres realized in horror.

"Oh, so that was you. Well, I'm sure you have your reason—Wait, what did you mean by that?" Laphicet asked.

But before Seres could answer that question, something huge and vicious landed down hard on the ground and let out a mighty roar that Laphicet instantly recognize to be the roar he has been hearing since back at the village and he couldn't believe what he is seeing.

"No way, that's a… A dragon!" Laphicet screamed.

The dragon roars again while unleashing a powerful fire breath attack at the dragon boy and the masked woman seemingly being engulfed by the flaming attack.
