Caulifla woke up on a rugged surface. It was an excuse of a bed.

Still, it was overly similar to her own hideout.

Looking around, she realized she wasn't on Planet Sadala anymore.

"Ah, shiiiiiiit! Looks like we lost and he took us with him! That suuuucks!" Despite her speech, the only emotion in her expression was excitement. "Arugh, I could've won if I knew how to go all blue-blue!"

She scratched her head before glancing to her side and spotting Kale still sleeping.

"Hey! Kale! Wake up already!" Her voice was too loud to ignore and Kale instantly shot up.

After an argument about Kale wanting to sleep more, Caulifla asked what was on her mind.

"So, so, what happened after I was defeated? Did he defeat you in your transformed form as well? He can't be that strong, can he?"

"D-Don't ask so many questions...I don't remember much, but I didn't have the chance to transform...I think."

"Haa!? That's cheating! He defeated you before you transformed!? That's unfair as hell!"

"I don't think it is..."

"Shut up, Kale!"

It was then that Vados walked in.

"Looks like you're both awake. Good. Wear this and follow me." She conjured two bags and threw them to the two Saiyans.

Caulifla received a white coat jacket with a slit down the middle and a miniskirt.

Kale's outfit was much more conservative. A black coat over leggings, showing practically no skin.

Before Caulifla could get a word in, Vados marched them to the Great Hall.

No one could tell that his hall was built within days. Such was the ability of the workers that Vados hired.

Aizen was sitting on a chair, looking down at an empty space yearning to be filled.

As soon as they entered, Caulifla began screaming.

"HEY! You cheated! You didn't let Kale trans-"

A massive amount of pressure was released as the Saiyans were pushed to their knees.

"It isn't 'you', it's Lord Aizen. Am I right, Caulifla?" Aizen's voice echoed in the empty corridor.

Caulifla's Saiyan instincts were telling her to submit and obey. They were so overwhelming, that her rebellious attitude was unable to help her. In front of Aizen's commanding force, she was but a servant.

'No, not a servant. Our agreement...I'm a...slave.'

"Y-Yes, Lord Aizen."

The God called back his power before Kale could faint. He wanted both of them to hear what he had to say.

"That's it. You must remember your place, dear servant." His smile unnerved even Vados, who had teleported to his side at some point. "I must congratulate you two."

"Congratulate?" Caulifla managed to speak even though her muscles were begging for rest.

"Yes. You are the start of something grand. You are the first of many."

"First of many..." Kale's expression had turned to awe. Her nervousness was nowhere to be seen.

"My army will ravage the world. They will prepare the people for my rule. And you will stand at the pinnacle, relaying and enforcing my orders. And I shall call you...

...my Drachenherz."

...

Caulifla and Kale were still sparring a few hours after Aizen had dismissed them.

They hadn't talked much. Vados led them to this field, increased their gravity and told them to train.

There was an unspoken agreement between them. Without a word, they began running until they got used to the gravity and then switched to sparring.

Getting restless from the way Kale was acting, Caulifla decided to break the silence.

"Say, Kale, you also..."

"Yes, sis."

They stopped throwing punches as Caulifla led the conversation. "As soon as Lord Aizen told us about Drachenherz, my instincts were overwritten. I want to make him proud. I want to get stronger, stronger than anyone, just so I can enforce Lord Aizen's wishes."

"Mhmm." Kale answered.

"But...what happened to you? You aren't acting like normal, and it's scaring me..." The big sis asked in a trembling voice.

"If I keep acting timid, then I can't...He wants us to lead his army, sis. Even though, as per your bet, we are his slaves, he's treating us with honor." She took a deep breath. "I want to...I want to live up to Lord Aizen's expectations no matter what!"

With a smirk, Caulifla challenged Kale, "Well, even though Lord Aizen told us that we'll both lead his army, there can only be one commander! Let's fight for it, Kale!"

"Yes, sis!"

...Meanwhile, high above in the air...

"This...is this the affect of what you did at Planet Sadala?"

Vados and Aizen were listening on duo's conversation. The God was delighted at the result of his antics, but the Angel was confused.

"Yes. It was an experiment that could've easily failed. But their innate instincts allowed me, a transcended being, to intrude upon their soul, leaving my mark. Every time they feel my power, every time I praise them, they will become more and more subservient to me."

"I see." Vados didn't question further. 'What a frightening power this is...I can't even imagine the extent of its applications.' After an inner sigh, she switched to another topic. "Regardless, Drachenherz is a good name. But are these two really going to lead it?"

"No, they are too weak. The idea of them giving orders disgusts me. Either they will get stronger, or they will get replaced. This is just the start after all."

"And if they try to object..."

"They will be too docile to go against my orders."

"But I don't get it...You are powerful enough to shut down any objection. Why is there a need for this-"

"I am not going to spend my time worrying about my servants, or correcting their mistakes."

"Understood, Lord Aizen."

"By the way, Vados, take me to the Grand Library. I have research to do."

"As you wish, Master. Shall we meet in your room after getting ready?"

A nod dismissed Vados. Aizen spent a few seconds staring at the two Saiyans.

His eyes were particularly drawn to previously timid Kale. Her clothes and figure rejected any notion of a lustful gaze, so it could only be curiosity.

For some unknown reason, Aizen could sense spiritual pressure from her. Deciding it was related to her potential, and she didn't yet have control over it, he flash stepped to meet Vados.

Kale's eyes had caught Aizen staring at her.

A small blush decorated her cheeks, and Caulifla would soon find herself on the back foot.
