Despite Serena had won the Hoenn contest championship 7 months ago, she's still not fully sure if she can able to defeat Aria this time!
Serena recieved the phone call from May
May: "Hey Serena, remember the training from Hoenn?"
Serena: "Yeah, but what if Aria might trained even harder than me-"
May: "Forget about it, just do your best this time!...*cough*...*cough*..."
Aria cames in: "Remember how you cutted your hair short at that time? The real defeat isn't lose to anyone in Pokemon Showcase, but admit defeat by yourself. I know you're not that kind of person who will easily admit defeat."

May: See? Even Kalos Queen knows that!
Serena remind the memories about how she cry heartbreakingly in pier and cut her hair short, "Je vois (I see)! If I end up doubting myself for now, then I was cutted my hair short for nothing and Ash would be disappoint at me! He tried so hard for become champion 1 years ago!"
Inside the Forest, Ash now had some clue about how to stop those vines!
Ash: "Despite Clemont's Giant Rock scanner explodes, it did indicate that it was located at somewhere else on the underground."
Greninja attempted to detect the presence of where those vine come from, and managed to locate where it came from. Greninja then placed his Water Shuriken on the floor
"Kuga."
Bonnie: "So it's at the underground then? But how do we found it?"
Ash: "I guess the pointy of that Water Shuriken pointing the source of those vines"
Clemont used the Straightedge to aligns the angle of Water Shuriken's pointy towards the vines. "Diggersby, use Dig!"
Diggersby digged the tunnel for Ash, Clemont and Bonnie to get in. Squishy reverted back to 10% form becuse his 50% form is too large for that form.
Z2: " I'll stay here to prevent those vines attack the city once again. Z1, you go follow them."
Squishy: "But you can't sustain 100% form for long if you don't merge with me-"
Z2: "I don't think those human alone can able to stop those vine alone."
Squishy follows those people to that tunnel.
After few minutes, Ash, Clemont and Bonnie had finally reached the core. The Core looks like a giant red crystal which are surrounded by thousands of those vines.
Bonnie: "It's so beautiful and large..."
Ash: "No time to appreciate, we have to destroy it once and for all!"
Monsieur Pierre appeared as the lights dimmed, signaling for it to begin. "Welcome to the Coumarine City Pokemon Showcase Final! Will Aria able to defend her title of Kalos Queen?"
The Master Class Showcase Tournament Final had finally begins! As the challenger, Serena has to perform first
Serena: "Let's show them what we got from our special training!"
The Delphox use Mystical Fire, Pancham using dark pluse and Sylveon hits them with Swift. When the three moves collide, a Rainbow pillar emerages from those "Stones". Pancham uses Stone Edge to create the "Stones", Delphox then draws the magic circle shaped fire on the ground. Delphox then throw her flame stick to Serena, Serena then insert the flame stick to the centre of "Flame Magic Circle", a giant flame flower emerage at the top of Rainbow Pillars. The audience members are very impressed about Serena's excellent performance. Sylveon then use Fairy Wind to create the pinked colored layer of that giant flame flower and Pancham used dark pluse used dark pluse to create the black colored layer of that giant flame flower. Serena then sent the Flame Stick back to Delphox, the Delphox turns that giant flame flower into firework and showers them with sparkles that mark the end of the performance.
Miette: "Woah Serena did improved a lot, she just learned so many things in Hoenn. Is that what true love is?"
Aria comes next to defend her title. Her Delphox was about to use Mystical Fire upwards...
...and then there's the earthquake.
Monsieur Pierre: "Due to the accident, the Master Class Showcase Tournament Final had to suspend!"
Meanwhile inside the source of the root, the core of those vines had completely suppressed Pikachu, Greninja, Lucario, and Squishy!
Ash was in a very complicated mood, as he knows that staying here will makes him unable to made it to see the Master Class contest final, but he thinks that that if he don't desrtroy that core, then those vines might threatening Coumarine City! And at the worst case, threatening Serena's Pokemon Contest Journey as the result!
And now, , Z2 had bring the bad news which is also the worst nightmare for every single Kalosian, and what Ash had most afraid of!
Z2: "Z1, those vines had appears in Coumarine City!"
Squishy: "What? Those vines appears in Coumarine City?"
Ash begin to collapsed, he was not able to protect his future girlfriend's dream.
