Chapter 62
Fusha Gym
The group reunites at the safari entrance and tell each other what Pokémon they caught.
"Wow, I didn't know Pikachu had a sister," Clyde said."
"I'm more surprised that you caught an Eevee matching your hair and a Dragonair matching my color," Ronnie Anne said."
"Well, seeing it reminded me of you, being both beautiful and tough," Lincoln said."
(kisses his cheek)" that's sweet of you lame-o," Ronnie Anne said."
"By the way, we also found these golden dentures," Lincoln said showing the dentures."
"Maybe someone lost them, let's give them to the staff," Bobby said."
"Good idea," Clyde said."
The group heads towards the desk," excuse me, someone lost these dentures," Lincoln said."
"Oh, those dentures belong to the old man that lives near the Fusha gym," the staff said." why not give it to him."
"I don't see why not, we were on our way to the gym anyway," Lincoln said.
"Actually Lincoln, Misty and I have to go back to our gyms," brock said."
"Why, is there a family emergency?" Clyde asked."
"Nah, we know that Ronnie Anne will be facing us soon, so we got to be prepared," misty replied."
"Oh, that's right, then I'll see you two soon," Ronnie Anne said."
"Ok, see you at our gyms," Brock said as he and Misty leave the group."
Lincoln and the others wave brock and misty goodbye as they're out of site. they soon head to gym, until Lincoln sees the house next to it.
"Hold on, I got dentures to deliver," Lincoln said as he heads to the house."
He comes back with a TM in his hand.
"what's that?" Bobby asked."
"A TM called surf, the old man thanked me for returning his dentures," Lincoln replied."
"Might as well keep it, it'll probably come in handy," Clyde said."
"Ok, then let's go face this gym," Ronnie Anne said."
The four friends head towards the gym.
At the loud house, nighttime,
Lana was taking care of Magikarp, until he started glowing," uh guys, Magikarp is glowing," Lana yelled out."
The family comes out and sees Magikarp glowing as the Mcbrides and Casagrandes drive up and Lincoln's friends show up.
"Lana, what's happening?" Lynn sr. asked."
"I think Magikarp is evolving," Lana replied."
Magikarp grew bigger, becoming a red serpent, he roared scaring everyone mostly Lynn sr. and Howard.
"Hey, he looks like the serpent Pokémon misty had," luna said." except he's red."
"Yeah, he does," Leni said."
"Actually, I'm a Gyarados, a water and flying type," Gyarados said."
"Um, you don't look like you can fly," Lisa said.
"Yeah, it was labeled like that years ago, it happened because someone saw a Gyarados flying in the sky," Gyarados said."
"Interesting," Carlos said."
"Um, everyone, we gotta get ready to see Lincoln's gym battle," Lola said."
"Oh, right," Rita said as Lana recalled Gyarados into his pokeball." we'll tell Lincoln later."
The families and Lincoln's friends entered the house and turned on the TV." looks like we made it just in time," Rusty said.
Lynn sr. and Rosa got the snacks ready.
At the gym,
"Welcome, if you're here to face the gym, you must survive the gym challenge," a person said."
"Fair enough, how hard can it be?" Lincoln asked."
The four of them walk through the hall," what kind of challenge is this?" Ronnie Anne asked."
"Maybe, there's a surprise," Clyde replied.
Suddenly ninja stars start flying towards the group," Duck!" Lincoln shouted.
He, Ronnie Anne, and Clyde ducked but Bobby didn't. the trio sees Bobby pinned to the wall by the ninja stars.
"Bobby are you ok?" Lincoln asked."
"That depends," Bobby replied." am I nurtured?"
Lincoln and Clyde check," you're good," Clyde replied."
"Oh, thank goodness, I was worried that I won't have children," Bobby said as Lincoln and Clyde got him down."
"Ok, let's get going," Lincoln said."
As he walks ahead, he suddenly gets shocked." what the heck Pikachu, why did you shock me?" Lincoln asked."
"I didn't shock you," Pikachu replied." it was that jerk."
Lincoln sees the voltorb on the ground." oh, I'll buy you some ketchup as an apology," he said."
"Ok," I'm guessing that the gym leader is a ninja, we just have to watch our step," Ronnie Anne said."
The group go through the traps by working together, they made to the end of hall exhausted. the family and friends watch as they look shocked and surprised.
"Jeez, count Bobby lucky that those stars didn't hurt him," Carl said."
"Please don't use the word in this house," Lynn sr. said." we banned that word."
'I'm glad boo boo bear didn't get nurtured,' Lori thought.'
"I think the gym leader is a ninja seeing all those traps," CJ said."
"I agree with CJ," Lana said."
"Still pretty cool," luna said."
Back at the gym,
"You all done well surviving the challenge," you must face us," a voice said.
Smoke appeared and two people appeared a man and a woman. the man was dressed in dark purple ninja outfit, and the woman was dressed in a pink ninja outfit.
"I am Koga, and this is my sister Aya," Koga said."
"Are you two gym leaders?" Lincoln asked."
"Yes, while my sister is still under training," Koga replied."
"Then let's have a double battle," Aya said."
"Two on two, I like it," Ronnie Anne said."
"Very well then, let's begin," Koga said." Venomoth, let's go!
Koga sends out the moth Pokémon.
"ariados, you too," Aya said.
She sends out a big red spider like Pokémon.
"Ponyta, you're first," Lincoln said."
He sends out his ponyta.
"Rookidee, you're up!" Ronnie Anne said."
She sends out the little bird Pokémon.
At the loud house,
Everyone was surprised from seeing the new Pokémon, especially the louds.
"OMG, that ponyta looks amazing!" Leni said."
"I knew Linky would catch one," Lola said." but I don't like the look of those two bugs!"
"I do, they look awesome," Lana said."
"I like Ronnie Anne's new bird," Carlota said."
"Aye, it looks tuff," Rosa said."
At the gym,
"Use string shot!" Aya said."
Ariados fires a string shot at the Pokémon, but it did little to ponyta.
"Use flame charge!" Lincoln said."
Ponyta charges up her flame charge and ran towards Ariados.
"Poison sting!" Aya said."
Ariados shoots poison needles at Ponyta still covered in flames. Ponyta makes contact to Ariados sending it to the wall knocking it out. Ponyta was seen poisoned.
"You may have won, but your Pokémon is poisoned," Aya said as she recalls Ariados."
"Agility!" Koga said."
"Counter with gust!" Ronnie Anne, said."
Venomoth uses its agility to move around. Rookidee flaps her wings and sends a gust of wind towards Venomoth causing it to fly wobbly," now, use peck!" Ronnie Anne said."
Rookidee flies towards Venomoth with top speed, she did a slice kind of move knocking Venomoth out.
"Both Pokémon are unable to battle, Lincoln and Ronnie Anne win round one!" the referee said."
At the loud house,
"That poor horsy, how dare that ninja girl poison it!" Lola said."
"don't worry, linky probably has something to help it," Leni said."
"that's true," Lori said."
"it's also a good thing Ronnie Anne used a bird Pokémon," Carl said."
"Yeah, but she shouldn't get ahead of herself," Carlota said."
Back at the gym,
"Golbat, come out!" Koga said as he sends out Golbat."
"Seviper go!" Aya said sending out Seviper."
"ponyta return," Lincoln said recalling ponyta." go Dragonair!"
Dragonair comes out giving a shiny apeearance.
"Shinx, let's go!" Ronnie Anne said."
Shinx comes out ready.
At the loud house,
The group look in awe after seeing Dragonair.
"it's literally beautiful," Lori said."
"OMG, I want to make an outfit of it!" Carlota said."
"Me too!" Leni said."
"And I'll model it for you," Lola said."
"That snake Pokémon looks like the one Lincoln faced with that rocket grunt," Lana said."
"Yeah, she's right!" luna said."
Back at the gym,
"Seviper, use poison tail!" Aya said."
"Counter with dragon tail!" Lincoln said."
Seviper's tail glows purple and starts to attack while Dragonair's tail glows green and attacks. the two Pokémon's tails clashes like swords, the two tails have a grudge match pushing each other back and forth.
"Use thunderbolt!" Ronnie Anne said."
Shinx uses thunderbolt at Golbat, but the attack misses.
"Poison fang!" Koga said."
Golbat sneaks up behind Shinx and bites her with its purple fangs. the attack causes Shinx to get poisoned, but it also got Golbat paralyzed."
"I see, Shinx has paralyzed Golbat," Koga said."
"Good enough for us, Shinx thunder fang!" Ronnie Anne said."
Shinx jumps and bites Golbat with thunder fang knocking it out.
Golbat is unable to battle Shinx wins!" the referee said."
Seviper and Dragonair dash towards each other with one final strike causing the two to slice each other. both Pokémon landed on opposite sides, there was nothing until Seviper faints.
"Seviper is unable to battle, Dragonair wins," the referee said."
At the loud house,
"That was awesome, those two Pokémon using their tails like swords to battle," Lynn said."
"Yeah, bro's new Pokémon is awesome," luna said."
"But Shinx got Poisoned," CJ said."
"Like with Lincoln, Ronnie Anne probably has a cure for her," Maria said."
Back at the gym,
"Nidoking, go!" Koga said sending out Nidoking.
"Nidoqueen, go!" Aya said sending out Nidoqueen."
"Kangaskhan, you're up!" Lincoln said sending out Kangaskhan."
"Pinsir, go!" Ronnie Anne said sending out Pinsir."
"Sweety, I need you to stay with Uncle Pikachu during the battle," Kangaskhan said."
"Ok mama," the baby Kangaskhan said as she gets out of her mother's pouch and heads towards Pikachu and sits next to him.
"This will be our final battle, don't hold back!" Koga said."
"wouldn't count on it," Lincoln said."
"Yeah, Ronnie Anne said."
At the loud house,
"That has to be the ugliest bug I've ever seen," Lola said."
"Well, I like it," Lana said." it looks cool."
"That Pokémon has a child with it," Rita said."
"True at least it is keeping its baby out of the fight," Lynn sr. said." I bet Lincoln will tell us about it when he calls."
"Good point, also is anyone going to ask how big it is?" Frida asked."
"Maybe it's the food it ate," Rosa replied."
"To grow that big, that's something," Hector said."
Back at the gym,
"Sludge wave!" Both Koga said."
"Sludge bomb!" Aya said."
Nidoking fires a sludge wave at Kangaskhan causing damage and poisoning her. Nidoqueen fires a sludge bomb at Pinsir getting poisoned.
"Mama!" the baby Kangaskhan said."
"don't worry, Lincoln's the man with the plan, he's got this," Pikachu said."
"Now use poison jab!" Koga said."
"Block it!" Lincoln said."
Nidoking's hands glowed purple at started punching Kangaskhan.
"Nidoqueen, you too!" Aya said.
Nidoqueen's hands glow purple then started it first punch," dodge and grab her with your claws," Ronnie Anne said."
Pinsir ducks dodging Nidoqueen's punch then uses his claws on his head to grab Nidoqueen.
"Now use close combat!" Ronnie Anne said."
Pinsir uses close combat and causes damage to Nidoqueen.
"Not bad, now use poison sting!" Aya said."
'Quick use dig!" Ronnie Anne said."
Pinsir quickly digs underground just in time as Nidoqueen fires poison sting.
"I figured you would do that, rock tomb!" Aya said."
Nidoqueen uses rock tomb and forces Pinsir out of the ground and into the air," it's over," Aya said."
"Yeah, it is, Pinsir use X-scissor!" Ronnie anne said.
Pinsir regains conciseness and uses X-scissor on Nidoqueen nocking it out."
Nidoking continues to use poison jab on Kangaskhan," grab his arms and uses seismic toss!" Lincoln said."
Kangaskhan grabs Nidokings arms and uses seismic toss on him, Nidoking gets tossed to the ground." now use body slam!" Lincoln said."
Kangaskhan jumps up and body slams Nidoking before it could get back up. Kangaskhan gets off of Nidoking seeing that it's knocked out.
"Both Nidoking and Queen are unable to battle, the winners are Kangaskhan and Pinsir thus the victory goes to Lincoln and Ronnie Anne," the referee said."
"Alright!" both Lincoln and Ronnie Anne said as they high five each other."
"See I told you Lincoln had a plan," Pikachu said."
"Uncle Lincoln is awesome," the baby Kangaskhan said."
"You both done well," Koga said as he and Aya recalled there Pokémon." as a reward to your victory the soul badges are now yours."
Koga presents both Lincoln and Ronnie Anne a heart shape badge and the two takes them.
"Thank you, now let's get our Pokémon to the center and get them healed," Lincoln said."
At the loud house,
The families and friends cheered on their victory.
"Alright now they have two more badges left," Lola said."
"Actually, Lincoln has two badges left, Ronnie Anne has three badges left," Lisa said."
"Oh," Lola said." well, since she saw Lincoln's battle with brock and misty, she'll beat them easily."
"I wouldn't count on it, they both are probably thinking of a new strategy and uses new Pokémon to be prepared for her," Carlos said."
"I agree with Carlos, those two have probably chosen certain Pokémon to face her," Harold said."
"I have faith in her," Rosa said."
"We all have faith in both of them," Rita said."
That's chapter 62, next chapter Lincoln and friends will revive fossils.
Just to give you all a heads up, Lincoln's Pokémon with Oak are training thus they might have evolved already.
Now here's my new challenge, which new Pokémon should Lincoln send to the family, three I already decided on were Dragonair, Absol, and Kangaskhan. thus, the last three will be your choices.
My reason for Absol was because I want Lynn to understand how he felt being labeled bad luck just for being blamed for something.
