Chapter 4- The Centaur in the Mirror

The funeral felt awkward with Beatrice feeling guilt eating her psyche, Akira trying to calm her down while Katsuo Akaba was trying to console her. Saki and her mother were there, though the latter looks worse for wear. According to what Mrs. Yoshida said, her husband had an accident and fell but Beatrice knew that she saw what happened. Oddly enough, Goro Majima was there but he was wearing a suit and sunglasses to covered up his scarred eye.

Guess Goro Majima pick something else so nobody will freak out about a Yakuza attending a funeral.

"I'm sorry that this event happened." A voice called out as Beatrice saw a man with dark hair and olive skin dressed in a dark suit appeared. Katsuo recognized the man before.

"Oh Ryota Utsugi." Katsuo said as Ryota was close to the group. "Hello there. I noticed that someone died recently."

"It's my classmate's dad." Beatrice muttered awkwardly, trying to hide the feeling of guilt until Akira rubbed his hand against her back. "Hey Beatrice." Akira spoke as if he is reassuring Beatrice, "Hey. If you feel like not coming back to your place, you can go to the Makimura household."

Beatrice smiled before things go completely south as Beatrice, Akira, Katsuo and Saki heard shouting. Out of some kind of curiosity, Beatrice looked up to see a spiral formed from the ashes. All Beatrice can say is, "W...What the.."

Then the screaming began but Beatrice looked around to see Mrs. Yoshida screaming and wailing like a banshee. "SAKI!!!! LOOK AT THE SKY!! IT'S YOUR DAD'S FACE!!!!"

Beatrice was confused until she realized that she saw Mr. Yoshida's face that was etched by the ashes. The ashes swirled and swirled until it settled somewhere but the madness didn't ended with Mrs. Yoshida screaming about her husband. Beatrice was able to snap back to reality as Akira called her name out while Ryota called an ambulance. Although the funeral wrapped up with any incident, Mrs. Yoshida's madness didn't stopped as she somehow developed an extreme fear of spirals which is so severe that eating solid food is impossible.

Saki stared at the door, trying many ways to open the door when Kumiko walked up. "Oh hey Saki." Kumiko greeted but noticed that her hair was cut short around the shoulder. "Did you have your hair cut short?" Saki nodded, "Yes, why?" Kumiko's expression changed into a look of disappointment, "I like your long hair but I guess the short hair is not going to cause problems."

Then Saki saw Akira behind Kumiko like a predator ready to strike. Kumiko turned around and was startled by Akira's sudden appearance which is a shocker since the last time Kumiko saw him, he looks like a scrawny boy but now he is resembled a beast but to a certain leader of a certain occult club had believed that Akira might be an incubus. Of course, nobody believed that rumor. Akira approached the door when Saki pointed out, "You need a key to open it-" Then Akira used his strength to open the door off the hinges while every students were gawking in shock. "HOW?!?!?!" Kumiko asked while one of her friends shrugged.

It was lunch when Saki noticed something on the table she is eating at. It was a folder with the words, "For Saki Yoshida's Eyes Only" in bold text. Out of curiosity, she opened it and was shocked and disgusted by the images. It was various pictures of Hayato with Nanami Shinomiya, a girl who been seeing Akira.

Saki felt like vomiting but kept it down. She knew if Akira found out, he might feel heart broken. He was once known as the 'Fire Alarm of Higashi Elementary' for his cries. But Beatrice seems to be the one to calm him down even though the kids had thought that she was a vampire or something like that. The pale skin and odd eye color connects to that but Beatrice was able to walk in the sun which is a vampire's weakness.

Rising up, Saki started to walk as Kumiko followed her behind out of confusion, both unaware of a girl who is wearing a black and red school uniform with a coat with long sleeves which appeared to covered her hands but upon closer inspection, she had no hands.

The sound of fists hitting the punching bag as Akira was busy, sweating dripping from his brow. During that, Akira swore he could hear something.

"You promise me."

"I promised, Maia."

"What are you doing, Anahel?! This is Madness!!"

"DON'T CALL ME THAT NAME, FATHER!!! ANAHEL IS DEAD WHEN YOU LEFT HIM TO DIE!!!!"

Then the punching bag flew off the hook mount and hit a wall, it was a miracle that the bag didn't break opened from the impact. Picking it up, he walked to the mount and carefully place it back. Unwrapping the bandages he had on his fists, he went to the shower area of the locker rooms.

"Are you telling me that this son of a bitch cheated on the girl Akira likes." Beatrice asked Saki who nodded as the two looked for Akira until Beatrice entered the locker room shower area where unknown to them that Akira was showering until Beatrice accidentally walked in on Akira who is showering. Akira was confused before Beatrice covered her face with a hand. "Beatrice, are you bleeding from the nose?" Beatrice was confused until she pulled her hand down to see that her hand is bloody.

"Did you had a nosebleed?!" Saki called out as Beatrice noticed that her face below her nose was bloody. Guess she walked in on Akira who is showering. "You're right, Saki." Beatrice replied as Akira wrapped a towel around his waist as he quickly grabbed another towel to wipe the blood off Beatrice's face.

Then the PA system spoke, "Nanami Shinomiya, Atsumu Shimada, Daichi Okabe, Taisei Nishihara, Ayumi Murai and Yui Taniguchi. Can you all of you come to my office?"

Beatrice looked at Saki before muttering, "I got an odd feeling about this." as Akira finished drying off and was getting dressed when he noticed the folder in Saki's hand. "What's that?" Saki look nervous as she said, "I'm worried that you might get heart broken by this."

"By what?" Akira asked when Saki revealed the photos of Nanami with Hayato. Akira was in shock while Amon is pissed off. "Wait!! Did she!!" "Yes, sadly." Saki answered while Amon growled in rage disgust and hatred. "Once I get my hands on him, I will twist his limbs off one by one."

When Beatrice, Akira and Saki reach the hospital, Akira decided to check out on Ryo though Beatrice stay outside the room. "Oh hey Ryo!" Akira greeted his friend. "How's your leg doing?"

"It's healing fine." Ryo said while Bunta was reading a book silently, guessed that a bloody Beatrice wielding a demon killing katana is scarier than a demon. "Tony came back from his trip by the way." Akira pointed out, "At least he's safe now." Bunta smiled, though he look like he got into a bar fight, his bruises are healing. Ryo sighed before asking, "How's he doing?" Akira shrugged before he spoke, "He's fine but I swear I can sense something is up."

"I will see Saki's mom next." Akira said as Bunta was confused and asked, "Something happened?" "Well, she was screaming and wailing like a banshee and she developed a fear of spirals but it's more extreme." Bunta gulped, he did read a manga about a village affected by spirals that vary from spirals formed on a girl's face, people turning into human snail hybrids, pregnant women who stabbed people with drills to drink their blood as nourishment for their babies.

When Beatrice, Akira and Saki reached Natsumi's hospital room, let's say that Natsumi Yoshida look terrible. Her hair is cut off and her fingers were wrapped in bandages as she look to see her daughter with a look of guilt.

"S...Saki... I'm sorry.." Natsumi muttered over and over again. Akira felt a twinge of guilt and empathy for the poor woman while Taketaro Yamimizu kept a strict face.

"Uncle Baki." Beatrice called out as the police officer noticed his niece. "So, you found anything about Mr. Yoshida?"

"Yes." Taketaro answered, "We found out that before he was cremated that he consumed alcohol after he lost his job." Beatrice was completely shocked from this new revelations. Then there was a loud banging on the door which startled Natsumi Yoshida. "HEY BITCH I KNOW YOU ARE IN THERE!!!"

Akira looked at Beatrice and told her, "You may keep Saki out of it." Akira left the room to see Atsumu Shimada who had a pissed off expression. Akira kept his cool before Atsumu growled, "Where is that bitch!?!?!" "Hey, don't think of calling Saki a bitch!!" Akira said back when Atsumu tried to throw a punch at Akira who dodged it. Another punch and Akira dodged again.

Then Akira did something as he performed the splits and punched Asumu in the groin so hard that the teen collapsed. It's enough for Taketaro to quickly put Atsumu in handcuffs. "I believe this is not your first time trying to assault someone since you and your buddies had been assaulting homeless people."

When Taketaro said that, Atsumu's face went pale with horror. Akira shrugged and walked off as Atsumu Shimada was in a panic. Beatrice stared at Atsumu before muttering, "Good. Prison is better than a demon." as Atsumu was taken away by another officer as Taketaro stopped his niece. "Hey Beatrice. There's something I need to tell you." Beatrice was curious as she followed her uncle to a room. "What is it?" The teenager asked her uncle who answered, "You know Nanami Shinomiya." Beatrice gulped at the name, trying to keep her anger in check until Taketaro mentioned, "Her father died." "Wait, what?" Beatrice said, "How?"

"This may shock you but he was decapitated by something and the car was extremely damaged with the headlights broken and the roof ripped off. We did someone which is a woman and we found out that she is a mistress of Mr. Shinomiya. One of the witnesses claimed that he saw a being with tentacle hair." Beatrice head the word tentacle hair, she was thinking that it might be a demon but she stopped herself. "It's much a tragedy but Asumu and his buddies need to suffer for their actions." Taketaro felt he could agree on it.

Beatrice and Akira were sitting at the Makimura Household table. Noel was glad that Beatrice was back to normal though she still had the same appearance though Akira was changed dramatically. "Hey Beatrice?" Noel pointed out, "You noticed that Akira is a lot different." Beatrice turned her head to Akira and muttered, "No why?" "I'm just concern since my wife told me that you might a rough night."

Then the sounds of pattering of feet come closer and closer as Tare saw Beatrice then the boy got excited, calling out, "Beatrice!!!" as he hugged Beatrice though he wrapped his arm around her legs with his head buried in her abdomen. "Hey Tare." Beatrice chuckled, "Did you missed me?" "Yes." Tare answered, "But did you missed me?" Beatrice smiled before answered, "Well kind of.. Sorry, that was sarcastic! Of course, I missed you."

Akiko smiled while Miki asked Akira, "So, you know them?" "Who?" Akira asked as Miki answered, "Tony Redgrave and Saeko Kodai."

"Oh. Tony is a friend of Beatrice's dad and Saeko is a fashion model and Tony's girlfriend." Akira pointed out while Beatrice was eating her food, not giving a care when a certain woman dressed in formal wear with an eyepatch over her right eye. Beatrice realized who it is as she sank into her seat. "Good evening Mr. Makimura." The eye patched woman introduced herself, "I'm Senda Mari." While Noel and Akiko replied back with their own friendly greetings, Beatrice could sense something is up.

Katsuya Serizawa was in his office, examining each case on the computer.

One file caught his attention as he opened it.

Case File: 7092005

Location: Pleasant Valley, Georgia

Total Deaths: The entire population including Mayor George W Buckman and his son Lester Buckman

Cause of Death: Hanging (The residents) Eye gouged out before being hanged (Mayor George W Buckman) Emasculated before hanged (Lester Buckman)

Description: Pleasant Valley is an isolated town located in [Redacted, Georgia, USA. According to legends, it was the site where 2001 of the population were killed by Union Soldiers.

The incident started around 12:00 AM or 3:00 AM EST when the entire population vanished before the Guts and Glory Festivals which appeared to supposed to honor the deceased soldiers of Civil War however it's revealed that it's used to kill several Northers or Yankees.

Then there was a knock on the door as Katsuya said, "Yes." Then Watari Oshiba entered the room, the older man noticed Katsuya look at the file. "Katsuya, I know that you are looking at the file but I think the people of Pleasant Valley deserve that for the crimes they committed."

Katsuya sighed heavily as he got up, "You have something that might help?"

"Yes." Watari answered as the older man lead Katsuya to a room where the second son of Eito was met face to face with a creature with the name SX-1.

Katsuya was dumbfounded as he look at Watari, "This is insane... That thing..." He pointed at the creature. "is a crime of nature..."

"Crime?" Watari spoke as he looked at SX-1. It had a light grey exoskeleton covering its chest, back, forearms and legs, with the rest of its body covered in fur.

"I don't see why SX-1 is a crime against nature. After all, it's not different from these demons we fought." Watari said as Katsuya retorted, "No, you're wrong. Demons were the first rulers of this planet, not that thing you created." while he recalled how he encountered her. He remembers how she told to "Prepare" for something.

"Perhaps we should test this thing on The Gate Guardian."

Watari felt pleased as he said, "Now we're talking! I knew you will accept my project, SX-1 is only the first of a breed of artificial demons created to serve our interests...hu? Wouldn't you agree with me, Serizawa?" Katsuya nodded before pointing out, "Perhaps we should do this in a secure room.

Katsuya Serizawa and Watari Oshiba are in a room where SX-1 can't see them. Pressing a button, the test tube opened as SX-1 was unleashed.

Katsuya Serizawa sees the Gate Guardian before the gate. She resembled a full grown woman in her early 20's. Her golden blonde hair floated in the air with her Sapphire blue eyes stared at the two men. Her attire is a white toga dress with a golden belt made of chains wrapped around her waist.

"Remarkable!" Katsuya pointed out, "She has the physical appearance of a woman...and she looks like an Angel."

"Correction." Watari corrected, "She is a Titan." Katsuya is confused by this. "Titans? Are they portrayed to be gigantic?"

"Actually, Titans in Mythology are portrayed to be human sized." Watari pointed out. "Yea that makes sense." Katsuya answered sarcastically as SX-1 looked at the Gate Guardian, unleashing a loud roar and charged at Gate Guardian until it was obliterated by a blast of light. SX-1 was release a screech until the remains of the artificial demon was a pile of dust that was blown away.

Katsuya nearly swear a cuss word while Watari was dumbfounded.

"Did she obliterated SX-1..." Katsuya muttered. "Like it's nothing." Watari finished.

"Interesting." A voice called out as the two turned around to see Sosuke Oshiba.

The one eye man stared at Katsuya who scolded, "You're late, Sosuke. You know that?"

"How did it went?" Sosuke asked as Katsuya sighed, "SX-1 was destroyed."

"Good." Sosuke muttered as Katsuya looked at Sosuke. "Sosuke, I know what you feel...but arriving late does not help! If you don't take our mission seriously, you could lose the ones you love...especially your sister Sachiko and your girlfriend Akane!" When Sosuke heard that, he growled to himself.

"Guess he is still recovering from that memory." Katsuya thought to himself as Watari approached his grandson. "I am not sure what happened to the demon." Katsuya said while Sosuke pointed, "And neither do Sachiko and I...the last thing I remembered was his head with a sinister smile and his roar who caused the thunder. He looked like a massive, dragon-like creature with dark purple scaly skin...his eyes were red like blood and he whistled like a snake. And his laugh who will haunt me until I'm dead."

"At least, Sachiko was unaffected by the traumatic event." Watari said. "It's a miracle that Sachiko never recalled this at all, even though she is a baby during this." The older man remembered how he lost his son and daughter-in-law. Katsuya sighed heavily, he remember how someone found a disturbing tape of Ronald Reagan. Of course when Mr. Reagan heard about, both Katsuya and the President of USA watched the tape, he swore that the president said something about The Child from Hell and the Demon King. This is before Reagan's mental state degenerated from Alzheimer's and passing from pneumonia.

When Akira stepped into Beatrice's apartment where she lived, he never expect it that the lights will be out which left him in the dark. Guess Beatrice loves the dark than the light or she want preserve power. Taking off his shoes, he enter the guest bedroom and laid down a bit, unaware that someone is watching him.

"Mrs. Yoshida." A nurse called out to Natsumi Yoshida who look up. "This will be last night on IV. You will be transferred to a much secured hospital to help your mental disorder. So get some rest, okay." Natsumi nodded as the nurse left.

"Mommy..." A voice called out and it sounded like Saki. Natsumi's eyes widen out of confusion before another voice called out, "Natsumi dear." It was her husband's voice this time which Natsumi to freak out. In a panic, she removed the IV needle out of her arm and shove the IV stand to the ground, shattering it on the ground. That's when she saw someone in her room, reading a book of sorts. It was a girl with ashen blonde hair that are in ringlet pigtails. She wore a school uniform with a red shirt and a black skirt.

Despite looking regal appearance, there's a hint of cruelty as the girl spoke, "You know that's something wrong with your husband when you smell the alcohol on his clothes. Good thing I stopped it even though Beatrice could knock him out with a single punch before he can rape your daughter." When Natsumi heard about it, the poor woman's mind nearly shattered. "H-How did get the the words of my mind...?" "Simple." The blonde school girl said as she revealed a knife that is in a leather sheath. The older woman took the knife, remove the scabbard and raised the blade up, aiming it at her own ears. As Natsumi recalled the happy moments with Saki back when she was a child, the woman stabbed herself in the ear.

Atsumu was seething in his jail cell. He couldn't believe it that Saki got herself a happy ending and the blackmail attempt backfired on them. As a result, they are completely blacklisted from any other school. Yui had take the worst of it as she won't stop crying.

Getting up from the cot, the teenage boy approach the mirror, he swore that his reflect changed into something into a female centaur with horns and no arms. She is looking at Asumu with malicious intent when suddenly, a pair of arms grabbed a hold of him which sprouted from the mirror. Asumu struggled until he was in a new room. Looking around, he saw a blonde hair tanned skin man sitting on a throne. Looking at the group, he rose up from the throne as he began to speak, "Well, well, well. A bunch of easy prey who are dragged here. PERFECT!" The group of teenage convicts were horrified when Daichi marched towards the blonde hair man when something fell on top of him. Upon a closer look, Daichi nearly screamed when he realized it was Hayato's corpse. His face appeared to be chewed off by something.

"Oh.." The man said, "Let's say this body is my disguise. Let's see if you can handle MY TRUE FORM!!!!" The man's voice became distorted as his body changed from a young man to an intersex creature with light blue skin with tendril like hair with dark blue markings at the ends and near the head. His feet were clawed, resembled a dinosaur. The sound of screaming fill the air (from Daichi, Ayumi and Taisei), Atsumu was horrified and Yui's mind was about to snap. "I'm Asmodeus, The Demon Lord of Lust and Lechery." Asmodeus introduced himself as the others were horrified. "I see that you tried to ruin someone's reputation with blackmail but it had backfired." The demon sighed, "Such a shame that I had no choice-"

"I want to live!" Yui whispered to herself. Asmodeus heard it as he spoke, "Excuse me? I want to hear it loud and clear." Yui gulped before she yelled, "I WANT TO LIVE!!!" Asmodeus approached her and lifted his right arm. "Good." Then Asmodeus slashed his arm open, blood flowing from the wound, "Drink my blood." Yui wasted no time as she catch the blood in her hands and consumed it.

Then Yui fell on all fours in pain as it wrecked her body in twisted ways. Blood dripped out of her mouth as her skin became pale and scaly as she ripped clothes off as strange markings appeared on her body as a ball of flame surround Yui.

Everyone stared in shock until the flames vanished. Yui was no longer human and she resembled more like a succubus with a curvaceous body coupled with a big pair of breasts. Her skin was an ashen white with her hair was jet black and slicked back with scales on her arms and thighs. Like any demons, she had a pair of horns, two smaller ones at each side of her head and two larger one at the back. Looking at former friends, she only snarled in disgust while Asmodeus only smiled. "How does it feel?"

The demoness who is once Yui answered, "It's feel oddly good." Then she looked at Daichi before punching him so hard that Daichi knelt over and vomit on the ground Asmodeus walked up to Yui, "Perhaps, I will rename you as Lilith, the female progenitor of demons." Yui/Lilith said, "I like that name." Asmodeus turned his attention to the horrified group who witnessed their friend turning into a demon as something emerged from the darkness. Although it resembled a wall until upon a closer inspection, the wall is made of human flesh with various people grunting, groaning and moaning with their arms reaching out for something. "Behold the Flesh of the Damned. They're my past victims, their souls combined to create this beauty."

Ayumi was trembling in horror as she wet herself out of fear. Atsumu, out of some stupidity, charged at Asmodeus who moved out of the way that Atsumu was running towards the Flesh of the Damned as their hands grabbed a hold of the teenager as he was dragged in, screaming out of fear. Daichi and Taisei ran over to tried help but the Flesh of the Damned was too strong for them as the three men were dragged in as Ayumi watched in horror. Ayumi looked at her former friend. "Y-Yui... Please... think of sparing me-"

Then Lilith picked up Ayumi, walked to Asmodeus' creation as Ayumi was now panicking, her legs swinging around like a toddler would do when they can't get a toy. "Have you forgot something? MY NAME IS NOT YUI TANIGUCHI!! NOW I GO BY LILITH NOW!!" And just like that, Lilith shoved Ayumi face first in the Flesh of the Damned who dragged her in as the girl screamed. Asmodeus walked over and said, "Dog eat dog." as Ayumi, Daichi, Atsumu and Taisei were consumed.

Akira woke up with an itchy nose. He tried to reach out only to realized that he was tied to the bed. "WHAT THE HECK!!' He shouted before he saw Beatrice sitting on a chair.

"Good evening Akira." Beatrice spoke and Akira shouted, "Beatrice!!!"

Beatrice sat up from her seat and said, "You know that my grandfather is an occultist. Well, I wanted to see if it's possible to communicate with a demon through the host."

Beatrice walked over the desk and picked up a bottle full of water. Opening the lid, Beatrice poured the water on Akira's abdomen which made Akira cringed due the coldness. "Is that Holy Water?"

Then Beatrice grabbed a book and jumped on the bed and open it, revealing that it was a bible. "READ BOY READ!!!!" Beatrice shouted when there's a blast of smoke appeared behind Beatrice.

"Woah!!!" Beatrice shouted as a demonic voice spoke, "Beatrice." Beatrice turn around to see Akira's eyes were completely yellow. "So, you're Amon."

Amon said, "Yes." Beatrice looked at Akira as Amon continue to speak, "You want to know about the demons?" Beatrice nodded immediately and said, "Yes."

"In ancient times, demons once walked the earth, divided by various tribes until Adramelech came along. Adramelech is unlike his siblings due to his intelligence."

"And that caused problems, right?" Beatrice pointed out. "Yes. Out of anger, he emerged from the ground and devoured his siblings and started to recruit numerous demons in order to recreate the world in his own way. During his conquest, he killed various gods before he was stopped by his daughter. However your grandfather summoned me to possessed your uncle but he is not perfect host. Of course, Eito knows that time is running low on him so you become my host before Akira."

Amon turned his head and finished, "Before we finished, beware of the youngest Fallen Angel Baal." Beatrice felt fear controlling her body until Akira regained control when a knock on the door caught Beatrice's attention. Quickly untying Akira as Saki opened the door.

"Something wrong?" Saki said before noticing Akira on the bed without a shirt before he joked, "Want a three way?"

"No thanks." Saki answered, "I don't want anyone asking me why I am walking weirdly."

Katsuo walking back to his apartment building alone. However something is off with his movements being wobbly with red tendrils wiggling under his clothes like snakes.

However, a certain woman watches afar as numerous dark clouds surrounded the night sky, snuffing out the light from the stars.

"Momoka is a fool, thinking that she can do anything because she is a demon." Then Senda Mari began to cackle madly as a skeletal looking demon emerged from her eyepatch as it began to rain.

The door opened as Katsuo made it back home before the rain began to pour however Akira noticed something is off because of his movements were off and thought he was drunk or something like that. "Hey Katsuo, you okay?" Katsuo look at Akira with a dazed look with glazed eyes like a drunkard. "You may tried to lay down." Akira answered as he guided Katsuo to the bedroom to hopefully sobered the older male up. But Momoka emerged from Katsuo who sat up from the bed. Grinning like a psychopath, the modified demonic human walked towards where Beatrice is at, unaware that reflection changed into a certain armless centaur.

In the kitchen, Beatrice was measuring a cup of water in the sink while being unaware of a small slug of water wiggling towards the running sink water. Then the slug jumped into the running water.

Akira woke up when there was a loud shout. The teen ran to see Katsuo with a woman that he never saw before and Beatrice whose head is submerged in water, about close to unconsciousness.

Akira gritted his teeth and transformed into his Devilman form. Momoka shouted, "What the hell is that!?!?!?!" Devilman grinned before growling, "I'm Devilman and YOU BETTER NOT LAY YOUR HANDS ON HER!!!!" Momoka was shocked but a cruel smile formed on her face as yelled out, "GET HIM, KATSUO!!!"

Katsuo obeyed without any words, charging at Devilman who dodged out of the way, the demon-human hybrid not wanting to hurt him because for Beatrice. Katsuo (under Momoka's possession) grabbed a knife from the knife block to slashed at Devilman when he saw his reflection turned into a female centaur with no arms. "Such lovely arms. Such a shame that I am going to take them." Then both of Katsuo's arms were ripped off violently while Momoka's right arm was ripped off. The room was full of screaming as Katsuo fell down, dead while Devilman managed to punch Momoka so hard that she went flying out an open window, giving enough time for Devilman to take care of the demon that is holding Beatrice hostage.

"AMON!!" The demonic voice roared out, "WHY WILL BETRAY US!!!" Devilman responded, "It's Devilman!!" before a beam of energy fired from his fist, forming a mass of fog filling the room. "No reflecting surfaces when you're fogged up, Ebain." Ghelmer in a rage, charged at Devilman which becomes a mistake as Devilman dug through the water demon and grabbed an unconscious Beatrice. Ghelmer rose up to get some payback but he was hit by Purgatory Blast, evaporating the demon as he carried Beatrice towards a sofa.

Then there was a door unlocking and opening as Saki walked in, holding a bag of stuff (maybe clothes or grocery) when she saw Devilman and gasped in horror before Katsuo's corpse. "I..Is that Katsuo-" "Yes." Devilman answered bitterly when Beatrice rose up from the sofa with the blank expression. Saki gulped before she apologized, "Sorry about this.." and delivered a painful looking kick against Beatrice's abdomen, the pale looking girl made a weird looking face as she spat out a slug like creature. Saki shouted out of fear as the slug creature who is Ghelmer crawled as Beatrice coughed before following it. "HEY BEATRICE WAIT!!!" Saki shouted when Ghelmer was stopped by the same armless centaur.

"What?" Beatrice said while Devilman is confused. "Well now.." Ebain spoke, "Without water, you're useless than a lost child at a mall. We aren't Master and Servant anymore."

Ghelmer was scared, "You..." Then Ebain proclaimed, "YOUR POWER IS MINE!!! MERGE WITH ME!!!" Then Ghelmer was dragged into the mirror while screaming in horror. When Beatrice heard 'Merge with me' she did remembered something back during the theater.

The theater's walls and floor were drenched in red as Beatrice killed the big brain alien looking demon as Devilman torn the vine demon from the waist. "Wait, AMON!!!!" The vine demon yelled while Devilman was confused, "What? What are you going to do? Beg?"

"N..No... A last request! MERGED WITH ME!!" The demoness requested while Beatrice was confused as hell. "Merging? What the hell? I don't recalled Ryo telling that?" Beatrice called out, "I don't know but I think it's better to reject the request. It could be a trap!" Devilman thought about as he spoke, "Merge? A familiar plea."

Then he ripped the vine demon's head off cleanly and dropped on the ground right as Beatrice ran over and started to punch the head as she yelled, "THERE'S NO WAY THAT DEVILMAN CAN MERGE WITH SOMEONE LIKE YOU!!!!" until she was pulled away by Devilman who growled softly, "Stop!"

"SHIT!!!" Beatrice shouted as she ran out as Devilman followed her behind, Saki called out, "BE CAREFUL OUT THERE!!!" hoping that the two would came it out alive.

Somewhere, Tony noticed a gigantic centaur formed on the building windows as he saw Devilman. Concerned for his friend, Tony spoke, "Guess that horse is not ready to see me." then he ran off to take off his clothes and transform into his demonic form known as Demon Lord Dante.

"COME PLAY, AMON!!!" Ebain-Ghelmer yelled out as Devilman appeared. Ebain grinned to herself that things are on her side. There's a lots of water and reflective surfaces. "THE CITY IS FILLED WATER AND WINDOWS!!!" Beatrice was in shock as she thought, "Oh crap.. There's no way that we can stop her." Then it began to rain blood as Ebain-Ghelmer was confused until Devilman saw another demon appeared which caused Ghelmer to freeze in shock. "D...Dante... YOU'RE ALIVE!!!" Dante only glared Ebain and asked, "Want to know what happened when lighting made contact with bodies of water? Water is a good conductor after all."

Then a lighting bolt struck the water, electrocuting the merged centaur water demon, forcing them to emerged from the giant window and separate. Seeing this, Beatrice shouted out, "Take care of the centaur, Devilman!!! I got the water demon!!!" Beatrice had grabbed the Muramasa Blade before she ran off. The female teen approached Ghelmer who is panicking by the appearance of Beatrice and the blade. "Oh...! Please don't harm me!!! I promise!!" Beatrice only pointed out, "Said the demon who nearly drowned me!!" and quickly sliced Ghelmer's head off but to make sure, Beatrice began to chop the water demon up like how Susanoo chopped up the dragon, Yamato no Orochi.

Devilman jumped out of the way from Ebain charging at him. "WHAT IS WRONG YOU COW-" Then Devilman delivered a painful looking punch to Ebain's chest which caused the centaur to stumbled backwards. Devilman concentrated before he shouted, "DAMNATION BEAM!!" as a bolt of lighting struck Ebain's horn which snapped off. Devilman noticed it and threw at Ebain, impaling the centaur demon in the chest, killing her.

Once it was over, Devilman reverted back as Akira as Beatrice was able to catch up to Ebain's corpse. "AKIRA! BEATRICE!" Saki's voice called out as she saw the dead body of Ebain and covered in mouth in shock. "Oh..God.. Is that a demon?" Saki asked and Beatrice answered, "Yes. Sadly, demons are real but not all of them are evil." Then Saki asked, "Does anyone know about this Devilman guy?" which made Beatrice remember then said, "Me and Miki Makimura. You're the third person. But who the heck is that demon who is called Dante?"

"What did you see when you put on that Demon Mask?" Akira asked, "Since I didn't wear it." Then Beatrice recalled the horned demon with the human face merging from the ice before cursing, "Oh fuck.."

I think this story has the highest kill count. And the villains from 2001 Maniacs are dead. I know that in the movie they are ghosts so I decided to make them human.

I feel like killing Mrs. Yoshida might be overkill but she deserved it to making things worse in Metamorphosis. The names Atsumu, Daichi, Taisei, Ayumi and Yui are names from Metamorphosis Rebirth by colossalblackening
