Well I am not going to go into much of a recap about 43. There was a lot there. I know almost 14,000 words, wow.
This was a fun chapter.
Christian messing with Elliot about the cake and Ana telling Christian to tell the truth saying truth or kisses haha
Christian's touch therapy doing very well
His physical therapy almost finished
They told each other how much they love each other
Christian has decided to shut the doors completely on GEH. He sells everything he will be worth double what he is now
They talked about him working with Ana
Christian had his talk with Ray asking for his blessing to marry Ana. Gran and granmomma asked if they could stay and hear it
Gran gave Christian a gorgeous blue diamond pear shaped ring for Ana that was her grandmothers
Christian trying to plan a birthday getaway without nosy Ana finding out
Ana trying to be swift and hiding to learn about said birthday getaway
So funny when she got caught trying to crawl to the elevator without anyone seeing her
Ana going through the paces with her physical therapist T.J. that she calls the extremists
She works through her sessions though
T.J. has the inserts and shoe sole she needs to get use to
They all talk and planned for the upcoming birthday party while Ana is at the gym
They get most of the details worked out and Christian and Dav go down to the gym
Some of the family find out that Ana owns a hotel-casino in Miami. They decide not to use it because Christian don't know about it yet.
She named the hotel-Casino Gran Rose
Ana has two halfway houses and a charity she set up for addicted mothers with children
They find out from Theo that he is Ana's attorney
Ray and Theo decide that it will be a good idea to talk to Christian before he proposes. That way he will have a better understand of what Ana is going to tell him
Christian was worried as usual that something was wrong with Ana but that wasn't the case. She is fine
They just told him to listen with his heart to what she has to tell him. That she couldn't tell him because of what was in the will
Ray told him in a way a little about the will but he couldn't tell him much
Theo told him he was Ana and Ray's attorney same as he was his
They said if you love her as much as you say you do this talk with not you from proposing to her
He told them he would listen with his heart because he loved Ana so much
He will be stunned, floored and amazed when he finds out just how wealthy she is. Yes she wealthier that Christian can ever imagine
With their wealth they will do great things
Remember her grandfather was an Oil Baron and Oil has been in their family for generations
Ray and Theo were happy about the talk and they all decided to go eat crab legs and see how the brothers were doing
Final Chapter 44 time one week before Ana's birthday
"Alright do we have everything sorted out and ready to head to the airport Ana?"
"Yes love we do. I have all the bags at the front door. It is going to take them two trips to get all of our bags from here to the cars."
"Well Ms. Ana, I tried to tell you we can purchase anything we want on our trip."
"Yes Boo. I know but that is just ridiculous when we have new clothes here. If we need something then we will buy it. Simple as that."
"Come on you two times is a wastin…as Ana says."
"We have time Elliot, the plane is not going to leave without us."
"Yes, I know but we have plans after you both get on the jet."
"You do what y'all doing?"
"Well for starters we have reservations at one of the fancy steak houses and we don't want to be late. Then coming back here to bring the grands and go jet skiing and just lay in the sun and talk."
"Well I am sure if you used our names they will wait on you… Just kidding, we are ready."
"How are you gonna put up with her around the world bro?"
"Oh I will figure something out."
Ana looks at him
"Just kidding, we will be fine and love every minute of our time."
"Elliot, make sure your guys know what they are doing when they start on the new buildings. You keep an eye on them?"
'Yes ma'am but I trust my guys they have been with me for years that I don't have to worry about them. I am using the same crews that helped me build Atlanta plants."
"Oh that is great news, they know exactly what to do."
"Yes they do now let's go gran and everyone is getting in the cars now. They are going to see you both off."
"Christian, I have all the bags loaded in the second SUV. Just to let you both know we have Dav, Sawyer, Nick, Becca and Le Anne that will be going with us."
"Very good Taylor thank you. Don't forget Gail is going with us. I told her she was."
"Yes Ana, she knows and she is packed and waiting in the car. Here you are going to have to take this. I know you don't want but T.J. take it as a precaution in case you might need it."
He hands her her walking cane
"Well look at it like this, it isn't the walker."
"Elliot Grey I am going to kick your ass if you don't shut up about my walker."
"Ok enough let's go."
They all walk out to the cars and get in and head to the airport for their trip to Miami
They arrive at the airport and Captain Gibbs is standing at the top of the stairs waiting on them
"Welcome back Ana and Christian how are you two doing?"
"Captain Gibbs, we are doing wonderful. All our therapy is finished and we are ready for our trip."
"That is good to hear. I see you have extra security with you this time."
"Yes we are talking about these ladies with us as security for Ana."
"Very good idea Christian. Can never have enough where you two are concerned."
"That is so true. Captain Gibbs, let me introduce you to our security you haven't met before.
This is Nick Carter he is normally in Myrtle Beach, this is Becca Albright and Le Anne Jones."
"Nice to meet you all."
"Likewise sir."
"Christian, everything is loaded and we are ready whenever Captain Gibbs is."
"Good let us say goodbye to our family and we will be right back."
"No rush Christian we have time."
They walk back down the stairs to the crowd that is waiting to send them off
"I am going to miss y'all so much. We will see you all from time to time. Make sure you all keep your bags packed for a moment's notice. You all know how I can be."
'Yes Annie we know. We love y'all and will miss you both. Enjoy your journey and take plenty of pictures."
"We will daddy, you take care of granmomma and everyone while we are gone."
"Don't cry Annie love it won't be forever we will see y'all as you said from time to time."
Ray hugged and Christian and let everyone have a few minutes with them
"Annie Rose, you and Christian have a great time. We love you both to the pieces."
"We love you to granmomma."
"Ana, you have the time of your life with that man you love so much. Everything is going to be just fine. I know it is. I love you my best friend and we will see you when you want us. Oh I quit the FBI."
"I knew you were going to. I am to I can't do this job knowing I will have a husband and kids at home someday."
"Yes, that is why I am giving it up. I think I will take you up on your offer to work with you. We will talk about it later."
"Ok that is awesome I can't wait. Love you Paula, take care of yourself and everyone else."
"Sweet girl, we are going to miss you both so much. Christian take very good care of our girl here?"
"Yes, gran you can count on that cause you know I will."
"Baby girl, you take care of our boy here?"
"Of course my sweet grandpa I always will."
"Come here you big lug and give me a hug. I am going to miss you El. You take care of everyone and let us know how it is going here at home."
"I promise I will. I love you sis. Don't ever forget it. You take care of my bro."
"Christian you bro you are everything to me. You take care of yourself and our little lady here."
"Absolutely bro I will. You make sure you take care of you and the family. I love you Elliot."

"Ok now all the hugs and kisses are done let's get on the jet and fly away."
"Gail we are going to miss you my friend."
"Awe Sadie and Adele I will miss you too. I just can't believe I am going on this amazing trip. It is a dream come true."
They all say goodbye and get on the jet
After they are seated Captain Gibbs stand in front and introduces the flight personnel to all
"Ana, Christian and all you all know Amy Johnson and Jackson Grimes. We have a new flight attendant for part of this journey we are taking. His name is Johnny Novack."
"Nice to meet you Johnny."
"We will introduce everyone after we get in the air."
"Please buckle up and enjoy your flight."
They went through the flight instructions for the seatbelts and where the oxygen masks were and the emergency exits where if needed. They told them where the bathroom was located and asked if they would like something to drink and maybe a snack. There flight to Miami wasn't going to be a long one
They were all introduced to all the passengers and coffee and water was passed out.
They arrived at Miami's private air strip and they had two cars waiting on them with more security
They loaded everything in the cars and headed to the hotel they would be staying at until it was time to leave for their trip
"Taylor pulls up in front of Fontainebleau, a five star luxury hotel. It is a spectacular blend of Golden Era glamour and modern luxury.
"Oh my goodness this place is gorgeous isn't it Christian? Look at this Gail, don't you just love it?"
"Yes my love it is and I wouldn't have anything else for you."
"Yes Ana it is lovely."
The bellboys have come out to help with the luggage
Taylor and Dav walk to the doors and open them first
Christian and Ana walk into the hotel as the doors are opened for them
Gail and the ladies walk in behind them. The men walk behind them
The bellboys follow with all the luggage
Taylor walks up to the front desk
"Welcome to the Fontainebleau, how may I help you sir?"
"Thank you ma'am I believe you have reservations for Grey and Steele and rooms for our security."
"Yes sir, we do. One moment while I put up the room numbers. Yes, here we go. I have Mr. Grey and Ms. Steele in the Presidential Suite top floor. I have Jason Taylor and Gail Jones in the suite next door Grey. I have two security guards Sawyer, Davidson and Carter next door to Grey on the opposite side. Their room has three bedrooms. I have Jones and Albright across from Grey."
"Very good thank you for accommodating us like I asked you to do. We appreciate that very much."
"Yes sir and here are your codes for each room. We do not use cards or keys. Once you get everything situated like you want you can change your door code so no one will be able to come in unless you invite them or give them the code.
Housekeeping will not be allowed unless you request them."
"Wow, that is amazing. I never heard of that before."
"We strive to be the best for our guests and their safety comes first sir."
"Thank you and do you have a restaurant here in the hotel and what are the hours?"
"Yes sir we do and we also have twenty four hour room service. Whatever you would like, they will prepare for you and your friends."
"This is my kind of place. Which way to the elevators ma'am?"
"Follow the bellboys, they will take you up."
"Yes ma'am."
Taylor walks back over to them and explains about the door codes and to follow the bellboys
They walk over to the elevator and they have to take two elevators up with all the luggage and themselves
They get to the top floor and follow the bellboys out after Taylor makes sure it is clear and proceeds to their rooms
Sawyer and Luke follow with the luggage as they come off the elevator
Taylor uses the code and opens Christian and Ana's door
They all gasps at the beauty within
"Oh my stars, this is absolutely breathtaking."
"Oh my Ana you are so right."
"Christian everything looks up to speed. I am going to check the other rooms and we will be in our room when you need us. Are we all going down to eat or having room service?"
"We will let you know what we decide after we unpack Taylor."
"Very good Ana, we will see you later."
They all walk out and go to their rooms
"My God Christian this place is a palace. It is so beautiful and look at the view. The ocean is so calm and peaceful right now and the water is crystal blue."
"Yes my angel I see that but there is nothing in this room more beautiful than you."
"You are so romantic my love. Thank you for this trip we are going to be embarking on together. I can't wait to be flying across the world with you. I wouldn't want to be with anyone else but you."
"You do not have to thank me love. I would not want this trip or any trip without you in my arms."
Ana walks into his arms and pulls his head down for a passionate kiss and Christian pulls her closer and returns the kiss just as passionately
They have to pull themselves away from each other so they can breathe
"Come on love, let's get unpacked and go eat. I am hungry."
"Call Jason, and I will start while you talk to him."
"Alright but are you sure you don't want my help?"
"Oh Boo, you are going to help…didn't you hear me say I would start?"
"Damn was hoping you forgot that part."
He laughs and gives her a quick kiss and takes off
"I ought to make you do it all."
She laughs at the look on his face
"Get on outta here Grey. Call Jason and tell him to let them all know what we are doing. They all don't have to come if they would rather stay in and have room service. Jason knows how many we will need with us."
"Yes ma'am I am going."
Ana has most of their clothes put away except the ones for the closet and their shoes. Her formal wear and everyday dresses are in bags to be hung up
Christian's suits and tuxedo are in bags to hung up
'Hum he must be planning on taking me out one night before we leave here. I will ask him later
Christian walks back into the bedroom and helps Ana finish with the clothes. They all get ready to head downstairs for a their meal
Taylor and Dav walk ahead of everyone and make sure it is safe for them to enter the restaurant with no problems
"This way Mr. Grey, Ana."
"Reservation for Grey Ms?"
"Yes sir, right this way."
"The hostess seats them and tells them their waiter will be will them shortly
"Would you all like something to drink? I will have your waiter bring it out to you all."
"Yes a bottle of your finest wine and water for all please thank you ma'am."
"Yes ma'am he will be out very soon."
She walks off and goes to find their waiter. She tells him what they would like and he proceeds to filling their order
"Welcome to the Fontainebleau my name is Gerald and i will be your waiter this evening. I will have Morgan help with everything as there are eight of you. I do not want anyone to have to sit and wait on drinks or food. We pride our restaurant on being the best service for our customers."
"Thank you Gerald, that is very considerate of you."
"Thank you ma'am. I hope the wine is to your liking sir?"
Christian taste the wine and smiles
"Yes it is a very good vintage thank you."
"Would you all like to order or do you all need some time?"
"No Gerald, we all know what we want and we will make it easy for you."
"Thank you but it is my job to accommodate my customers."
"Yes of course. Now we would all like the New York Strip cooked medium with sautéed onions and mushrooms. A side salad with red wine vinaigrette dressing on the side please. Also for dessert we would like chocolate cake with coffee please."
"Yes sir, thank you and we will have it out momentarily. I will serve your salads first if you prefer them that way?"
"Yes, that would be lovely, thank you Gerald."
"Yes ma'am my pleasure."
They ate their meal and had their dessert and coffee
"That was very delicious. Now I am ready for bed."
"I couldn't agree with you more Ana. I am stuffed that chocolate cake got me."
"Yes Gail. I know. Has someone taken care of the check? Do you see our waiters anywhere?"
"Yes, the check was taken care of Ana. Gerald is heading this way."
"Gerald, would you call Morgan over here to please for a moment?"
Morgan walks over and the both stand at the table
"Gentlemen, you both are outstanding waiters. We could not ask for anyone better. This is for each of you. We will see you tomorrow if you are going to be here. Now it is time for us to say goodnight."
"The meal was delicious and the service was perfect. Thank you both."
"Yes ma'am and sir we appreciate this and please come back tomorrow we will be here goodnight."
They all walk out of the restaurant and go to the elevators and go upstairs
Taylor walks to Ana and Christian's door and uses the new code they put in
He walks in and makes sure everything is clear for them to enter
"You may come in now Ana, Christian. Goodnight we will see you in the morning. What time sir?"
"No set time just when we all wake up. This is a vacation Jason and we are going to treat it as one. Goodnight all. I will call in the morning and you can order room service for breakfast. We can all eat here and discuss what we plan to do tomorrow."
"Very good Christian, goodnight."
They close the door and Ana walks over to the bed and pulls the covers down
"Christian I love you so very much. Would you take a bath with me or is that asking too much for you right now? You know with us not making love yet?"
"No, it is not too much for me. I would love to take a bath with you and I will behave myself."
"Alright I will run the bath water and you can meet me there."
"Alright love I am just going to grab me a pair of pajamas and you a gown. I'll be right there."
Ana starts the bath water and adds some jasmine bath oil. She takes a deep breath and smells the jasmine. She takes off her clothes and gets in the tub waiting on Christian
She is kinda nervous but she wants this intimacy with the man she loves
Christian is nervous too. He has never seen Ana naked, just in a bikini. Well that is almost naked. he has to calm himself down some
Ok Grey, get in there she is not going to wait all night on you
Christian walks into the bathroom and takes his clothes off and gets in the tub behind Ana
"This is nice. I have never done this before but I love it with you. I thought I would be afraid to take a bath with you. I was worried for no reason. I am happy you are here with me my love, my Boo."
"I am happy I am here with you, my angel, my love. I have never done this before either. I know you didn't ask but I wanted you to know."
"Thank you love for telling me but I wasn't worried."
She turns her head and kisses him
"Not none of that right now my love. Let's enjoy the bath for a little while then it's to bed."
They shared a few more kisses and got out of the tub and dried each other off
They decided to forego clothes and sleep in the nude. Dangerous yes but they have the will to wait a little longer
"Christian are you comfortable like this with me? or do we need to put on clothes?"
"No love I am good if you are?"
"Ok I was just wanting to make sure. I don't want you to think I am playing games with you. You know I want you but I want to wait a while longer. When we leave here and start our trip."
"I understand love and I am good."
"Alright hold me and kiss me and tell me goodnight. We have some sightseeing to do tomorrow."
Yes ma'am."
Christian proceeded to kiss the daylights out of her and held her close as they fell asleep saying goodnight and love you
They spent the next few days seeing a lot of different places and doing some water skiing and deep sea diving. They swam with the dolphins and had late night swims in the pool. They ate at the restaurant again and went out to a show
"Christian, the others have arrived. Sawyer and Dave have left to go and pick them up at the airport. Their rooms have already been sorted and taken care of. They are all on the floor below us. They will not see Ana until Friday."
"Ok thank you Jason. Make sure they are taken care of. I will see them Thursday to let them know what is going on."
They have to keep Ana away for a few more days
They stay in their room for breakfast and watch some movies. He takes her out on the beach making sure Elliot is not out there
They just spend a few days really doing nothing but relaxing on the beach or in their room
"Christian, everything is ready and the family and friends are in the ballroom waiting on you two."
"Ok on the way down thank you."
"Love, are you ready to go dancing tonight?"
"Yes my love I am. I love this dress. It is gorgeous. Thank you. You look mighty handsome tonight."
"Shall we go?"
"Dav are you going to take us dancing tonight?"
"Yes Ana, I am going to be leading you both to the ballroom downstairs."
"Oh my the ballroom. I saw it the other day and it is gorgeous."
"Come along love, let's go eat and then dance."
"Lead the way, love."
They walk down to the elevator and get in and go downstairs
Dav opens the doors and everyone yells Happy Birthday
"Christian Grey, how did you plan all this? I love it and I love you."
"Oh love, this has been planned since you told me you wanted to travel."
"Happy Birthday Annie, love you."
"Happy Birthday Annie Rose, I have missed you and I love you."
Everyone said Happy Birthday and gave gifts and ten sat around and ate a very delicious meal prepared for them by the chef of the Fontainebleau
"Oh my word I can't believe all of you are here. I am so happy to see everyone thank you all for coming. This is so special to me."
"Don't cry love, we all love you and want to share this day with you."
"Thank you Boo for doing this, this is amazing."
They all sing Happy Birthday to her and they eat and then have the biggest cake Ana has ever seen rolled out in front of her. The candles are lit
"Make a wish for my love and blow them out."
Ana makes her wish and blows all the candles out. They have the cake and say goodnight and see them tomorrow
Everyone is at the door waiting to say goodbye as they start out the door for the car to the jet
"Have a great time, call when you can. We love y'all so much."
"Thank you everyone we love y'all too. See you when we see you."
"Come on love, let's go."
They get to the jet and get ready to take off for the wild blue yonder
