Chapter 9: A Battle On Pokevision

"Well then Pikachu," Ash says, opening a pokéball with a Pidgeot inside. "Looks like we have work to do."

Ash then hops aboard his Pidgeot, swooping down onto the southern arena with the performers.

"What do you guys think you're doing?!" Max asks.

"We're fulfilling Giovanni's wishes, we're the last remaining members of Team Rocket, after Giovanni died, Team Rocket was disbanded, half of every member are in jail, the other half had reformed." The Trio explains.

"Everyone go put out the fire! I'll take care of these guys!" Ash tells everyone.

"Wait! Can me and all the performers help you?" Lisia asked.

"Sure if you want." Ash tells her.

While everyone else takes care of putting out the fire, Ash, Lisia and all the performers gathered to stop the Team Rocket Trio.

"Go Arbok, Lickitung, Wobbuffet, Seviper, Dustox, Yanmega, Woobat, Frillish, Gourgeist and Mimikyu!" Jessie throws her PokéBalls in the air, and out came her Pokémon.

"Go Weezing, Victreebel, Cacnea, Chimecho, Mime Jr., Carnivine, Yamask, Amoongus, Inkay, Mareanie, and Morpeko!" James throws his PokéBalls in the air, out came his Pokémon.

"I'm joining in too!" Meowth shouts looking confident.

"All right then, let's do this!" Lisia shouts to the rest of the performers, using her pokémon to fly to the other side.

Brock then tried to go through the inner ring of fire and help them. His Steelix somehow managed to jump across the fire and lava onto the platform.

"Well if he's going, so am I!" Misty said, trying to figure out how to follow him.

"Are you ready Pikachu?" Ash asked, opening all of his pokéballs.

"Pika!" Pikachu nodded.

"Wait who are these people anyway?" Starla asked, while taking out a hidden pokeball from her purse.

"Just some pokemon thieves that been chasing me since I was 10." Ash shrugged.

"Hey that's no way to talk to your lifetime enemy!" Jessie should.

"Less talking, more fighting." Meowth shouted, annoyed. "Time for my infamous Fury Swipes!" Meowth started to run towards Pikachu.

"Pikachu! Thunderbolt!" Ash quickly responded.

"Pika, Pika!" Pikachu unleashed a thunderbolt that shocked Meowth."

"Alright Steelix! Use Stone Edge on Arbok and Weezing!" Brock said once making it onto the platform.

"Sticking with the originals are we?" Jessie smirked. "Use Sludge Bomb, Arbok!"

"And Weezing, use Dark Pulse!" James added.

"You're kidding me Ash." Starla sighed. "These are your lifelong enemies? Two teenagers and a cat? I'll help give these little peasants a lesson."

"Ooh who is this new twerpette that thinks she can stand up against Team Rocket?" The trio said walked towards her.

"I'll be your lifelong enemy soon enough." Starla replied calmly. "What are your names?"

"Didn't you hear our motto?! It's Jessie, James and Meowth!" The Trio said, getting annoyed.

Meanwhile Ash and the rest tried to find the missing pokemon.

"Not anymore, you're now called Crazy, Daisy and Foolish Cat!" Starla said, pointing at each of them.

"I, Princess Étoile think you're right, I will change what you will think of me, forever!" Starla shouted, going into get Étoile battle mode. "Elephage! Let's do this!"

"What is that thing!?" James gasped.

"Who cares!? Just take her down!" Jessie ordered.

"Don't call her Daisy, I have an older sister named Daisy." Misty informed.

"Then I'll call her Old Hag." Starla smiles.

"All Pokémon attack that new twerpette and her Pokémon!" Jessie ordered.

"Don't call me a twerpette Old Hag!" Starla ordered angrily.

"What did you just call me!?" Jessie asked as she was getting angry.

"Yawn, the battle of words... How amusing." Bonnie said, unable to do anything but watch. "Ash find the pokémon so I can battle those guys!"

Rotom from Alola was also showing to see this new Pokemon. "Guys, it must be a new ultra beast!" And the girl caught one!"

"An Ultra Beast?" Everyone that came from Alola wondered.

"Well I don't see it anywhere, I looked it up twice! And I'm a pokedex!" Rotom confirmed.

"Frillish, use Shadow Ball!" Jessie shouted.

"Morpeko, use Aura Wheel!" James added.

"Pikachu! Use Iron Tail on Frillish!" Ash nodded, while behind the trio.

"Elephage! Start with Thunder Crash!" Étoile told her pokemon, while in front.

"We're surrounded... Just great." Jessie and James sighed. "Wobbafett use Counter on the Thunder Crash!" Jessie shouted.

"And everyone else! Try to dodge it!" James added.

"This Ultra Beast is an electric type!" Kiawe noted.

"More data!" Rotom said happily. "Find out as mush as you can!"

"Ash! I haven't found the pokemon yet but I am sure we are getting close!" Serena called over.

"Then we can all attack!" Lisia and the rest of the performers nodded.

"Oh Ashy!" Miette waved over. "When we are done lets go to the diner! Then we can have a real heartfelt talk, and I can express myself freely."

"Now's... Not... The... Time..." Ash grunted.

"Hey! I don't think you realize this, but Ash already has a girlfriend!"

"Meowth! Use Night Slash!" Jessie and James shouted, noticing that Ash was partially distracted.

"Oh no you don't! Elephage use Tri-Attack!" Étoile said, noticing too.

"The Ultra Beast knows Tri-Attack too!" Rotom said, taking more notes.

The trio now noticed that they were getting hit, and hard. The Tri-Attack ended with almost all of their pokemon either getting burnt, frozen or paralyzed.

"Quick! Use the full heals! All of them!" They panicked.

"Alright then, thats how you want to fight isn't it, Twerpette." Jessie snickered.

James then quickly broght all of their pokemon out front.

"Alright, everyone on the count of 3. Woobat use Air Slash! Frillish, Gourgeist and Yamask launch Shadow Ball! Amoonguss and Carnivine use Energy Ball! Yanmega, launch Silver Wind! Inkay, use Psybeam and Seviper uses Sludge Bomb!" Jessie and James told all of their pokemon.

"Everyone else that we didn't talk about use your favorite move!" Meowth finished. "Oh thats including me!"

"And Wobbafett, we almost forgot, use counter and aim it at them to make sure they don't dodge it like last time!"

"We need a name for this move... Like last time but cooler..." Jessie noticed, as everyone else were getting ready to launch their moves.

"The Ultimate Rocket Revengers!" Meowth said.

"Good but let's attack already, I'm actually surprised that they didn't attack us yet." James quickly said.

"We're just giving you a chance to fight!" Ash yelled over. "You do know I can hear you right?"

"Crazy, Old Hag and Pitiful, Foolish Cat, you done with your little lecture yet?" Étolie added.

"For the last time, those aren't our NAMES!" The trio said, very annoyed.

"Alright, Pikachu! Gengar! Sirfetch'd! Lucario! Dracovish! Dragonite! Its our turn! Pikachu use your Quick Attack, Iron Tail and Thunderbolt combination. The one that you used at the Terracotta Concert. Gengar, use Will-O-Wisp! Sirfetch'd, use Meteor Assult! Lucario, use Aura Sphere! Dracovish, use Fishious Rend! And Dragonite, use Hurracane!" Ash said, purposely copying the trio's tactics. "I'll call this, the Pokémon Ultra Combo!"

"Alright Elephage, combine Thunder Crash, Tri-Attack, Storm Summon and Immediate Radient Forcast!" Étoile said, also copying the trio. "The Elephage Combo!"

"Oh you don't have any original ideas do you Ash?" Meowth taunted.

"Sure I do, I just wanna make a scene!" Ash replied.

Meanwhile on tv's all around the pokemon world.

"This is reporting live from inside Gloire City Stadium! Someone posted this video on Pokevision 5 minutes ago showing part of the stadium covered in lava and exits blocked by fire. The anonymous person recording said that the culprit, a trio that were members of the infamous Team Rocket also stole almost everyone's pokemon. This Pokevideo went viral as soon as posted, it is now live." The reporter then changed the screen to show the live Pokevision stream. "It looks like there were two people that didn't have their pokemon stolen, and they are standing up and fighting the trio right now! Its an anonymous girl and Ash Ketchum!"

This also showed on tv's inside jails that former Team Rocket members were in. "It can't be!" Said someone. "It's Jessie, James and their Meowth?!"

"Alright then, our pokemon are ready!" Jessie and James shouted. "Its time for the Ultimate Team Rocket Revenge!"

"Its time now! Time for the Pokémon Ultra Combo!" Ash said around the same time.

"Elephage, time for your combo!" Étoile said, at the same time as well.

Since Ash was on the northwest side of the trio and Étoile was on the northeast, the attack hit the middle in between. With all of those moves colliding. It ended in a huge explosion.

Some of the pokèmon already took enough damage and fainted. Leaving only a few of the trio's pokemon, Ash's Lucario, Pikachu, Sirfetch'd and Dragonite and Starla's Elephage.

"Ash! The pokemon! Its under there!" Serena and Lisia pointed to the center platform, which was now broken after the explosion cleared.

After Ash could finally see again, he noticed that they were all in front of a cage under the platform.

"No! Our hiding spot, revealed!" The trio said.

"Alright! Sirfetch'd! Use Brutal Swing and break the cage!" Ash quickly said.

"Meowth! Block and attack the bird!" Jessie and James quickly responded.

"I'm not going near that huge leek!" Meowth yells, shocked.

"But cats like to chase birds!" James replies.

"Guys." Jessie says.

"Thats a stereotype! I am not going to risk hurting myself." Meowth replies.

"But you must!" James raises his voice.

"Guys." Jessie raises her voise too.

"NO!" Meowth yells.

"YES!" James yells back.

"GUYS!" Jessie yells, extra loud. "THE POKEMON ARE ESCAPING!"

"Thats right, peasants." Étoile said. "Better run while you can."

"Never!" Meowth answered boldly.

"All our pokémon are free!" The crowd cheered.

The Alola and Kalos part of the gang quickly grabbed their pokemon and eventually made it to the sinking center platform, followed by the crowd.

"Oh you're done for now!" One person shouted.

"Oh dear..." The trio said, making a run for it.

"Ali! Use Hurracane on the rest of Team Rocket's pokemon!" Lisia shouted.

"Snowy! Use Hail on them too!" Lillie said.

"Charizard, use Flamethrower!" Kiawe said too.

"Steelix! Use Dragon Breath!" Brock shouted.

"Come on Gyarados! Lets use- Psyduck no!" Misty said, alarmed and annoyed. "I won't waste my potions every 10 minutes you know!"

Psyduck waddled towards the team rocket trio, and accidentily got hit by all of the attacks, having none of the attacks reach team rocket.

"Thanks, crazy duck!" The trio shouted, as they made their escape.

"Ma'am, please get your pokémon out of the way, he could get hurt." Starla said, running over. "Here is one of my potions, give it to him and keep him inside his pokeball."

"Way to go, Psyduck." Misty grumbled.

"Psy- Psyduck?" Psyduck just said, still confused.

"Alright then, we'll just have to go ultra and make sure there is no escape." Kiawe said, nodding and looking at the Alola and Kalos group.

"Quickly now! Before they escape!" Bonnie said, "I guess its a good thing there's still fire blocking the doors."

"Alright! Now team A! Use your Z-Moves! Team K use mega evolution!" Ash said, so the group can hear. "A for Alola and K for Kalos, let's go!"

"Here we go Primarina! Past the ocean's horizon... Use Oceanic Operetta!" Lana says, unleashing her Z-Move at the same time as the others.

"Alright! Let's go, Charizard! Become the burning wind that comes from Alola to Kalos! Use Aerial Ace!" Kiawe says, unleashing his Z-Move at the same time as the others.

"Here it is, the quiet snow that falls from the skies. Crystals of water, constantly shimmering! Blanketing the world with its frosty power! Together with my fiery spirit, rise into the vast sky once again! Use Subzero Slammer!" Lillie says, unleashing her Z-Move at the same time as the others.

"Let's go! The breath of nature, the grasslands and the forests! Now it's time Tsareena, time to use Bloom Doom!" Mallow says, unleashing her Z-Move at the same time as the others.

"Alright! Let's do this, Pikachu!" Ash yelled at the same time as the others, as Pikachu put on its cap. "Stronger then a thunderbolt, 1,000,000 volts! No, even bigger than that! Our super full power! 10,000,000 volt thunderbolt!"

"Now it's our turn!" The Kalos gang said, once the other team's Z-Moves were fully charged up. "Mega-Evolution!"

"Gallade! Mega Evolve and use Focus Punch!" Bonnie says, holding onto her keystone.

"Manectric! Mega Evolve and use Thunder!" Clemont says, holding onto his keystone.

"Steelix! Use Gyro Ball!" Brock says, holding onto his keystone.

"Gyrados!" Misty says, says, holding onto her keystone. This time she also holds tightly onto Psyduck to make sure he doesn't escape. "Mega Evolve and use Hydro Pump!"

"Alteria! Mega Evolve and use Sky Attack!" Lisia says, holding onto her keystone.

"Delphox! Mega Evolve and use Fire Blast!" Serena says, holding onto her keystone.

"Alright, Elephage!" Étoile says, holding onto her keystone. "Mega Evolve and use Complete Insanity!"

All of their pokemon mega evolved.

"Oh my Arceus! Look at that! It can mega evolve too?!" Rotom said, getting even more shocked. "Elephage's mega evolved body is still lime green. But it also has dark green around its wrists, the upper parts of its legs, and around its core! His chest looks like his previous head except but expanded! Its head even has two horns sticking out of it! This is the news of the century! And there is a new move that makes the mega-evolution form change too! The upper part of its body now resembles the mantle of a squid and has two antennas on it! Its new form of its body was now primarily black, with some tints of its regular lime-green color. It also had two limbs that had sharp, white claws on them, and four smaller limbs serving as legs. On its head rested one large, green eye in replacement of its previous 3 red ones! I need a DNA test! Where is this ultra-beast from!"

"Elephage! Get ready to use Power of the Storm!" Starla says.

"The old hag, crazy dude and cat don't know what they're in for..." Étoile says under her breath, excited.

"Ok everyone! On 3!" Ash yells out.

"Hang on they are up to no good..." Meowth notices.

Everyone nods.

"Oh my... Get the pokemon ready!" Jessie and James panic

"1... 2... 3!"

"Use Ultimate Rocket Revengers!" Jessie, James and Meowth yell.

It ends with a huge explosion.

"No! Not again!" Meowth screams.

"Well old friend, like we always say..."

"WE'RE BLASTING OFF AGAIN!" The trio shouts, before dropping a backpack.

The backpack was filled with pokeballs, and inside them were a ton of Voltorb starting up their self-destruct move.

"Not another explosion..." Bonnie mutters. "Run!"

A few minutes later...

"Great work everyone, we saved the day once again!" Ash smiled.

"Ash, we got something for you." Lisia smiles as she and the 21 performers including May, Dawn, Lillie, and Miette all gave Ash a kiss.

Everyone all watched as the TV people all broadcasted this.

"Hey hands off my boyfriend!" Serena says, running over to shoo everyone away.

"Who wouldn't expect that, he is cute." Bonnie sighs, before trying to run.

"Oh no you don't!" Serena says, holding her back.

"Hey what about me! I played a very helpful role in fighing those pokémon! I deserve a little kiss!" Brock moans.

"Maybe next time," Misty giggles.
