Izuku stood on the roof where All Might had shattered his dreams, but before he made a decision he couldn't back out of a old man stopped him, told him he COULD become a hero, and chose him as his successor, now carrying a unusual legacy and given strange new abilities he has to master, he does his best to become a hero. And get a gun license before he gets into trouble.

Izuku was quirkless, well not exactly he had the correct genes sequences from his parents however they were inactive. For some reason his father Hizashi Midoriya who is a renowned surgeon doesn't want to hear about activating it, luckily there is a possibility the quirk could awake due to special treatment or let's say being overhauled from and back to existence.
