Alright, so your probably wondering wtf. Why haven't you posted in two weeks then drop like three chapters in one day. Well, I might be adding a fourth after this and I'll explian why. My friends work decided right after she was able to rejoin the fic that she needed to work extra for the holidays coming up. So, I decided that while she's still out I'll get to a part of the story where her characters are actually more involved. Once she is back, we have to write around her work schedule which will only give us maybe three days if we're lucky. It's probably fine, but I'm paranoid and just want to let you guys know what's up.

"I wonder what that man wanted?" Petunia said settling against the wall. "I'd better call Vernon." She said after giving herself only a moments rest.

"Maybe he works at the daycare," Dudley grumbled.

"Maybe," Petunia said. "Pick up, pick up. "She muttered as the ringtone blared."
"Maybe he wants ta beat up dad." Dudley muttered. "He'd deserve it."

"Dudley," Petunia said, voice as soft as she could make it. She settled down on her knees in front of Dudley so she'd be at eye level. "Your father isn't evil." Dudley looked at her, confusion and resentment clear on his face. "Dudley, sometimes-sometimes," Petunia adjusted herself so she could more fiddle with her hands. "Sometimes adults need help, and when they don't get that help, they- well, they break. And when that happens they do things they, they end up regretting." Dudley looked at his mother, watching her hold her hands as if in prayer, rubbing the knuckles on different levels before settling.

"Why didn't he demand the help he needed," Dudley asked.

"Sometimes, things aren't that simple," Petunia said. "Sometimes the people who should want to help are the ones making things harder." She fiddled with her hands, they never left that prayer like position, but she also never stuck to the same knuckle for long.

"Fine, I won't hate him," Dudley said, annoyance clear in his voice as he pouted. "But I won't forgive him either. Breaking isn't an excuse to hurt people, and it's not an excuse to teach your kids to hurt others." He said the other part more to himself, looking at his hands.

"I'm sorry," Petunia said. "I'm sorry I didn't do a better job teaching you, I'm sorry that you had to go through all the- the things. I'm sorry I couldn't protect Harriette."

"I get it," Dudley said. "Well, I mean I don't, but I understand what your trying to say, or something." Dudley grumbled.

"Alright," Petunia said. "I've got to try and contact your father."

"Kay," Dudley said, settling into place.

Vernon stormed out of the meeting hall, toward the Fazzbear Mega Pizzaplex. Fury burning his veins. A small part of him wanted to stop, a small, fragile part of him want to take a deep breath and calm down. Instead his foot pressed harder on the gass pedal, now he was break the speed limit. That's stupid witch's child was going to have it now. He was going to kill it, skin it, hang it over a shower rod and and- He pulled into a parking spot with a hard jerk. It was probably the worst parking job Vernon had ever done. He slammed the car door, and stormed to the building. The small, fragil voice in the back of his mind tried to get him to breath, while he was forced to wait in the long line. That seemed to make him more furious. When he was finally at the front he showed the stupid counter bot his ticket with zero further acknowledgement.

He was still boiling with rage when he reached the check out counter for the daycare. He'd had to ask actually look at the map he'd snatched from a worthless bots hands. He was fuming when he finally got to the point where he could check a child out of the daycare. He tapped his foot impatiently waiting as the bot separated itself from a group of girls at a fake tea party. The bot walked over calmly, slow even pace, stopping every now and then to check on a child that came into his path. Vernon was about ready to explode watching it through the window beside the door. The door slid open only the tiniest amount.

"I'm sorry to have kept you waiting sir but I'm afraid this is the dayca-"

"Where the bloody hell is my nephew?" Vernon growled.

"I'm sorry sir, it seems that my facial recognition software is malfunctioning, if you have a child in the daycare, I'm afraid you don't have a band connecting you to any. I'm unable to comply with your request as it's against company policy to hand children over to any adult not recognized as their legal guardian. I'm afraid you'll need to find your band before I am allowed to hand any child over to you. Have a fazarific day." Vernon tried to get through him but was pushed back easily and the door closed. The stupid robot stood by the window and waved, before turning back to the room behind the door. Vernon stomped his foot, hard enough to hurt himself, and stormed away to find Petunia.

Petunia saw Vernon before Dudley did, and she felt the instinctive urge to flee. Where would she go? What would she do? Those were the only thing keeping her rooted in place as the man stormed toward her, pushing past a few people in the crowd.

"Hello, dear, are you-?" Petunia started shakily.

"Don't hello, dear me, you know why I'm here," Vernon growled. Petunia did not, she could guess though.

"Something to do with Harrie- the boy," Petunia said.

"Yes, the boy, where is the band," Vernon snatched her purse from her shoulder, almost yanking her off her feet.

"The band? You mean the Glam- no they wouldn't be in my purse, the tickets maybe?" Petunia tried.

"No, stupid," He tossed the bag at her face, he'd dumped several of her things on the floor and apparently having no intention of helping to pick them up. Petunia sighed.

"The boy, the band, do you mean the daycare band that allows us to pick up Harriette?"

"Obviously!" the man shouted, causing a few people to flinch.

"Obviously," Petunia sighed. "Vernon, Dear, we left them in the room," Petunia explained. "We didn't need them so we left them in the room. Remember. We agreed we wouldn't let the boy ruin this for us." Petunia tried to sooth her husband. "I'm sure whatever it is can wait until the daycare pass runs out. Dudley worked really hard to get us those."

"Yeah, I thought the two of you said you wanted a break from, the- the Freak," Dudley spoke up. "It'd be a shame to lose them. Whatever it is you can punish them for after that, right."

"Oh, I'll punish it alright," Vernon growled. "It'll regret ever being born! Fine! It'll give me time to come up with the perfect punishment for it. Maybe I'll cut out it's tongue." Vernon murmured. Dudley looked to Petunia panicked, Petunia patted his arm.

"He'll calm down by the end of the day, he won't even remember wanting to punish Harriette by the time we go to pick her up." She assured me. Dudley nodded, not really sure he believed that.
