The summer had flown by in the blink of an eye. They had all spent the holidays at a Malfoy property in Nice, France. The Malfoys originally hailed from France and had several vineyards scattered throughout the country. They had laughed, enjoyed the beach, savored French cuisine, and danced and sang under the moonlight. They were growing older; they were no longer children.

"It's our last year at Hogwarts," Harry said, his voice tinged with tears, as he held Pansy's hand.

"Harry, for the love of Merlin, don't cry, or you'll make me cry," Draco said.

Seizing the opportunity while all the adults had gone to bed, they all had gathered around an improvised bonfire to talk.

"I'm already crying," Ron said, his voice shaking as Lavender hugged him. "I don't want to grow up."

"You talk as if we were never going to see each other again," Blaise said, a warm smile on his face.

"I love you all so much," Pansy said as she gazed at her friends. "I'm so grateful to have met all of you."

"We've come so far," Theo said, his eyes filled with nostalgia. "It feels like just yesterday we set foot inside Durmstrang."

"They have been some of the best years of our lives," Jace said, his arm wrapped around Mia.

"I, for one, am looking forward to starting a new chapter in my life," Mia said as she admired her engagement ring.

"I love you," Jace whispered, pressing a soft kiss to her temple.

"I wouldn't trade what we have for all the gold in the world," Harry said. "You are my family."

"We will always have each other," Draco said, giving Astoria's hand a gentle squeeze.

"I'm pretty excited about the wedding," Lavender said, her gaze fixed on Jace and Mia.

"It's going to be the event of the year!" Pansy squealed with excitement.

"I'm the only one who doesn't have a date," Theo pouted.

"You'll surely find a lovely girl," Jace quipped. "As the sole heir to the Nott fortune, they'll be throwing themselves at your feet."

"You can take my sister as your plus one," Astoria suggested.

"What's her name?" Theo inquired.

"Her name is Daphne, and she's my older sister," Astoria answered.

"Is she pretty?" Theo asked, his interest piqued.

"She's like me, but with blonde hair," Astoria laughed.

"Perfect!" Theo clapped his hands. "I'm not alone anymore."

"Jace, play something," Harry suggested, his eyes sparkling with amusement.

The group encouraged Jace to pick up his guitar and play a song. With a chuckle, Jace headed inside the house and returned a moment later with his guitar, greeted by a round of applause from his friends.

"It's been a long day without you, my friend," Jace began to sing, looking at all his friends.

"And I'll tell you all about it when I see you again," Mia joined in, singing with a smile.

"We've come a long way from where we began," Draco chimed in, his voice harmonizing perfectly.

"Oh, I'll tell you all about it when I see you again," Harry sang with heartfelt emotion. "When I see you again,"

"Damn, who knew?" Blaise started rapping, taking the lead, his friends watching in awe.

"All the plans we flew, good things we were through," Draco continued, maintaining the rhythm.

"That I'd be standing right here talking to you," Harry sang, delivering his lines with passion.

"'Bout another path, I know we loved to hit the road and laugh," Theo jumped in, his voice full of energy.

"But something told me that it wouldn't last," Jace sang, his eyes locking with Mia's.

"Had to switch up, look at things different, see the bigger picture," Harry continued, his voice resonating with wisdom.

"Those were the days, hard work forever pays," Pansy joined in, her voice a perfect complement.

"Now I see you in a better place," Mia sang, her eyes filled with love.

"How can we not talk about family when family's all that we got?" the girls sang, their voices blending harmoniously.

"Everything I went through, you were standing there by my side," the boys sang, their camaraderie evident.

"And now you gon' be with me for the last ride," they harmonized, making the moment even more special.

"It's been a long day without you, my friend," Theo sang, reaching for Mia's hand, their fingers interlocking.

"And I'll tell you all about it when I see you again ," their voices soared.

"We've come a long way," Harry and Pansy sang, celebrating their journey.

"From where we began," they continued, reflecting on their beginnings.

"Oh, I'll tell you all about it when I see you again," they harmonized, their voices infused with emotion.

"When I see you again," Blaise and Luna added.

"First, you both go out your way and the vibe is feeling strong," Jace sang, sharing a moment with Mia and Theo.

"And what's small turned to a friendship, a friendship turned to a bond," Mia chimed in, their voices blending seamlessly.

"And that bond will never be broken, the love will never be lost," they harmonized, expressing their unbreakable connection.

"The love will never get lost," Harry sang, his voice tinged with nostalgia.

"And when brotherhood comes first, then the line will never be crossed," Mia's voice filled the air.

"Established it on our own when that line had to be drawn," they sang, celebrating their unity.

"And that line is what we reached, so remember me when I'm gone," Harry's voice resonated with a deep sense of meaning.

"Remember me when I'm gone," they harmonized, holding onto every precious moment.

"How can we not talk about family when family's all that we got?" the boys sang, emphasizing their deep bond.

"Everything I went through you were standing there by my side," the girls joined in, their voices full of gratitude.

"And now you gon' be with me for the last ride," they sang, capturing the essence of their friendship.

"So let the light guide your way, yeah," Draco sang, his voice providing hope.

"Hold every memory as you go," Astoria sang, her words filled with warmth. "And every road you take"

"Will always lead you home, home," the group harmonized, their voices filling the air with love.

"It's been a long day without you, my friend," they all sang, cherishing the moment.

"And I'll tell you all about it when I see you again," their voices united in harmony.

"We've come a long way from where we began," their hearts intertwined.

"Oh, I'll tell you all about it when I see you again," their voices expressed both joy and sorrow.

"When I see you again," their song echoed through the summer night.

As the last notes of their song faded away, the group of friends couldn't contain their emotions any longer. Theo shouted, "GROUP HUG!" Laughter and tears mingled as they all embraced each other tightly, grateful for the precious moments they had shared.

"You look beautiful," said Lily and Isabelle tearfully as they looked at their daughter, who stood before them in her wedding dress.

It was the Easter holidays, and only four months remained until Mia and Jace's wedding. Today, they had gone with their respective groomsmen and bridesmaids to try on the suits and dresses.

"Jace doesn't know what's coming when he sees you," Harry said, his eyes filled with pride as he looked at his sister.

Mia was trying on her wedding dress, a pure white sleeveless gown. The back of her dress fell delicately, revealing her skin in a subtle, elegant way. The entire dress was a work of art, adorned with lace and intricate hand embroidery.

"My God," Lily said, her eyes glistening with tears as she looked at her daughter, "I never thought the day would come when I'd see my little girl get married."

"Me neither," Isabelle added, moving closer to her daughter. "Your father is going to cry when he sees you."

"Both of them are going to cry," Lily corrected with a tearful laugh. "Neither of them is going to want to let you go."

"You're going to make me cry," Mia said, her voice quivering as she tried to hold back her own tears.

Isabelle and Lily enveloped their daughter in an emotional, tearful hug, while Pansy, Lavender, Luna, and Astoria also struggled to contain their own tears.

"What color will my suit be?" Harry asked curiously.

"It will be a stone-colored suit," Mia replied with a smile. "You will match my bridesmaids."

"And what color will the boys be?" Pansy inquired.

"Their suits will be olive green," Mia explained. "It's been a challenge to find the right color for the groomsmen because Ron has red hair, and not all colors complement his hair."

"That's true," Lavender agreed.

"Are you excited?" Isabelle asked her daughter.

"I can't wait to start my life with Jace," Mia replied with tears in her eyes, her heart brimming with anticipation and joy.

Magnus was in the middle of pouring himself a Martini when he heard a knock on his door, prompting him to raise an elegant, inquisitive eyebrow. He wasn't hosting a party that evening, nor was he expecting anyone. As he approached the door of his stylish loft, it swung open to reveal the radiant couple of Mia and Jace. A smile broke across his face as he welcomed them inside.

"Darlings, you're just in time," Magnus said, ushering them further into the room, "I was making myself a Martini. Do you want one?"

"There's never a bad time for a Martini," Jace and Mia chimed in unison.

Magnus nodded in agreement and proceeded to prepare two more Martinis, all the while intrigued by their unexpected visit.

"What brings you to my humble abode?" Magnus inquired.

"We're getting married!" Mia exclaimed with excitement, showcasing her engagement ring.

"I see Jace finally had the balls to kiss you," Magnus remarked mischievously as he handed them their drinks.

"In fact," Jace replied with a grin, "it was Mia who kissed me."

"Well done, Mia," Magnus applauded with a high five. "Why did you never tell us that you could be a couple?" Jace asked.

"Because I didn't know," Magnus explained, a teasing sparkle in his eyes. "I started investigating when I did a checkup on Mia after she woke up from her coma. I decided not to tell you because I wanted to see how long it would take for you to realize and come knocking down my door."

"And here we are, two months away from the wedding," Mia said, her excitement bubbling over.

"Why did you come to my loft?" Magnus inquired, sipping his Martini.

"We want you to officiate the wedding," Jace revealed. "You are practically the reason Mia and I are a couple, and we want you to marry us."

Magnus was taken aback for a moment before responding, "I... It would be a great honor." He felt a surge of emotion. "I thought an archbishop would marry you."

"We are wizards, Magnus," Mia reminded him, her tone amused. "All the Muggles who attend will see a simple archbishop, but we and our families will see you."

"Does that mean I have to wear archbishop's attire?" Magnus asked Mia, raising an amused eyebrow.

"If you're really excited," Jace chimed in, "you can dress up as an archbishop, but let's not go overboard."

"How is the wedding going to be?" Magnus inquired, genuinely curious.

Jace proceeded to explain, "We will get married in the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception in Monaco. All the press will be there and it will be the wedding, the reception and the party will be at the Fattoria Di Maiano in Florence, and only our closest family will be there."

Mia turned to Magnus with a hopeful smile. "So, we're counting on you to officiate our wedding?"

"I'll be there," Magnus replied, genuinely moved by the request.

Back at the Villa Borghese, Mia and Jace snuggled up together on a comfortable lounge chair by the pool, basking in the warmth of the sun and the serenity of the surroundings.

"Just two months, and you'll be mine forever, princess," Jace whispered, his lips brushing against the top of Mia's head as he held her close.

Mia tilted her head slightly to look up at him and chuckled, "I thought I had always been yours." Her playful eyes met his.

"I can't have a nice moment with you, can I, woman?" Jace replied, feigning annoyance and snorting with amusement.

"But you love me," Mia retorted, a mischievous glint in her eyes, and she playfully stuck her tongue out at her fiancé.

"Unfortunately, it's true," Jace replied with an exaggerated sigh, leaning in as if it were a heavy burden to bear.

"You're a fool," Mia said with affection, poking him gently in the side.

"Ouch, woman, that's abuse!" Jace protested in a mock-serious tone. However, he promptly rose from the lounge chair and slung Mia over his shoulder, ready to carry her away.

"Jace, Jace, let go of me!" Mia exclaimed, trying to wriggle free from her playful captor.

"No," Jace responded firmly, a mischievous glint in his eyes, and he started walking towards the pool.

Undeterred, Mia began to swat Jace's back, demanding her release. "Jace, I swear to God, if you throw me in the pool, I won't marry you!"

Jace simply laughed and remained determined to follow through with his plan. He made his way to the pool and, with a quick, playful toss, sent them both splashing into the water. Mia squealed with a mixture of surprise and delight, creating ripples of laughter around them.

When Jace resurfaced, still laughing heartily, he looked around but didn't immediately see Mia. A hint of worry crept into his voice as he called out, "Princess? Where are you?"

There was a pause, and then Mia's voice returned, dripping with a teasing seductiveness. "Did you miss me?"

Jace shivered slightly as a sly grin crossed his face. "You're cruel, princess," he murmured against her neck as he cornered her against the pool's edge.

Mia replied, her fingers tangling in Jace's wet hair, "And what are you going to do about that?"

With a devilish grin, Jace responded by initiating a playful bout of tickling, causing Mia to laugh uncontrollably. "This," he declared with amusement, his love for Mia shining brightly through their playful antics.

"Jace, stop!" Mia exclaimed between laughter and squeals, her cheeks flushed with mirth.

Mia and Jace, two souls deeply in love, spent the entire afternoon at the pool, immersed in playful fun and enjoying each other's presence. There, with the warm sun above and the clear water around them, they shared carefree moments, just being themselves: Mia and Jace.
