This story begins with a young boy named Bardock, who could never believe time travel was even possible as he saw a young man appear out in the sky with a time machine.

The young man was Trunks Briefs, who hopped out of the time machine and met with Bardock on the ground. "Maybe this time things will be better than before. My name is Trunks, and I've traveled from a different timeline, a very messed up one. Now tell me Bardock, where is your father Targon at? I need to have a word with him." Trunks said to the very confused looking Bardock.

"My dad is at work conquering a planet. Just who are you!? And how do you know our family?" Bardock asked.

Trunks smiled. "I am your grandson from another timeline, I have a big story to tell you, if your willing to hear it."

Bardock nodded. "Sure, tell me all about my future. Do I have any kids? What's my wife like?" Bardock asked.

Trunks smiled as he pat the young Bardock on the head. "You have three kids in fact with a woman named Gine, two are boys who grow up very strong, and strong enough to face even the Gods! And a small one named Golene, she's a brilliant fighter although I only ever got to see her participate in a world tournament right before I came here."

"Tell me more!" Bardock cheerfully asked.

Trunks smiled. "Well... the story first began when my father met a young woman named Bulma."

Flashback of the life of Trunks Part 1:

Goku smiled at all his friends after he defeated Piccolo Jr.

Krillin patted him on the back. "Let's all go have a big party to celebrate Goku's victory!"

Bulma nodded in agreement. "Yeah, we should have a big party! I'll order a thousand pizza's just for you, Goku."

Goku chuckled. "Sounds like fun, let's go!"

"B-But Goku... your suppose to get married with me!" Chi-Chi yelled.

Goku sighed. "B-But Chi-Chi... Pizza..."

Yamcha chuckled. "Give the guy a break, Chi-Chi! He just saved our butts and the whole world!"

Bulma nodded in agreement. "Goku can marry you later!"

Krillin chuckled. "There are way better things in life than getting married! Booze for example."

Bulma chuckled. "I always wondered what Goku would be like if he was drunk!"

Chi-Chi was about to blow a fuse, until Goku walked up to her and gave her a big kiss. "I'll still marry you, Chi. Let me have a break with my friends, please."

Chi-Chi smiled and blushed. "Well okay, I suppose one party wouldn't hurt."

Little did Chi-Chi know, that this one party would decide the future of many different timelines.

At the party inside Capsule Corp, everyone was drunk on wine and beer while Goku played video games with Krillin on the couch. "Pass me another beer, Krillin. I'm about to face the final boss."

Krillin chuckled. "That's like the tenth you've had dude."

Goku then chugged down a beer and barfed all over his gi. "Oh, crap! And that was my favorite out of all my gi's too!"

Krillin chuckled. "Hey Bulma! Get Goku some clothes will ya!"

Bulma sighed as she walked over while checking her social media. "Damn that asshole!"

"Huh? Who me?" Goku asked.

"Uh, no... It's Yamcha again... he's still cheating on me that bastard! He just posted a picture with two women drinking all my wine in a car! That dirty immature piece of garbage..." Bulma said.

Krillin chuckled. "Maybe you should get a new boyfriend, Bulma... I'm single..."

"Yeah... no! Not gonna happen in a million years! Well... there's nothing I can do... I mean I love Yamcha... he was my first boyfriend." Bulma said as tears formed in her eyes. "Come to my room, Goku... Yamcha left some of his clothes in there, I'm sure you could probably fit in them." Bulma said as she escorted Goku into her room.

Goku smiled as he undressed.

"Wait Goku! Don't just take your clothes off in front of me!" Bulma yelled.

Goku chuckled. "Oh, sorry! I forgot you were a woman."

Bulma sighed. "G-Goku... your a much better man than Yamcha..."

Goku smiled. "Well I try to be, thanks."

Bulma blushed as she put one hand on Goku's right cheek. "Would you ever cheat on me, Goku?" Bulma asked.

Goku chuckled. "I've never been with a woman, so I don't know. But I don't think I would, your too pretty to be cheated on."

Bulma immediately felt her heart thrumming and her gaze looking inappropriately at Goku. "Let's do it, you and me, Goku! I want you for the rest of my life! Forget about Chi-Chi! We can make a much better pair. Now kiss me!" Bulma demanded.

Goku then broke his promise to Chi-Chi, and got Bulma pregnant.

The next morning, Bulma took a pregnancy test.

"Your gonna be a dad, Goku!" Bulma shouted in excitement.

"Uh, where do babies come from, Bulma?" Goku asked. "That's so cool though! What will we name our kid?"

Bulma smiled. "Trunks Briefs."

Goku smiled and nodded. "I wanted to name him Gohan, but that's a cool name too."

Bulma looked so happy. "God I hope I can prepare you to become a good parent within a year! So your staying to live with me, Goku. Am I clear on that?"

"Jeez Bulma, can I at least go out to hang with Krillin?" Goku asked.

Bulma nodded. "Okay, you can... but once our son or daughter is born, you will have to become very responsible. That means getting a good job and showing our child what it means to be a good dad. Oh, Goku! I'm so excited that this is really happening! Were gonna be a big family!"

Goku smiled. "Will I be able to train my son or daughter?"

Bulma sighed. "I suppose I can allow it, but you won't force our child to fight, if he doesn't want to, okay."

Goku nodded. "I'm gonna go visit Roshi! Uh, could you make me some lunch later?"

Bulma chuckled. "Your gonna have to learn how to cook too, Goku... but sure, I'll make you something good to eat later. Have fun at Roshi's."

Goku then arrived at Master Roshi's island to meet with Krillin and Roshi. "Hey guys! Guess what, me and Bulma are having a baby together!"

Krillin looked shocked. "Jesus Christ, Goku! Are you sure your ready to be a father!? I mean your still so young!"

Goku chuckled. "I wanna have a thousand kids before I die from old age."

Krillin sighed, knowing Goku all too well. "Well... let's train, Goku! I wanna get strong enough so I can help you protect the world from people like Piccolo! Let's train together! Show me how to become stronger." Krillin said as he took on a battle stance.

Goku smiled. "I bet fifty years from now, we'll still be training together! Alright Krillin, let's train!" Goku shouted as he powered up and fought with Krillin all day.

Five years later. Goku's older brother Raditz arrived on Earth.

"Where are you, Kakarot? Hmm... a power level of 505!? That must be Kakarot! Not bad at all, but seeing as all the earthlings are still alive, I guess Kakarot has indeed failed me. Regardless, he'll make a good asset once we kill all the humans." Raditz said as he got out of his space pod.

Then a farmer with a shotgun appeared. "W-Who are you!? An alien?" The farmer nervously asked.

Raditz then killed him. "I'm coming, Kakarot!"

Raditz then arrived outside of Capsule Corp and blew down the entrance. "So this is where my little brother has been hiding at, I see! Die!" Raditz yelled as he unleashed a ki blast and killed Dr. Briefs.

"N-No! What are you doing!?" Goku asked as he ran to the dying Dr. Briefs side. "Hang in there Dr. Briefs! I'll go get a senzu bean from Korin and... no... no... Goku said as the old doctor closed his eyes and died.

Raditz chuckled. "You've grown soft, Kakarot!"

"Your gonna pay for this!!!" Goku shouted.

"What the!? 1050!?" Raditz sounded shocked as Goku struck a mighty blow to his face.

Raditz wiped the small trail of blood from his lip. "Impressive Kakarot, you'll make a fine warrior indeed. Now tell me, why are you so upset over that old man's life? Your mission was to kill all the humans, yet I see you here living amongst them instead!"

"D-Dad... who is he?" Trunks asked as he walked over. "Why is grandpa dead?" Trunks asked in shock. "Did he do this? Did that evil looking man kill my grandpa?"

Goku sighed. "Get out of here and take your mother with you, now Trunks! That's an order, and no matter what happens to me, promise you'll stay safe, okay?" Goku asked patting him on the head.

Trunks nodded. "Okay dad, I will. Beat that punk." Trunks then flew away with Bulma holding onto his arm.

Then Trunks and Bulma arrived at Master Roshi's island. "Mom... will dad be okay?" Trunks asked.

Bulma looked very scared after having seen how Raditz killed her father. "Don't worry, Trunks... your dad will win, he always does. Just in case though, let's get Krillin to help him." Bulma said as she knocked at the door.

Krillin walked out with a sword on his hands. "I know Bulma, I sensed that evil energy as it attacked you guys. I'll head over to help Goku right away." Krillin said.

Then Piccolo appeared. "You'll need more than a sword if your gonna win against that new threat. I advise we work together for now..."

Krillin would never trust Piccolo, after all it was because of King Piccolo that he had died once. "No way, Piccolo! We don't need your help."

Piccolo grunted. "I'm going to help you, either way. Now let's go."

Krillin and Piccolo then arrived to see how destroyed Capsule Corp now was after Raditz and Goku had begun their fight.

"Give up, Kakarot! I'm still stronger than you! Join me and let's kill all humans together!"

"No way, you evil punk! Ka... me... he... me..." Goku said as he began charging his signature move.

"What!? 1440!? Impossible it can't be!" Raditz yelled as he flew away from the attack.

Piccolo looked shocked. "Goku's almost out of energy! We must make our move now, and I know just the move to make in order to kill him. Krillin go and help Goku stall for enough time. My attack takes time to charge, but it will be enough to put him down."

Krillin nodded. "Okay, I'll try to give you some time." Krillin said as he and Goku began fighting Raditz together.

"It's time to end this little game! Your a disgrace to all Saiyan's, Kakarot! DOUBLE SUNDAY!!!" Raditz unleashed and almost killed both Goku and Krillin in two mighty blasts.

As Krillin laid dead on the ground, Goku barely managed to get back up. "I won't let you... get away with this! You care nothing for life! Don't you see, Raditz? What do you get from killing others... it's wrong!"

Raditz smirked. "Don't try to change me, Kakarot! I am a Saiyan warrior!"

Goku chuckled. "More like a Saiyan asshole..." Goku said as he began to fly up into the sky.

"Running away already? How pathetic!" Raditz yelled as he flew up.

"No! YOUR THE PATHETIC ONE! SOLAR FLARE!" Goku yelled out as he blinded Raditz with the sun's rays.

"What the!? How dare you, Kakarot!" Raditz yelled in shock.

"Do it now, Piccolo!" Goku yelled.

"With pleasure! SPECIAL BEAM CANNON!" Piccolo unleashed.

The blast went right through both Raditz and Goku.

As they both fell to the dust. Goku smiled as he saw his son Trunks appear. "D-Dad!?" Trunks yelled as he walked over.

Goku began to cry. "Take good care of your mother Trunks, I'll be back soon."

Raditz grunted. "You'll be back you say!? Fool, you've killed us both!" Raditz yelled in pain.

Goku chuckled. "That's why we have a thing called dragon balls! With them my friends will wish me back to life!"

Raditz chuckled. "Ha! You don't say? Well I'll have you know, Kakarot... that two Saiyan's even stronger than me have heard everything! They will come now, and I'll be the one with the last laugh!" Raditz yelled as he now died.

Goku smirked. "Trunks... go with Piccolo... train as much as possible... I'll see you in one year."

Trunks nodded. "I will dad! We'll defeat the Saiyan's together!"
