I do not own Mona Lisa Smile.

I never thought of this before. And now I love it.

Not All Who Wander Are Aimless

"Betty!"

"Joan!"

"Oh, I'm so glad to see you! You look wonderful!"

"Thank you! I feel wonderful!"

And she did, she really did.

She didn't have Joan's center hall colonial, her matching washer and dryer.

She didn't have a baby on the way, as Joan seemed to be trying to modestly conceal.

"Come in, come in! I've made a wonderful lemon chiffon cake and there's coffee . . ."

Her bottom hurt from almost six hours on a train but . . .

". . . your coat, you've just got to tell me everything, it's been months and months, I mean, New York City . . ."

. . . Joan was absolutely right.

Elizabeth 'Betty' Margaret 'Flicka' Warren felt absolutely, positively, undeniably . . .

". . . wonderful, Joan!"

And she really didn't care who knew it.

Short and sweet, I've shoved all of this out in one night.

I'm positive there's more to dive into but I've been writing heavy, serious stuff for so long that I just wanted some easy light fluff to write, post, and enjoy.

Thanks for reading!

Bye!
