1) I will NOT be accepting any more Dragon Slayers as you can see I didn't add the Exceed info in the new form. I'm sorry. But feel free to create God Slayers or Devil Slayers (I will accept Devil Slayers automatically, as it would be interesting for the Tartaros Arc).
2) You are allowed to have your character be related to a Fairy Tail character or have their love interest be a Fairy Tail character.
3) I will NOT be accepting "Guest" reviews. Someone had actually suggested that I do this (I forgot who). It just makes it easy for me if you send it in PM so I won't have to go through the reviews - if you send it in the review section, it will not be accepted.
4) Please do not make your OC overpowered. The only exception to this is if it has to with their origins (or if they're a demon OC). Please state it in their backstory if this is the case.
5) Your OC will automatically be a regular. Sorry to disappoint. That's why I've removed the 'S-Class or Regular' from the original OC form, so just ignore the 'rank' down in my example.

BACKSTORY: Lucas is the son of Toma E. Fiore, the King of Fiore and the younger brother of Hisui E. Fiore. He was known as the "Runaway Prince" and as he was running away he hit his head on a rock, making him pass out and lose his memories as a child. When he woke up, he met the Jade Dragon, Zirconis, who took him in and taught him Jade Dragon Slayer Magic until he disappeared on July 7th, X777. He looked everywhere for Zirconis but couldn't find him. He ended up encasing himself in a jade-like crystal until he was released by Sting and Rogue along with their Exceeds. He joined Sabertooth and started dating Sting. During that time, he found his best friend and partner, Ace, by saving him from magical bandits that were harassing him. Lucas and Ace ended up leaving Sabertooth due to their harsh ways. He and Ace finally meet Kaiba while traveling and joined God Pegasus.

ACCESSORIES: Wears a jade pendant around his neck (a gift from Sting) and two earrings on his ears.

NAME OF MAGIC: Jade Dragon Slayer Magic (Third Generation).
TYPE OF MAGIC (Lost Magic, Maker, Caster, Etc): Lost Magic.
WHAT IT DOES: Let's the user absorb jade stones as well as manipulate jade to an extent to use in attacks as well as defense.
SPELLS:
1) Jade Dragon's Roar: Green energy comes out of his mouth in a blast.
2) Jade Dragon's Wing Attack: Streams of green energy attacks the opponent.
3) Jade Dragon's Diamond Fist: Lucas's right fist becomes crystalized as he punches his opponent.
4) Jade Dragon's Scales: Allows the user to have green-like scales as they hold their arms up, blocking their opponents attack.
5) Jade Dragon's Claw: Green energy covers Lucas's right foot as he slams it on his opponents head.
6) Jade Dragon's Gale Force: Lucas swipes his arm as a dark green Magic Circle appears and a blast of green energy engulfs his opponent.
7) Jade Dragon's Grip Strike: Lucas grabs his opponent with his hand and attacks them with jade crystal bits, cutting them.
8) Jade Dragon's Guard: Creates a jade crystalized shield to either protect himself or his allies.
9) Jade Dragon's Crushing Fang: The user gathers magic power in their hand and covers it in jade before swinging it in an arc, striking the targer with their fingertips, leaving a trail of jade shards.
10) Jade Dragon's Shards: The user gathers magic power and extends their hand, rapidly firing a series of jade shards.
11) Jade Dragon's Shock Wave: Releases a green shock wave that sends the user's opponent backwards.
SECRET ART SPELLS:
1) Dragon Slayer's Secret Art: Crystalized Rock: When this spell is casted, it captures the opponent in a crystalized rock.
2) Dragon Slayer's Secret Art: Super Shock Wave: Similar to the regular shock wave, except it causes more damage to the opponent.
3) Imperial Jewel: Punishment Strike: The user gathers huge amounts of magic power in their joined arms and creates a gigantic jade hammer that creates a huge crater at the point of impact.
4) Imperial Jewel: Royal Coffin: The user gathers magic power in their arms and turn them into jade spiked doors with which they enclose and skewer the target.
ABILITIES (OPTIONAL):
1) Master Strategist and Tactician: This allows Lucas to memorize the abilities of his opponents. Including their fighting style, magic, and patterns.
2) Master Hand-to-Hand Combat: Being an ex-Sabertooth wizard, Lucas has learned to fight without magic.
3) Enhanced Hearing: Being a Dragon Slayer, Lucas possesses good hearing, and can hear even the lowest of conversation.
4) Enhanced Smell: Lucas has a very keen sense of smell.
5) Jade Drive: This enhances Lucas's magic abilities, including his Dragon Slayer Magic and his speed.
6) Dragon Force: Being a Third Generation Dragon Slayer, Lucas has the ability to activate Dragon Force at will. When activated, his hair turns into a darker green and spikes up, and dark green markings appear on his face, shoulders, and arms.

STRENGTHS: Can become scary if anyone harms his guildmates.
WEAKNESSES: Motion sickness, anyone hurting/torturing his friends/lover.

PERSONALITY: Normally, Lucas is a very calm and collected person. However, he will become cunning and vengeful if the situation calls for it or if someone harms Sting or his guildmates.

APPEARANCE: Black-colored fur with pink-colored eyes. Wears an opened white vest with dark purple trims, matching pants, and no shoes.
MAGIC: Aera Magic/Battle Mode Shift.
PERSONALITY: Ace mostly carries an emotionless facade. He cares a lot about Lucas (as proven when Future Lucas gets killed) and all of the God Pegasus members. He sometimes gets annoyed when Lector puts Sting on a high pedastal.
