CH. 1
*One Year Later*
Nick looked at himself in the mirror to check to see how good he looked in his nice new tuxedo with a smirk. Yes, sir, today is the day that he is getting married and officially settling down with Judy. After the last December, Nick gave Judy her Christmas present which happens to be an engagement ring, and popped the question at the Christmas party at her apartment. That night was the best night of their lives, utter than watching Finnick get drunk on spiked carrotnog. The two soon-to-be-married couple have managed to find themselves a pastor who would marry them off and get a printed marriage license from someone who owes Nick a favor.
They were going to have a super private wedding at the church in Tundratown, since Mr. Big is funding it let alone catering the wedding feast in Italian style. It is the least he can do after Judy had saved his only daughter twice both in her ElastiBunny alter-ego and as a regular everyday Zootopia police officer. Judy and Fru Fru became such good friends since the day they met at Little Rodentia when Judy had stopped a big propped donut sign from smashing her dead while stopping a dirty stealing weasel on cop duty. Yes, sir, Judy, Nick, and Finnick's identity as supers were completely safe with Fru Fru, Mr. Big, and his mafia, since they do not like snitches. Plus, the old mafia boss has designated Judy and Nick to be godparents to his born granddaughter.
"Oh, yes, I do look very good in this tux." Nick smirks while adjusting his black bow.
In order to make their wedding successful without any animal who is not invited to know about it and prevent discriminated bigots from crashing the wedding, they have to held ceremony at night. Heck, they even reserved a honeymoon sweet in the Rainforest District where interspecies love between Predator and Prey is welcomed.
"Now, I know that making it through the day without playing hero is not a promise." Nick told himself this when exiting his apartment and getting into his Cadillac. "I seriously have no idea why we picked Friday out of all the days of the week to have our wedding night."
Upon starting the engine and driving out of the apartment area, Nick drove down the street and listened to what was playing on the radio. Trying to enjoy the last remaining time till night of being a free fox. He had a great last night with Finnick and the fellas at his bachelor party as that was one awesome strip club they had gone to. The difficulty of trying to enjoy the last remaining time of freedom is due to the fact that Friday is when crime in progress is at one hundred percent. Meaning that most crime is extremely active on Fridays.
Nick's ears perked up when he heard his police radio turned on and turned off the regular radio.
"We have a bank getaway robbery in progress. Two wolves in thick black masks stole and took a blue Dodge Viper. Any officers near Easywilde Street, engage with no hesitation. Over and out."
Nick looked at his watch and shrugged. "Well, my wedding is tonight and I have the whole sunlight at my disposal. Sure, why not?. I can not resist."
With that said he pressed a button located on his driver's side, which instantly transformed his Cadillac into his signature Foxmobile. The car itself looked like a battle tank for the streets like Batman's Arkham Knight's Batmobile, except the color is the color of Nick's fur. From there, Nick let the program of his car to swap out from his tuxedo to his super attire once his seat leaned all the way back. Once done, Nick found himself sitting back up and stumped the gas pedal with a grin.
"It's showtime." Nick spoke his signature hero quote.
Meanwhile, on the other side of Zooptopia, Judy was currently doing her short-hour shift as a police officer before clocking out and getting ready for her wedding day tonight. The bunny can not wait to say 'I Do' at the altar and be the official wife to Nick. Judy felt like she was living in a princess-happy ever-after fairy tale. Her own Mom and her best friend Fru Fru, helped in picking out a good ideal dress for her to wear and even customized it to make it fit her like a glove.
"Mmmm, Mrs. Judy Wilde. That has a wonderful ring to it. I love it." Judy spoke to herself when getting into her personal two-seated police van that is made for her size.
When driving, Judy started playing and singing to 'Wannabe' by 'Spice Girls', as she wanted to mark this special occasional day for herself. She is going to marry her fox. Speaking of a fox, Judy caught eye of a fox wearing an all black thieving attire as he drove pass her in high top speed on his motorcycle. What came next for Judy is her seeing that punk purse snatch a lioness purse.
"Oh, you picked the wrong street to purse snatch, you bum." Judy said before reaching down and lifting up the safety cover before pressing the red button.
When doing this her police van started autopiloting itself while Judy sat still in her chair, as the chair itself pulled back and pulled inside the back of the van where her ElastiBunny gear and Elasticycle are in. It was clever of Judy to have the storage back to be her superhero quick swap since the van itself is just an advertised police hiring sign van. Why else all of her windows are super tinted?. After quickly removing her police attire and putting on her sexy reddish-pink and gray super suit, Judy hopped onto her motorcycle and fired that baby up. Once that had happened she pressed the button on the motorcycle to open the back doors to the van and pulled out.
"Let's get flexible!." Judy says her superhero catchphrase and did a wheelie before getting back on two wheels, and then speeding up to catch up with the theft.
The thieving fox looked at his left mirror and see ElastiBunny on his tail. "Ah, damn, it is ElastiBunny!."
He sped up and started driving through traffic and jumped off the bridge before landed on the highway road. "Try reach me now, you stupid bunny."
Judy grinned. "Looks like I'm going to play me some Pray chases the Predator. Have it your way then!."
Judy avoided colliding with other vehicles when getting on the bridge before taking a sharp turn and purposely made the front of her wheel to make contact with the rail. Thus, making her fly in high air where everyone can see and then make the right moment to do a wild extreme 'Holy Shit' move moment. In which was her jumping off her bike and started having her arms out to make it look like she was flying beside her bike. Then Judy started doing a body twirl all around her motorcycle before flopping back to sit down on it and making contact with the highway road. Judy heard lots of cheered reactions and holy shit chants to her liking. Yeah, when Judy puts on her mask she becomes whole another bunny. A bunny that likes to play heroic extreme.
"Now, that most definitely will have to put me in the extreme world records book." said Judy, when eyeing her criminal fox.
Back with Nick who was making a shortcut to catch the crooks right then and there. However, he quickly stopped the car when an elderly panther came onto the street with her arms waving to get his attention.
"Oh, thank goodness that you are here, Mr. Fox." the elderly panther spoke when approaching the hero.
"Ma'am that was very dangerous of you to do that." Nick found himself being pulled by the old panther.
"Oh, please, Mr. Fox. Please rescue my grandson. I told him not to climb up that tree and now he is stuck up there." the elderly panther explained.
Nick nodded. "Uh, huh. Well, this will not take too long. Hold still, kid."
"Yes, sir." said the little panther.
Nick rubbed his paws together before gripping the tree's frame and then using his famous super incredible strength to pull the plant off the ground. When doing so he lowered the tree down in an attempt to make the boy jump down. Unfortunately, the boy is not budging.
"Come on kid get down." Nick shakes the tree a bit for encouragement.
The young panther holds on to the branches tighter to Nick's misfortunes. To make matters even worse he heard his radio saying that the high-speed chase that he was following was coming to where he was. Making Nick motivated to speed along at what he is doing.
"Come on. Get off. Get off. Get off!." Nick spoke through his teeth.
The boy still not getting off. The crooks along with the cops were approaching their way upon sight. Nick looked at the tree and then back at the robbers running car, he had only one option at this point in little time. He roughly flipped the tree, causing the branch that the boy was holding onto to snap, and found himself in the air temporarily. Nick then turned and slammed the tree smack down on the road before the crooks could even reach the other side of the road. Resulting in the crooks crashing their car up against the tree's thick trunk.
"Do not worry kid, I got you." Nick put his arms out and then caught the young panther. "You see?. I got you kid."
"Thank you, Mr. Fox!. You are my favorite hero ever!." said the young panther before hugging him.
Nick smiled when hugging him back. It made the fox feel good to be appreciated when putting his life on the line day in and day out for people. After all, everything was outstanding for all Supers in the Glory Day era, since they were living in the 2000s, which they are currently in the year 2008. After the cops booked and put the robbers in the back of their car while placing the money in the trunk, one of them went up to Nick and showed gratitude.
"Thank you, Mr. Fox. You are doing one heck of a fantastic service for your community and Zooptopia itself." said the Buffalo cop.
Nick did his signature pose which is having his fists on each side of his waist and spoke with a hero ego. "Why thank you good officer, but I am just the help. The extra set hands. You guys. Zooptopia Police Department are the real animals that are doing a fantastic service for our beloved community and diverse city."
"Any cop listening, we spotted a purse snatcher on a motorcycle in the south district. Anyone near the area currently?."
Nick heard the cop's police radio and looked at his watch. "Alright, I still have enough time to handle that. Officers?. Ma'am?. Kid?. I bid you all a good day."
After giving them his signature two-finger salute he then opened the door to his Foxmobile and got in ready. However, Nick was not ready to see a young red fox in blue attire like himself except having the combined letters of M and F in front of the attire it is on the right-hand side. To make matters any worse. Nick knows the kid.
"Sweet gigawatts, Mr. Fox, lets get going!." the kid said with enthusiasm.
"Ok, hold it right there." Nick looked at the kid with a brow raised. "How in the name of fresh fried fish sticks did you get in here?."
The young red fox with cute sapphire eyes looked at his number hero and said with much enthusiasm. "What do you think?. I'm your sidekick. I'm Fox Kidd!."
Nick shook his head. "No, No, No, No, you are the kid who is the fan club president of my fan club. Now, what is your name again?. Darn, I should know your name with no problem by now, since you keep popping up out no-Freaking-where. It's...It's...It's Buddy!."
The young male fox whose name is Buddy, sighed with frustration as he knows he was going to get another boring and irritated lecture from his hero. You think that all of these multiple lectures would make him stop with his obsession of wanting to be a part of the superhero world?.
"Buddy." Nick gave the boy a stern look of what a father would give to his misbehaving child.
"I know, I know, I know. I get it, Mr. Fox. Furthermore, it is no longer Buddy." Buddy grinned with all his teeth showing. "It is Fox Kidd!."
"Look." Nick sigh in frustration and stress as he ruffled his own fur on the top of his head. "I have been very nice about it. I took photos with you. I signed every single one of my merchandise from the first edition to the super rare edition that took literally five hours to finish. Heck, I even looked at every single page of your scrapbook and comment each page honestly by your request. But kid, this is taking things way beyond too far."
"Hey, Hey, now, you do not have to worry about burning time in training me." Buddy started doing hand karate moves. "I know all of your awesome moves, fight style, favorite coffee, superhero catchphrases. And even know how to operate the Foxmible. Don't you see, Mr. Fox?."
Buddy got up to Nick's face. Spoke with huge enthusiasm. "I know everything about you!. I am your ultimate biggest fan!."
In quick response, Nick pressed the passenger's rejector seat which opened part of the car's roof before the chair pushed Buddy out upwards.
"Ow!." Buddy landed on the other side on the grass. "I think I twisted my ankle. Hey, wait!. Don't leave!. Please!."
Nick completely ignored the boy and drove off at top speed with a turbo boost. Meanwhile with Judy, who is still on the chase with her crook. She has found herself in the southern district to where she followed her crook. She drove around until she found the same motorcycle lying down on the ground that the fox had taken.
"I'm on his tail real good." Judy said to herself before pulling over and parked her cycle beside the parking meter.
After bolting the front tire to the parking meter pole with her cable lock and then putting a couple of quarters inside the machine, Judy quickly went over to the other bike. When opening the gas cap to the bike and checking the inside, Judy could see that the fox had completely run out of gas before closing it back. Next, she followed where the crook went, thanks to her detective skills, and found herself in the alley looking at a bolted ladder.
"Checkmate." Judy smiled when jumping up to the first bar and started climbing.
During that exact time, Nick went up the stairs to the building after learning the last police report said that the criminal was in this particular area. When reaching the door and quietly opening it, Nick took his time searching on the roof to find the lowdown theft and take him to one of Zooptopia's police developments. He did not have to search long when he caught his eye on the crook who was on the ground and currently going through the purse that he carelessly stole.
Nick crossed his arms when being at six feet from the crook while having a serious facial expression. "You know they say that you can tell the kind of personality of any woman based upon the contents of their purse. But for you, however, you have another motive."
Upon the first words, it startled the crook when he turned to see Mr. Fox and quickly got back to his feet in utter fear. Nick started approaching the crook with his arms down and ready to fight with no issue.
"Hey, dude, I'm not looking for trouble." the scared fox pulled out his gun with trimmable hands. "So why don't you leave or I'll..."
In the blink of an eye and out of nowhere a stretched small fist made contact to the fox's jaw, and made him hit the ground hard while losing his gun. This surprised Nick as he had no clue of that even happening. He looked to where the dark shadow was as he saw a small figure in a fighting stance. The figure looked at Nick and relaxed. Then the figure broke its stance before coming into the light to reveal herself to be Judy. This made Nick blush big when seeing his fiancee.
"E...ElastiBunny!." Nick said in short surprise.
Judy walked over with a seductive smirk while putting hands on her hips. "Mr. Fox."
Judy reached down and roughly picked up the unconscious fox.
"Wait, don't. I got 'em." Nick called dibs.
Judy instantly dropped the criminal and started flirting. "Well, technically he was the crook that I chased not too long ago."
"Well, he is my problem now." Nick stepped up to Judy and looked bashful.
Judy studied Nick's hero attire and just loves it when they get to play romantic behind the mask. "Sure it is, since I did roughed up for you. Plus, let you distract him long enough for me to give him the pow pow."
"Well, actually and originally his attention was on me, and me alone, ElastiBunny." Nick playfully augured.
"Hey, whatever happens to ladies first, huh?." Judy grinned at Nick.
Nick smirked. "I believe in finders keepers and losers weepers."
Judy can not help to be on her toes. "Oh?. Well, I believe that there is nothing wrong for a princess to save her prince every now and then."
Nick slightly chuckled. "Yeah, like I needed saving."
The unconscious fox became conscious and slowly got up with the help of a rail while rubbing his swollen jaw. "Hey, look, is any of you two going to turn me in or do I have to do it myself while you two interspeciesexuals commit disgusting town?."
Judy instantly stretch-punched the fox back into unconscious while still locking eyes with Nick lovingly. "Shut it, you inter-phobic bigot."
"Again, I can carry my own weight you know?." Nick spoke in honesty.
"Well..." Judy got closer to Nick and started rubbing his covered abs. Making herself very turned on. "I supposed we should combine our weight and work together. We get much work done."
Nick snickered. "Like I told you and anyone else. I work alone. Solo is my jam sandwich."
Judy snickered back while tiptoeing her fingers up to his abs. "Well that solo jam sandwich needs some..."
Before Judy can finish her words she then stretches over Nick and stretched through between his open legs to return back to her original spot, before Nick can even follow her quick movement. Judy spoke seductively. "Flexible sauce on it."
Nick was dazed at Judy's beauty and sexy stretchy body. He can most definitely tell that he is going to have so much fun on their honeymoon."Uh, a...a...are you doing anything else later?."
Judy tilted her head and rubbed her chin playfully. "Mmmm...that is right." She looked at Nick with a bright seductive smirk. "I remembered having my own wedding to go to tonight. I'm about to become a married she-bunny. Catch you on the flex side, foxy boy."
With that said, Judy went over to collect the stolen purse and go turn it in to the proper authorities. Nick watched Judy walk the other way while watching her run and stretch over to the other rooftop while repeating the same process until she was out of sight.
Nick whistled in excitement from both his emotions and his little friend inside his pants. "Man, what a woman."
