Hello, people beyond the 4th wall, my name is Naruto the Silent King of the Underworld, or SKU.

"That is SKU, he's an adorable shota with unimaginable power... and I am Naruto, the Perverted Potions Prankster... also known as PPP. We've broken the 4th wall to state this to you." A much older looking Naruto, around 19 in age, stated as he bowed towards you, the reader of this statement.

He opened his coat and pulled a sphere out of it.

The sphere had a universe inside of it.

This is a new universe.

"Yep, and we're going to manipulate it just a little bit... so that we can observe what happens in it. SKU here has this thing where he likes to humble other Narutos, so that we don't become a threat to the multi-verse."

A Naruto with too much pride, and little humility is dangerous.

"Dude... you're the one who wrote the rule that... we'll... we're giving YOU, and you, and you, and you too... we're giving a lot of you good folks the chance to help us decide on how we want to manipulate this universe. I'm a pervert... and so is he, but we're perverts in different ways." PPP stated as he showed the universe, and he pulled a small tentacle creature out of his sleeve, and he was about to drop it into the universe, but SKU stopped him.

He wrote a note and showed it to the viewer.

We can't agree on what to do, so we're letting the readers like you give us ideas, and if we agree on them. The Highschool DxD universe is quite funny to watch, but this guy wants keeps trying to add twisted creatures.

"Yeah, and this guy here wants to murder our parents... again... and again... dude, why can't you just let us have our parents in... more than a small handful of universes. Didn't you grow up with a zombie version of our mother?" PPP asked with a raised eyebrow.

Yes, I did. I also have little impulse control, and I have accidentally destroy my own universe several times. I have learned from my mistakes.

"Not all of... see... we can't agree on anything. So, we will allow YOU guys to suggest ideas to us for how we want to watch this universe play out. I just want something perverted to watch... so... all of you in the review section, post your ideas." PPP bowed again. "... The button is right there... you can post as many ideas as you want, even if you have to post as a guest to do it. Some ideas will be instantly deleted..."

You know who you are, people who aren't actually serious will not be taken seriously.

"Yeah, despite what you think, it is pretty easy to just tell who is a troll and who isn't. You see this here... this is the soul of a "Highschool Naruto" and this is the soul of a "Ninja Naruto"... and this here is the soul of a "Kyuubi Naruto"... to start your Challenge for us, you need to start by selecting the soul that this universe's Naruto will have." PPP showed 3 separate souls that came out of his cloak.

The stronger you want Naruto to be, the more likely it will be that his parents die... we can't have another threat like me existing.

"... You... can challenge that too. Personally, as long as this universe's Naruto has SOMETHING that stops him from having too much pride, keep him nice and humble... then I can argue with him on the dead parents thing."

One parent MUST die.

"... But... Naruto in that new Interspecies Reviewers universe has both parents."

That was a special exception, due to outside influences.

"See... we really just can't agree on anything, other than allowing some of you to suggest things." PPP gestured to SKU with a deadpan stare. "So... I repeat... this is the form you need to fill out at the top of the review."

SKU nodded his head.
