Re Destro hummed to himself as he looked out the window of his office. The whole city lit up under the night sky below him. It was a strange form of satisfaction to him, watching as the organization he had worked hard to build up carried onward. He felt like a farmer looking over his fields ready for harvest. Pride leaking through his form as he let out a small chuckle.

The League can try to seige Deika.

They will shatter upon it armored shell, be swept up in a fury of powerful Meta Abilities and advanced technology. Even All For One himself will be hard pressed in his push against the fortress that is Deika.

Turning around he let a pair of assistants open the door out of his office. Confident steps echoes as he made his way to the lobby. Any indication of Re Destro was hidden, protected solely by the mask that is Tsuburaba. The elevator he found himself in front of him dinged and he stepped through.

When the case of metal stopped at the lobby he stopped, a foot barely out the door.

A tall figure, clad in a large coat and wearing an obnoxiously sized hat that went far past their head. In their hands was a strange device, one which they promptly held up. "Re Destro, my Master wishes to talk with you." The figure said calmly. Tsuburaba grit his teeth as he stepped forward. "Who is this Re Destro you speak of, how did you get in here?" He half shouted, glaring at the figure.

Suddenly the device crackled as Tsuburaba watched as part of it lit up. "There is no point in hiding it Tsuburaba, or would you rather I refer to you as Re Destro. Either way I wish to have a meeting with you. If it is willing on your part is entirely up to what you say next." An electronic voice spoke as the figure held the device up. Tsuburaba could see the outline of a masked figure on the screen of the device.

With little effort the mask slipped as Re Destro glared at them. "What do you wish to talk about?" he asked while slipping a small remote into his palm. "Your usage of such technology, the designs are rather... familiar." The Master said cryptically. "What of it, we have a many scientists and engineers hard at work." Re Destro said. "Don't think that such things will work with me, that caller in your hand has already been deactivated." The Master said as Re Destro almost choked. "For all your effort, you still have a lacking firewall." The Master prattled on as Re Destro watched his own machines appear alongside the figure.

"What exactly do you want?" Re Destro asked. "I wish to make a deal Re Destro, one which would benefit both our parties." The Master said. Re Destro felt his eyes narrow at this. "What is that Nature of this deal?" he inquired. The Master just chuckled before leaning back. "Tell me Re Destro, what is it you wish to achieve?" he inquired.

"If you know of the MLA, then you know what our goal is?" Re Destro said. "I did not ask what the MLA wishes to achieve, I asked what YOU wish to achieve Re Destro?" The Master replied. Re Destro had to hide a smirk, looking up to see the Master "eye to eye." "I wish to see society be freed of outdated laws and restrictions. I wish for our technological and societal to break free from stagnation born of destruction and government. The rewriting of public Quirk laws, the destruction of the HPSC, and the steady progress of society towards a better future." Re Destro spoke calmly.

"You are rather well armed for someone with such passive desires." The Master retorted. "You can say that, our current society doesn't take well to such changes. They will try to snuff us out before we can gained traction. Spouting about how we are nothing but a force of unrest, wishing to take control of everything." Re Destro retorted. "That I can understand, yet how would you truly bring about these changes if you do not wish to fight on the battlefield for it?" The Master inquired. "I do not have but one plan, but several. People all over who are willing to take action through their own methods." Re Destro said. "With the exception of the Radicals who wish to do what you fear may occur." The Master chimed in. "Indeed, such unpleasantries must sometimes be tolerated to avoid such destructive changes." Re Destro said. He could hear The Master chuckling in response.

"There is something else I wish to ask of you?" Re Destro requested. "What of it?" The Master replied. "In what condition is Midoriya Izuku? As you are the most likely candidate for holding him hostage Mole." Re Destro said. The Master huffed, a quick mutter about his disdain for that name. "How do you figure that I have him?" The Master inquired. "Neither the League nor the HPSC are marching out with new and advanced technology. UA hasn't made any sort of statement and the WHA has yet to push a form of villain surpression tech. The only logical answer is that someone of similar power and resources was the one to take him, I.e. You." Re Destro said as he gave off a smug smile.

The Master was silent for a moment before the screen changed. Re Destro watched as the image of Midoriya in bed, an I.V. Monitor attached to his arm as a ventilator fed him oxygen. "He is healing, I could not let such a briliant mind be taken by those fools." The Master said. Re Destro felt a small bit of relief, he could still be recruited if everything goes right. "I am surprised that you care so much for him." The Master commented. "You say that, but Midoriya and myself are both like minded, wishing to bring change for the better. He has helped our companies on the civilian front, and with small aid on our 'other' fronts. He is an amazing individual, one who I hope recovers." Re Destro explained.

The Master paused. "You have my word that he is not in any danger Tsuburaba." The Master said. "For that, I am relieved, but now I must inquired on whether we are making this deal a reality or not?" Re Destro inquired. "We shall be, I am willing to provide counter measures to the League's assault, alongside information on their tunnel complexes." The Master said as the device flashed and a hologram appeared. Re Destro watched as a map of all Japan with a complex of tunnels and facilities appeared.

Re Destro felt his throat dry as he looked at the sheer scale of the tunnel network. "Most absurd." he commented. "Indeed they are, an infestation that must be removed from our country." The Master replied. "One of two." Re Destro whispered. "I will give you time to think about my offer, until then good bye." The Master said as the machines disappeared. Re Destro blinked, watching as the Figure just vanished, the only indication that he had ran out being the still closing door that had been closed just a moment ago.

Re Destro sighed, shaking his head before he continued his walk out of the building.

"Why did you change your mind?" Tsutsumi asked as Izuku looked at the now blank screen. "Well, you heard him yourself. As much as I don't like it, our goal align. Not to mention that the risks are rather low, especially when compared too the League of Villains." Izuku responded. "Can you really be sure that is what he wishes to do?" Tsutsumi inquired. "He has given reason, besides, if all goes wrong then I have little risk in this. No one knows that I'm The Master, outside of present company of course. If the MLA is exposed then Midoriya has plausible deniability, he never knew about their existence. If the MLA remains undetected then they're actions will aid my own." Izuku explained.

He could feel Tsutsumi glare at him. "Not the worst plan, it could be better." she commented. "Its still a work in progress, still the outcome was better than trying to fight a three way battle between our own forces, the MLA, and the League of Villains." Izuku said. "Withour a doubt, not to mention the intervention of Heroes that would follow." Tsutsumi added in. "A Five way front, all the more reason to keep things more civil." Izuku said.

"Soundwave, I want you to start organizing a contingent of Armored Forces to aid the MLA. Be sure to send Re Destro the data on the League's current movements." Izuku instructed. It was only a brief flash, but the A.I. did as told, information flying across the screen before Izuku stood up from his chair.

"Now, Cell should be back soon, we need to start preparing him for when the Cell Jnrs. start waking up." Izuku said as he began to walk out for he room. Tsutsumi wasn't far behind him.

Toshinori had to hold himself together as be walked through the streets of I-Island. He stopped, taking a moment to double check to make sure he had the right address. With an uneven breath he raised a hand and knocked on the door.

He could hear the sound of people talking inside before the door opened. Inko Midoriya opened the door, a faint grimace on her face. "You're... here..." She said. Toshinori nodded; "As hard as it is, yes I am here." he replied. Mrs. Midoriya moved aside, letting him into the apartment. Hisashi Midoriya huffed as he watched him step into the living room.

It was clear that none of them truly wanted this, even if none of them wanted to say this.

"I should start, by saying that I'm sorry for this." Toshinori said. "Don't be, it's not like you could have predicted the destruction of Tartarus." Hisashi spoke up. "If I had just..." "Stop it, you are one man. Shocking as it may be to see you like this I know that you are only human." Inko spoke up. Toshinori sighed, his shoulders sagging in response. "Just... promise that if this works, you'll help save our son?" Inko asked. "I will." Toshinori said with resolution. Midoriya had helped save his students more than once, he's more than happy to repay him for it.

The two parents nodded to one another. "Izumu, remember what we talked about earlier. He's here." Inko called. Toshinori could see young miss Midoriya approach, eyes red and puffy with tear stains still on her cheeks. "You'll help find my brother?" she asked quietly. "Yes, I vow to do so." Toshinori answered. Izumu nodded before her horn began to glow.

Toshinori watched as both parents took a step back.

Then he felt it.

It was a strange feeling, as though things were being stripped away from him yet remaining. His muscles itched as his bones clinched.

He took a deep breath as he felt a deep fire in his chest start burning once again.

He let out a breath as he stood up, his power retuning in a slow manner.

He now stood over her, the little girk having to crane her neck up to look at him. "Thank you, Young Izumi, I promise I will use this chance to rescue your brother." he said as valor returned to his voice. Izumi just nodded before Inko picked her up. Toshinori let his form relax, easing the flames while ensuring that they would remain.

He had no idea how long they'll last, but he knows that he can't waste them.

"I can't thank you enough, but I will find your son, even when this power fades." He said resolutely. "Thank you, All Might." Inko said. "We know you'll follow through." Hisashi said. Izumu just nodded before she leaned into Inko's shoulder.

"I'll be off now, thank you." he gave one last thanks before walking out the door. He made his way back to the plane that brought him here, his eyes glowing with a fire. He had a villain to defeat, one who he had fought a great many times before, but now he intends to truly end it. Not to mention the promise he had just made, one he fully intends to keep.
