Alice ran back to the main cabin as fast as her feet could carry her while screaming, her eyes were drenched in tears from confusion and panic. While running, Alice held the lantern tightly in her grp since it was her only source of light in the darkness, and without it, she'd be wandering around blindly. The image of her discovering Bill's mutilated body kept playing over and over in her mind, thinking to herself what'd happened to Bill if he was dead could that same thing have happened to the others as well? If that were the case then who or what could've done something so gruesome?

The last remaining camp counselor felt her heart beating from either fear or running too fast and needed to stop to catch her breath but couldn't, fearing if she stopped moving for even a moment she'd be a sitting duck to whoever killed her friends and the safest place for her to be is in the main cabin. Which she could see up ahead and ran faster ignoring that she was on the verge of collapsing.

Bursting through the door Alice closed it behind her, with her hand gripping tightly on the doorknob since it didn't have a lock on it which allowed an easy entrance to anyone from the outside. She moves the lantern to her other hand and held the doorknob while placing the lantern down on a table next to her. Desperate to protect herself and thinking unclearly she pulls on the doorknob hoping to tighten it so it couldn't be opened or pull off the knob. Looking around Alice looks around and spots a long rope in a basket on the floor right next to her. Letting go of the handle and takes the rope in her hands before tossing it over the wooden ceiling beam then takes the over end, wrapping it on the knob in a tight knot. She pulled on the rope to be sure it was tight enough then ran to the window to check if anyone was out there but all she could see was darkness and closes the curtains. Still, she didn't feel completely safe with just a rope keeping the door from opening, Alice thought about blocking the door with the piano however it's too heavy to move on her own.

Alice started to barricade the door with everything she could push and stack against it until she was satisfied that no one could get in or out but doesn't think about that at the moment. She then closed all the curtains, looking out as she did to see nothing but motionless trees and the light of the Moon from above.

Propped beside one of the desks Alice gripped a baseball bat tightly in one fist while using the other to pick up the lantern. Walking slowly she could hear nothing but the creaking of the floorboards underneath her feet as she made her way into the kitchen. Nothing was out-of-the-ordinary. Just the way she'd left before she ventured out to find…Bill. She let out a small cry as her hand covered her mouth, having been reminded of how she found him, strung up like that, and covered in blood. The sudden thought brought nausea to her stomach and she immediately ran to the sink, reaching it before she emptied her guts of whatever she had consumed that day. Once she had stopped heaving, she placed the lantern on the counter and, with the bat still in hand, turned on the cold tap, cupped the cool water, and drank from it. Feeling somewhat better and a little refreshed, Alice turned it off and leaned against the counter, wiping away the moisture from her mouth. She then went about closing the other curtains in the room but found that one window, beside the refrigerator, didn't have any. Slumping against the refrigerator not knowing what else to do Alice let out a gasp, running a hand through her blonde hair. "What am I going to do?"

She lets out a frightful scream as the window next to her was suddenly shattered, spreading glass shards everywhere. Something had been hailed through the window and that something landed right beside her. It was Marcie's dead body covered in mud and blood. "Marcie?" Alice whispered in terror as she slowly slid down to her knees, unintendedly dropping the fork while she held on to the bat until she lets go of it as well. "God!" Alice squeals as she starts crawling away from the corpse and to the oven. "Oh my God!" Alice continued to squeal, using the oven for support to Stand up however her coat had gotten caught on the handle and slipped out of it. leaving her coat behind on the floor.

Alice from the kitchen and stops in front of the window to catch her breath. Realizing she wasn't safe, not outside or inside the cabin, leaving her with only one risky option which was to run from the campsite despite knowing it'll take hours to get to town on foot provided she isn't killed. However, she didn't have a better chance of escaping while moving than staying still. Suddenly she's surprised by bright white lights from just outside the cabin she looks to see what it is, Alice saw a jeep pulling up relieved her boyfriend had returned and rushed to unblock the door, pushing the chairs aside and untightening the rope before running out.

"Steve! Oh, Steve!" She cried as she watched the jeep stop and the driver climbed out. She skidded to a halt once she realized that the person in question wasn't Steve.

The person in question wasn't Steve it was a woman, a very beautiful woman of uncertain age with fair skin, and violet eyes. She has straight long red hair that reaches down her thighs with shoulder-length strands that frame both sides of her face and a black clip that parts her hair to the left. She wore a black leather suit with a zipper from her torso up to her cleavage, she also wore a black belt with a pouch, black fingerless gloves, and black knee boots. Around her neck is a golden locket that's in the shape of a heart. Alice didn't know who this woman is but that didn't matter to Alice especially since this woman is the only person who could help her.

"Who are you?" Alice spoke tremulously holding back her tears.

"Why, I'm Kushina Uzumaki. An old friend of the Christys!" she answered the teen with a friendly grin. "I was driving by and thought I come by and say hello."

The frightened camp counselor ran into Kushina, who embraced her in her arms babbling incoherently. "Oh, thank God you're here it's been such a nightmare." unfortunately Kushina wasn't able to understand what she's saying due to her hysterical state of mind.

"No, no. There, there. Now, look, I can't help you if you don't calm down." she informed, pulling her away so she could hear what she was saying.

"But she's dead and he's dead. And... Oh, my God, poor Bill! Oh, God!" Alice was getting hysterical again as Kushina grabbed her gently by the shoulders. "All right, all right, all right. she spoke in a motherly tune attempting to ease her worries. "Come on, dear, then show me."

Alice's eyes widen, drenched with tears, as she frantically shook her head "No. No!"

But Kushina wouldn't listen. "No, but it's all right. I'll take care of you. I used to work for the Christys."

"Oh, God. What's going on here? Please help me get out of here!" Alice begged Kushina only she wouldn't listen.

"It's just this place and the storm. That's why you're upset." Kushina tried to ease the teen's worry

Alice needed the older woman to understand that there's a killer on the loose and that she's in grave danger. "No, no! They're all dead! They're all dead!"

Kushina nodded, seemingly not affected by this in the slightest. "All right. I'll go and take a look."

"No, no, please don't leave me. They'll kill you too!"

Kushina chuckles. "I'm not afraid!" with that being said Kushina left to investigate the cabin.

Alice followed the redhead inside upon entering Kushina observed the cabin noticing the three chairs and other stuff tossed near the door before going towards the kitchen only to stop at the entrance after finding Marcie's corpse on the kitchen floor.

"Oh, my Lord!" the redhead woman gasped. "So young, so pretty. Oh, what monster could have done this?" She asked herself, shaking her head. Her eyes never looked away from Marcie's dead body.

Gripping her hand tightly against her arm. Alice's head nudges in the direction of the generation. "Bill's out there."

She watched as Kushina spun around now facing the wall her right arm raised clenching a fist, "Oh, God, this place!" She turned back around, her fist still clenched . "Steve should have never opened this place again! There's been too much trouble here." she told Alice in a grieving/aggressive tone. "Did you know a young boy drowned? The year before those two others were killed? The counselors weren't paying any attention. They were making love while that young boy drowned. The change in Kushina's demeanor was enough to make Alice put some distance between herself and the older woman "The only ones who really cared were the friends he had, friends actually tried to save him but couldn't."

Alice stood behind the sofa as Kushina who was slowly walking toward her. "His name was Naruto." Her tone had changed sounding motherly with compassion after that name was spoken, as she got closer to Alice. "I was working the day it happened. Preparing meals. Here. I was the cook." It was then Kushina grabbed Alice roughly by her arms. "Naruto should've been watched! Every minute! He was - ." The woman paused, then smiled a little realizing what she was about to say. "He wasn't a very good swimmer." Her hand was softly brushing down Alice's silky blonde hair as she laughed again before her expression changed to that of seriousness, "We can go now, dear."

"I think we should wait for Mr. Christy!" Alice replied as Kushina merely chuckled.

"Oh, that's not necessary."

Alice stepped away from Kushina caressing, letting out a cry as she spoke up. "I don't understand."

The red-headed woman shut her eyes as she sees Naruto drowning all those years ago flashed before her eyes. Hearing him screaming out to her for help, his arms and legs flew in the dark waters as he fought to stay afloat.

"Help me! Help! Help, Mommy! Help! Help, Mommy! Mommy, help!" She could hear him begging to be rescued as tears formed and trailed down her cheeks." "I am. Naruto. I am." Kushina whispered to herself.

Opening her eyes, Kushina stared directly into the blonde teen's eyes. Alice didn't like the way she was looking at her, it was as if she was staring into her very soul. Kushina smiled at her again only this time her smile wasn't friendly, it was more sinister and lacked any feeling. "I'm sorry, I spaced out for a bit. You see, Naruto was my son. And today is his birthday. Every year this place is a constant reminder of his death. "

Alice didn't have a clue what was going on with this woman but one thing was for certain, this woman couldn't be trusted. What's more, she couldn't help but ask the question that was on her mind. "Where's Mr. Christy?"

Kushina laughs a that. "What's with the accusations all of a sudden? I thought you wanted my help but it seems not, it's also what I hate most about you kids. You all never think of anyone except yourselves, always drinking and having sex. Never thinking about the consequences of your actions, it's that same irresponsibility that led to my son's demise. It would've been better for everyone if this place had been closed down permanently, and the townsfolk would agree with me on the count of they believe this place is cursed." Alice backed away from the redhead now feeling that might be dangerous as she watched Kushina who now had a blank expression on her face seemingly lost in her own world. Kushuna leaned her head back staring up at the ceiling silently whispering to herself, which Alice couldn't hear what was being said. "Oh, my sweet, innocent Naruto." An image of him thrashing in the water flashed in her mind. "My only child. Naruto." Suddenly Naruto disappeared underneath the water, due to wasting his energy struggling. The waters of the lake go back to being still again as the imagination sequence ends.

Again tears flow down her cheeks, Kushina wipes away her tears and opens them glaring angrily at Alice, who was now standing beside the fireplace. The expression on Kushina's face was full of anger and hatred. "It's all your fault, you and all the others. You let him drown. You never paid any attention!" She knocked over a small table that was in her way. "Look what you did to him." Kushina then reaches inside her pouch and takes out a bowie knife.

"No!" Alice cried, shaking her head before looking around frantically for something she could use to defend herself with.

"LOOK WHAT YOU DID TO HIM!" Kushina shouted as she raised the knife above her head and charged at her screaming. Alice grabbed one of the fire pokers and swung it with all her might. Not only did Alice manage to knock the knife from Kushina's hand, but she successfully hit her between her arm and rib cage. The blow hit Kushina so hard it sent her kneeling over the sofa. Alice struck Kushina again with the poker on her back, knocking her down for a moment and dropping the poker as well.

Without a second thought, she ran for the door tripping over one of the chairs used to barricade the door with. She quickly got back up crying as she ran out of the door. As she ran from the cabin Kushina had already gotten back on her feet, using the sofa for leverage and she was extremely pissed off.

Once outside Alice looked in every direction wondering to herself where should she go and remembered the jeep Kushina used to get herself here. Thinking she could use it to escape from this psychopathic woman and get to the police station for help. She just prayed the keys were still in the ignition and not in Kushina's possession otherwise she was going to have further troubles. Alice hurried to the jeep, pulling open the door on the driver's side and almost getting in when the sight of Heather's bloody eyeless corpse in the passenger seat stopped her.

"AAARRGGHH!" Her scream echoed into the night as Alice backed away from the jeep, her heart beating faster. The desire to get as far away from this place as she could immediately ran in the opposite direction, away from the cabin she'd just ran from. The horrific image of finding another one of her friends and fellow camp counselors dead had not only frightened her but increased her desire to escape from this nightmare. Running while hysterical did not bode well for Alice as she tripped on her own feet and tumbled onto the ground however that didn't stop her as she started crawling on all fours for a bit til managed to push herself back on her feet to run again.

She ran down the path that led into the woods but came to a stop when Tony's dead body suddenly appeared from one of the trees, hanging upside down like some sort of ragdoll with a knife jammed into his forehead and his throat slashed. Alice screamed again, her eyes teared up with her hands on her head as she stared at the corpse of the man she'd only known earlier today.

At that moment Kushina stepped out of the cabin, slamming the door behind her angry at herself for ruining a perfect opportunity to kill that girl thus allowing her to escape when she had her in her grasp. She watched her run into the woods, the darkness nearly made her impossible to see as she ran further. In fact, the girl's yellow shirt is the only thing that hadn't been enveloped by it. However, she wasn't worried in the least soon the girl's fate will be the same as the others. Determined to complete her vengeance and mission no matter what it would take.

Kushina hadn't moved an inch since coming out in the same spot as she watched the girl run off into the darkness, now with a gloomy expression on her face as she shouted out for Alice to hear. "You can run bitch but you can't hide, I know every inch of these campgrounds. And when I find you, I'm gonna kill you slowly you'll be begging to die." she then opens her golden locket. Inside was a picture of herself with her deceased husband Minato and their son Naruto all together smiling. These were the happier times in her life before she lost her loved ones.

"Don't worry Naruto, I'll get her. I'll get her and make sure this camp is shut down for good, I swear it!"

A/N: The identity of the killer is now revealed although many of you suspected the killer was either Naruto or one of his childhood friends. Stay tuned there are two more chapters left and a big surprise.
