Like yesterday, the library is full of people that are tending to their personal affairs while respecting each other's privacy.
But unlike yesterday, the occupants were a lot more less than the day before.
Issei, clad with a forest green sweater with a light blue dress shirt underneath it alongside tan pants, keeping on his sports jacket and shoes, was walking around the tables as he entered, scanning the area around to see if Rias had come yet.
Though he was a lot earlier than he expected, the chestnut decided to sit near one of the tables before he decided to pull out his satchel to catch up on one of the homework assignments from his classes, knowing that he was a couple minutes earlier to four pm.
As he was doing his assignments, the young man would occasion check the huge clock in front of the library, making sure if his female buddy would show in that time frame.
"Hey Issei," a familiar voice called out.
Said young man turned around and saw Rias, her expression almost feeling bubby as she glances towards him.
"Rias," Issei, noticing the redhead sitting down next to him, gave her a small smile in return. "Good to see you again."
The young man noticed that, in contrast to his attire for the day, the young woman wore a white dress shirt with a red vest, dark gray mid-thigh skirt, and has on black socks and oxford shoes.
"Same, here, Issei," the redhead nodded as she turned towards him. "How was your day going?"
"So far, it was pretty okay," the chestnut rubbed his head. "While I'm still doing my projects, the workload wasn't too bad. How about you?"
"Things were okay for the most part," the young woman rubbed her shoulder nervously. "I did spend my time exploring the town before coming here. Even still, I'm glad you're not dealing with that much homework."
"It's something I have to live with until I graduate," the young man rubs it off like it's no big deal.
"Then after that, having to look for a job and deal with the workload as well, right?"
"That too," Issei rolled his eyes as Rias gave a small smirk. "Anything you want to talk about?"
The next couple of minutes was spent on the two chatting with each other, especially with minor events they went through the day, whenever it's not in-between discussions related to fiction-related content that include works from different languages.
"Did you ever consider being a light novelist someday, Issei?" Rias suggested. "Because you tend to read Japanese light novels pretty often, especially since you want to maintain your native roots."
"I'm not sure about that, Rias," Issei shrugged his head. "While my writing skills are decent, I'm more concerned that personal events in life might make things pretty difficult. Not only that, if I worked under a publishing company, I must write stories under a deadline if I want to earn money in return. And that's not getting into detail all the ridiculous nonsense regarding publishing companies wants writers to put onto their works."
This made the redhead frown a bit. "Sometimes I wonder if the publishing companies really know about their customers or not."
"You got that right," the chestnut replied, not wanting to imagine why these people personally want to do certain yet unnecessary things, either to be trendy, or just want to shove their views down the readers' throats.
I better check on my homework. Issei went towards his satchel to get some papers when he felt a sharp pain coming to one of his fingers.
Quickly pulling his hand out the bag, the young man noticed that his finger was bleeding from the wound, causing him to get onto his feet and race to the bathroom without warning, surprising the young woman until she decided to follow him, concerned over what had happened.
It didn't take long for the redhead to find Issei coming out of the bathroom, a paper towel around his finger with his hands lightly wet as he gave a small frown.
"Are you okay, Issei?"
"I'm find," the chestnut replied. "Just got a papercut."
"Let me see," Rias offered her hand, which Issei unwrapped the paper towel, seeing that the cut to his finger was barely faint despite blood starting to come out from the wound.
Staring at the wound for a moment, the redhead moved the finger close to her until she started to lightly kiss the wound, especially to help make the young man feel better.
However, as her lips touched the blood-stained finger, something caused Rias to move the finger back to her with widen blue eyes when, without hesitation, she slides the finger towards her mouth before sucking it up and down like a popsicle, the redhead's face looking adorable as she was licking the chestnut's finger seductively as her cheeks were turning red.
Issei felt surprised and his body started to feel hot yet tight for some reason as he watches the young woman in front of him licking his bleeding finger seductively, her head moving up and down as her tongue continue to explore his finger.
As the young man slowly starts to wonder what had happened, Rias slowly moved his finger away from her until it came out from the young woman's mouth, a brief trail of saliva coming between them, until she places her hands towards Issei's flustered cheeks, and quickly gives him a kiss directly at the young man's lips.
If that wasn't enough, the redhead decided to explore the chestnut's internal spots within his mouth, their bodies started to feel warm yet tight from the sensation that is slowly starting to drown them . . .
. . . when suddenly, realizing what she was doing, Rias quickly ended the kiss as she moved her head away from his, her face feeling embarrassed as she quickly wipes the saliva-drenched finger with the paper towel before covering it to prevent any bleeding from happening.
"Sorry about that, Issei." Rias quickly covers her now blushing face. "I was supposed to kiss your finger to make it feel better from the papercut when I accidentally overdid it. That's my fault.
"It's fine." The chestnut replied, his rationality coming back to him, but had a smile under his face. "Let me make it up to you."
And without warning, the young man quickly hugs the redhead, his hand reaching towards the back of her head, and quickly kisses Rias in the lips.
With this turn of events, the young woman hugs Issei in return as she does the same motion as the former as they gently lean the wall near the bathroom, until she decided to return the kiss towards the chestnut.
Not only that, but she also quickly begins to explore Issei mouth as the young man begins to do the same in turn, making a simple kiss turn into a make out session, the two wasting no time feeling the mutual sensations from their make out session without a care in the world, or in this case, a library.
Both Issei and Rias could barely stop looking at each other in the process, the warmth from both the hug and their lips becoming irresistible the more and more they do, up to the point where . . .
"WHAT ARE YOU TWO DOING!?" All the sudden, the two stopped their mad passionate make out session when they saw the same female librarian that is both shocked and embarrassed from what is considered a romantic scene . . . or almost going beyond that.
The chestnut and redhead gave an uncharacteristic squeak in terror before composing themselves, the pair feeling flustered after what they had just did.
"Sorry, I was kissing Issei's paper cut just to make him feel better when I started to overdo it and started kissing him without hesitation." Rias rubbed her head nervously. "My bad."
"And I technically returned Rias' kiss without warning, which ended up with a very intense kissing scene," Issei added, wanting to share the blame with the young woman as well. "It's also my fault as well."
The librarian gave a reluctant, yet uneased sigh. "Look, I don't want to say this, but please get a room; this is a library, and we don't you two to start your mad-passionate kissing session in front of everyone, which include kids."
"Yes ma'am," both the chestnut and the redhead tilt their heads down in embarrassment.
"Also I want to get my stuff before we leave," Issei added.
"Well, that was awkward," Rias gave a nervous reply as she and Issei left the library, the two still feeling embarrassed over the scene they made.
"At least the librarian intervened before we could go any further that what we're doing," Issei wanted to give a positive to their situation.
"I guess that's true."
As they were walking, both the chestnut and the redhead unconsciously started to move a little closer to each other.
"So, anything we could do for now?" the young woman looked towards the young man next to her.
"I might head back to my apartment to catch up with my homework."
"I see then." The redhead nodded. "Want to hang out tomorrow at the library like before?"
"Sure," The chestnut quickly gave a smile. "And before you go, my friends are offering me to hang out around Game Night around one of my friend's campus dorms in a few weeks."
"What do you guys' plan to do?"
"Play board games, eat some food, and just hang out," the young man explained. "Do you want to come?"
"Sure, I love too, Issei," Rias felt intrigued by the offer. "And before you go, can you be my boyfriend, Issei?"
"Yes, of course, Rias," the chestnut gave the redhead hug in response as he says this.
Said redhead felt happy in return before giving her new boyfriend a kiss. "I'll see you tomorrow, Issei."
"Same here, Rias."
And before they go on their separate paths, the two decide to have a quick make out session until they walked in the opposite directions.
However, the both of them felt happy to attend Game Night together.
