Thea had put so much thought into the gifts she got his family. Even asking Nia if she did good.

"Baby, you didn't have to buy so many gifts for my mom", Roman said.

"Nia told me your mom would like these for the house.", Thea had replied.

"Buying my mom's love", he said, shaking his head.

"What else am I suppose to do? I've tried everything. Maybe she'll even have a conversation with me, like an actual one", Thea said.

Roman smiled. She really wanted them to like her, or at least acknowledge her. He leaned over and kissed her head.

"I'm sure she will baby", he replied.

Once at the house, Dean and Brie were already there. It was their first Christmas together.

Roman and Dean took down the gifts.

"Damn, so many gifts", Dean pointed out.

Roman nodded.

"What's with the face?", Dean asked his brother.

Roman sighed.

"She's buying their love and I don't want her to have to spend so much just to get them to see her", Roman said.

"I get it", Dean nodded.

Once they walked inside, Dean froze.

"Are you fucking kidding me", he mumbled.

"What?", Roman asked, before looking in the direction he was and seeing Sasha with his family.

Thea stood by Brie, a sad expression on her face.

"Why is she here?", Roman asked.

Dean shrugged. His mom saw him and stood, walking over to them and hugging them.

"Mom, why is Sasha here?", he asked.

"She was going to be alone, so I invited her", she replied.

"Without asking me?", he asked.

"I didn't think you would mind", she replied.

She took the gifts from Roman's arms.

"You didn't have to buy us so many", his mom said.

"I didn't. Thea did", he replied.

His mom's smile slipped and she rolled her eyes. She set them down far from the other gifts. Roman went over to Thea.

"Baby, want to eat?", he asked.

She nodded and followed him to the kitchen.

"I didn't know she was going to be here", he said softly.

"I know, I saw the look on your face", she replied.

He smiled, before leaning down and kissing her. She was more than he could ever dream of. Most women would have given up and ran.

After they ate, everyone sat in the living room to open gifts. Handing them out to everyone before opening.

Two were handed to Thea. One from Brie and Dean, and one from Nia. Roman noticed Thea's gifts for his parents and sisters were left in the same spot.

Dean noticed too and stood, handing them out.

"You forgot some, Summer", Dean said.

"None of you got a gift for Thea?", Roman asked.

Thea looked up at him.

"Its okay baby", she replied.

Even Brie and Sasha got one from his parents. Everyone opened their gifts. Roman watched as his family ignored Thea's gifts.

"Mr. And Mrs. Reigns, thank you so much.", Sasha said, showing off her new purse.

"Anytime sweetheart", his mom said to her.

"Mom, you should open Thea's gifts. I'm sure you are going to love them", Roman said.

"Oh", his mom said, before hesitantly grabbing one and opening it.

Roman could tell his mom liked them all. Home décor for the living room.

"Mom", he said.

She looked up at him.

"Thank you", was all she said.

"You're welcome", Thea replied.

His mom went back to talking to his sisters and Sasha. Roman went over to Thea. She was showing Brie the bracelet Nia got her.

"Lets go home", he said.

"Why?", she asked.

"I want to take our nieces and nephews their gifts. Its more exciting when kids open their gifts", he said.

She nodded.

Roman had stood to use the restroom. Now he was watching Thea sleep. He smiled. He crawled over to her and kissed her shoulder.

"Want breakfast?", he asked.

She smiled and nodded without opening her eyes. He chuckled.

"Don't get up. I'll be right back", he replied.

Grabbing his shirt, he put it on before walking out of the room and downstairs. Brie and Dean were enjoying a coffee.

Dean smirked when he saw him.

"I see you two had fun last night", he said.

Brie nudged him as he chuckled.

"It was different, so different.", Roman said.

"Dude, you're glowing", Dean smiled.

Roman's smile grew bigger.

"For once it doesn't feel like I'm missing something.", Roman said.

Dean nodded. That would all change once his parents told him and Thea about Sasha being pregnant.

"Well, Brie and I will pick up Joey and take her to breakfast so you two can enjoy your morning.", Dean said.

"Thank you", Roman said.

Thea grabbed a pair of shorts and a tank top, putting them on as her phone rang. She grabbed it, Roman's mom's name popped up.

"Hello", she answered.

She figured they tried Roman and he didn't answer.

"Thea, good morning. Sika and I would like you to come over later on today for lunch, say around 2", his mom said.

"Oh, okay, I'll let Roman know…", his mom cut her off.

"No, just you", she said.

That got her excited a bit. Maybe they were coming around to her finally.

"Okay, I'll be there around 2", she replied.

"Good", his mom said, before hanging up.

She set her phone down when her bedroom door opened and Roman walked in with two plates and drinks on a tray.

"Hey, what are you doing up", he said.

She giggled before crawling back into bed and he joined.

"Looks so good", she said.

"I hope it taste good. Rushing breakfast before you change your mind was crazy", Roman said.

She laughed softly.

"Its good", she nodded while chewing on her pancake.

He smiled.

"So, were you telling the truth about working with Mick again?", she asked.

He nodded.

"Dean and Nia have been the only ones from my family to tell me the truth. I met him and we spoke for a while.", he replied.

"You won't make much working probono and environmental law", she said.

"Let me worry about money", he said.

She nodded.

"What do you think about getting married again?", he asked.

"I always hoped I would only marry once and it be forever, you know", she replied.

"Technically, it will still count as one if its me", he said.

She nodded.

"It would", she agreed.

He smiled.

"So what do you say, T. Marry me", he said.

She stopped chewing.

"I know and see why I chose you the first time around. I might or might not get my memories back, but whether I do or don't, I want you as my wife", he said.

"Ro…", she stopped.

He stood and went to his room, coming back a few seconds later. He got down on one knee beside her bed. Opening the tiny box.

"Where did you get that?", she asked.

"Your brother gave me the idea. Your mom's ring was lost, but he had a photo of her wearing it, so I got someone to make the exact one", he replied.

She nodded.

"We can do this, and I believe we will be fine. Give us a second chance", he said.

She met his eyes.

"So?", he asked.
