Leaders from the 10 Active members of the EEC along with the leaders of the USSR and China met in Moscow to finally talk about the Enclave now that it reunified America. Queen Victoria the Second also came to sit in as she was invited by the Soviets of all nations much to the dismay of the EEC. However, her motives for going were unknown.
"Now that this Enclave has not only defeated the NUSA and Millitech but also as fully reunited America, I think it's time we talk about what the next course of action is." The German Chancellor says.
"We should have intervened right away, without Arasaka and the Free States to keep a relatively united America in check, they are bound to go on the warpath seeking revenge." The President of France argues.
"That would have only made things worse. We would have been seen as invaders, delegitimizing the NUSA government more than the Enclave already did in their propaganda campaigns and causing them to collapse faster than they already did." The Soviet Premier told them.
"We could have at least done something." The President of Austria said.
"The only time we could have done anything was before they took over Night City, however that was before we knew how much of a threat they were and unlike maybe Arasaka, Night Corp and the turn coats that are Net Watch, we had zero information on them." The Spanish King says.
"How about we not anger the Eagle? If you guys do something that sparks war with the United States Italy will not only leave the EEC but also declare war on it. We will not go down with a sinking ship." The President of Italy threatens the entire group.
"Why you traitor!" Austria's Prime Minister yells getting up to hit Italy's President but is stopped by the leader of Greece.
"Honestly the Benelux Nations are half considering seeing if the United States will accept us since you guys won't." The Representative from Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg says.
"Their Anti Communist rhetoric concerns me, this implies we might see a return of an America from the 1950s." The Chinese Chairman adds to the conversation.
A few more minutes of debate and musings go by before the silent Queen of Great Britain stands to say something. "I only came out of respect to the generosity of the Soviet Premier and his invite. However after hearing you squabble over nonsense, I have honestly decided on my Nation's next course of action. Not only will we reunite the Anglo-sphere, but we will also invite the Americans to it. It will be only a matter of time before they invade Canada to purge the corporations and I feel if Britain is going to be relevant again, she must reunite the Empire." She then leaves.
