Chapter 8 The Destruction of Blitzos Grotto

Moxxie and millie placed a seaweed blindfold over Blitzos eyes as he was curious what his freinds wanted to show him "Come on at least give me a hint what is it you want to show me?" He asked "its a surprise sugar" said Millie "Yeah so no peaking" said Moxxie guiding Blitzo into his grotto as Moxxie removed the blind fold "Tada for you" said Moxxie as Blitzo gasped as he saw it was the statue of Stolas that sank from the ship and was in tact "*cue glowy stary eyes* oooh guys you got the statue! You are both so amazing! But how?!" Said Blitzo swimming around the statue "Well during the week you were in lala land we saw the statue and it took some team work effort to move the statue but here it is for you" said Millie showing her muscle as Blitzo studied the statue "It looks like him its amazing" he said as he pressed his head on the statue "heheh, me? Run away with you? To a lovely midnight stroll on the beach *Floats upside down* maybe a picnic on the hill? Where we can get a beautiful glimpse of the sea together" he said flirty as he laughed until he turned and saw Beth glaring at him with Marcaline and Bonnie behind her guilty faced at what happened "Moxxie, Millie leave now this is something me and Blitzo needs to talk about" she said firmly as the two imps swam off but gave one last look at Blitzo worried as they hid with Bonnie and Marcaline…but peeked curiously

"Blitzo I am a reasonable queen and I have been patient with you until now with your habits and obessession with the surface world but this is the last straw *Swim and circles around Blitzo looking at his collection* the stuff in here I cant ignore what you had done I just cant anymore, ever since Bella died I swore to protect you since you are the smallest and yougnest and most innocent" said Beth "Mama you did a good job but please I am not a little impling anymore" yelled Blitzo but Beth wasnt hearing that "I make these rules for a good reason and I want them obeyed" she said firmly.

"But mama" started Blitzo "Is it true that you saved a land demon from drowning?" She asked "I had to!" Said Blitzo swimming up but flinched at his mamas stare "And you know that contact between Atlantica and land is forbidden! You know that and everyone else in the city!" Said Beth

"He would had died!" Yelled Blitzo as Beth glared "Then one less demon to worry about" she said coldly "You dont even know him!" Yelled Blitzo as Beth swam close to him as she began to sing.

Beth: This is where you belong!

"Please mama you dont understand" said Blitzo as Beth just pointed

For once just listen will you? That savage brute would kill you in the world above!

"Mama he is not a barbarian!" Yelled Blitzo as Beth grabbed his arm

Dont try that same old song! I'll have you grounded til next yer!

Am I clear? Dont go near that world above!

Blitzo managed to rip his arm out of his mamas grip "Mama I am not a child anymore I can make my own decisions now" he yelled but Beth refused to listen "Have you lost your senses Blitzo? He is a land demon you are a mer-imp" said Beth "It dosent matter!" Yelled Blitzo

I'm still the queen-here my word is law! This filth you bring here is the final straw

And push my son has come to shove!

I'll make you obey til you do as I say

I dont care what come what may but I'll keep you away

From that cruel , harsh cold vile world above!

She said as Blitzo had enough "YOU CANT STOP ME MAMA BECAUSE I LOVE HIM!" He yelled before he gasped realizing what he said as he covered his mouth as Beth placed a hand on the sword of light as Blitzo swam near the statue as Moxxie, Millie, Bonnie and Marcaline were stunned at the bold declaration "Are you insane, as I said you are a mer-imp and he is a land demon!" Said Beth as Blitzo got strong faced "I…I dont care! I love him and nothing will change my mind!" He yelled as Beth pulled out the sword of light and held it forward "So Help me Blitzo I will get through that foolish head of yours and if I have to do this then so be it!" She said as she used the sword to destroy all the items inside the grotto as Blitzo cried at her to stop begging her to stop as he watched as his precious collection was destroyed until all that was left was the state as Beth held her sword up "MAMA PLEASE NO!" He yelled as with a strong swipe the statue was destoryed as Blitzo was pushed back as he saw the remains of his love as tears were felt as he cluched his heart like he was choking back his sobs as he just fell to the ground as Beth shiefed her sword "Blitzo you are grounded for a century" she said as she swam out but not before her face melted into a guilty one…but then pulled up her strong face 'it has to be done, Blitzo…needs to understand that his love cant happen' she thought as once she left Bonnie, Marcaline, Moxxie and Millie swam in as Blitzo curled in a ball sobbing "Blitz…listen I am…" started Bonnie "Just leave me alone…just leave me alone" he said as Marcaline touched Bonnies arm "Guys we better give him some space" she said as she, bonnie, Moxxie and millie left to give Blitzo some alone time though the two imps teared up unhappy for there freind.

Once Blitzo was alone Loopy and Lyle who were watching and waiting for the right moment took that moment to strike "Poor child" said Loopy "In deed Loopy a poor innocent Mer-imp" said Lyle as Blitzo slowed his tears seeing the two robot sinners as he was surprised to see them "Who are you?" He asked "My name is Lyle and this is my partner Loopy" said Lyle "And you do not need to fear us" said Loopy "We know of someone who can help you" said Lyle "A person…who could make your dreams come true" said Loopy as the two circled Blitzo who was nervous "Who do you mean? What are you saying?" He asked

"We are talking about Mammon" said Loopy as Blitzos eyes widened "You mean the lord of greed?" He asked as the two robots nodded "Think about it dear, you and your little owl prince" said Lyle "Together" started Loopy "Forever" they said in unison as Blitzo stared at the two but shook his head "No only a fool will trust Mammon go away leave me alone!" he said as he went back into a ball as the two robots faked shrugged "Ok" said Lyle "We understand" said Loopy as they left however Loopy used one of his tentacles to knock a piece of Stolas statue his face near Blitzo as he uncurled as he saw the statue piece and picked it up as he rubbed it 'I…I dont belong underwater I am to diffrent to much of a outsider…to much of a freak…if Mammon can really help me' he thought before he made his choice "Wait" he called out as the two robot sinners smirked as they got the mer-imp hooked "Yes" they said in unison…the bait taken.

Outside Moxxie and Millie were reprimanding Bonnie and Marcaline "Why on earth did you tell on Blitzo you could had lied" said Millie "We tried to but Bonnies nerves got shot and well she panicked" said Marcaline "She is right its not like I didnt try I mean…" started bonnie as a shadow passed them as they looked up and saw Blitzo following Loopy and Lyle as that made the gum homunculus mer worried "Where do yo think you are going Blitzo?" she asked "I am gonna see Mammon" said Blitzo as Bonnie gasped "What no! You cant *Grabs Blitzos arm* he is a monster a true monster" she said as Blitzo managed to get his arm free "Then why dont you tell my mama, thats what you are good at" he said as he swam off with loopy and lyle as Bonnie was flabbergasted as Marcaline was worried and looked at Moxxie and millie "Come on we need to stop him before he makes a mistake.

Authors note: The harshest thing My waifu has done…and its all out of protective instincts which was something Loopy and Lyle took advantage of to bring Blitz to Mammon

Next chapter Blitzo meets Mammon who agrees to make Blitzo into a land demon for 3 days with the spell becoming permanent if he kisses Stolas before the sunset of the third day. But in exchange he must give up his voice…
