Cat Noir sat in front of the oven door, peering in at the delicious chocolate pastry Marinette made. "Even when comes out of the oven, it isn't for you," she said, not looking from her math book. "But, Princess. We can share." "I'll make you a snack later." Swish, swish. Cat didn't like the sound of that.

Ding! Marinette stood up, and took the pan from the oven. "Now, don't stick your paw in the pastry or you'll get burned," she said. "I'm going to decorate it once its cool." "Then I'm going to take a nap," Cat yawned, settling in his box he had brought down from Marinette's room.

Marinette giggled as Cat fell asleep. She was planning on getting him a treat on patrol, but that wasn't till this evening. Finally, her pastry cooled and she began to decorate it to look like Tom Nook from Animal Crossing.

Cat woke up, yawned and crawled out of his box. "You have an impeccable timing of being around when food is here," she grinned. "Is that Tom Nook? Princess, its a adorable. In fact, I'm inviting you to my island tonight." "You play Animal Crossing?" Marinette asked in surprise. "Yeah," Cat nodded. "And I owe a whole lot of Bells." "What are you buying? Cat nip?" she giggled.

But Cat hadn't heard her, his eyes were zeroed into the yummy treat sitting on the tray. "Oh, crackers, Alya's calling. Behave and don't touch."

Cat meowed softly as she walked upstairs. He could be good. The smell of chocolate still wafted in the air. Cat's eyes grew large. He could picture himself biting into the warm pastry with its flaky crust and warm chocolate frosting oozing out with a big glass of cold milk…..

Gulp. The pastry was gone before you could say Adrien, and Cat sighed, licking his lips. "Okay, let's…." Marinette's eyes narrowed as she looked at the tray then at Cat. "Love, where's my pastry?" "In my tummy?" Cat asked, guilty with frosting all over his face. "Cat, I said no!" "It tempted me! It was calling out my name and so chocolate!" Marinette took a deep breath. "Fine. There's only one way to settle this." "In a time-out?" "No, in Marinette's court."

"Hey, I look good," Marinette straightened her pretend wig in the mirror and then banged her plastic hammer on the desk.

"Cat, you are guilty of eating my pastry and I have come to a verdict of what your punishment will be." "Oh, please, not a bath, Princess! Anything but that!" "You will take me on a date." "Hey, that's not so bad." "It will be when you take me to the movies and buy me popcorn and soda." Cat grinned. "Whatever you say, Princess."

Later that evening, Marinette made two other pastries before heading up to her room to her game. Logging on, she found Cat's island and he invited her to come. She snapped a pic and sent it. "You might owe me Bells, but your bell is pretty cute!" "Its me! Thanks, Princess!"

"Welcome, welcome," she giggled. She sighed happily. Cat may have a sweet tooth, but as friendships were, hers and Cat's was pretty sweet.
