The cadets at the Academy were all gathered in the arena, Mags and Sprocket all with them. Sprocket was holding a gun-like device in her hand, while Mags placed a basketball in the center of the center of the arena.

Sprocket: "Alright cadets, I'm glad you could make it."-said Sprocket, gratefully-"Now, we thought we'd show you all an invention we made."

Mags: "Thought y'all would be a better audience then the Skylanders."-Mags added-"Now, may be proudly present: the Size-O-Ray."

The cadets all simply stared, clearly not interested in the machine.

Sprocket: "Okay, it may not look like much."-Sprocket admitted-"However, this will make things a bit more interesting."

Sprocket set the nob on the side of the device to a tiny circle and blasted the basketball, shrinking it down to the size of a marble. The cadets all gasped at the site of the shrinking ball.

Mags: "Interested now?"-Mags teased-"Well it can do more than shrink, that's fer sure."

Sprocket then turned the nob to the large circle and made the basketball to the size of one of them. After this, she shrunk it back down to its normal size.

Sprocket: "Well I'm glad you all are impressed."-said Sprocket, gratefully-"Unfortunately we'll have to put it in storage for now. Now you all better get to class."

Sprocket and Mags took the Size-O-Ray to storage, but did not notice that there were more than the cadets in the audience. Two trolls walked away, but took a liking to the device."

???: "Hey, you know that ATM we hade trouble robbing?"-asked the first troll, mysteriously-"Well what if we could just put it in our pocket?"

Intro: Harmony

In Team-A's house, Spyro and Stealth Elf were at the table playing Skystones. Spyro took his troll stone and placed it beside Stealth Elf's drow, effectively taking her piece.

Spyro: "Haha, got your drow, Elf!"-Spyro gloated-"You're gonna need a really good move to top that."

Stealth Elf used her Cyclops piece to take out Spyro's piece. The two placed stones back and forth until Stealth Elf eventually won, Spyro looking down in frustration. The head of Eon then appeared above the two.

Eon: "Skylanders, there is an emergency right here at the Academy!"-said Eon, panicked-"The Academy storage unit is being robbed!"

Eruptor: "You heard the head, let's go!"

Team-A then all stopped what they were doing and departed their house.

Later at the Academy Storage, Team-A arrived while meeting up with Team-C. They all lurked around the storage unit and exchanged looks to one another.

Ignitor: "Okay, looks like there's just two trolls in there."-Ignitor whispered, seriously-"If we do this right we should be able to take them."

Jet-Vac: "That means follow the plan."-said Jet-Vac, seriously-"Does everyone understand?"

Flameslinger: "Don't worry, we can handle this."

Flameslinger's remark made it so Stealth Elf could not help but giggle lightly. The Skylanders all readied to attack and moved to surround the doors. As soon as the door opened, Spyro was quick to rush into it, unfortunately he was blasted by a random ray of light and vanished into thin air. As the other Skylanders gasped, the trolls came into view, one holding out a gun-like device.

???: "Stay right there,"-the troll snarled-"Unless any of you want to end up like him!"

Eruptor: "Oh I don't think so!"-said Eruptor, angrily-"You'll pay for what you did to him!"

Eruptor charged up to the trolls, Pop Fizz quickly running behind him. As they ran, the troll pulled the trigger again and the two Skylanders vanished. The other Skylanders ran to surround the trolls. Stealth Elf teleported to behind the trolls, though she was blasted by the ray and also disappeared. Jet-Vac began sucking the trolls towards him. This almost stops them but he is also blasted with the ray. The troll draws his blaster again but Flameslinger shoots and arrow into the weapon and it falls to the ground broken. Bash then gets behind the trolls and picks them up by their backs. Ignitor picks up the damaged weapon before walking up to the trolls and drawing his sword to their throats.

Ignitor: "What does this thing do?"-Ignitor snarled, angrily-"What did you do to our friends."

???: "He don't talk, and I won't without my layer."-said the troll, sinisterly

Ignitor narrowed his "eyes" before putting away his sword and leaving with Bash and the trolls. Prism Break, Terrafin and Flameslinger all remained behind and looked to one another.

Prism Break: "What do you think it did to them?"-asked Prism Break, nervously and curiously-"Maybe it turned them invisible."

Flameslinger: "Or maybe it teleported them to another location."

Terrafin: "Ir maybe it..."

Flameslinger: "No, don't say that."-said Flameslinger, devastated-"I only hope we find them soon."

The three Skylanders turn to follow their teammates, not noticing the faint shouting.

Spyro: "Guys! We're down here!"

Team-A had been shrunken and now gathered near the middle of the floor. They all desperately yelled to get Team-C's attention but to no avail.

Spyro: "Ah, they can't hear us!"-said Spyro, annoyed

Eruptor: "In case you haven't notice we are the size of insects."-said Eruptor, irritated-"It's kinda obvious they can't hear us."

Spyro: "Well I do not want to stay this small for the rest of my life."-Spyro argued-"I'll try to get closer, maybe I can get their attention."

Spyro flew into the air and zoomed towards Prism Break. He began flying around the crystal golem's head in order to get his attention, unfortunately Prism Break began swatting at Spyro with his crystals.

Prism Break: "Shoo fly!"

Spyro was unfortunately swatted with the crystal and sent flying down to the floor. The rest of Team-A then caught Spyro, much to his relief.

Spyro: "It's no good."-said Spyro, ashamed-"He just thinks I'm a fly."

Stealth Elf: "Well you are the size of one and we're flying around his head."-said Stealth Elf, logically-"I kind of saw that coming."

As soon as the group was done talking they all notice the shadow above them. They notice Ignitor walking and his foot coming down towards them. In a swift action, Team-A dashed and narrowly managed to avoid being stepped on. They quickly ran to a random mouse hole to hide. Noticing how deep the mouse hole went down they pulled to a stop, unfortunately Eruptor was last and hit them, causing all five of them to fall into the hole.

Team-C returns to the Academy where Eon was going through his books. Hugo, Cynder, Blackout, Spotlight and Buzz were also present. The team walked up to Eon, shamefully looking down.

Eon: "Did you stop the heist?"-asked Eon, seriously

Ignitor: "We did."-said Ignitor, sadly

Eon: "Excellent."-said Eon before realizing the problem-"So where is the other team?"

Team-C all exchanged looks only concerning the others more.

Buzz: "Well?"

Ignitor: "Their gone."

Cynder: "Gone? What do you mean gone?"-asked Cynder, worried-"What happened?"

Prism Break: "We were pursuing the enemies, and then they pulled out some kind of weapon."-Prism Break explained, worried-"We don't know exactly what happened, but one shot from the weapon and they were gone in the blink of an eye."

Blackout: "You mean..."

Flameslinger: "No we don't know about that. We don't even know what the weapon does."-said Flameslinger, sadly-"Unfortunately those two are refusing to talk."

Eon: "Well we can't be down a team."-said Eon, regretfully-"Try to get these two to talk, we need to find what this weapon does."

Ignitor nodded and Team-C leaves to interrogate the criminals. Spotlight and Blackout exchanged worries looks, Cynder just broke down crying and shaking. Spotlight hugged her and patted her back in an effort to comfort her, but it almost didn't work. They could do nothing but hope.

Spyro groggily awoke having been knocked out by the fall. He rises to his feet and runs his head as the impact caused it to hurt. He noticed his friends all standing around him also groggy and in pain.

Eruptor: "Well that was painful."-said Eruptor in pain-"I'm surprised we all survived that."

Pop Fizz: "You and me both, E."-Pop Fizz agreed-"You and me both."

Despite the pain going through all his body, Jet-Vac managed to rise to his feet. He stood over the rest of his team, though rather shakily.

Jet-Vac: "Alright everyone, we have to get movie."-said Jet-Vac, professionally-"We need to get back to the Academy and try to fix this."

Stealth Elf: "He's right."-Stealth Elf agreed-"We don't know what could happen while we're this small."

The team then got up, injured but able to stand. They began walking in order to find a way out of the surprisingly deep hole. A loud screech was heard, alerting the Skylanders of danger.

Pop Fizz: "What was that?"-asked Pop Fizz, scared

The team turns around to see a massive-compared to them at least-black rat come towards them. The rat lunged towards them and they dodge as if on cue. Eruptor blasts lava balls onto the rat's face and it flinches. Spyro flies in the air and breathes fire. Stealth Elf teleports to the top of the rat's head and grabs it by the scruff, pulling it back until it hits the wall where she jumps off and kicks it's face. Pop Fizz then throws a potion that lands on the rat's face and causes it to run away.

Spyro: "Man I hate rats."-said Spyro, recovering

The Skylanders turn to see a light in the distance and immediately notice a way out. They run out of the tunnel until they reach the entrance, which happened to lead to a massive cave. They look and see two massive figures: Kaos and Dark Spyro wandering around the cave.

Eruptor: "What are they doing here?"-asked Eruptor, nervously

Spyro: "I don't know."-Spyro confirmed-"Let's find out."

The two villains then reach down and start digging around in the dirt. They emerge with Dark Spyro holding a piece of the cube in his talons.

Spyro: "They have another piece!"-said Dark Spyro, nervously-"We have to find a way out fast!"

Before they could move, they feel themselves unable to move. The five Skylanders notice the streams of red lightning that drag them towards the villains. Kaos and Dark Spyro stare in awe at the find.

Dark Spyro: "Well look what we found."-said Dark Spyro, evilly-"The Skylanders, right into our hands."

Kaos: "Well they do seem a bit smaller than I remember."-said Kaos, confused-"No matter they will make a fine edition to my action figure collection."

Team-C was all in their house, doing something in fury: Ignitor and Prism Break were attempting to interrogate the trolls, Bash nervously paced the floor, Flameslinger looked sadly at the pendent he was given on his anniversary and Terrafin angrily punched a punching bag. Sprocket came in, a worried look on her face.

Sprocket: "Any luck?"

Prism Break: "No and these two trolls aren't helping!"-said Prism Break, furiously-"We just don't know what happened."

Ignitor and Prism Break then left the trolls and angrily leaned against the wall. Sprocket immediately turned her attention to the broken weapon on the table.

Sprocket: "Wait where did you get that?"-asked Sprocket, curiously

Ignitor: "From the trolls."-Ignitor confirmed-"It's the weapon used in the crime."

Sprocket did not say another word, instead moving to pick up the device.

Sprocket: "Guys, this is my Size-O-Ray!"

Terrafin: "Size-O what?"

Sprocket: "I made this to grow and shrink things at will."-said Sprocket, astonished-"They didn't bring this into the storage unit, it's what they were stealing!"

Prism Break: "Wait but if it just shrunk them...that means they could still be alive!"-said Prism Break, excited

The Skylanders cheered before Ignitor clapped to get their attention.

Ignitor: "Don't celebrate yet!"-said Ignitor, seriously-"We know what happened to them, now we just pray their still alive!"

The Skylanders immediately begin their search for the shrunken Skylanders. They waste no time in order to find their missing comrades.

Team-A was now trapped in a jar on an old table. They were nervously pacing as there was now no way out, and Kaos and Dark Spyro could not notice them escaping.

Pop Fizz: "What if we break the jar."-Pop Fizz suggested

Stealth Elf: "Pop, we can't make too much noise."-said Stealth Elf, irritated-"If we do that, the villains will spot us and we're done."

Spyro flew around the top of jar trying push off the lid but to no avail. He flew back down, though he came up with an idea.

Spyro: "Hey JV, do you still have that radio in your vac-gun."-asked Spyro, curiously

Jet-Vac: "Yes but it's no good."-said Jet-Vac, irritated-"At this size and this far underground there's no signal."

Spyro: "What? There has to be something you can do."-said Spyro, desperate

Jet-Vac: "Well I could divert all power to my radio."-Jet-Vac suggested-"But then we could only use it for about a minute and a half."

Spyro: "Then we'll have to make it count."-said Spyro, prepared-"This may be our only way out."

Reluctantly Jet-Vac divert all power of his equipment to the radio. Once it was able to use, Spyro took the radio and held it to his mouth.

Team-C was returning home from a day of fruitless searching. Their house phone began to ring, alerting them of the call. Though confused, Terrafin picked up the phone and held it to his ear.

Terrafin: "Hello?"

Spyro: "Terrafin! Terrafin is that you?"-came Spyro's voice

Terrafin: "Spyro?"-asked Terrafin, confused-"Spyro, you're okay!"

Spyro: "Not for long."-said Spyro, depressed-"Listen we need your help."

Ignitor was quick to take the phone from Terrafin and hold it to his ear.

Ignitor: "Spyro where are you?"-asked Ignitor, desperate

Spyro: "Trapped in a jar!"

Ignitor: "More specific!"-said Ignitor, annoyed

Spyro: "We're in a dark cave."-Spyro described-"There's rocks, lava and these weird purple crystals."

Terrafin: "I know where they are!"-said Terrafin, excited-"There in Molekin Mine."

As soon as he said that, however, the call immediately ended and only static was heard.

Ignitor: "Spyro? Spyro!?"-asked Ignitor, worried-"Hirry everyone, we have to save them. Skylanders Unite!"

Team-C then tan out of the door and depart for the Molekin Mines. They now only have their minds set on saving their friends.

Team-A remained trapped in the jar. They had given their distress message but had ran out of time, only hoping it got out.

Pop Fizz: "Well do you think they got it?"-asked Pop Fizz, terrified

Stealth Elf: "I hope so."-said Stealth Elf, nervously-"Otherwise we'll be lucky if these two just decide to squash us like bugs."

Spyro: "Hey look."

They look out and see Team-C sneaking into the cavern, weapons drawn. The Skylanders then make and attempt to try and hear what the other team was saying.

Ignitor: "Okay fan out."-said Ignitor, seriously-"We have to find them."

The Skylanders begin looking around in a search for others. Terrafin approaches the table and takes notice of the jar. He picks it up and holds it to his eye-level, while he could not understand the other Skylanders, he could see them nod.

Terrafin: "I found them."-said Terrafin, excited-"Don't worry, we'll get you out of here."

As they said that, Kaos and Dark Spyro instantly came into view. Noticing Team-C, Kaos sends a bolt of lightning from his hand that strikes Terrafin and knocks him back. This causes the jar to fall to the ground and shatter on impact, scattering Team-A across the floor.

Ignitor: "We'll have to fight."-said Ignitor, seriously-"But watch your step!"

Many trolls and drow came down with weapons drawn to Team-C. The whole team already run into battle against Kaos' minions. Team-A was quick to avoid the mass of feet and begin to regroup.

Spyro: "This is madness!"-said Spyro, terrified-"We have to do something!"

Eruptor: "Like what?"-Eruptor countered

Team-A simply looked to one another in confusion and deep thought. Jet-Vac finally looked and settled his eyes on the massive purple crystal.

Jet-Vac: "I have an idea!"-Jet-Vac exclaimed-"These crystals should have enough power, all they need is heat."

Spyro and Eruptor then smirked and walked up to the crystal. Spyro breathed his fire into the crystal and Eruptor heated his hands and held them to the base of the crystal. As it grew hotter, Pop Fizz sealed the deal and threw a potion at the base, causing the crystal to emit a ray of fire that blasted the villains and caused Kaos and Dark Spyro to retreat. Team-C then came and looked down at Team-A with a nod of approval. Flameslinger bent down and held his hands in a cup allowing Team-A to climb into it. Team-C then walked Team-A back out of the mines, happy they could save their friends.

The Skylanders had now returned to the Academy. Sprocket was finishing the repairs on the Size-O-Ray in order to bring Team-A back to their normal size. Cynder, Spotlight and Blackout were also present, worried expression on their faces. Sprocket picks up the device and walks up to the Skylanders.

Sprocket: "Okay this was the best I could do, I just hope it works."-said Sprocket, nervously-"I guarantee that this thing only has one use in it, and by the looks of it, it may not work."

Team-A looked to one another before giving a nod to each other and then to Sprocket. Taking a deep breath, Sprocket aligns the Size-O-Ray and pulls the trigger. The laser makes contact with Team-A and slowly they begin growing larger. The Size-O-Ray then overheated and fell from Sprocket's hands in a burning mess, fortunately it had worked and Team-A had grown back to normal size.

Spyro: "Thank goodness."-said Spyro, relieved-"I was starting to miss this."

In a swift action Jet-Vac walked to Ignitor and the two shook hands. Eruptor patted Sprocket on the back In congratulations. Stealth Elf almost instantly threw herself into Flameslinger's arms. Pop Fizz runs like crazy while lighting a potion as a sign of celebration. Spyro on the other hand settled with a simple kiss from Cynder.
