In outer space, the Sun shines brightly over the Earth.
Splinter: We have fought many battles before, but the one ahead of us is for nothing less than the fate of the entire planet! The original Shredder has risen...
Lighting goes off in the sky, as red beams shoots from the Demon Shredder's palace, while a few Gargoyles fly around the tower.
...and he has turned New York City into a dark citadel that swarms with his vile minions. It is here that the fate of the world will be decided.
The Turtles, Splinter, the Ancient One and their allies all stare at the Demon Shredder's army, which slowly approaches them.
It is here that the final confrontation has begun.
"Attack!" Leo yells, holding his right sword up.
The allied army all yell as they charge towards the Demon army.
"AHHH!" Leo yells.
Fighting alongside my sons are the forces we have gathered.
He and his siblings - expect Mikey - all begin slashing their weapons with a Zombie Samurai each, as Raptarr swoops over and picks up another.
Miraculously...
Adam and Luis both slam their mallet/scythe into the ground, sending their chi out of their weapons, which race along the ground, hitting and knocking several Demons away.
...the Acolytes have returned to fight for the cause.
Faraji jumps up and powers up Gunshin, before he aims and fires it, hitting about a dozen more, knocking them away, as the Turtles, Splinter and the Anicent One run forward.
Sliver Sentry lifts up a boulder, as Nano fires beams from his hands, as Ananda rides her Domebot.
The Justice Force, our stalwart ally, is here as well.
Sliver Sentry throws the boulder, which hits a large Demon, knocking it down with the boulder on top of it.
The hour is so desperate...
One flying Tengu flies up near the wall, when Raptarr flies up and punches it away.
...that even former enemies are with us.
Bishop fires lasers from his wrist Gatling blaster, as Stockman fired lasers from his cannons, Bishop hitting one Zombie Samurai, knocking it down, as an E.P.F soldier runs off.
Stockman and Bishop...
Stockman fires his cannons.
...Hun and the Purple Dragons...
Hun rams and punches one to pieces with his fists, as some of his men fire Federation blasters at a couple more. Chaplin fires his Mystic blaster, which hits and melts three Zombie Samurais.
...along with Chaplin and his magic weaponry.
The Turtles, the Acolytes, Splinter and the Ancient One all stare at Demon Shredder in the throne room, as his body glows with green magic, as he holds his hands above him.
We fought our way into the Shredder's chamber, but alas...
Demon Shredder throws a ball of green magic, which turns into a whirlwind, which sucks Leo, Joi and Luis into it.
...the Dark One was able to repel even this mighty alliance.
Adam and Faraji get sucked into the whirlwind, followed by Splinter and the Ancient One.
"We require a larger arena!" Demon Shredder declares.
He shoots magic from his hands up at the ceiling, which causes the top of his palace to blow itself up.
The Shredder transported all of us, and my children and I were separated...
Once the magic clears, the Turtles all shoot towards the ground in the forest outside, hitting the ground hard.
...leaving me deeply troubled...
Donnie opens his eyes as he sees a bright light.
...for I have seen horrors come to pass in my dreams.
They all pull themselves up, seeing Demon Shredder racing towards them on a horse.
And now those dreams, those nightmares, are becoming real!
They all prepare themselves as he laughed and raced his horse towards them.
In the forest outside the palace, the Turtles all stared at Demon Shredder, who remained on his horse.
"Prepare, all of you, for a slow agonizing end to your small and worthless lives." he said.
"All right, let's not give him an easy target." Leo said, holding his swords out. "Spread out and get ready."
The Turtles all separated slightly as they prepared themselves, as the Acolytes all came up behind them.
"Your friends are right beside you, till the very end." Joi said.
"We're all in this together, Leo." Luis swore, holding up his scythe.
"Remember the plan. We have to try and weaken him by separating him from his helmet and gauntlet." Leo reminded everyone. "It's our only chance."
"There are no chances left." Demon Shredder sneered.
He raced his horse towards them all, determined to finish them.
At the palace, a Gargoyle flew around it, before an E.P.F soldier blasted it, knocking it away. At the front of it, several soldiers and Purple Dragons fired their blasters at several more Demons.
"Commandos, hit them with everything you've got!" Bishop ordered, as his men and the Purple Dragons kept firing. "We don't have to play nice. Remember..."
A Gargoyle grabbed a Purple Dragon's shoulders and flew off with him.
"AHH!" he screamed.
"...these are undead ghouls."
Another Gargoyle grabbed another Purple Dragon's shoulders and flew off with him.
"AH!" he screamed.
A Kappa Tengu pounced on a third and pinned him down, as Ruffington ran away from another two.
"No! Get away!" he begged. "Get away!"
Several E.P.F soldiers ran off, when Ninja Zombies rose up from the ground and jumped up.
"Ah!" Fang gasped, before one kicked him away.
Another Purple Dragon whacked its left arm off with his Federation blaster, before it spun around and kicked him away, knocking another as it did. The Zombie Ninjas all took out their swords and charged forward, before Bishop blasted one with one of Chaplin's blasters, destroying it, while he held two blasters. He blocked ones sword with them both, then spun around and bent down, sending it flying over his shoulder, then fired a blaster, destroying another three. He fired at another fire, shooting their legs off before they vanished, before six crawled towards him on his knees. He jumped up before they could grab him, then a bat and gargoyle flew past him, before they both grabbed him with their feet.
"AHH!" he grunted, as they tried to pull him apart.
Two E.P.F soldiers fired their blasters, before one turned and fired at the gargoyle, hitting it and knocking it away, making it let go of Bishop. He fired at the bat with both blasters, hitting it and making it let go of him, before he twirled around and shot towards the ground. He fired both blasters at a Stone Oni as he landed right behind it, shattering it to pieces, before he turned around, as Zombie Samurais approached him, then he fired his blasters at them, destroying four of them.
"Commandos, rally to me!" he ordered.
Three E.P.F soldiers fired at Kappa Tengus and Zombie Samurais, knocking some of the former down while destroying the latter, before two of them turned and ran off. Another three fired at Ninja Zombies, destroying them as they backed away, as another two fired elsewhere, when a Kappa Tengu grabbed one from behind and pulled him down.
"AH!" he yelped.
The other soldier turned around as a Zombie Samurai came over and whacked him away with a mace, knocking him down. He turned around as it got near him, when Rapptar flew down and swiped the mace from it as it raised it up. He flew towards a Stone Oni, which held up two Purple Dragons, before he smashed the maces chest against it, shattering it to pieces, freeing them.
Sliver Sentry swooped down towards another one, which punched him, sending him flying away.
"AHH!" he yelled.
He went flying past Raptarr and a few E.P.F soldiers, before he crashed into a Japanese shrine, which fell onto him.
"Sentry, hang on?" Nobody called, pointing at it.
Once at the rubble, he and Metalhead began pulling up the rubble - Metalhead using his long metal hair - until they found Sliver Sentry.
"Hmm?" he muttered, waking up as Nobody held out his hand.
"Sliver Sentry, what's happening?" Nobody asked.
"We're losing." Sliver Sentry replied.
Inside the palace, as the place shook, Hun woke up from a pile of rubble and pulled himself up.
"Forget this nonsense. Nothing is worth fighting demons." he decided, rubbing the back of his neck as he turned to a hole in the wall behind him. "Hmm?"
He looked around and saw he'd fallen into a chamber room filled with all sorts of riches, from gold, jewellery and diamonds.
"Nothing except this." he said, before he picked up a pearl necklace. "If I gotta risk my life, I might as well be rewarded for it."
On the top floor, Stockman and Chaplin both lay unconscious on the floor, before Chaplin woke up and spotted Karai lying in the ruins near him.
"Mistress? Mistress Karai!" Chaplin gasped.
He got up and ran towards her.
"Mistress?" he said, crouching down next to her.
Karai woke up and moaned softly.
"Thank goodness you're alright. Let me help you?" Chaplin asked.
Stockman moaned as he lay on his left side, while his holographic head came out of his tank machine, but it was blurry.
"Help me?" he moaned.
Bishop came over and kicked him, making him stop blurring.
"Stockman. On your feet." he said. "There's work to do."
"Why can't I be left alone to expire in peace?" Stockman complained, pulling himself up with his left cannons.
Bishop walked over to Chaplin and Karai.
"Karai, you're alive?" he said, surprised, as she looked at him. "Now in you haven't noticed, we're losing. You've got to use your link with the Shredder and continue your assault."
Karai brushed Chaplin's arm off her, then sat down in a mediation pose.
"Stand back." she said, as her body glowed with green magic.
"You two, protect her." Bishop ordered, as Stockman approached him. "I need to see if we have any other forces left."
He turned and ran off.
"Dr. Stockman! This is so great!" Chaplin said happily, approaching him. "You and I are a team again. Isn't it just so awesome?"
"Thrilling beyond words." Stockman said glumly, rolling his eyes. "This day couldn't possibly get any worse."
In the forest, as the battle kept raging by the entrance, the Turtles and the Acolytes all stared at Demon Shredder, who raced towards them on his horse while laughing.
"Here he comes. Everyone, focus!" Leo commanded, powering up his chi as his amulet glowed.
His siblings all do the same, as Demon Shredder raced towards Raph and Elisa, who both jumped away before he could hit them with his trident, that ended up stuck in the ground. He pulled it out as both Turtles landed on the ground and turned to him, as all 12 Acolytes surrounded Demon Shredder on all sides.
"Run, but you can't hide!" he mocked.
"Yeah, bring it on!" Raph dared.
"Give it your best shot, Shredder!" Elisa dared.
They both jumped and dived towards him, but he blocked Raph's Banrai with his trident, while kicking Elisa's chest, knocking her away.
"OH!" she moaned.
She back flipped away and landed on the ground near Leo and Joi, before Joi jumped and dived towards Demon Shredder. He however, moved his arm and trident, sending Raph flying into Joi, knocking them both down. Tora charged at him, then jumped up, but he batted Tora away with his trident. Irene and Luis both then charged while spinning their weapons around, then they both jumped up to pounce on him. He raised his trident up and blocked both their weapons, then he spun around slightly and threw them both away.
"AHH!" they yelled.
Mikey jumped up behind Demon Shredder while spinning Inazuma around, before he turned and shot magic from his left hand, which hit and trapped Mikey.
"AHHH!" he screamed, dropping Inazuma.
Mikey grunted as he clutched himself, his chi vanishing, before Demon Shredder threw him to the ground, then made him skid along it.
"AHH!" he screamed.
"Mikey!" Cath cried.
Donnie jumped and got behind Mikey, causing him to skid along as well.
"Ah!" he gasped, turning around, before they both hit a tree.
"Rush him all at once – now!" Leo ordered.
He, Adam, Faraji, Elisa and Cath all jumped up and tried to hit Demon Shredder at the same time, but he raised his trident up, shooting magic from it, which hit and trapped all five of them in mid-air.
"AHH!" they grunted.
Demon Shredder turned to Faraji and looked at Gunshin.
"The mystical fangs of the dragon. Children should not be allowed to play with such powerful toys." he said, before he grabbed Gunshin "The consequences could be deadly."
His eyes glowed as magic moved from Faraji into the others.
"AHHH!" they groaned.
Nearby, Splinter pulled himself up behind some trees, as green magic flashed behind him, which got his attention.
"My children!" he gasped.
He looked horrified as he saw smoke coming, then he ran towards it as quickly as he could, clutching his chest. Once out of the forest, he saw the Acolytes all lying unconscious. (Luis was behind Tora, while Irene was on Adam's right)
"No!" he gasped.
He moved towards them all, then crouched beside Tora and checked his pulse, but found none. He then looked up and saw his children were out cold, all lying in the same places as from his nightmares.
"Ah! No, it cannot be!" he gasped. "Not my children!"
He ran towards them all frantically.
"Not my children!" he panicked.
He crouched near Leo to check on him.
"No." he said, shaking his head. "My nightmare has come true."
He got up and looked at his children.
"My children...they have all been... this can't be happening!" he cried, falling to his knees.
He felt a hand pat his shoulder, then he turned and saw it was the Ancient One.
"Ancient One?" he said.
"AHH!" the Ancient One cried, as green magic hit his back.
He fell onto his chest as Splinter watch with horror.
"No, not you too!" Splinter panicked.
He looked up as he heard Demon Shredder's laughter, seeing him up ahead on his horse, which neighed with its front legs up, before putting them down.
"And you're next." he sneered.
Splinter stared at him as he held his trident up.
"Now it is your turn to perish, Nezumi." he said.
He began racing his horse towards Splinter, who grunted as he prepared himself while holding his stick up. He gritted his teeth as Demon Shredder got closer and closer to him, when suddenly, the Turtles amulets glowed, sending colored beams out that matched their masks and chi lines, which turned into their Dragon Avatars. They all roared as they spun around in the air in a circle, creating a powerful light, which turned into a windmill shape. Gold light then shot from it towards the ground in front of Splinter, which turned into the spirt of Master Yoshi, just like in his nightmares.
"Oh, Master Yoshi?" Splinter gasped.
Yoshi turned to face the Demon Shredder, surrounded by the golden yellow glow, as the Demon Shredder laughed and raced towards him. Splinter gasped with horror, when Yoshi dodged the trident and grabbed it, before he spun around and pulled it out of the Demon Shredder's hands, pulling him off his horse. The horse went flying into the forest, as Demon Shredder kept hold of his trident, before Yoshi swung it around, making him let go and hit the ground on his chest. Yoshi spun the trident around and held it up, as Demon Shredder looked up at him while on his knees, as he began to hover upwards.
"I do not know who you are, but know this..." Demon Shredder warned, as he formed a green magic orb between his hands. "...you shall suffer greatly by my-"
Yoshi slashed the trident twice in an X shape, slicing the orb up and cutting open his chest.
"AHH!" Demon Shredder moaned.
Green/black magic came out of his chest as he stumbled back, as Yoshi and Splinter looked at each other. The colored lights came out of Yoshi, which shot towards the Turtles amulets, going back inside them, waking them up as they moaned.
"Oh!" they moaned, Raph and Cath both touching their heads.
Splinter approached them all as they got up.
"My children?" he gasped.
Demon Shredder clutched his wounded chest as he walked forward.
"This changes nothing." he growled.
They all stared at him as he raised his arms up, then magic began to get sucked into his body.
"He is re-concentrating all of his powers." Splinter realized.
"In other words, he's healing himself." Cath deduced.
At the palace, Bishop, the E.P.F soldiers and the Purple Dragons all kept firing at the Demons, Tengus, Zombie Samurais, Ninjas and Gargoyles. Bishop, some Purple Dragons, and two squads of his men hit several Zombie Ninjas and Samurais, knocking several down. Bishop fired at Gargoyles above them, which turned and flew off, before he turned around.
"Hold the line, men, hold the line!" he ordered, firing his right blaster, then both of them.
They all kept firing their blasters, when the Demons all turned into green magic and floated away.
"What's happening? Why are they retreating?" Bishop questioned, confused.
He held up his blasters and looked around, as two of his men came up behind him.
Fang and two other Purple Dragons stared at five Zombie Ninjas, before they turned into green magic and floated away, confusing the thugs.
"Huh?" one muttered, raising his sunglasses up.
Tsunami and Nano - who was divided into four - were surrounded by nine Kappa Tengu, one of which grabbed one of the Nanos, while four Gargoyles swooped in and grabbed the other four heroes. The Demons all suddenly turned into green magic and floated away, then the Nanos all reformed into one, as both he and Tsunami looked confused.
All over the city, the purple magic dome was getting smaller and smaller, turning the city back to the way it was, ending with the forest, which turned out to be Central Park. The top part of palace soon vanished as Karai kept mediating, while Stockman and Chaplin looked speechless.
"What's happening?" Stockman exclaimed.
Karai opened her eyes and looked around.
"The Tengu Shredder is pulling his energy back into himself." she realized.
Inside the palace, Hun was laughing while putting large piles of treasure into his hands, before the room around him vanished, followed by the treasure, leaving him empty handed.
"Huh? Oh! Aw, crud." he groaned.
In the park, Demon Shredder kept sending his energy back into himself, before he was fully healed.
"Everything's changing back." Donnie said, as the Turtles looked around. "Do you think... Do you think it's over?"
Demon Shredder laughed, making them all turn to him.
"Does that answer your question, bro?" Cath asked, annoyed.
Demon Shredder slashed his hands down like claws.
"Cath's right. It's not over by a long shot." Leo said.
They all stared at Demon Shredder, who stopped waving his arms, before his Dragon Avatar's wings came out of him. More magic then flowed through him, before he changed into his Dragon Avatar, which roared as it towered over the Mutant family.
"Now, my children, reach deep within yourselves." Splinter said, turning around. "Manifest your Avatars and fight!"
"We can do this." Leo said, turning to his siblings. "Remember what the Tribunal said; we have to work together."
They all closed their eyes and concentrated, as their amulets glowed, powering up their chi. Their amulets starting glowing brighter, making Splinter raise his right arm up to shield his eyes, before they raised their arms up. A golden whirlpool came around them, which lifted them up into the air past Demon Shredder, then the whirlpool vanished as they turned into their Dragon Avatars.
Leo rolled forward three times, before he stopped and spread his wings out as he roared, before he soared down, then Raph lowered his two tails down as he roared and spread his wings and arms out, before he flew down. Elisa spread her wings out, before she flew down, before Donnie lowered his long tail down, before he flew down. Cath spread her arms out as her tail lowered itself down, before she flew down, then Mikey spread his arms and legs out, before he flew down.
They all stopped and flapped their wings in front of the Demon Shredder, all staring at him. (Cath was on Donnie's right, while Elisa was on Mikey's left)
Demon Shredder roared before he turned left and flew away, before he landed on top of a building and roared. He shot fire from his mouth at the ground, which began a fire in the street, as the three younger Turtles all flew towards him and fired beams from their mouths at him, hitting his wings and back. He turned and whacked Mikey away with his right wing, then did the same with Cath, and then Donnie, sending them flying away.
Leo then shot a beam from his mouth which hit his chest, sending him flying into another building, causing the top of it to collapse on him. The younger Turtles all swooped down and landed around him, Mikey on the road, Donnie and Cath on a building, as Raph and Elisa both flew down towards the rubble. Raph roared as he tried to ram Demon Shredder, who whacked him away with his arm, sending him flying away, hitting a smashing a boat to pieces in the near river.
Elisa swooped down and grabbed with Demon Shredder, locking their hands together as they roared, before he whacked her feet with his tails, knocking her onto his back, before he grabbed and threw her away, hitting a rooftop and smashing part of the building. Donnie and Mikey both landed in front of Demon Shredder, who shot red magic from his mouth, hitting and knocking them away, making them both hit a building each as Leo and Cath turned to them. Cath turned back and flew down towards Demon Shredder, but he spun around and whacked her with his tails, knocking her away past Leo, before she hit the road behind him.
Leo jumped up as Demon Shredder shot red magic from his mouth, but missed, then he jumped up and began flying after Leo. They both stopped as Leo turned around, then Demon Shredder shot more red magic from his mouth, hitting Leo slightly as he shielded his face with his wings and forearms.
In the remains of the palace, Karai kept mediating, as Stockman and Chaplin watched.
"I feel it. I have linked with the Shredder's energy..." she said, before her eyes glowed green. "...and now, he'll pay!"
She looked up as green magic shot down from the sky and went into her body.
(The city)
Leo kept shielding himself from Demon Shredder's magic, when green magic came out of his body, making him screech. Leo shot over and rammed him with his right wing, making them crash through several buildings, until they got wedged into a skyscraper. Demon Shredder got up and shook his head, before he jumped out of the building and flew off.
(The palace)
Karai kept sucking the Demon Shredder's energy into her, before Stockman turned and saw Demon Shredder right above him, screeching.
"Oh! Oh! OH!" Stockman screamed, as Demon Shredder swooped down towards him.
He grabbed Stockman and put him in his mouth as he landed near Karai.
"I guess this day could get worse." Stockman gulped.
"Dr. Stockman!" Chaplin gasped.
He aimed and fired his mystic blaster, before Demon Shredder whacked him with his left front paw.
"AH!" Chaplin moaned, before he hit a wall and fell onto his chest. "AH!"
Demon Shredder bit the tank robot, making it fall to pieces as Stockman hit the ground.
"OH!" Stockman moaned.
Demon Shredder got behind Karai, then he roared as he put his head over her, ready to bite her. Before he could however, one of Raph's and Donnie's tail wrapped around his mouth, sealing it shut, then they flew up and pulled him up with them. Mikey and Elisa both then rammed him as Leo and Cath watched, knocking him onto the ground hard, as Karai kept meditating.
Demon Shredder pulled himself up and screeched as more of his energy got sucked out of him, making him revert to his Human form.
"AH!" he grunted.
He got to his feet as the draining stopped, before Leo pounced onto him.
"What?!" he exclaimed, before Leo roared and flew off with him. "NOOO!"
Leo dropped him towards Raph, who whacked him with his left tail, then Cath whacked him with her right claw, knocking him into a wall, which he hit before falling to his knees. He pulled himself up and grunted, before he noticed his gauntlet was missing.
"Ah!" he gasped.
He looked and saw it in front of him, before Mikey picked it up with his mouth, then bit it, destroying it. He then rammed Demon Shredder into the wall with his head, before he picked him up via the mouth, then spun around and threw him away.
"AH!" he moaned, hitting the ground, his helmet falling off as he did.
His helmet rolled along the ground, before Elisa stomped on him, destroying it, as Demon Shredder sat up and turned to her.
"AH!" he gasped.
Elisa roared as she spread her arms out, as Demon Shredder frowned and gritted his teeth.
"AHHH!" he roared.
He got up and charged at Elisa, before Donnie jumped off a tree branch and flew down towards him, before he landed and pinned him on the ground. All six Turtles stared at him, as their dragon bodies glowed, before they turned back into themselves.
Demon Shredder looked up at them all, as beams came out of their amulets, before Mikey's shattered, followed by Elisa's, Leo's, Donnie's, Cath's, and then Raph's.
"AH!" they moaned.
The beams all left their bodies and shot towards the sky, before they created golden beams which shot down past the Demon Shredder, forming Yoshi's spirt, who held a sword, as Demon Shredder got up.
"I will fight you, to my very last breath!" Demon Shredder vowed, pointing at him.
"This, Demon, is your very last breath." Yoshi corrected, bending down, holding his sword out.
He pounced towards Demon Shredder and sliced him down the middle, head to toe, with his sword.
"AHHH!" Demon Shredder screamed.
Both halves of his body fell to the ground, as his magic floats away from him. Yoshi got up to his feet as the Turtles hovered down towards him, before he turned to them and put his sword into the ground.
"Master Yoshi." Splinter said.
Yoshi turned as Splinter approached him, before he smiled and touched Splinter's shoulder, who cried happily.
"Ah!" Splinter gasped, as Yoshi vanished.
"Uh!" the Turtles moaned, hitting the ground on their shells.
Leo got onto his knees as his siblings all sat up, Mikey rubbing his head.
"Wow. That was beyond amazing!" Mikey said, before he turned to his siblings. "We totally kicked shell guys!"
"Yeah." Raph said.
"You said it." Elisa agreed.
"We did it." Cath whooped.
"...never forget something that." Donnie said.
The next morning, Bishop walked away from the ruins that had been Demon Shredder's fortress, with two of his men carrying the top of Stockman's tank following him. They approached three more E.P.F. solders, as an E.P.F helicopter landed near them all.
"Come along, Dr. Stockman." Bishop said, as the soldiers all followed him. "That brain of yours is still intact and I'm not finished with you yet."
He stopped by the helicopter door, as his men holding Stockman approached him.
"It seems the pain will never end." Stockman sighed.
The men carrying him entered the helicopter, then Bishop got onto it as the door closed behind him. The helicopter took off and flew away, along with another one, as the Turtles, Splinter, Karai and Chaplin all watched, Karai leaning on Chaplin.
"Oh!" Mikey gasped, as a shadow appeared above them.
They all looked up and saw it was Chrysails, Sliver Sentry and Nano, before Sliver Sentry flew down towards them.
"Well, looks like you did it." he said, as Mikey smiled. "You Turtles saved the world."
Raptarr and Ananda both flew away past him.
"And I thought that was our job?" he said.
"We all did it, together." Leo assured, walking past Splinter.
Sliver Sentry saluted with two fingers, before he flew off after his team.
The other Acolytes all began approaching the family, Karai and Chaplin, Joi and Tora helping Adam along, while Irene helped Luis along, as they'd been hurt their ankles.
"Man, am I glad you guys made it." Raph said.
"You better be?" Joi hoped. "You owe us."
"I'm just annoyed with missed all the action." Luis complained.
"We're just glad you're alright, after what happened last time." Elisa assured.
Leo ran over to them all and stood before Faraji.
"You have all done well." came a familiar voice.
They all gasped, making the family turn around, seeing the Ninja Tribunal all approaching them, all alive and well.
"We are proud of our Acolytes." Kon said, who had spoken earlier. "You have done great things."
"Hello!" Mikey said, touching his head, before he pointed at them. "Where'd you guys come from?"
"Didn't we see you get destroyed?" Donnie recalled.
"Yeah? Care to tell us what's going on?" Cath asked, confused.
"Have you so soon forgotten your first lesson?" Juto inquired.
"Perception is not always truth. All you think you know…" Kon began.
"About this world, about yourselves, even about reality itself..." Chikara continued.
"All this and more will be challenged." Leo said.
"Indeed." Kon said.
He threw a smoke pellet to the ground, which when cleared, showing the Ancient One touching his back.
"My back is killing me." he said, before he looked up at the Ninja Tribunal. "Huh?"
He grinned as they looked down at him.
"Ah, honored ones, I felt you were near." he said.
"If you were so near, why didn't you jump in when we were getting our shells kicked?" Raph asked, pointing behind him.
"We knew that the karmic wheel of fate had to turn unhindered by our interference." Kon explained. "We were forced to let events unfold as they should."
"Yoshi's demise was a part of that." Chikara explained.
Splinter closed his eyes as he thought of his master.
"As was his coming here to New York as a Guardian of the Utroms." Kon added. "For without that, you, Splinter, would not exist."
Splinter opened his eyes as his children gathered behind him.
"Nor would your children." Juto added, as the Acolytes got behind the family.
"What will the Tribunal do now?" Splinter asked.
The Ninja Tribunal all began to float upwards.
"It is time for us to move on." Chikara said, as they stopped in mid-air.
"We would be honored, young one, if you would join us on the Tribunal." Kon said.
"The honor would be all mine." the Ancient One assured.
He turned around to the Mutant family and the Acolytes.
"Splinter, you are family. I will miss you." he said, wiping away a tear.
Splinter approached him, then bowed on his knees in front of him.
"And I you, old friend." he said, looking up.
The Ancient One turned and walked towards the Ninja Tribunal, before he stopped and turned to the Turtles.
"And I trust you six will stay out of trouble?" he assumed.
"Hey, it's us. We hate trouble." Mikey said, rubbing his head.
"Of course you do." the Ancient One joked, as Splinter got up. "Heh!"
He floated up towards the Ninja Tribunal, then they all floated up towards the sky and out of sight.
"What now, Mistress?" Chaplin asked.
Karai took his hand. "It is a new day, Dr. Chaplin." she said, before they walked off together. "Let us see what the world brings."
The Mutant family and the Acolytes all stared at them, before Cath and Elisa turned to each other.
"Okay, I so didn't see that." Cath muttered.
"Nor me." Elisa shrugged. "Let's hope she's changed for good this time."
"Touché." Leo agreed, turning to them.
They, Raph and Donnie began to walk off together through the city.
"So, who's hungry?" Mikey asked, as Splinter walked off.
"Michelangelo, my children, whatever you would like, it's on me." he said, as Mikey followed him. "All of you come, let us celebrate - together."
The Acolytes all began to follow the Mutant family, as the Sun rose over the city, the threat of the Demon Shredder finally gone after 1700 years, and would never haunt Earth again.
