Note: This chapter is based on Rogercop featuring Evie with some changes.
Evie arrived at school. It's parents' career day, and Evie was looking forward to her dad telling her classmates about his job.
Evie's dad looked like he was in his mid-30s with blond hair and blue eyes. He wore a navy blue suit with a matching tie and brown boots.
"I'm glad that you get to come to parents career day with me," Evie said.
"I'm pleased that you asked me to come," Her dad said.
In Miss Bustier's classroom, the students sat next to their respective parents.
The only one that didn't have a parent with them was Adrian. Evie felt bad for him. She knew that his Dad was a busy man but surely he would make time to come to his son's career day.
Marinette's Dad went first. He worked in their family bakery. "My day begins at 4am every morning because the bakery opens at 7. You may think that the life of a baker is pretty routine, making the same pastries, rolls, cakes but actually it's different everyday. One day someone might order a cake in the shape of the Eiffel Tower and another day you might get an order for a dozen macaroons. Marinette will come round with some croissants baked fresh this morning."
Everyone clapped. Marinette started to walk around the classroom, giving everyone a croissant.
"Next we will hear from Evie's dad who works at a newspaper company."
Evie and her dad made their way to the front of the classroom.
"I work with an international newspaper company that has 10 different offices around the world. I have taken on various roles, my current one being a photographer. I often spend time away from the office in other countries. My job involves a lot of travel," Evie's dad said.
While Evie's Dad was telling the class about his job, Chloe showed Sabrina a new bracelet from her father.
"It's beautiful, Chloe," Sabrina said as she tried to pick it up but Chloe stopped her.
"Look don't touch," Chloe told her.
"Next we will be hearing from Alya's Mum, who's head chef at Grand Paris hotel owned by our mayor Mr Bourgeois" Miss Bustier said.
Chloe and Sabrina continued to admire the bracelet.
Evie watched the two girls.
"Put it away Chloe, it could fall into the wrong hands" Mr Bourgeois told her as Marinette arrived at their row to give them a croissant. Chloe put the bracelet back into her bag.
"I wonder how many croissants your father would have to sell to buy you one of these. What am I saying, he would have to sell the whole store" Chloe teased Marinette.
"You don't need free croissants then," Marinette said as she walked past.
Marinette didn't notice the bracelet box on the floor and slipped on it. The students gasp. Marinette manages to stand up. She brushes herself down and then starts to pick up the croissants from the floor. Once Marinette is back in her seat, Miss Bustier continues.
"Next on the listen to Sabrina's father, a police offer. Offer Roger." Miss Bustier introduced him.
"I've been a police offer for 15 years and I firmly believe that every citizen is innocent until proven guilty."
Chloe gasped "My bracelet. It's gone. I had it a second ago." She looked at Marinette, "You stole it."
"What? What are you talking about?" Marinette asked.
"You tripped on my bag so you could steal my bracelet," Chloe said and then looked at Roger.
"You're a police officer. Arrest her."
"My daughter is not a thief," Marinette's Dad said.
"Marinette didn't steal the bracelet Chloe. Maybe have another look in your bag." Evie told her. Chloe ignored her.
"Hold on a minute, Miss Bourgeois, we don't accuse without proof. Now everyone calm down. Maybe you simply misplaced your bracelet" Roger said.
"Your calling me a liar. Daddy" Chloe complained.
The three of them continue to argue about the bracelet before Mayor Bourgeois fires Roger.
"Your no longer a police officer" Mayor Bourgeois told him.
"Mayor, you can't be serious. Over a missing bracelet."
"This is my daughters bracelet. You're fired. Get out" Mayor Bourgeois said.
Roger left the classroom.
"Good. Lets call Ladybug. I'm sure she'll actually do something" Chloe stated.
Evie watched from the back of the classroom as the adults continued arguing.
"The blonde one is the Mayors daughter right?" Evie's Dad asked.
"Yeah, Chloe and the one being accused of stealing the bracelet is Marinette," Evie replied. "I know that Marinette didn't steal the bracelet?"
"Are you going to say something?" Evie's Dad asked.
"No, it's pointless. None will listen to me," Evie replied.
The argument goes on for a while longer. Evie wanted to stand up for Marinette but she didn't want to make matters worse.
The door opened and in walked someone wearing a dark blue armoured jumpsuit. The chest, hands, underside of his upper arms, behind, and back of his legs were black. A whistle was tied around his neck. He had a helmet with a light blue line above a light blue shield that covered his eyes.
Evie could tell that he was another one of Hawkmoth's akumatized villains. When she was certain that no one else was looking, she slipped out of the classroom.
Evie found a place to hide and let Starr out of her pocket.
"I don't know what happened to Chloe's bracelet but Marinette wouldn't take it. There has be some other explanation for what happened" Evie said.
"Don't worry. It will be ok in the end" Starr said.
"I hope so. Anyway, it's time to transform" Evie said.
"Starr, Blend in" Evie transformed into Snow Leopard.
Evie arrives to see Ladybug and Chat Noir fighting Rogercop.
"Your Sabrina's dad and a good cop. Don't let the evil person that gave you these powers make an evil cop out of you," Ladybug said.
"Justice must prevail in the streets of Paris" Rogercop said.
Rogercop fried lasers at Ladybug and Snow Leopard. Ladybug tries to get to Rogercop but he swings her into the school. He then does the same with Evie(Snow Leopard)
Evie was about to run after Ladybug and join them when she saw her Dad.
"Are you ok Da... erm Sir?" Evie asked.
" Your Snow Leopard?"
"Yeah," Evie (Snow Leopard) replied.
"Evie's going to be so annoyed that she missed this"
"Evie, is she your daughter?" Evie (Snow Leopard) asked.
"Yep," Evie's dad replied "Have you seen her. I've looked everywhere."
"I saw her in enter the locker room. She must have gone home by now." Evie (Snow Leopard) said.
"I'll take one last look around here and then head home. Thank you Snow Leopard."
Evie found Ladybug and Chat Noir en route to City Hall.
"I thought you got lost," Chat Noir said.
"I was helping a civilian. What's going on with Rogercop?" Evie asked.
"Rogercop is after the mayor," Chat Noir said.
They arrived at City Hall and noticed the army of police officers that stood in front of the entrance. On the big screen, Mayor Bourgeois and Rogercop could be seen.
"Paris has a new superpower. His name is Rogercop. I hereby relinquish all authority to Rogercop. All citizens are ordered to answer to him" Mayor Bourgeois said.
"Ladybug, Chat Noir and Snow Leopard are now outlaws. They must be hunted out and taken into custody immediately" Rogercop stated.
The offers look at the three heroes standing behind them and try to catch them but they use their weapons to get to the rooftops and hide behind a chimney.
It's nighttime, and Ladybug, Chat Noir and Evie (Snow Leopard) are still hiding.
"So now, we're the nation's most wanted felons?" Chat Noir asked.
"And we haven't done anything," Ladybug said.
"if anyone has done anything, it's Hawkmoth. He's the one that's wanted." Evie added.
"You can't accuse someone without proof. We should go and defend ourselves in the Court of law" Chat Noir said.
"I like that idea. Human rights and all" Evie added.
"Not while Rogercop's the Chief of Justice" Ladybug said.
"You make a valid point, Ladybug," Evie said.
"How many times have we saved Paris?" Chat Noir asked.
"We're still saving Paris" Ladybug replied.
Chat Noir slides down his baton and Evie lands next to him.
"Something about Paris just makes you wanna dance," Chat Noir said.
"Must be the lights" Evie adds.
"You won't be dancing after I'm through with you. Arrest them" Rogercop said from the screen.
"Does that mean you won't be joining us?" Chat Noir said.
Evie and Chat Noir work together to defeat the officers.
"Ok, shows over. Sorry no encore tonight" Chat Noir said.
"Lets go help Ladybug," Evie said.
In the Mayor's office, Ladybug, Chat Noir and Evie (Snow Leopard) face Rogercop with Chloe and the Mayor under his control. Ladybug had her Lucky Charm, an oven mitt in her hand.
"The Akuma must be in the whistle. We need to get to it" Ladybug said.
"Whenever you're ready, my lady," Chat Noir said.
Ladybug looked around the room, figuring out how to use her Lucky Charm.
"Ok, I have an idea but I'm going to need something, a ring or a bracelet," Ladybug said as Rogercop made a hole in the wall. The heroes escape and hide.
Evie noticed something on the floor near the desk. It would be perfect for Ladybug's plan. Chat Noir had seen it as well.
"Look, over there" Chat Noir said, pointing to the bracelet.
"Keep Rogercop distracted for as long as you can," Ladybug said.
"Leave the bracelet to me," Evie said as she used her power, she turned invisible.
Ladybug soon had the bracelet. Using a mitt she had found and her lucky charm mitt, she attached them both to a belt and covered Rogercop's hands. She tied his hand using the belt and then took the whistle. She then stepped on the whistle, freeing the Akuma.
"No more evil-doing for you little akuma" Ladybug said as she opened her yo-yo and captured the akuma. "Time to de-evilize." Ladybug opened her Yo-yo and freed the purified butterfly. "Bye Bye little butterfly."
"Miraculous Ladybug" She threw her lucky charm in the air, repairing the damage caused by Rogercop.
"Where am I?" A confused Roger asked.
"Pound it," The three heroes said.
Evie and Chat Noir's miraculous beeped.
"Gotta go before I transform back" Evie said as she left via the window.
Evie managed to sneak into her room and transform back before her Mum walked into her room.
"Mum" Evie said as she looked around making sure that Starr had hidden.
"You look like you have seen a ghost, Evie," Her Mum said.
"You scared me," Evie said.
"I didn't mean to scare you. Your father told me what happened at school" Her Mum said.
"Oh, yeah, Rogercop. Snow Leopard found me," Evie said, hoping her Mum wouldn't ask any more questions. "I'm off to bed now."
