OKAY let's talk everyone! There are THREE pieces of business that we need to talk about.
One: The PERFECT TIME to drop the Naruto Vs Rias and Akeno beef. I've gotten people who said that it's impossible since they nearly killed him. I want to point out that ANYONE who says that needs to remember that Naruto FORGAVE Sasuke for nearly killing him and Sakura. He forgave Pein for attacking his village and KILLING Jiraya. He FORGAVE Obito, you know the guy who basically killed his parents and tried to kill him only minutes after he was born. So, it's not a matter of IF he forgives them, but a matter of when. And that's going to be a chore. Too soon and it will be a cop-out, too late and I'll get roasted alive in the comments. So I have to be very careful how I apply this situation. Also, if anyone has been keeping track it's been 8 chapters since Naruto and Akeno were in a scene together and they were both fully awake and aware.
Two: The Politics are WAY more complicated than you realize. The last thing Rias said was twofold. It was meant as a warning as well as an olive branch. Regardless of the fact that Naruto and his Phalanx are working on behalf of Azazel under a one-time contract or the Rouge Fallen Angels who are there with Asia, both have official ties with the Grigori. Which puts them in a VERY bad way considering that all it takes is a phone call for Rias or Sona to start a war.
Three: I've broken my rule and given Naruto a VERY large harem (12) more than I normally do. However. I seem to have an open slot. For that slot, I'm not sure who to give it to, but the usual suspects are OFF LIMITS which means Grayfia and Esdeath. I know people see that Miu isn't in any relationship here, but I don't want her to be with Naruto. Admiring him as a friend and crushing on him are two different things and A person can admire someone without having romantic feelings.
I hope this answers your questions about the last few chapters.

Chapter 10: Spread your Black Wings part 2
Location: Kuoh Town
Place: Abandoned church- Field.
Time: 0000
Naruto looked at the enemies before him. Dhoneseek was easily the biggest known threat while Preta Ghoul was a wild card. Naruto looked at where his attack had landed. The attack didn't do any damage, but the grass and flowers seemed to wilt and decay.
"Gaara team up with Rias and Akeno to take down the Imp. Mito, Miu Take down Kalawarna, Eve take on Miltit. I'll handle Donhenseek. Spread out and get some breathing room. Fighting in such close proximity to each other is not a good idea," said Naruto.
He knew that he was changing his previous orders to Gaara and Miu, but he had to adjust accordingly.
"Of course, Naruto," said Gaara.
"Hai Senpai. Leave it to me," said Miu smirking.
"Nii-san I... I understand," Eve looking at Miltit.
"Time to cut a bitch up and make a fillet," said Mito licking her lips.
"Who are you to give me an order?" asked Rias raising an eyebrow.
Rias would be the first to admit that she had control issues and didn't like to be told what to do.
"You got a better idea?" asked Naruto not taking his eyes off of his enemy.
"Are you sure about this Naruto-kun!? That man nearly killed you once already," said Akeno worry clear in her voice.
"So did you," bit back the blonde making her bow her head. "I'll be fine. Last time I was protecting a Tsubaki, this time he'll have to fight me heads up,"
That was a stab at Akeno's heart at the mere mention of the things she did.
"Please just... just be careful Ruto-kun," said Akeno.
Naruto didn't answer her.
REVE
Naruto stomped on the ground and flew at Dohneseek who summoned a spear of light. Naruto threw out a kick and connected with the spear. The resulting clash was the signal for all hell to break loose.
Gaara, Rias, and Akeno vs Preta Ghoul
Gaara, Rias, and Akeno launched a combined magical attack at Preta Ghoul.
Preta Ghoul jumped away as the combined magical assault of speeding granulated sand, the Bael Clan Power of Destruction, and the Lightning strike. He was faster than he appeared and began to run at Rias the sickly green energy in his hand.
"Rot claw!" yelled Preta Ghoul.
Rias raised her hands and coated it in the power of destruction in the form of a ball of unstable energy.
"Destruction blast!" yelled Rias unleashing the black-read attack and sending it flying at Preta Ghoul
The Attack flew at Preta Ghoul with speed and accuracy. Preta Ghoul saw the attack and thrust his hand forward into the orb detonating it. Rias's eyes widened at this! Her attack should have destroyed him! Akeno noticed her friend's state at the moment and understood why. There were few things that could stop the Bael Clan's power of destruction, but Akeno wasn't about to falter or allow this man a chance at victory.
Raising her hand into the air she allowed. "Lighting Strike!" yelled Akeno as she dropped her hand.
Preta ghoul rolled out of the way of her attack, before he charged at Akeno, only to stop as A wall of sand appeared before him. Preta Ghoul turned to Gaara with a glare.
"Spiraling Sand Drill!" yelled Gaara.
The spinning drill of sands came at Preta Ghoul. And managed to strike him in the chest sending him backwards. He rolled on the ground but got to his feet. Gaara looked at him closely and noticed that he wasn't hurt. Aside from a hole in his shirt he was unharmed.
"Rot? No, his power is closer to decay them rot. All our attacks are not hurting him because he has a thin layer of Rot over his body," said Gaara.
Preta Ghoul laughed. "That's impressive that you managed to figure that out, but it won't save you!" said Preta Ghoul as he grinned.
"That's where you're wrong. Sand Dome!" yelled Gaara slamming his hands into the ground.
The ground around Preta Ghoul shuck as two walls of hardened sand appeared around Preta Ghoul. Preta Ghoul glared at the walls before he attacked them with his Rot, but the sand was so fine that the ability to rot the sand was neigh impossible. Preta Ghoul punched, clawed, kicked, and unleashed his rot in waves at the dome of sand. Desperate to escape. While Preta Ghoul was attacking the Sand with all his power Akeno and Rias flew into the sky
"Ready Akeno?" asked Rias as her hands glowed with her POD
Akeno licked her fingers as both her hands sparked with lightning. "As always Rias," said Akeno.
"Chain Dragon of Ruin!" yelled Rias and Akeno.
A yellow lightning dragon coated in crimson-black scales descended from where the two girls were and flew into the hole that Gaara left. It hit and blew up, destroying the dome in the process. Thanks to Gaara's passive ability he didn't have to focus as the sand protected him from harm. However, that didn't stop him from feeling the explosion ripple through his body and the air. Gaara felt the nausea hit him like a truck before he threw up. He quickly wiped his mouth. No need for those two to see that he still wasn't used to fighting like them.
As the smoke cleared, they looked at the hole, where the only thing left was a single arm.
"I call that a success," said Rias.
Gaara for some reason felt that Preta Ghoul wasn't dead.
Mito and Miu vs Kalawarna.
Mito slammed her massive meat cleaver against Kalawarna spear of light. Miu flew at her from behind and kicked her hard in the back. Kalawarna yelled in pain as she rolled on the ground and her spear shattered into pieces. (1)
Kalawaner glared at the duo as she looked between them. Between them, she knew that she couldn't win, but her pride wouldn't allow her to surrender. Summoning her spear again she rushed at Miu in hopes of ending at least one of her enemies. Miu took a stance as her eyes dilutted Before she threw out a punch unleashing massive kinetic force that slammed into Kalawaner rendering her unconscious.
Mito snorted. "Was I even needed?"
Miu smiled. "Probably not, but you'll have a proper fight in the future," said Miu.
"I hope i get a chance to fight a swordsman or something like that,"
Eve vs Miltit
Mito and Miu looked at Kalawaner as she summoned her spear of light.
Eve looked at Miltit who was clutching her fist.
"So, you weren't here to support us?" asked Miltit.
"I have no choice. My family has our orders," said Eve looking directly into Miltit's eyes.
"All Fallen Angels are my family; All Fallen Angels are my friends. We Have to be closer to each other than the other factions. People who die and are judged worthy can go to heaven and become Angels. Low-ranking angels. But angels since they can't replenish their numbers in the traditional sense. Devils can be born, but thanks to the Peerage Reincarnation system they bypass everything and create directly from other races. We Fallen Angels barely number in the Million. We can be born or fall from grace, but our numbers have never recovered to the height from the Heavenly War. We have to struggle to keep up. We have to struggle for a place be it earth or the underworld," said Miltit.
"I am aware," said Eve.
"THEN YOU SHOULD UNDERSTAND MY ANGER EVE!" yelled Miltit.
Miltit looked at Eve as she summoned a spear and charged at Eve and thrust the spear at her. Eve raised her hand and turned her skin to steel stopping the attack. Miltit throw out a kick that caught Eve in the ribs. Eve didn't cry out, but she whined in pain. Instead of allowing Eve to move away she pulled her spear back, but instead of thrusting it, she slashed Eve across her stomach. The Artificial Fallen yelled in pain as a gash ripped Eve twisted her hair into a drill and thrust it at Miltit. Miltit flipped to the side, before flying up to get some distance from Eve.
"They are my people. I love them all, even if I have to do things considered evil and immoral.
"There's another way Mil," said Eve.
Miltit yelled and threw her spear at Eve. The blonde artificial Fallen crossed her arms and fused them into a shield. The spear bounced off the shield before Eve Managed to jump into the air and turn her hands into a hammer, before driving it down onto Miltit's head. Miltit's head was basically split open as she fell to the ground with a large gash on her head. Her eyes were closed in what many could only deem the mother of all headaches. Eve looked at her friend before she took out a pair of energy cuffs and slapped them on her wrists in front of her hands.
Naruto vs Dohneaseek.
The two male Fallen Angels took to the sky with Naruto summoning his orange spear of light that took the form of a lance sword. Naruto thrust his blade at Dohneseek who blocked it before disengaging and attacking Naruto with a slash of his own. The duo traded blows back and forth for a few moments, with each clash Naruto was stalling for time as each one gave Naruto enough time for a REVE. Naruto broke off after he had saved up five cranks. At this point, Dohneseek was having trouble keeping up with Naruto's speed. Naruto backed off and used four charges to create two clones. The two clones went at Dohneseek who was caught on the back foot by the clones, however, both clones didn't have access to the Sacred Gear itself and instead were only as strong as Half of Naruto's regular strength. Even though both were nowhere near as strong as Naruto was the duo together had the Male of the Rouge Fallen worried.
Naruto released his control of his SOL since he still wasn't that good at Manipulating his innate corrupted light magic or using spears of light. He was good enough to use them as a distraction watched on as clones kept Dohneseek busy. By the time Naruto got 4 reves back Dohneseek killed one clone, and when he got his sixth reve he killed the other. Smirking Naruto decided to use three of his Reve's and braced his legs for the incoming pain.
"Full Burst!" yelled Naruto
Naruto vanished and appeared before Dohneseek and hit him with a punch that Stunned Dohneseek. Naruto pressed the advantage and unleashed a flurry of punches to the stunned man. Naruto spin and used a thrust kick to Dohneseek's chest, breaking his sternum in the process. Dohneseek threw up blood as pain exploded in his chest.
STALL
Naruto felt his stamina drop drastically as he stepped backwards a few paces to catch his breath, sweat pouring down his face. While the stamina drop hurt it wasn't anything compared to what Dohneseek was feeling at the moment. Dohneseek managed to shake off the pain and haze of the attack. His nose and jaw were both shattered. but he still had a chance to kill this little upstart. Creating another spear, he flew at Naruto intent on impaling him in his stomach again. The only problem with this is that Naruto wasn't going to let it happen twice Naruto sidestepped the attack, before he wrapped his arm around Dohneseek's outstretched arm.
Dohneseek glared at Naruto. "Let go of me you bastard and fight like a man!" yelled the angered Fallen Angel Man.
"Funny. Last time I checked my parents were married," said Naruto with a grin that made Dohneseek shake in fear.
CRANK! TURBO CHARGE!
"Kiss your ass goodbye Donut Black Out!" yelled Naruto.
All 10 of Naruto's counters vanished in as his right leg lit up like the Fourth of July in Madison Square Garden. Dohneseek tried to force Naruto to release him, but it was no use. Naruto had a firm grip. Naruto released Dohneseek shocking the man and throwing him off balance. As he tried to catch his balance Naruto's right leg came up and unleashed all its stored energy. A wave of energy was unleashed from Naruto's leg as it seemed to destroy Dohneseek's body, leaving only a feather behind.
Naruto lowered his leg and put his hands in the classic prayer pose. "Find peace in the next world,"
STALL
Naruto fell to his butt catching his break. Fighting with Dohneseek wasn't as bad as it seemed, but this was also the most charges he had ever stocked. Azazel had only allowed him to charge up fully once and unleash it but told Naruto to never do this unless he was 100 percent sure that it would finish a fight as the Stall could leave him defenseless.
"Are you alright Naruto-nii?" asked Eve as she walked up to Naruto.
"Yeah. Yeah, I'm good Eve. Hey can you heal?" asked Naruto.
"I can try," said Eve as she put her hands up and put them on Naruto's body.
"So what do we do with these two?" asked Rias as she led both Kalawaner and Miltit up to Naruto with energy cuffs on their hands.
"You'll leave them in our custody. We have a contract to handle them," said Gaara.
Naruto felt a high burst of magic coming from the church. "That's not good," said Naruto.

Issei glared at Raynare. The large former shield like arm guard turned into a
BOOST
"She hurt your mate partner! Destroy this woman! Show her what happens when you mess with the Red Dragon Emperor!" yelled a voice deep in his mind
Issei felt the words more than heard them. But they made sense. This woman who had tired to kill him, had taken the rightful powers and abilities from the kindest girl in the world. The gauntlet on his hand began to burn with draconic flames! Rayanre grew worried and even was about to wet herself in fear! The young man threw a punch a flaming punch at Raynare.
"Dragon Punch!" yelled Issei intent on murdering Raynare.
Raynare's eyes widened in fear. "I DON'T WANT TO DIE!"
A purple-orange blur appeared before her in a crouched position. It was Naruto, but his eyes were not their normal blue, but a glowing purple.
REVE! REVE! CRANK!
"Skyward Kick!
Naruto kicked Issei's left fist upwards. The force of two Dragonic energy exploded upwards! A hole was blown into the roof that made Raynare, Koneko, and Kiba all gasp at the level of strength that the duo exerted. Of course, majority of that power belonged to Naruto.
"Why did you stop me from killing her Naruto-san!?" yelled Issei in rage as he tried to push past Naruto.
"I can't let you kill her Issei! Raynare regardless of how long I've known her, is family, no matter how crazy or distant," yelled Naruto.
Issei growled as he pulled away and tried to punch Naruto again. Naruto disengaged caught Issei's arm, and twisted around, before hitting Issei with a neck breaker. He didn't use enough force to actually break his neck, but Issei would definitely feel it in the morning. Naruto did a kip-up before raising his right leg into the air.
REVE! CRANK!
"Sesmic Stomp!" yelled Naruto and he thrust his foot at the ground.
Despite the pain in his head and neck, Issei had the prescience of mind to roll out of the way, but the ground that Naruto stomped on became a creator. Issei felt that it was his chance and rushed at Naruto with his arm pulled back. He threw a s sloppy haymaker enhanced with the red gauntlet.
BOOST!
"Dragon Punch!" yelled Issei.
Naruto snorted as he sidestepped the attack. Issei wasn't a fighter. he had basic fighting skills at best. Skills that elementary school kids had. The difference between combat skills and fighting skills were that Combat skills were trained into the body, drilled to the point of perfection. Fighting skills were basic instincts that every being had. A person could throw a punch, but if you were not trained then you could throw a punch the wrong way.
The Purple/Orange speedster gripped Issei's wrist, before bring his knee up and driving his Elbow downwards. The breaking of bones caused Issei to yell out in pain. As Naruto released him. Issei gripped his shattered arm and sunk to the ground.
"I told you, you can't kill her. She's under my protection," said Naruto
"So you'd protect a murderer for killing someone as sweet and kind as Asia!?" asked Issei.
"I don't know Asia. Saint, Sinner, not my problem. Despite my reason s for being here as a favor Rayanre is still part of my family. So I will protect her. Attack her again and your life is forfeit," said Naruto.
"So Naruto-kun you would defend a murderer of the innocent?" asked Kiba as he got in front of Issei in a defensive stance with his Holy Eraser.
"Did you not hear what Naruto said Yuuto? Rayanre is important to his family so she is important to us. Aside from that the agenda of devils has no importance to us.
Koneko looked between Issei and Naruto. Her former friendship with her senpai made it hard to stand before him, ready to fight him if need be, kill him. As the two groups prepared to square off Rias clapped her hands.
"That's enough. Issei, Kiba-kun, Koneko-chan stand down," said Rias as she crossed her arms under her breasts.
"But Rias-bichou!" said Issei
"Ise... As much as I value you as my newest servant and little brother I won't tolerate you disobeying an order. So for your sake stand down. I won't say it again," said Rias as she turned one of her dark blue eyes to Issei.
Issei looked away, but nodded in understanding.
"Rias... glad that you can put your dogs back on the lease," said Naruto.
"As much as I want to trade barbs Naruto-kun we have things we need to discuss," said Rias.
"Maybe later for now we deal with this," said Naruto.
The Gremory Peerage and the Uzumaki Phalanx stood side by side with the Fallen Angels in energy handcuffs. Issei held the dying Asia in his arms. Issei had wanted to kill Raynare, but Naruto was there and Naruto had proven that he was a much more powerful person than Issei, even though he had an infinite boosting power.
"Issei-kun... I'm glad that I got to met a person like you," said Asia weakly
"Asia please don't talk like that. We can heal you," said Issei tears running down his face.
"Goodbye... Issei-kun," said Asia as she closed her eyes.
Issei pulled her close to his chest and cried.
"So in exchange for Asia and Twilight healing you will allow me to take the Fallen Angels into my custody and that will be the end of this joint mission," said Naruto.
Issei whipped his head around and looked at Naruto with a glare. "WHAT!? After everything they did you expect us to just let them go!? How the fuck can you be so cold and callous while Asia-chan is here getting colder by the second!" roared Issei
Naruto closed his left eye. "My job here was to stop an inter-species war from starting. That meant getting Rias to withdraw her forces, subduing the Fallen Angels or killing them. With Dohneseek being the only casualty and the mystery of Preta Ghoul I have completed my mission. Your mission was to rescue the Nun. I don't know if she can or can't but your master has the ability to bring her back to life. So do I for that matter, but I have no need of her," said Naruto.
"There's still the matter of you being in my territory without my permission," said Rias.
"My family has lived in Kuoh before it was loaned out to you. We moved here when I was five. I'm guessing that you only got this territory granted to you when you were 13 or 14. Meaning that my family is protected under the Kyoto Oath," said Naruto.
"That oath only applies to residences of the Supernatural who are registered in the system. A system Sona keeps a very careful eye on. I had to review the records myself,"
"And?" asked Naruto.
"And while your Parents are registered under it as Supernatural beings, you are only registered as the Human offspring. Meaning that Kyoto Otah doesn't apply to humans," said Rias smiling.
"And we both know that despite what you say my name being on their grants that protection regardless of my race. Especially considering that I would classify as half-human," said Narauto
"Even still Half-human and Half-Fallen means half the protection. You will have to give Rias-sama something," said Akeno in her usual musical tone of voice.
"Your Grasping. Don't push your luck," said Naruto.
Naruto looked at Akeno square in her eyes. As they looked at each other the world fell away, nothing else mattered. Only the here and now. If Naruto was honest with himself, he wanted to reach out and grab Akeno and just hold her, kiss her, forget the past and return to what they once had. But that would be a fool who is in love mistake. The ravings of a lovesick child. A conversation he had with Bee during a break in training led him to tell his uncle,
"I was in love before I knew how not to fall in love with a woman like that,"
"Perhaps we can call it a day and talk. Revive the nun," said Naruto as he tossed the rings of Twilight healing in front of Issei.
Issei's eyes widened. "Rias-sama?" asked Issei.
Rias sighed. Why did Naruto seem to make it a habit to ruin the little fun she could have? She reached into her skirt pocket and pulled out a bishop piece. In truth when she heard about Asia's abilities she had planned to turn her into a Bishop, but only if she agreed. Rias didn't make it a habit of forcing people into her servitude. She also didn't make a habit of reviving the dead. Rias shivered at the thought. Reviving a recently deceased person was one thing. Reviving a corpse that was hundreds of years old was another matter.
She still had nightmares of the time her brother revived Beowolf.
"Issei place Twilight Healing on Asia's fingers," said Rias.
Issei did as instructed and placed the twin ring like items on her ring fingers. "Don't worry Asia-chan... you'll be back soon," said Issei
Rias placed the Bishop in between Asia's chest and focused. "In my name Rias Gremory, the marque of Gremory I bid thee Asia Argento to rise in your new life as my [Bishop]," said Rias
The Bishop glowed before it sank into Asia's chest. It was a few minutes where nothing happened. After a moment Asia opened her eyes with Issei smiling and hugging her.
Naruto signaled his team to leave, Each of them put a hand on their prisoners before they but before he could leave himself he was stopped as Akeno stood before him.
Akeno opened her mouth to speak, but closed her mouth. Naruto walked right past her, but as their eyes locked for a split second Akeno could clearly see the pain and hurt that was still there. And it was all her fault.

Azazel looked down at the message that he just received from Naruto.
Job done old man. You owe me one.
"Azazel can you please Focus," said a powerful voice before him.
Azazel looked up to see his counterpart for this meeting. A meeting that would have both of them in trouble with their respective governments if they found out that the duo were meeting in a doggy bar in Dallas.
Azazel looked at the man and if he didn't know better he would have thought that he was a College kid or a man who just finished grad school. Considering that the man before looked to be in his early to mid 20's. And considering how handsome he was, he was shocked that he hadn't knocked up his beautiful wife or that secret mistress that was an open secret more than once. Then again considering how much Rias and he looked alike it was a theory that he was actually the father of Rias. Considering that the same taboos that belonged to humans didn't apply to the supernatural Azazel won't be all that shocked if the man before did have sex with his mother. Of course Azazel knew this to be false as he and Sirzeches Lucifer could be considered friends outside of their respective roles as leader. Sirzechs was about as tall as Azazel himself. His crimson red shoulder-length hair was hard to miss even in this dingy place, kind blue eyes that seemed like they were holding back massive amounts of power, wearing a three-piece suit.
"So you mind telling me what that was about?" asked Sirzechs.
"That was my cute grandson telling me that our little problem has been solved. You can call off the hit squads now Sirzechs," said Azazel.
"Good. The Phenex clan was getting worried that Rias and their chance at the Gremory power was in jeopardy. They're pushing more and more to move the marriage sooner Not to mention they have the backing of the Council," said Sirzechs.
"If their giving you this much trouble why not destroy them and rule with an iron fist, King of Destruction?" asked Azazel.
"You know why. I might lead the Satans, but Old Man Bael is still strong enough to defeat all four Satans if he puts enough effort into it. Not to mention that he has enough political power to start another civil war if we push him," said Sirzechs.
"Good thing he stayed out of the Civil War otherwise we'd all be screwed," said Azazel.
"True," said Sirzechs taking a drink of his scotch.
"So why did you invite me out here Sirzechs? I'm sure it wasn't to discuss your sister or the problems that the Fallen are going through,"
"Your right. I'm Calling in a Favor for turning a blind eye to your adoption of the white one. I'll have to do some work on my end, but it's still going to be you and yours doing most of the leg work,"
Azazel looked at Sirzches. "So you know about that huh? I thought I covered my tracks better," said an amused Azazel.
Sirzechs smiled. "You did. they are the child of my dead friend. If the council found out then this really would spark a war between Devils and Fallen," said Sirzechs.
"Alright so what's the favor Satan Red?" asked Azezal.
"Use your new GOAT system and stop the wedding between the Gremory and Phenex Clans," said Sirzechs.
Azazel looked at his counterpart and grinned.
