Episode 588: Power Rangers HyperForce: Rebirth… Kind Of

"Hand over Excelsior" said the Alliance Leader "and I will trade it for what's left of your friend. She's an android, right? Perhaps her memories are still in her hard drive"

"You let her go" said Eddie "you let her go right now!"

"Do you really think you're in the place to make demands?" the Alliance Leader asked

"Do you?" Marvin asked "you just murdered a Ranger in a universe controlled by Rangers. How long do you think it will take for the others to get here with a vengeance?"

"You bring up a good point Ranger" said the Alliance Leader and he creates a forcefield surrounding them all "now no one can go in or out"

"Marv" said Eddie into his Morpher "give him the sword"

"What do you think he'll do when he finds out it's not real" said Marvin "he'll destroy what's left of Vesper for sure". All of a sudden a golden light smashes through the forcefield destroying it

"What?!" the Alliance Leader exclaimed as two figures emerge from the light "I don't know how you broke through Rangers, but you really should've brought more than two of you"

"They only needed to send two" said Eddie as he recognizes them

"Why?" the Alliance Leader asked

"Because I'm her guardian angel" said Yacov, the Black Angel Force Ranger

"And I'm her Father" said Noah, the Blue Megaforce Ranger

"Snake Axe!" said Yacov

"Mega Saber!" said Noah and they charge the Alliance Leader

"Let's help them Rangers!" said Marvin

"For Vesper" said Eddie

"Excelsior!" said Marvin

"Oceanus Trident!" said Eddie

"Crius Hammer!" said Jack

"Hyperion Bow!" said Chloe

"Rhea Sword!" said Joe

"Rhea Sword!" said the Sentinel Knight and they charge the Alliance Leader. Even the Alliance Leader can't take on all of them at once. Velcanos tries to grab Excelsior from Marvin, but Noah charges up his Mega Saber with his Power Key and impales Velcanos, destroying him. He then slashes his Mega Saber at the Alliance Leader forcing him to drop Vesper's body.

"I've got her" said Yacov and he grabs Vesper and teleports away with her

"No!" said the Alliance Leader "you can't do this, I'll kill you all!"

"As we've told you before, that is no longer possible" said Marvin

"Right" said the Alliance Leader "I keep forgetting that" and then Yacov returns, demorphed

"Vesper is out of your reach, Alliance Leader" said Yacov

"Yacov, why did you demorph?" Eddie asked

"Because even all of our Powers together won't be enough to defeat the Alliance Leader" said Yacov "I needed an alternate one" and he pulls out Vesper's HyperForce Card. He also pulls out his Gosei Morpher

"IT'S MORPHIN TIME!" said Yacov and he inserts the HyperForce Black Card into the Gosei Morpher and closes it "HYPERFORCE, BLACK, READY, POWER UP!"

"No way" said Eddie

"Coeus Axe!" said Yacov "and this is why I like Vesper!" as he swings the axe at the Alliance Leader, knocking him back "Rangers, let's create your cannon"

"HyperForce Blaster!" said Marvin as they bring their weapons together

"Hyper Blade Blaster!" said Joe

"Mega Blaster!" said Noah, inserting his Power Key into it

"FIRE!" said Marvin

"SENTINEL BLAST!" said the Sentinel Knight and their combined Power severely injures the Alliance Leader

"I must go now" said the Alliance Leader and he makes Velcanos grow before teleporting away

"You take this hot head on with your Zords" said Noah "Sentinel Knight and I will tend to Vesper with Alpha 8" and the Sentinel Knight and him teleport away

"LION HYPERFORCE ZORD, ONLINE!" said Marvin

"CERBERUS HYPERFORCE ZORD, ONLINE!" said Yacov

"SNAKE HYPERFORCE ZORD, ONLINE!" said Eddie

"RAM HYPERFORCE ZORD, ONLINE!" said Jack

"PHOENIX HYPERFORCE ZORD, ONLINE!" said Chloe

"HYDRA HYPERFORCE ZORD, ONLINE!" said Joe

"WE NEED CHRONOS HYPERFORCE MEGAZORD NOW!" said Eddie and the HyperForce Zords combine "SNAKE FORMATION!"

"Hydra's Venom!" said Joe and the Hydra Zord's six heads strike Velcanos. The Chronos HyperForce Megazord does an uppercut on Velcanos with its fist surrounded by water

"Lernaean Lasers!" said Joe and the Hydra Zord blasts Velcanos, stunning him

"For Vesper!" said Eddie "TITAN WATER BARRAGE!" and the Chronos HyperForce Megazord sends a tsunami of water at Velcanos, which destroys him

"Alpha" said Eddie "get us into the HyperForce ship, now!"

"On it Rangers" said Alpha and the Rangers are teleported back to the HyperForce ship as their Zords dock on it

"Alpha" said Jack "get us into the Hyperstream"

"You've got it Jack" said Alpha and the HyperForce ship jumps to the Hyperstream

"Where's Vesper?" Eddie asked

"In the med bay with Noah" said Alpha and the Rangers runs to the med bay

"Vital signs… everything… they're gone" said Noah "her core energy source is completely destroyed. Alpha, I need you."

"What did you need, Noah?" Alpha asked

"Initiate backup protocol, codeword: Vasquez" said Noah

"Systems rebooting" said Alpha as he shuts down

"Alpha!" said Eddie

"Relax, Eddie" said Noah "that's supposed to happen" and after a few minutes Alpha starts back up.

"Ay yi yi" said Alpha "this is a lot"

"Alpha!" said Eddie

"Not exactly" said Noah

"You're Chloe" said Alpha to Chloe

"I am Chloe" said Chloe

"I'm Vesper" said Alpha and Chloe faints

"Joe" said Alpha/Vesper "you're the new Ranger. I can't remember anything, I just know I'm not Alpha, I'm Vesper. I remember Alpha remembering me!"

"Is that supposed to happen?" Jack asked

"No" said Noah "I think I need to run some diagnostics"

"Is Alpha still in there?" Joe asked

"Ay yi yi" said Alpha to Vesper within their shared body "Vesper, tell Joe I'm still in here and everything's going to be okay. Noah and I just need to sort this out"

"Quiet, I'm in control now" said Vesper out loud as Chloe gets up

"If you're really Vesper, what did I get you for Christmas last year?" Chloe asked

"Here's the thing" said Vesper "I don't remember anything at all, all I have is Alpha's memories. All that I can tell from them is that I was really good looking and the best Power Ranger of all" and then Vesper notices her body

"That's my body, what did you do?" Vesper asked "Ay yi yi! What kind of cult is this? What did you do? What did you do?! What are you doing with my body? What did you do with my body?"

"Vespa" said Joe "that's a cross between 'Vesper' and 'Alpha'"

"Oh I like that" said Alpha from within his body

"Shut up" said Vespa

"Did you just tell me to shut up?" Joe asked

"Sorry, no, it's just this voice in my head" said Vespa

"We're going to try and find a way to fix you body" said Joe

"I don't want that" said Vespa "that's dead"

"Vesper… it's really you?" Eddie asked

"I think so… we're working on it" said Vespa and Eddie faints

"Alright, you guys have some explaining to do" said Vespa "if I am Vesper, why am I dead and why are you holding onto that corpse? Did I go out in a blaze of glory?"

"It was beautiful" said Joe as Eddie gets back up

"You don't remember any of it though?" Eddie asked

"I only know what Alpha knows" said Vesper "all I know is that this is weird"

"Okay what is the world is going on Uncle Noah?" Jack asked

"As Vesper is about the only being in the universe that can die outside of the hundredth birthday thing" said Noah "I taught her to regularly backup her memories. I meant to back it up to some sort of storage, not Alpha 8. Something obviously went wrong, her personality is in place, but she should also have all her memories up until her last backup. I'm going over the code to see if I can find where things went wrong"

"The last backup was right before they met Rita" said Alpha from within his body

"Alpha says my last backup was right before we met Rita" said Vespa

"Uncle Noah" said Marvin "can you fix her body"

"One problem at a time" said Noah "memories first, then we can work on the body… and done" and as he hits enter, Vesper's memories up until meeting Rita flood back in

"Guys!" said Vesper "it's me, I'm Vesper! Well, mostly. I've got a strange urge to say 'ay yi yi.' Oh let's dissect my body for science"

"No Vesper" said Noah

"Mr. Carver" said Eddie "can you fix her body?"

"What is your obsession with her old body?" Noah asked "I built that one, it'll be faster to build a new one than try and repair the old. Besides with how fast technology is progressing, it'd be foolish to try and find old parts when newer replacements are more plentiful"

"Oh" said Vespa "I get a new body"

"That's right" said Noah "it's just gonna take some time. It shouldn't take as long as it did before, but still, I can't make it happen overnight" and he goes over to Vesper's body

"What if the Alliance attacks?" Marvin asked "we'll be short a Ranger"

"I've got it" said Vespa and she walks over to Vesper's body and removes the HyperForce Morpher "Yacov, hand over my Power Card" and he gives it to her "IT'S MORPHIN TIME! HYPERFORCE, BLACK, READY, POWER UP!" and she transforms into the Black HyperForce Ranger

"Ay yi yi" said Alpha within his body "I've never morphed before"

"Power Down" said Vespa and she demorphs. Noah takes a hard drive he extracted from Vesper's body and plugs it into Alpha's body. He runs a command on his computer

"All of Vesper's memories should be restored" said Noah. Alarms go off and Vespa goes over to the console

"Guys" said Vespa "it looks like the Alliance is attacking KO-35"

"Vespa, can you get us there?" Marvin asked

"On it, Marv" said Vespa "you coming with us Dad, Yacov?"

"No" said Noah "Yacov and I are going to look for parts and rebuild your body"

"We're here guys" said Vespa "teleporting us there now"

On KO-35, the HyperForce teleports down and sees a man in a cloak fighting a monster, Putties, and Quantrons

"About time you showed up" said the man as he takes off his cloak

"Andros?" Eddie asked "the Red Space Ranger?"

"That's me" said Andros "… why are one of you an Alpha unit? Actually, I don't want to know"

"IT'S MORPHIN TIME!" said Marvin

"LET'S ROCKET!" said Andros

"HYPERFORCE, RED, READY, POWER UP!" said Marvin

"HYPERFORCE, BLUE, READY, POWER UP!" said Eddie

"HYPERFORCE, PINK, READY, POWER UP!" said Chloe

"HYPERFORCE, BLACK, READY, POWER UP!" said Vespa

"HYPERFORCE, YELLOW, READY, POWER UP!" said Jack

"HYPERFORCE, GREEN, READY, POWER UP!" said Joe

"POWER RED!" said Andros

"Iapetus Claws!" said Marvin

"Coeus Axe!" said Vespa

"Oceanus Trident!" said Eddie

"Crius Hammer!" said Jack

"Hyperion Bow!" said Chloe

"Rhea Swords!" said Joe

"Spiral Saber!" said Andros and they fought the monster and footsoldiers

"HyperForce Blaster!" said Marvin as they bring their weapons together

"Hyper Blade Blaster!" said Joe

"Battlizer Gauntlet" said Andros and he pressed 3 to activate the Battlizer

"FIRE!" said the Rangers and the monster is destroyed. Above them, a portal opens and the Alliance Leader's ship flies out. It opens up and the Alliance Leader shoots a beam of energy at the monster's remains, reviving it and making it grow.

"Oh no you don't" said Andros as he flies up to the ship and tries to attack the Alliance Leader "Alpha 6, get the Astro Megaship over here now!" and the Astro Megaship appears

"Off my ship!" said the Alliance Leader and he blasts Andros off the ship as a portal opens up. Andros flies to the Astro Megaship as the Alliance Leader enters his ship "so long Rangers" and his ship opens a portal. However, before the ship can enter it, the Delta Megaship cuts him off

"No where to run, Alliance Leader" said Andros

"What?!" said the Alliance Leader and he surveys the battle to see that the HyperForce have already destroyed the monster with their Zords

"TITAN ASSAULT BARRAGE!" said Marvin

"LERNAEAN LASERS!" said Joe and the Chronos HyperForce Megazord, Hydra Zord, Astro Megaship, and Delta Megaship all blast the Alliance Leader's ship, destroying it. He ejects

"You'll pay for this Rangers" said the Alliance Leader and he teleports away

"Guys" said Andros "meet me back at your ship" and the Zords disassemble and the Rangers return to the HyperForce ship and demorph. The Rangers gather around the control area

"I'm contacting Cruger" said Andros

"We have strict orders to maintain radio silence" said Jack

"I'm overriding those orders" said Andros "those orders were to stop the Alliance Leader from finding your location, well he knows where you are. Besides this is too important" and Cruger shows up on a hologram

"What are you doing contacting me… Andros what you doing there?" Cruger asked

"The Alliance was attacking KO-35 so I aided the HyperForce in defending it" said Andros "during the battle I managed to destroy the Alliance Leader's ship"

"You know that was one of our ships right?" Cruger asked "Kat's not going to be happy about that… I assume he just teleported away"

"Yes" said Andros "but not before I managed to put a tracker on him"

"What?" Cruger asked "you saying you have the Alliance Leader's location?"

"His exact coordinates, I'm transmitting them now" said Andros "I'm contacting you to request backup. I don't know how long it will be until he discovers the tracker so we need to do this now"

"Agreed" said Cruger "teleport in 5 minutes, don't take a ship, we don't want to give him the chance to run. I will teleport in at the same time with everyone I can gather"

"See you then" said Andros and the transmission ends
