"Mito-sama, it is a pleasure to have you in Konoha," Hashirama greeted the princess and her party. It was a week later when Sakura found out about the Uzumaki's making their way to Konoha. She felt a little pang in her chest when she remembered that Hashirama would be marrying the princess, and she had been avoiding him ever since. She was actually avoiding all of them. The guilt she felt overrode her senses, and she cursed herself for being so stupid and letting her emotions get the best of her, yet again. How she forgot that he was to be wed to the Uzumaki princess, she had no idea, but she was mortified when she remembered that she had practically almost begged Hashirama to be with her that one drunken night.
She stood off to the side as Hashirama warmly greeted the party, while Madara stood back to let his friend do all the warm introductions. She wasn't sure why they wanted her to be a part of the welcoming party, but Hashirama insisted, and so here she was, her heart constricting when it didn't have the right to, watching the princess smile at Hashirama.
As they sat gathered inside the tea room of the Hokage tower, Sakura kept to herself, smiling when being spoken to and answering when being asked a question. The boys noticed her unusual behavior but didn't say anything in the presence of the party.
"Senju-sama, pardon my interruption," the princess began.
"Oh, please, Hashirama is fine, Princess," he corrected her with a smile. Sakura cringed, hiding her discomfort behind her teacup.
"I would like to begin discussing the arrangement of the ceremony. It will be spring soon and it would be a perfect time for a wedding," she said with a smile.
Sakura couldn't breathe, the confirmation of their marriage being said out loud causing her heart to constrict. She had come to care for Hashirama as more than a friend, if she was being honest with herself. It wasn't just Hashirama, but Tobirama and Izuna, and even Madara as well. She wasn't sure when it passed the line of just mere attraction to actually liking them as more than friends, but she had gotten to know them at a deeper level these past couple of months and next thing she knew, they had wormed their way into her too-big of a heart, and now she's paying for it.
"Ah, yes, Touka was telling me about that," Hashirama replied. Just then the doors opened and Touka walked in with a bouquet of flowers in her hand, her smile so bright, Sakura couldn't help but forget about her internal struggle for a second and smile back.
It happened so fast that Sakura was unprepared, but before she could blink, Mito had walked up to Touka and wrapped her arms around her neck and kissed her. Her mouth dropped open as she watched them break off the kiss and look at each other lovingly, her brain still not processing what just happened.
"Mito, I missed you," Touka said softly, causing the princess to blush.
One of the Uzumaki party, Mito's father, cleared his throat, clearing the fog in Sakura's brain. She blinked and looked around the room, mostly at the boys, who all seemed unsurprised at the display of affection. She caught Tobirama's gaze, and he gave her an amused smirk.
"Sakura!" Touka greeted as she walked towards her and sat down, pulling Mito along with her. The Uzumaki party grumbled at her brashness but Mito only giggled and didn't seem to mind. In fact, Sakura could see the way her eyes shine when she looked fondly at Touka.
"Touka," Sakura greeted back with a smile. She had heard Touka talk about her fiance during their tea times but she never would've guessed it would be the Uzumaki Princess.
"You didn't mention your fiance was Mito-sama," she said shyly. Touka chuckled, rubbing the back of her neck much like Hashirama does.
"It was supposed to be a secret until they came over, but now that she's here, I'm so glad you could finally meet each other. Mito, I'm sure you've already met Sakura,"
"I'm glad to finally meet you in person, Sakura-san," she smiled. Sakura blushed and looked away. She couldn't look at the princess without feeling a bit guilty. Sakura was emotionally drained; she went through a multitude of emotions in just a few hours that she wasn't sure she would survive the rest of the day.
Just then she was summoned to help at the hospital, something she was eternally grateful for. She excused herself, making a hasty exit, not bothering to notice the way the boys watched her leave.

Sakura sighed and plopped down on her office chair, her forearms covering her eyes. Now that she was alone and can think, she groaned in frustration, pressing her palms against her eyes causing her to see stars. She was in deep trouble. This is exactly why she didn't want to act on her attraction with any of them. She knew she would fall, hard, because that's just how she is, but to fall for four men at the same time? This was another level, even for her. Yet here she was, sitting with that realization. She let out a ragged exhale as she tried to calm herself down. There's no point in dwelling on it now. The problem was, she wasn't sure what she should do next. She knows the boys feel some kind of attraction towards her as well, judging by the looks in their eyes when she's around, but is it just attraction or do they like her as much as she likes them. She scratched her head vigorously as she tried to think before placing her head down on her table.
"Sakura?"
She jolted when she heard Hashirama's voice. She didn't even hear him come in. He walked towards her, worried expression on his face. She stood up to meet him halfway. He looked at her for a moment before asking if she was okay. Sakura nodded and smiled softly.
"You came all this way to check up on me? I thought I was the doctor," she teased with a half smile. He smiled back, but it didn't reach his eyes. Sakura's smile dropped and she sighed.
"I'm fine Hashirama," she began to turn away but he held on to her wrist. She looked at him with creased eyebrows.
"Sakura, you're not very good at lying," he said with a lopsided smile, but his eyes still held that same worried expression. Sakura looked down, avoiding his gaze. Hashirama tipped her chin up, a sad expression on his face.
"Something is bothering you, and I thought we were close enough that you could at least rely on me and tell me what's wrong," he whispered, the hurt in voice clearly heard by the pinkette. She pressed her lips together into a thin line, feeling slightly guilty but also conflicted because she can't tell him exactly what was bothering her. She bit her lower lip, but the look in his eyes made her give in. She sighed as she gave him a half truth.
"I..thought you were going to marry Mito-sama…" she said softly, avoiding eye contact, a slight blush dusting her cheeks. When the silence stretched between them, Sakura looked back towards Hashirama and inhaled sharply. His eyes were soft, almost searching, and there's something cautious in his face, but aside from all of that, she could see the flicker of heat in his deep-brown eyes. Slowly, he steps forward, reaching for Sakura, as he begins to dip his head down for a kiss. Sakura's breathing turned into soft pants. Before their lips could touch, Hashirama paused again, as if waiting for Sakura to move away and tell him to stop, but when all she did was swallow and part her lips, he groaned as he slammed his lips against hers, pulling her in close so her body was flushed against his, his tongue plunging into her mouth and eliciting a moan out of her. She instinctively wound her arms around his neck, pulling herself up to deepen the kiss. Hashirama groaned, his tongue expertly battling with hers.
He walked them backwards until her ass bumped her desk, his hands automatically hooking under her thighs to sit her down and urging her to wrap her legs around his waist. She did not resist, she didn't think she could with the way his kiss was hot and needy and all-consuming. She vaguely remembers being in the same position with Madara on this exact same desk, and she's hoping that this time no one comes barging in on them again. It would not look good if the same person were to find her in the same position with the other Hokage, but when Hashirama pressed his hips against her core, all thoughts and worries disappeared as all of her focus were mostly on how good Hashirama felt against her. When they separated to breathe, he wasted no time trailing open-mouthed kisses from her neck to her earlobe. Sakura tilted her head and held on to his broad shoulders, getting lost in the sensations. Realizing her feelings for the four males had scared her for a bit, but being embraced by Hashirama made her feel like maybe, just maybe, she was worrying too much about nothing.
Hashirama began pushing Sakura to lay her down on the table, never once letting his lips stop kissing her skin. She gasped when he bit lightly, a mixture of pain and pleasure coursing through her veins. One of his hands, which were holding on to her hips in a tight grip, began to caress her sides, stopping just shy from her breasts. Sakura could feel her nipples harden at the anticipation, and she whimpered as she felt his thumb stroke the bottom swell of her breast. She could feel Hashirama's body shaking, his erection pressed tightly against her inner thighs. He cursed and his mouth went back to her lips, his tongue seeking entrance as his hands finally cupped one of her breasts through her yukata. She could feel the growl he let out vibrate against her chest and she wrapped her legs around his waist, pulling him even closer. His other hand began to trail down and under her yukata, caressing her outer thighs. Hashirama sighed into the kiss as he felt her soft skin, boldly caressing higher and higher until he grabbed one of her cheeks and squeezed. Sakura groaned and pressed her hips closer against his own. Instinctively, he began to thrust his hips against her, loving the way she panted and mewled each time he hit her core. The knocking on the door startled the both of them as they scrambled to separate, Sakura jumping off the desk and hastily trying to brush her hair and straighten her clothes, and Hashirama turning around to adjust himself.
"Sakura-sama," said a quiet voice through the door.
"Yes, Shimizu? Come in," Sakura answered, walking around to sit down, her eyes darting to the side towards Hashirama. His back was still facing the door, and he was watching her. Sakura turned back to face forward just as the medic walked in with paperwork. It was the same medic that walked in on her with Madara. It's probably why she knocked and waited until Sakura let her in. Her eyes darted towards Hashirama who was standing off to the side and bowed.
"H-hokage-sama, s-sorry to interrupt,"
Hashirama smiled and turned around, waving his hands. "Oh I should be the one apologizing for taking up Sakura's time. Please," he gestured towards Sakura. His eyes caught hers for a split second, heat still lingering in their depths.
'We'll continue our talk later," he said before he smirked and walked away. Sakura gulped before turning her attention back to the medic, plastering on a smile.
