This is a project I thought of because sometimes I get tired of the Adults Are Useless Trope. I've been hearing some people wanting a Power Rangers series where Adults are chosen to be Power Rangers. Well, they just got their wish.

We began in a forest, it had a less bright and slightly gloomy atmosphere.

It was quiet. Too quiet until an unknown sound from above the sky.

ZWOP!

Then out of nowhere a portal appeared in the sky. Then somebody was dropped from it and landed on the ground hard.

This person was a 32-year-old African American. He is wearing a Police Uniform consisting of a long-sleeved white button-down shirt, a tie, black pants and black shoes.

He wakes up and rubs his head.

"Oh, my head." said the man who opened his eyes which were brown.

He got up and looked around.

"Where am I?"

He then activated his Walkie-Talkie.

"Hello, this is Officer McDuffie, does everyone copy?" Over!

There was nothing but static.

"I repeat, can anyone read me?" "Roger, Wilco, Anyone?!" Over!

All he can get is static. All he can do is close his eyes and just sigh.

ZWOP!

He opened his eyes to see where that sound was coming from, and he also pulled out his gun.

He looked up and saw the same portal that brought him to this creepy forest.

Someone dropped down.

The Officer went to see if he was okay and got a good look at him.

He was tall, at least 6 ft and 2 inches, and skinny. He was Caucasian.

He has wavy brown hair, a small goatee that was reddish brown. He wears goggles over his head. He has a green trench coat over a white polo shirt, grey gloves, blue pants with big pockets, and metallic boots.

Officer McDuffie shakes the person awake.

"Hey! Hey buddy! Wake Up!"

The man opened his eyes to reveal to be hazel colored.

"WHO, WHAT, WHEN, WHERE WHY?!"

The man begins to panic as if there was an earthquake.

The cop decides the necessary thing to do: Slap him in the face!

"OW!"

He looked up at the person who slapped him.

"That really hurts!"

"I'm sorry man but acting like a fool isn't going to help."

"Oh, I'm sorry."

"No, I'm sorry, it was wrong to slap you." The officer apologized.

He then offers a handshake to the timid man, who looked at it for a moment. He then shook. For some reason the timid man has a tuff grip?

"Allow me to introduce myself: Professor Brylle Mulberry."

"Officer Michael McDuffie."

"Do you know where we are, Officer?"

"I don't, but I think we stayed for a while Professor."

"Why?"

"Because I got a vibe telling me that other people are about to drop down from the portals in the sky."

"You too?!" Brylle examined with wide eyes.

Michael nodded.

ZWOP!

There's that sound again.

The two looked up and saw another portal. Michael went to catch the person but felt a hand touching his chest. He looked to see it from Professor Mulberry with a smile on his face.

"Allow me."

Walking up to the portal, Professor Mulberry waited to see who was coming. The next thing he saw next was nothing but darkness and something hit him on the back of his head causing the world to disappear before his eyes.

This series will be different. That means no explosions, no spandex, no rubber monsters, and no mecha battles. Instead, it will tell a great story, has great characters, and it will be genuinely emotional and hilarious.

My inspiration is Teen Titans and Code Lyoko.
