Shell Shocked

Disclaimer: This is an unofficial entry/part of the 'The Big Move' idea that I wanted to explore and crosses with the OG Ninja Turtles films as I've done previously.

Summary: In which the New York crowd gets to see Scott in action.

"Well, this is another fine mess we've gotten into." Quipped Casey Jones.

Long time ally/friend of the Ninja Turtles and love interest of one April O'Neil. "You know you'd be bored otherwise, bro!" Mikey told him cheerfully while keeping an eye on what was in front of him.

Or, to be more accurate, around him, his brothers, Casey, April, Keno, several members of the Foot Clan, which included Karai, who is Leo's wife, an unfortunate News Crew, and a teenager by the name of Scott McCall. One who had actually gone in search of Mikey himself to thank for saving his mom a few weeks back. Only to find himself embroiled in the current situation, namely, Cybernetic Ninjas in yellow from another dimension that were looking to invade Earth. "I dunno, I think I'd enjoy the boredom!" Casey told him.

April rolled her eyes while Karai only reacted inwardly. Long used to the shenanigans of the Turtle Clan after coming to a mutual agreement between them to keep the peace. Said agreement that saw her in an arranged marriage with Leonardo. Something that no doubt continues to see her father, the Shredder, turn over in his grave to this day. But better that then constant war and death to the bitter end. "You gonna be alright with all this, kid? Which, surprisingly... You don't seem all that freaked out." Remarked Raphael to a tense Scott.

"Its… Not my first time in a life or death situation." Even if this time was a little more wilder than he was used too!

"Sounds like a story there."

"If we live through this, I'll tell you all about it." Promised the young man.

"We will be incredibly fortunate if we do live through this, as any back up for us will be some time and could be too late by the time of their arrival. Which they in return will avenge us." Karai declared grimly.

Her words, instead of worrying Scott even more, actually caused him to have a light bulb go off in his head. "Then I'll have to put in a call of my own. Cover your ears, all of you!"

He wasn't even going to ask if the Turtles had ears as clearly they did or they wouldn't be able to hear! This got him looks from the rest, looks that then included shocked surprise when he Shifted. "A Werewolf, this is unexpected. But welcome as the Speed of your kind will ensure that aide will get here faster then other members of the Foot." Mused Karai.

Scott just nodded and then looked to the invading Ninjas and let loose with a mighty roar that signaled for help. "HOLY CRAP!" Yelled out Keno!

A sentiment the others shared!

Elsewhere In New York

"For someone whose son is in a lot of danger from the looks of things, you seem more… Resigned and worried then outright terrified and shocked. Especially with what he just did." Remarked Topanga to Melissa from the home of the Matthews Clan.

Melissa sighed while Topanga was also trying to come to grips with everything she was seeing and wasn't alone in this! "I've known about this side of Scott for awhile now, its one of the reasons we left California as I wanted to get him away from situations like this. Guess that wasn't going to happen after all."

But at least her boy wasn't alone! Both registered the slamming of the front door and seeing that Cora was now missing, caused Melissa to shake her head. "No doubt she's on her way to join Scott thanks to his Howl."

Idly wondering if Kira would be joining the fight thanks to her own abilities despite a lack of fighting skill. "Can someone please explain what's going on!? Is this some TV show Scott somehow got involved in!?" Asked Riley in alarmed confusion before Topanga or even Cory could ask more questions of their friend.

Melissa looked towards her and her friends with a sad look on her face. "Sweetheart, I only wish this was a TV show or something to that effect. But this? This is a real deal life or death situation he's dealing with. And its not his first..."

Everyone in the living room looked at the Nurse Mother with horror on their faces but their attention would soon be drawn back to the live report on the TV as the fight began.

Author's Notes: Sooo glad I finally got around to doing this. Though there was a couple of other ways I could have done this but ultimately went with this.
