Chapter 17: Come Together Legendary Bladers

In the underground chamber of the Black Sun...

"Wonderful." Pluto grinned as Nemesis continued to absorb the Star Fragment energy gathered from the Bey battles. "This is good. Keep going. Pour in more of the power of the Star Fragment. Offer all of it to our God of Destruction."

"Once that does happen, Nemesis will truly awaken to its full glory." Rago declared.

"Soon, very soon, King Hades' prophecy will become reality." Doji laughed.

With Dynamis' group...

"Exploding Fist!" Aguma launched his attack.

"Now, it's my turn." Tithi declared. "Quetzalcoatl, Ascent Spark!"

"Why you..." Aguma growled. "Kronos!"

"Tithi, you did it." Yuu beamed, Tithi having Quetzalcoatl entwine itself around Kronos, the resulting explosion giving Tithi the victory. "Let's do this, too." he told Masamune and King. Libra, Sonic Buster!"

"What are you doing?" Keyser demanded, both his and Herschel Beys were stopped by Yuu's sand trap.

"Joint Special Move..." Masamune and King took the stage.

"King of..." King started.

"Flash of Lightning!" Masamune continued.

"Thunder Sword!" King finished his attack cry, the combined attack took out Keyser and Herschel.

"It can't be..." Aguma was stunned by his loss. "Beylin Fist and all it has desired for two thousand years was riding on Kronos today and it lost to that little clown."

"That was interesting." Tithi cheered. "Beyblade really is fun."

"Fun, you say" Aguma growled.

"That's right." Tithi beamed. "Next time, let's have even more fun."

"What a strange feeling I have." Aguma muttered, struck by a vision of Tithi's ancestor. "Just who are you?"

In the underground chamber of the Black Sun...

"The barrier left by Zeus is nearing completion." Pluto hissed. "This is not good."

"No need to worry about that." Doji assured. "The final Blader of the Four Seasons is that man; the one we spoke of. Things won't go too smoothly for them."

With Dynamis' group...

"All of this is the star's plan." Dynamis walked towards Aguma. "Do you feel it too? The destiny that has been laid out since ancient times for us."

"What destiny?" Aguma pressed.

"Come with us, Aguma." Seina offered, igniting Asteria's Divine Aura. "And discover for yourself what it is you should really do for your people."

"Is this..." King breathed in astonishment as he and Tithi bore witness to Asteria's immense Aura. "The power of our God?"

"Such a gentle power..." Tithi whispered in awe.

In the underground chamber of the Black Sun...

"So, you made it here at last." Pluto greeted Ginga's group who were the first to arrive. "My name is Pluto."

"You are the evil-doer guy." Yuki realized.

"Evil-doer?" Pluto echoed. "I don't know how you define good and evil, but my excitable young friend, we only want to correct the history that Zeus changed." he removed the hood of his cloak and his goggles. "Long ago, King Hades tried to use the power of the Black Sun hidden within Nemesis to guide the entire world toward its proper future."

"Nemesis was to change into the God of Destruction and then destroy the world." Yuki clarified. "That doesn't sound like a good future."

"Being destroyed by the God of Destruction is the world's fate." Pluto concluded. "Then that is what King Hades desired."

"If the world were destroyed, what would be left for him?" Madoka asked.

"Nothing will be left." Rago answered. "A new world will be born from the nothingness. The history of humanity is a repeating cycle of destruction and creation. Be grateful I will put an end to this mistaken history that you are living right now. I, the Child of the Black Sun, Rago, with my own hands, will do this." he stretched out and fed Nemesis more power.

"Nemesis is not yet complete." Pluto added. "By making the Legendary Bladers battle each other, it has gained the power of the Star Fragment that each one of you possess."

"You peasants are no longer a threat to us." Rago grinned.

"I was afraid this could happen." Madoka gasped.

"Everyone." Ginga noticed the others have also joined up.

"So, that's Nemesis." Kyoya growled.

"Don't." Madoka stopped Kyoya from attacking. "If you just attack, it'll only give more power to the enemy. The enemy made the Legendary Bladers battle each other on purpose. When they did, the energy given off by the Star Fragment was sent here and its power was collected. It's just like what Dr. Ziggurat's Spiral Core did. It's the same system."

"Well done." Doji praised. "So, you figured it out. Dr. Ziggurat created that system based on the design of the very same temple. Young Ginga, I'm sure you remember me very well."

"Doji!" Ginga exclaimed,

"The Hades part of Hades Inc. came from the ancient king that we worship, King Hades." Doji explained. "Going after L-Drago and Dr. Ziggurat creating Spiral Force. Everything that we did before was all part of our ultimate goal of reviving the God of Destruction, Nemesis."

"The one controlling Hades Inc. From behind the scenes was I, the descendant of King Hades." Pluto revealed.

"Everything that has happened has all been connected to revive..." Madoka realized.

"The God of Destruction." Ginga hissed.

"At last, King Hades' prophecy will become reality and you will have the honor of being the first to be destroyed." Rago declared and released Nemesis' power.

"Ryuga?" Ginga blinked when L-Drago broke through a nearby wall.

"What's going on here?" Ryuga demanded.

"All the Legendary Bladers are here now." Seina remarked.

"It's been a long time, Master Ryuga." Doji mocked. "I was a fool to believe that you, in my wildest dreams, have been any sort of replacement for someone like Master Rago. Compared to Master Rago, you're absolutely and completely nothing at all. This is the day where you will be squashed by Master Rago like the miserable worm you are."

"You will get a real taste of the difference in your powers." Pluto declared and Rago released even more of Nemesis' power.

"We need to the power of Gaia, now!" Seina shouted.

"The hearts of the Legendary Bladers must become one and Nemesis can be sealed away." Dynamis reminded.

"I will crush that with my very own hands." Ryuga sneered and released L-Drago at Nemesis.

"Let's do this." Ginga turned to the other two. "Kyoya, Chris."

"Whatever." Kyoya spat and the other three released their Beys too.

After a series of rapid clashes against Nemesis, a glowing Cosmic Pegasus slowed as it took point in the east direction. Leone did the same, only in the west direction, Orion in the north and L-Drago in the South.

"What now?" Rago was taken aback when the shining seal appeared beneath Nemesis.

"What is that?" Yuu blinked.

"That is Zeus' Barrier." Dynamis replied. "The goals of the Four Legendary Bladers have become one."

"Seal Nemesis within the barrier." Seina barked, manifesting the Galaxy Wand and tossed the wand in the middle of the energy hemisphere.

"Master Ryuga, I never would've imagined someone like you would team up with someone like Ginga and the likes of him and his friends." Doji taunted. "How far you have fallen. Are you so frightened by the power of Nemesis that you need buddies now?"

"You're not fooling me with that lame taunt." Ryuga snorted. "That said, from the beginning I have only one goal. L-Drago!" he pulled L-Drago from the formation and attacked Nemesis directly. "The strongest Bey that should reign over this world is not the God of Destruction; it is the Dragon Emperor, L-Drago. All of the power you gathered from the Star Fragment will drain into L-Drago and it will all belong to me."

"You fool." Rago sneered. "Someone like you cannot hope to control this much energy. It has become the God of Destruction's power. Your power will be offered to the God of Destruction as well." he let loose Nemesis' power to absorb L-Drago. "All the power of the Star Fragment has been collected at last."

"Not good." Dynamis realized what was about to happen. "Jupiter."

"Don't even try it." Pluto countered with Fusion Hades.

"Show us your true and terrible form, Diablo Nemesis." Rago ordered. "It has been revived at last." he reclaimed his evolved Bey, the Bladers were shielded by Asteria's energy barrier from Nemesis' energy outsurge. "This is the Black Sun itself; the God of Destruction, Diablo Nemesis."
