Chapter 2: Ninja Academy part 1

Author's Note: Okay so yes I did decide to remove Han from the family because it just felt like a little too much.
-Timeskip-
It has been two full months since what was being called "Naruto's rebirth" in the Uzumaki compound. During these two months shit had hit the fan for the Ninja academy which had to be shut down due to conflicting records for present genins and future ones as well. The event started when Roshi had mentioned to the Hokage about Naruto's education had been messed with but when asked to provide proof they did not have any. This did raise an alarm because Roshi was the fourth parent to allege this so the files of all four children files were pulled and what was discovered was indeed grades were messed with creating a full investigation. The headmaster was bought in and questioned about this and after feeling the killing intent coming from Tsunade the man confessed which led to him being stripped of his Jonin rank and fired from ever teaching again with the village. The summer program was cancelled and everyone was allowed their time off so that the Hokages and elite Jonins could fix what was wrong with the Ninja Academy. For Naruto this was great however this meant more training.
During the summer Naruto, Shikamaru, and Shino became close friends. It all started when Naruto and Shino went to the park to play with Naruto's pets and to find bugs. While playing in the park the boys had saw Shikamaru by himself and asked him to join them. Ever since that day the trio have been spending time together either doing some form of training or cloud watching. Shikamaru and Choji just like their fathers weren't speaking it had seemed like the Ino-Shika-Cho trio was done. Shikaku and Inoichi tried to talk to Chōza after the meeting however Chōza wasn't trying to hear from his two friends on how they believe he was wrong.
-Naruto's Eight Birthday-
It was the morning of Naruto's 8th birthday usually he would spend his birthday alone or with Karin and Tayuya however this year his whole family was here. Meanwhile In the village they would traditionally celebrate the defeat of the nine tails and try to hunt down Naruto. Dumb Shinobis would lead these hunts with villagers who wanted to make the demon fox pay for the loss of their family members and the loss of their blessed fourth Hokage. While there were a few who hated these hunts they did nothing about it fearing that they would be attacked by their clansman or taxed by the villagers who owned most of the shops. Upon Naruto's uncle returning to the village with more Uzumaki members the streets of Konoha were littered with dead bodies. Ever since that day the festive that usually happens was cancelled due to the number of killings on this day and a curfew on villagers was placed on allowing ninjas Chunin and up to be on the streets.
Naruto was in the bed in something felt off so he turned over to where his alarm clock was at to see that it was current 0900 hours which made him leap out of the bed. Quickly he ran to the bathroom to do his morning routine so that he could get ready for school. Leaving the bathroom, he went back to his room so that he could get dressed and headed downstairs. While heading downstairs he heard whispers and smelled good food being cooked. Upon his face being seen everyone yelled "HAPPY BIRTHDAY NARUTO!" looking around Naruto saw some of his friends and his clansman. "Thank you all" replied Naruto who didn't expect this to happen.
"Everyone please head to the dining room for food and drinks" said Karin leading the group to where the food was being prepared. Once most of the people were in the dining room two teams of genins started to make everyone plate. After getting their food and sitting down everyone started talking to one another "So Naruto what do you have planned for today?" asked Karin shocking Naruto since lately he hadn't had an opinion on what his day consisted of. "Umm I guess me and friends are going to go play ninja for a few hours" said Naruto hoping that his uncle and cousin let him do this. "Yeah well hopefully we're going to be on the same team this time do want what happened last time to happen again" commented Shikamaru offhandedly. This drew the attention of everyone in the room who wanted to hear what happened knowing that Naruto still pulled pranks from time to time.
"What happened?" asked Roshi whose tone was one of a father ordering his son or nephew to tell him the truth. Naruto, Shino, Ino, TenTen, and Shikamaru looked between each other before Shino being the oldest and respectable spoke "Naruto-san almost burned down a forest" said Shino. "Why the hell are you guys using Ninjutsu and where did you learn it from" questioned one of the older members. "Asuka-sama we weren't using Ninjutsu Naruto placed his hand on a tree and it caught on fire causing other trees to do that same" explained Shikamaru not trying to get in trouble. All the Uzumaki members started looking at each other. Han sent a silent message to the branch members telling them to remove all non-Uzumaki members to a different area of the compound. "Ten-Ten, Shikamaru, Shino, and Ino can you all please follow Neo we need to spoke to young Naruto in private" stated one of the Uzumaki Elders.
After the group left the room all eyes and attention turned to Naruto who immediately felt smaller than he actually was. "Why weren't we told about this earlier" asked Roshi who was looking at his nephew. "We'll I didn't want anyone to know just yet because I knew that my training routine would be changed and I wouldn't be able to see my friends as much" said Naruto who had his head down. Tayuya then slapped him in the back of the head "You damn right your schedule is going to change" said the teen. "Tayuya-chan calm down but as for you Naruto we'll be testing your charka natures today" said Roshi. "Hopefully you'll have charka chains just like your mom" said Karin. "He'll probably have something else no Uzumaki male has had charka chains" commented Rōshi. "I'm ready to give it all I got" said Naruto putting on a fake smile. "Everyone outside to the private training ground" said Roshi getting up.
-5 minutes later-
Everyone was outside and Naruto was holding multiple special charka papers as Roshi and the elders felt that Naruto was going to need them. "Listen closely Naruto if the paper burns you have fire, if the paper splits in half you have wind, if the paper wrinkles you have lighting, if the paper turns to dirt and crumbles you have earth, and if the paper becomes damp you have water" explained his Uncle. After being filled in on how the charka papers work Naruto channeled his chakra into the paper in his hand. Unlike regular charka paper these papers were made to focus on one element to see how strong it was.
Naruto's first paper was focused on Fire. The paper lit a fiery white color, he was informed by Kurama that was going to happen because Kurama's main element is fire however the fire started burning the ground and turned some of the grass to ash. Roshi noted this down seeing that he would have to evaluate Naruto further to see which kekkei genkai he had. Naruto's second paper focused on Earth. The paper was covered with crystal and the grass around him grew high like it wasn't burnt to ash earlier Naruto this surprised everyone Rōshi knew they were going to have to up his training to protect himself from any upcoming threat in the future. Roshi would have to ask for some scrolls on Wood Release from Tsunade. Naruto's third paper was focused on water and the paper became damped however unlike the other two this one wasn't that powerful. The last two papers focused on Lighting and Wind however it was quickly noted by all that he had neither of these affinities.
After figuring out that the boy only had Fire, Earth, and Water as his affinities Roshi started planning the boy new training schedule. "Naruto I want you to do the ram seal and hold it for as long as you can" ordered Roshi. Roshi then wrote something down "Tayuya I need you to take this note to the Hokage" said the man handing her the note. "What about his friends?" asked Karin reminding everyone that they still had guests within the compound. "Oh, Shit I forget about them tell them he'll meet up with them later he needs to train so that nothing like that happens again" said Roshi in a serious tone. Roshi then turned back to Naruto watching the boy.
-Inside-
Karin had decided to walk back into the house to inform Naruto's friends that the event had to be moved back for their safety. Walking to where the group was she saw all of them just sitting around and all of them looked a little worried. "Hey guys I am sorry but Naruto will be training for a couple of hours he'll meet you guys later" said Karin. "Okay tell him we said bye and good luck" replied Ino before leading the group out.
-Back outside-
While watching Naruto Roshi wanted to see something so he stopped the boy "Hey Naruto stop for a moment I need to find something out so sit down and meditate for a moment" stated Roshi. "Hai Uncle" replied Naruto sitting down and focusing on his breathing. Rōshi wanted to test out Naruto kekkei genkais to see which one he had and how powerful they were. However first they needed to get into touch with Kurama to see why and how he got these unusual kekkei genkais. After ten minutes of meditating Roshi and Naruto were in Naruto's mindscape which was a sewer for some reason that Roshi didn't understand and planned to talk to Naruto about it. After walking around and finding Kurama's cage Roshi placed his hand on Naruto's head changing the terrain. Looking up Kurama saw three people in his presence "You're interrupting my sleep what is it that you want?" asked Kurama who was annoyed that his sleep was being messed up.
"We want to know what going on with Naruto what happened that day we changed the seal?" asked Roshi. Kurama thought about no answering however he knew they wouldn't leave without answers "Naruto was born with Uzumaki, Senju, and Namikaze DNA and while the Namikaze isn't really a clan they were known to be as smart as the Nara clan but to answer your question I slowly changed Naruto's DNA to benefit him better" explained Kurama. "The fuck does that mean Kurama? you don't do nice things for others without a return" asked Son Goku as everyone was eyeing Kurama.
"Like I said Naruto has the better potential but he won't be on the level of Minato Namikaze, He'll be able to do most of what the Senju clan members in the past have done however he wouldn't be on Hashirama Senju level, But the great news is that through training he can one of the best Uzumaki clan members ever" explained Kurama in full detail. Both Naruto and Roshi looked confused so Son Goku explained. "Contrary to popular belief no one's DNA is 100% all around your body has limits on it and if a person trains hard they can be even better than the previous generation however when a person like Naruto here is made with multiple DNAs from different clans than there is a chance to break pass the 100% with hard work" explained the Lava Monkey. "However, no one has ever done it talent only gets you so far even someone like Hashirama Senju had to train hard hell he even trained himself to learn to use sage charka without a summoning contract that how powerful he was trust me I would know firsthand" said Kurama.
"The way the world is now his going to have to train harder maybe the boy should learn the Eight Inner Gates?" questioned Roshi who was in a thinking pose. "The strongest humans I've seen in the past few years is the young boy named Rock lee and the man named Might Gai those two have learned my teachings and opened the eight inner gates" said Son Goku. "Your teachings? What do you mean?" asked a confused Naruto. "Opening the Eight Inner Gates isn't something people can do easily it takes time and hard work and training just being someone has a kekkei genkai or dojutsu doesn't make a person powerful those who can open the gates can beat someone with more power than them" answered Son Goku. "If a person can out speed and is stronger than their opponent, he or she will always come out the winner no matter what the opponent has remember this young Uzumaki" said Kurama looking at Naruto. "I'll be able to beat anyone believe it" said Naruto this earned him a smack on the head. "What have you been told about underestimating your opponent?" asked Roshi. "Never do it" replied Naruto. "And why not?" asked Rōshi. "Because it leads to quick deaths" responded Naruto. "Good I see your learning you sometimes you act just like your mother which is kind of good because she had strong heart" said Kurama. "Hey Kurama, what about the kekkei genkais where did they come from?" asked Rōshi. "Bloodlines" said Kurama before disappearing. "Well, I guess it time to see what you got" said Rōshi leaving as well.
-Outside the mindscape-
"Hey Uncle, I was talking to Karin and Tayuya and I was wondering how do I activate my dojutsu?" asked Naruto. When Rōshi heard this, he closed his eyes and when they reopen Naruto saw his eyes were Sliver with 6 circles in them. "These are called the Mind's Eye they allow you to see if a genjutsu was placed on yourself or anyone else they also allow you to see at a greater distance then the Byakugan however there is a third ability which you'll have to find out for yourself" explained Roshi. "They look soo cool how do I activate them?" asked Naruto. Roshi thought about for a moment thinking on how he needed a laugh "Your body probably wouldn't be able to handle them but it will be good to see if you can open them try focusing your chakra to your eyes" said Roshi. Naruto tried to focus charka into his eyes like he was told and after thirty minutes he activated them but couldn't maintain them. He had to sit down and take a breath his body felt tired like he had to been working out for 4 days straight.
-2 hours later-
Naruto had been woken up after a nice little nap. His body felt like it had been healed and refreshed. However, the reason why he woke up was because he felt like someone was watching him sleep. After looking around the field he spotted a person up in a tree which turned out to be his cousin Karin was sitting there watching him. "Well look at who finally woke up" said Karin smiling creepily. "Hey what are you doing here?" asked Naruto sitting up wondering why she was sitting up there and why was she smiling like that. "Watching you sleep" said Karin with a smirk. "That's creepy" replied Naruto backing up from where he was sitting. "Always remember what I told you sleep with one eye open always" said Karin before leaving the area. "Well now that you're up let's get to testing to see what you can do also wipe off your face" said Rōshi who was sitting there meditating.
-First day at the Ninja Academy-
Naruto, Shikamaru, Shino and his pets were walking to the ninja academy Naruto was in the front he was wearing a white hoodie-shirt with the Uzumaki sign on it, He had a mask on that covered the bottom half of his face only showing he eyes, he was wearing blue shorts, his legs were taped up and on his feet was ninja slides. Shino was on the right and was almost wearing the same thing. The only difference was he was wearing a hoodie that had his clan symbol on it that covered his head and glasses that covered his eyes. Shikamaru was on the left matching his friends. The difference for him was that he was wearing a grey shirt and boots instead of slides. To the civilians this looked like three friends matching and trying to look cool while doing it however to the ninjas it looked like a solid team. However, they were wondering who was the Jonin sensei?
"Oi Naruto hopefully this year we can hangout" said Shikamaru. "Yeah Naruto-san please do tell us if you're busy from now on" said Shino looking at the boy in the front. Naruto stopped and turned around "You're just never going to drop the" san" are you? But to answer your question we can hangout after school it just sucks that we don't get a day off from school anymore" said Naruto. "We made it into the academy of course we're not going to get a day off however its only for 5 hours unlike public school where they are required to go there for 9 hours " said Shikamaru who also stopped not breaking formation. "I have to agree with Shikamaru-san" said Shino also stopped. "True but yes party at my house this year" said Naruto. "Your personal house?" questioned Shino. "Yes" answered Naruto. "Good to know can we invite some people" said Shikamaru who took over in the front while his two friends started following him. "Definitely just not Choji you know how my family feels about his clan and his father" said Naruto. "I understand I haven't talked to or even seen him in a while" said Shikamaru thinking about his former best friend.
"Well bad news Choji and a few others who we hate are in Iruka class with us" said Shino. "Makes sense" said Shikamaru he missed he old friend but now he has new ones. "Hey how did you two make it in the academy?" asked Naruto. "We had to take a lot of tests over the summer" said Shino. "Yeah I need a nap from all the work I put into make sure we could be on the same team" said Shikamaru. "Troublesome" said Naruto jokily. "Oi Naruto don't steal my clan's saying" said Shikamaru before he and Naruto blast out laughing while walking into the school Shino smiled a little bit however you couldn't see his face.
-Time skip in the classroom-
When the group made it to the classroom, they saw they were the last ones to make it there. The boys took the desks and seats next to each other in the back of the classroom. They always sat by each other since being placed in an advanced class. Today they would see where they ranked within the class and within the academy overall. After waiting for five minutes a lady slim, tan skinned lady with black hair walked in the room. "Good morning class my name is Sadoru Yuki and before no I am not from the Yuki clan located in the Land of Mist I was born and raised in the Land of Ice moving on and I'll be teaching you for the next 3 to 4 years even if you are 10 or 11 I tell everyone its best to complete your three years here with me I have the highest passing rate" said Sadoru. The trio was confused as they thought they were in Iruka's class so all three of them stood up. "Why are you three standing?" questioned the sensei. "Umm we're supposed to be in Iruka's class" explained Naruto. "No, you three are in the right class so sit down" said Sadoru.
All three did as told and sat down "Okay so here's the plan for the next two months we will be studying battlefields, wars, and strategies year one and year two will focus on Genjutsu and TaiJutsu year three will focus on Ninjutsu and Kenjutsu/BoJutsu" said Sadoru. "More boring education" said Shikamaru who placed his head on the desk. Sadoru threw a kunai at him thankfully Naruto caught it "Head up Shikamaru Nara I knew you father and I know your clan so you better get used to keeping those eyes open after the 2 months are up we get to the fun part physical education" said Sadoru.
"Physical education everyone does that this seems like a waste of time" said a Hyuga member. "Nice to meet you Neji Hyuga and no my dear children for the next three years I will be teaching you in the field and you will be doing teamwork with everyone in the class so you won't be always paired up with your friends" said Sadoru with a wicked smile that promised pain. "When you say in the field what do you exactly mean?" asked Naruto who was lowkey worried. "You'll be playing Capture the flag, Manhunt, Human Shogi, and other games that deal with strategies" said Sadoru who was smiling kind of evilly.
"So, no sleeping for you Shika" said Naruto laughing at his friend misfortune. "Sadoru-sensei do we get to pick our own teams to start off?" asked a girl whose hair made her look like a panda. "Yes Ten-Ten you do however after a while I will be changing it up from time to time" replied Sadoru. "Sensei I see a problem with your plan and how do you know our names?" said Shino. This piqued her interest "and why is that Shino and because I take my job seriously out of every teacher in the whole academy my students have a passing rate of 84%" said Sadoru. "Well due to the new standard junior genin ninjas can't take the full genin test until they complete the 3 years of academy training however when they turn 14 years old that means some of our classmates will be leaving us within a year or two wouldn't that cause a problem?" asked Shino.
"Well for one most of everyone in this classroom is a first year student besides a few, Two even if a student turns fourteen without the required three years of training in the academy a junior genin wouldn't be able to take the test , Three this class is an advance class meaning all of you already have the basics down and now only need field training , Four in the event that someone in this class or any other class feel like their time is being wasted they are allowed to take all the exams and tests however once you're out of the academy and you try to take the full genin test if you fail your ninja career is over" replied Sadoru.
"So, what I'm hearing is that being overconfident could cost you a future career as a ninja if a person doesn't want to be taught the right way" said Shikamaru who was thinking about the information his head. Sadoru just nodded her head yes and the class went silent at the information given to them the new standard makes it to where you could become a ninja early however there was a good chance you were ruin your career. "Alright everyone stand up one by one and take a minute and tell us something about yourself" said Sadoru.
-10 minutes later-
Everyone went in front of the class and said their name, something they liked and a goal they wanted to achieve in life. It was Naruto and his friends turn "My name is Ten-Ten, I like swords, and my goal in life is to be one of the best Kenjutsu specialists in the world" said Ten-Ten before sitting down. "My name is Ino Yamanaka, I like my friends, and my goal is to be the best clan head in the future" said Ino. "My name is Shikamaru Nara, I like sleep, and my goal is to help Naruto to be one of the next Hokages" said Shikamaru. "My name is Shino Aburame, I like my friends and bugs, one of my goals in life to be on the same anbu team as my friends," said Shino. "Thank you Shika anyways my name is Naruto Uzumaki the two jaguars next me are Loki (pointing at the one on his left) and Bella (who was on his right), I like training and my friends, one of goals in the life is to be an anbu captain" said Naruto with a foxy grin. "Okay now that we're done, I want to thank you all now let's get into these lessons so we can get to the fun stuff" said Sadoru.
-3 months later-
Naruto, Ino, Ten-Ten, Shino and Shikamaru were all walking towards the academy and Ino had a burning question to ask but didn't know how to ask it.
"You know what today is right?" asked Kurama.
"Yes King of the hill day" replied Naruto.
"It's the day we get to put that Uchiha in her place," said Kurama.
"We do that every day however she's not in my class" said Naruto.
"When we do get to face her break her jaw" replied Kurama.
"You're so violent.. I love it and yeah I can do that" said Naruto.
"I think one of your friends wants you attention" said Kurama.
-Outside the mindscape-
"Is he ignoring us?" asked Ino who was trying to talk to the boy for the last 3 minutes. "Naruto-san probably thinking on how he's going to keep up his winning streak" said Shino. "I love being on his team hopefully I am on it today" said Ten-Ten. "I know right however when you have to go against him it's like a battle then no matter how hard you fight you're going to lose if you don't outsmart him" said Shikamaru. "You and Shino usually put up a good fight against him" said Ino. "That's because we have trained with him even then we only get close never truly beating him" replied Shino "Plus, the classmates we have don't want to listen to us" said Shikamaru. "I'm not going to lie if they were to listen to you two or even just one of you your team could win" said Naruto now fully back from talking to Kurama.
-5 minutes later-
"Oi Good morning students ready for capture the flag and King of the Hill?" asked Sadoru who was standing outside with her students. "Yes Sensei" replied Naruto and his friends. "Today Naruto, Shino, and Shikamaru will be letting the teams however there is a rule change only Genjutsu and TaiJutsu no using anything else" said Sadoru. "Why those three?" complained one of the students. "Because if I allow them to be on the same team you wouldn't stand a chance" said Sadoru bluntly everyone around the student started to laugh at him. "So, 3 teams of 10 you win take their flag" said Anko as she handed out Blue, White, and Yellow headbands. (Think Cobra Kai- Coyote Creek Training)
Everyone was looking confused on who this woman was and nobody really wanted to get close to her since she had two big ass snakes on her shoulders. "Oh, this is Anko she will be helping me train you guys from time to time" said Sadoru. Anko stood there smiling "Hey brats my name is Anko Mitarashi, I like dumplings and snakes don't piss me or ill feed you to my snakes" said Anko. Anko stood 5'6, had tan skin, and slender frame. She has light brown, pupil-less eyes. Her hair is black with a blue tint. Anko was wearing a custom-made outfit that is crafted of thin metal mesh to fit the lines of her body, that covers her from neck to thigh. Over this, she was wearing a tan overcoat with a purple in-seam with a pocket on each side, a dark orange miniskirt, a dark blue belt, and pale grey shin guards. In addition to the typical forehead protector and she wore a small pendant that looked like a snake fang.
"What do you mean you'll be here for a month would it be better to be our second teacher?" said Neji. "Look I'm going to be up front I don't like brats that much and having to train people who didn't want to get better isn't my cup of tea" said Anko. "For the next couple of months, we'll be having Chunin and Jonin ninjas coming in to help with your training" said Sadoru. "So, they sent in a second teacher to stop little old me? Said Naruto smiling like he was on top of the world. "The world doesn't rotate around you Naruto" said Ino. "Actually, it seems like it does seeing as I've been assigned to the class as well as Anko" said Hana who was walking up with her two dogs.
"Hey Hana-chan" said Anko. "Hey Anko-chan" said Hana. "Ha as I said before I'll say again, I AM THE KING OF Capture the flag" yelled Naruto for all to hear. "May I ask why two Jonins are here?" asked Shikamaru. "I'm a Chunin and I'm here to help you beat Naruto at manhunt" said Hana as she waved at a girl named Rin who waved back. "Same although I'm here to make sure he keeps winning this is going to be one fun C-rank mission" said Anko. "Why is it ranked as a C rank?" asked Ino. "That's because the game will be happening outside the village" said Anko. Before anyone could say anything "Let's go class last one there doesn't get to pick what team they want to be on" said Sadoru after that everyone bolt to the gates
-20 minutes later-
After giving all the kids 10 minutes to grab the items they needed from their house they all met at the gates to get signed out and went 10 minutes out from the village. After making it to the area the teams were given 5 minutes to talk strategies with their team.
The team were the following:
Team Anko: Naruto, Ten-Ten, Neji, Rin, and 6 other cannon folders
Team Hana: Shikamaru, Ino, Jess, Gus and 6 other cannon folders
Team Sadoru: Shino, Rock Lee, Kia, Kio and eight other students
-With Naruto's group-
"Welp time to go get another win" said Naruto confidently as he was stretching. "That would make you 4-0 in this game while being 7-2 in the class one win behind Shikamaru" said Neji smirking. "Shut up Hygua no one was talking to you" replied Naruto whose bubble was busted. Everyone besides Rin started laughing at Naruto who had a rain cloud over his head "You know you don't have to bring that up" said Naruto. "I brought it up because it seems like lately you've been getting a big head you forget you're going against Shino and Shikamaru with Rock Lee on Shino's team and Shikamaru got both Kia and Kio they have been close to beating you lately you may want to come up with a good plan this time" said Neji. "You sound like you're against me" said Naruto who was eyeing Neji. "He is right Naruto there are no using Ninjutsu this time" said a girl named Rin she was always on Naruto's team. Rin Inuzuka the traditional blue markings, stands 5'0, skinny, olive skin, and wears an outfit similar to her cousin Kiba. "Rin how many times have I led us to victory?" asked Naruto. Rin didn't answer knowing that he was right however someone else answered "While you are on an undefeated streak all three have been close victories" stated TenTen. "We're wasting time let's talk strategies" said Neji.
-With Shino's group-
"Our plan will be to take out everyone apart of Naruto's and Shikamaru's group," said Shino. This confused everyone in the area "Why the people around them and not attack them first they'll be our biggest problem" said one of his teammates named Kia. "Because Shikamaru is one of the best shogi players in the village and Naruto has pulled off some of the biggest pranks around the village and hasn't been caught for them they both in their own way are strategist" explained Shino. "Naruto is also one of the best fighters I have fought against if you run into him flee" said Rock Lee. "What happened to your "Flames of youth," said Kio Uchiha who had on a lower facemask.
"Remember a year ago when that rogue ninja tried to kidnap Hinata?" replied Shino to this everyone nodded yes. "Yes, but he was cover… wait don't tell me Naruto did that" said Kia who remembered how they found the man. "Yes, that was him more specifically it was his traps" said Shino. Everyone froze and was a little scared from what they heard was that the man was almost blown up and lost a limb from one of the traps going off. "You don't think he would set one of those up do you that would be most unyouthful?" asked Rock Lee. "No, the problem is he's going to have his team to set up traps that would slow down and weaken us or ones that would make it hard for us to hide and make us easily seen" said Shino. "So, what's the plan" asked Kia twin sister of Kio. "The plan is-" said Shino.
-Over to Team Shikamaru-
Everyone was standing around looking at Shikamaru who was laying on the ground looking up at the sky. "Hey, are you going to say anything?" asked Jessica. "What do you mean?" asked Shikamaru. "Shika you're the leader of the group you're supposed to lead us" said Ino. "Oh, now you want to listen to me nope I'm good do what you always do" Said Shikamaru who was still laying down on the ground in his mind he had a plan to win without his team. "Okay since our "leader" going to help us I have a plan" said Gus.
-5 minutes later-
A fireball rose to the sky stating that the game has begun.
-10 minutes later-
Most of Shikamaru's group had been caught and had they flags taken only he, Ino and one other student was left. Naruto's group had lost half of its members due to them not wanting to follow the plan and ended up being picked off one by one. Shino's group had only lost two people following his plan which was to follow Shino's bugs to find people and take them down silently.
-5 minute later-
The game in the last five minutes had changed dramatically Shino who had eight people only had him and Rock Lee left while Shikamaru was the only member left on his team. Both Shikamaru and Shino were trying figure out how to win since both of their plans were ruined by a genjutsu of darkness and false illusions. Oddly neither of them could break the genjutsu and they could've sworn it was still daytime.
-Quick flashback-
"Hey guys I have a jutsu that'll level the playing field however Neji will be the only person on our team who will be able to move freely" said Naruto. "Well use it and I'll take care of the rest" said Neji everyone else sat down knowing this was plan B and they weren't needed. "Hey Kurama, I'm going to need some of your charka to push this further out," said Naruto. "You're planning on doing that move to two guys who you worked with on this move?" asked Kurama. "Yeah, it'll work" said Naruto. "Naruto, I understand that you have a Hyuga on your team however Shino and Shikamaru are even smarter than you don't you think they would have a counter going up against this jutsu?" said Kurama. "Don't know if you don't try" said Naruto before going through the hand signs to try one of the jutsus his cousin taught him.
"Demonic Illusion: Double False Surroundings Technique" yelled Naruto this took lot of chakra out of him because he was pushing it further than usual possible.
-Flashback end-
After thinking about it "Damn it it's that jutsu I need to meet with Shino/Shikamaru" they both thought.
-5 minutes later-
The only three who were left were Shikamaru, Shino and Rock Lee because Neji had beaten everyone else on the other teams and went back to where his group was located at. "Hey Naruto, you can drop the jutsu and only three of them left" said Neji. "Who's.. Left" said Naruto in between breaths dropping the jutsu. "Shino, Rock Lee and Shikamaru" explained Neji. "Let me guess you couldn't find them it was as if they disappeared in the darkness," said Naruto. "Yes how did you know?" asked Neji who was eyeing his team leader. "HA I WAS RIGHT" yelled Kurama. Naruto tuned him out "I figured they would team up" said Naruto. "And you didn't say anything why?" asked Neji who was upset. "They're my best friends I can't give up their secrets the fact that you caught all of their teammates means that they kept mine as well" said Naruto.
"Let's go out and find those two they couldn't have gotten far" said Ten-Ten. "Byakugan" said Neji activating his dojutsu. "Do you see them?" asked Rin. "Yes I need two people to follow me" said Neji. "I'll go with you" said Ten-Ten. "Fine you two with me so we can win this" said Neji running off with both TenTen and Rin following him.
-Over with Shino, Rock Lee, and Shikamaru-
"You want to team up till its only us left" said Shikamaru.
"We are going up against Neji Hyuga and Naruto so yes," said Shino.
"Us three vs them" said Rock Lee.
"I see your finally dropping the "san" said Shikamaru.
"Shikamaru-san you and Naruto-san need to get used to it" said Shino.
"Fine, however, let's move from this area" said Shikamaru.
-5 minutes later-
"Found you finally" said Rin who was getting tired of looking for these three. "You don't know how to be quiet do you?" asked Neji. Rin glared at the boy "Let's just take them down so I can get back to my Naruto-kun" said Rin with hearts in her eyes she loved her big brother figure. Both Shino and Shikamaru looked at each other then towards the girl "Who are you again?" questioned Shikamaru. "I am Naruto-kun best friend" said the girl smiling. "Well, that's strange because we are Naruto's best friends and we've never seen you around" said Shino. "I agree you don't be around us like that" said Shikamaru.
"Well as an Inuzuka and as a person who's always been next to Naruto he's my best friend" said Rin. "If you're a Inuzuka where is your nin dog?" asked Neji. "Can we stop talking and take them down" said TenTen. "Split up and take them down " said Shikamaru all three moved away from each other. "Damn it I'm going back to Naruto-kun you two do what you want" said Rin.
"Stupid fan girl let's attack Shino first" said another person who followed them.
"You do what you want I'm going after Rock Lee" said Neji before running in the direction Rock Lee went.
-With Rock Lee-
Rock Lee didn't run far and was now waiting on whoever was following him though a part of him wanted it to be Neji and lucky he got what he wanted. "Well, I guess you were waiting for me?" said Neji. "This should be a youthful battle" said Rock Lee dropping some weights. "Yeah yea time you to lose to me for the 20th time" said Neji smiling at his one his rivals. Neji and Rock Lee ran at each other exchanging punches and kicks. Rock lee after a few minutes started to get an upper hand on Neji however Neji wasn't one of the top Hyuga and future clan leader for no reason. After capitalizing on a few key missed punches and kicks by Rock Lee, Neji turned the battle in his favor. "Time to finish this EIGHT TRIGRAMS: SIXTEEN PALMS" yelled Neji delivering sixteen strikes to Rock Lee knocking him out.
-With Shino-
Shino was running when he felt something slam into him. After getting up and turning around he saw Naruto and Ten-Ten he knew in his mind he had to lose them and catch up with Rock Lee or Shikamaru. "Don't let him get away" said Naruto to his two jaguars after this order both chased after Shino. "Isn't that the way to the traps?" asked Ten-Ten taking out a pair of brass knuckles. "Yes, it is by the time we catch up to him he'll be tired" said Naruto as he also took out brass knuckles just like his friend.
"Naruto-nee-san when am I going to get my partner?" asked Rin who was wearing gloved iron claws. Naruto was a little spooked that she came out of nowhere but answered her "I'm sorry but you're an Inuzuka member you would have to ask your cousin Hana" replied Naruto. "I did but I want a wolf not dog yes they are great but wolves are better " said Rin. "While you two are here talking he's getting away right" stated Ten-Ten to both of her partners. Naruto and Rin looked where Shino was just at and realized she was right "Oh, shit your right let's get him" said Naruto as he ran after the boy followed by TenTen and Rin.
-With Shino-
Shino was running away from Loki and Bella who had been chasing after Shino for the last five minutes and wasn't showing signs of being tired. Shino on the other hand was trying to not hurt the two nin animals of his best friend however it was proving hard because of the number of traps that were in the area. At some point during the run, he could have sworn that he had a sprained ankle due to jumping over a pit that the two jaguars fell into. After taking a two-minute break from running he heard his friend and he sounded close, which wasn't good. "Loki said this is the last place he smelled Shino at," said Naruto to his two teammates. "You can understand them?" asked Ten-Ten knowing Naruto wasn't from the Inuzuka clan. "I'm still learning however I'm pretty sure I'm right" said Naruto. "Naruto you're close however what he said was that Shino is near" corrected Rin.
"See like I said I'm learning" said Naruto to this both jaguars sawed at him (yea the noise a jaguar makes is called a saw).
"Well then if he's in the area we should find him easily since its five of us" said Ten-Ten. "Hold on let me see if I can sense him my cousin taught me something during the summer" said Naruto. "I give up I am outnumbered, and you would have found me" said Shino who came from behind a tree limping. "Welp one down two more to go," said Rin. "Actually, only Shikamaru is left" said Neji who was carrying a unconscious Rock Lee on his shoulders. "I think I know where he is at" said Naruto
-5 minutes later with Shikamaru-
"How's your cloud watching going?" asked Naruto who had found his friend laying down in the forest.
"Who's all left in the game?" asked Shikamaru who was still on the ground.
"My team and just you" answered Naruto.
"You came here by yourself that's not smart Naruto" said Shikamaru.
"Its three on one but even without my nin animals I can beat you" said Naruto smiling.
"Damn he does have a point and I am outnumbered" thought Shikamaru.
"I give up" said Shikamaru.
"Good choice" said Naruto.
-15 minutes later-
When Team Naruto got back to the teachers, they handed over all the headbands making them the winners of the game. It was only noon and they had time for one more game before lunch break. However, this time the game they were playing was King of the Hill. Unlike how King of the Hill is usually played since Naruto's team won they would hold the high ground first and every other team would have to try to knock them off to win the game. Naruto's new team consisted of himself, Rin, Shino who was going to be their strategist since he was hurt and Shikamaru while everyone else would try to take them down.
"Announcement whichever team takes down Naruto's will get two hundred points towards their grade" said Sensei Yuki. "Wait what do we get if we win?" asked Naruto. "In the event that you keep the hill your team will get the two hundred points which would bump your team in the team four highest students in the class" answered their sensei. "Our team is going to win not theirs" thought all the students. "Naruto you and your group will be given a 5-minute head start to get you castles together" said Anko. "Before we go I must ask why are we being graded on these games?" asked Shino which was a solid question to ask. "These games are being counted as field test as I said before we got all the boring stuff out of the way now you used what you learned though battle history and use it in the field" said Sadoru.
"So, it doesn't matter if we win or lose it only matters how we win and lose?" asked Rin. "Correct" replied Sadoru. "Also, this will be timed you have 30 minutes to find capture Naruto who isn't allowed to fight back his clones and teammates are the only people who can fight back" said Hana. "This should be easy" said Edge however what he heard next made him drop his head. "Wait where did they go?" asked Rock Lee who could've sworn he was looking at them the whole time. Neji activated his dojutsu "They're gone along with that Rin girl who was the only person who was still here also Lee be very care of their genjutsu" said Neji. "Why?" asked Rock Lee. "Because their genjutsu are powerful and seem real as water and sand" said Neji answering his friend.
"I'll let you in on a secret Naruto's genjutsu has to do with the amount of charka he put within his jutsu" said Sadoru. "Yeah the brat is just throwing charka at his jutsu if you can outthink him you'll be able to beat him" said Anko who had watched Naruto train before. "Not going to lie if trained on how to use his nin animals he would be a great future hunter" said Hana who was thinking about training the young ninja on how to use his nin animals. "Well, it's been five minutes you have thirty minutes to find them I suggest you split up to cover more ground" said Anko. Everyone who took off running had gotten caught up in traps that was set up while Naruto had his genjutsu put up. They're going to get picked off one by one" said Hana. "Yeah, there is no unity within them" said Sadoru.
-5 minutes earlier-
Naruto and his group get out of left after Shino asked his "question" they had only five minutes to plan and they had to survive 30 minutes.
"Oi Kit you have wood release I know one jutsu that you could use" said Kurama. "Which Jutsu?" asked Naruto. "I'm sending the hand signs to your memories," said Kurama. After receiving the memories, he went through the hand signs "Wood Release: Nativity of a Sea of Trees" yelled Naruto when his hand hit the ground there was a whole new fresh forest within the forest. "Well then I am glad I'm on your team" said Rin who was just looking at all the trees which had different color leaves on them. "We're going to win this easily" said Shikamaru who was cloud watching until the new tree formed blocking the clouds.
"Kage Mult-Shadow Clone Jutsu" said Naruto who made over 300 clones all of them were made to follow each of his teammates. "What's the plan?" asked Shino. "Well Shino you're going to be with me defending the castle however you'll be protecting the layer of the new base" said Naruto. "Which Genjutsu are you going to use?" asked Rin. "Bringer-Of-Darkness" replied Naruto. "That's an A-rank jutsu" said Shikamaru who was a little surprised his friend could pull that off. "It takes some charka however I'm going to put more charka into five of my clones so that could pull off that jutsu" said Naruto. "Let's do plan thirty-two I'm need two hundred clones" said Shikamaru. "You heard him we're doing plan thirty-two move out" said Naruto to his clones. Shikamaru and the clones moved out to set up the traps and do cause more chaos after they were gone Naruto made three hundred more clones.
"A hundred of you follow Rin" said Naruto. "What's plan thirty-two?" asked Rin confused since she never trained with the boy before. "Plan thirty-two is what happened to me earlier honestly is a plan to cause a mess pull people's attention one way and then have the traps injure them slowly" said Shino who was still nursing his ankle. "I see well then I'll do my best" said Rin before running off with her group of clones. "Shino you have leadership over these clones I'll be in the forest waiting for anyone who can make it pass you guys" said Naruto. "No one has beaten us before" said Shino.
"Neji is out to prove he can be us along with him are Ten-Ten, Ino, Rock Lee, Edge, and the twins they may not get along however we have over twenty people coming after us" said Naruto. Shino thought about it for a moment "I see then I will do my best" said Shino. "That's all I ask my friend" said Naruto before walking away. "So, you're going to give me control over these clones?" asked Kurama. "Sure but no killing" said Naruto. "I won't kill them but I will scare the shit out of them" said Kurama. "Of course, you would do that" said Naruto who went through a couple of hand signs and made five clones that were made from Kurama's charka. Those clones look totally different from the regular clones Naruto made. The clone had red silted eyes along with red hair which had a yellow line going down the middle, and the clones stood taller than the original.
"Kurama?" asked Naruto. "Yes brat now back up," said Kurama. "Bringer-Of-Darkness" said Kurama clones cause areas of the forest to be covered in darkness. "Damn it I can't see anything," said Naruto "Adjust your eyes Kit I've advance your senses," said Kurama. "Is it this dark everywhere?" asked Naruto now being able to see five feet in front of him. "I've moved the 4 other clones out near the forest so yes it's dark everywhere make more clones half of them will be working on your fire release and the other half will be working on your Earth release," said Kurama. "Okay what will I be doing?" asked Naruto as he made the requested clones. "We're going to see how much charka you have then you'll be going over charka control" said Kurama. "Sure, that should be fun" said Naruto. "We'll be seeing if you say that later on" said Kurama.
-With Shino's group-
"Then I guess you guys can keep digging holes" said Shino as he could only see what was in front of his hands. "They can see what you cannot," said Kurama. This voice scared Shino who didn't know who this voice belonged to. "Naruto?" asked Shino hoping it was his friend. "Nope I am the other guy" replied Kurama. "Oh, hello fox-san" said Shino knowing that Kurama was the nine tails that lived within Naruto. "I can heal your ankle it's going to burn a bit though" said Kurama. "Thank you but no I didn't think bugs would enjoy your charka flow through me" replied Shino. "Alright" said Kurama as he sat down and channeled charka to the area connecting it to the other darkness. "Bringer-Of-Darkness" said the second clone that Kurama controlled.
-With Rin and Shikamaru-
"You may want to take a seat if you're as close as you say you are you will know what's about to happen" said Shikamaru. "Well..Umm… Okay you got me and Naruto aren't best friends however ever since we been teaming up I've seen him as a big brother I'm not really liked by my clan that much" said Rin confessing. "I'm guessing that's why you don't have a dog partner" said Shikamaru. "No, I don't have a nin dog because I love wolves" said Rin with stars in her eyes. "Wait I know you you're the girl who was found in the forest of death a couple of years ago" said Shikamaru who was laying down with his eyes closed. "Yes and what's going on?" replied Rin who was a little scared that things were getting dark quickly.
"I'll explain Naruto's Genjutsu never feels like a regular genjutsu because they are not hell he really can't do normal genjutsus however his cousin Tayuya taught him some jutsus that affect the area meaning that when he uses genjutsu everyone is affected not just one person" explained Shikamaru. "So, if it's not a normal genjutsu then what is it?" questioned Rin who was confused. "It's a yang-yin genjutsu" answered Kurama. "Fox?" asked Shikamaru. "Fox where?" asked Rin looking around still not seeing anything. "Not where but who" stated Shikamaru. "Whose Fox?" asked Rin who was using her nose to sniff the air however didn't smell anything besides Shikamaru, dirt, and Naruto's clones.
"Don't worry about that now anyways here's a nin cat her name is Jade" said Kurama handing the girl a cat. Jade was a young cat, her fur was yellow with a black heart shape on her back, her eyes were green, it was only 2 feet tall. "Thanks, but I don't think I'll be able to accept her" said Rin. "If you really think you're an Inuzuka member then your dumb as hell you are from the Neko clan a cat clan," informed Kurama. "Why do you say that?" asked Shikamaru who was confused. "Earlier she heard the Jaguars clearly that is one of the traits of that clan" replied Kurama. "True jaguars are known as big cats" said Shikamaru. "Meow" said Jade. "Well, hey to you as well… wait I understand her" said Rin Neko. "Your worse than Naruto you brats never listen" said Kurama shaking the clone's head.
"Fox may I ask why you're here?" asked Shikamaru who attached his shadow to Kurama's. "One remove your shadow from me and two I'm not the original I'm just connecting the jutsu" said Kurama before the two clones sat down. "Bringer-Of-Darkness" said Kurama.
-With the other groups-
Both groups decided to team up against Naruto group however it seemed that Naruto and his friends had some aces up their sleeves. Neji using his dojutsu lead the group but when the genjutsu shadowed over the training ground people started getting lost. Multiple people tried to disable the genjutsu but quickly learned that it was a waste of time and charka since every time they did a new illusion just showed up. "Damn it what the hell is going on here?" asked Neji. "Kai" said Ten-Ten however nothing happened. "Stop doing that and Lee stop attacking me" said Edge who was trying to block who he thought was Rock Lee. "Rock Lee is nowhere near us what-" said Ino before blocking a punch.
"We're being attack spread out!" yelled Neji blocking two punches coming to his face. The clones started throwing stones, rocks, and kunais; most of the students got hit by the items expect a few people. "Everyone run" said Edge. "No don't run" said Ten-Ten however it was too late, over half of the group fell into the holes that was created by the clones.
"Damn it everyone hold their positions and protect yourself," said Neji.
"Hold your fire" said Rin her voice echoing.
"Is that Rin?" asked one student.
"Where is she?" asked another.
"Neji what can you see?" asked Ino.
"Nothing other than 15 feet in front of me" replied Neji.
"You guys should give up Rin here can smell you and me, Shino, and Naruto plans haven't been beaten" stated Shikamaru whose voice echoed.
"Don't we have two Inuzuka twins?" asked Edge.
"They along with a few other people haven't been seen in a minute," said Kio.
"Half of you charge the other half keep firing" said Shikamaru.
"Damn it" Ten-Ten who had two swords out.
-on the other side of the field-
"Let's regroup with Shino" said Shikamaru.
"Sure" said Rin as she picked up her nin cat.
"Hey Fox, can you lead us to the Shino" said Shikamaru.
"I'll have one of the clones I control lead you and this one will stay here" said Kurama.
-Back to the other side of the field-
After a few minutes it seemed like the darkness in the area was getting lighter and when a few people noticed this they tried to dispel the genjutsu however it didn't work but they could now see more things around them. "Finally, I can see more then my- oh my god Lee" said Ino who was looking at Rock Lee who was bloody and beaten as well as some other classmates. Ino and a few others had turned their backs away from the boy, not wanting to look his bloody body. "We need to get them" said Ten-Ten who was still ducking and dodging.
"We need to get pass them first" said Neji pointing at the clones who were at this point throwing anything they had. "Not going to happen" said one of the clones. "Water Release: Water Bullet" yelled 5 clones as water filled their lungs and they blew it out towards the group. "Wind Release: Wind Bullet" yelled Kio and Ko this blocked only two attacks the other three attacks hit random clones. "Poison Release: Mist bloom" yelled Ino a purple mist blow towards the clones making it hard for them to breathe. Slowly one by one the clones choked and died the one who was maintaining the genjutsu had even died.
-With Naruto and Kurama-
"I just lost a clone to a dangerous kekkei genkai called poison release be careful" said Kurama. "So, I'm not the only one creating new things" replied Naruto who was digging a hole. "From what I can see she's down on one knee meaning she's not using it also you have a new clan member" said Kurama. "Who is it?" asked Naruto. "Rin" answered Kurama. "Rin? Wait I thought you said she was a Inuzuka member" stated Naruto who was already 4 feet deep in the ground.
"Have ten of your clones dispel so the others would get the memories also your time is running out so hurry up" said Kurama. Ten clones in the area dispel every clone in the area stopped and adjusted their fighting styles. Naruto fighting style use to be a brawler however over the years he has been learning Judo, Boxing, and Taekwondo the Uzumaki clan mixed all three to incorporate the kata style that only they could use successfully. A minute later he got the memories of what happened on the battlefield however Kurama blocked most of the useless memories.
-5 minutes later with Shikamaru, Rin, and Shino-
Shikamaru and Rin were safely led to where Shino was at. "They made you move back?" asked Shino whose bugs told him that Rin and Shikamaru were near him. "We needed to move back because she doesn't know plan thirty-two and I need one of you for this to go right" stated Shikamaru. "Naruto is six feet deep into the ground right now I'll take you to him" replied Kurama. "Thanks Fox" said Rin as she and the Kurama controlled clone sat down. "Where did you get he weird cat from?" asked Shino who knew the girl didn't have one earlier. "No time to explain Naruto's running out of charka soon" said Kurama changing the topic.
"He must be planning something" said Shino. "Why is he digging?" asked Rin. "Yeah you may team up with Naruto a lot but you don't pay attention to things when stuff hits the fan" said Shikamaru. "Follow me young lady and I'll explain to you what's going on" said Kurama. "Let's go" said Shino standing up and started limping to his friend.
-Back with the Team Neji and Team Ino-
What started as two teams of thirteen members of two teams now only had fourteen members left. Both teams decided to work together since they only had ten minutes left during this field test. The problem was that half of them wanted to quit since Naruto had gone overboard again and ended up hurting multiple classmates. After five minutes of discussing, they had decided that continuing this game wouldn't be safe and decided to wave the white flag though some of them didn't agree.
"Well now you see why I don't allow them to be on the same team" said Sadoru putting everyone of edge. "Yeah that genjutsu barrier is strong" commented Neji. "Genjutsu what?" questioned a few people at the same time. "Unlike a charka barrier this barrier is one made of high-level surface genjutsus meaning they don't only affect a person's senses they affect the whole area" explained Anko who was standing in a tree. ""Here's the facts you won't win both of your teams are down seven members each whether it be injuries or just be kidnapped if I was you I would give up" said Hana.
"We..we can still win" said Ino however no one behind her agreed. "We can still beat them" continued the girl. "Ino we can't beat them they teamwork is overpowered," said Kia. "Come on guys all we have to do-" Said Ino before she was cut off. "NO THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO JUST LOOK AT ROCK LEE HELL LOOK AROUND YOU ITS OVER" yelled Ten-Ten while pointing at Rock Lee who was laid out. "Ino they are ruthless and we only have nine minutes left with Rock Lee down and the other half of our teams down plus traps that haven't be triggered we could end up in some deep sh-stuff" said Kia.
"I must agree as much as my Uchiha genes are tell me to fight I have to use logic" said Kio who usually was one for a fight. Seeing Kio wanting to give up convinced others that this was one fight they couldn't win. However, their sensei wasn't going to let them go out like that "Hey look here there are fourteen of you they only have four members and if you haven't noticed your other teammates have been kidnapped so your new mission is to save them" said Hana. "If it was me I would keep going after the mission also you have only 10 minutes left" said Sadoru.
"What do we do?" asked a girl named Jessica. "We find our teammates and save them" said Neji.
-Over with Naruto's group-
"All three of your teammates are coming here especially Rin who is from the Neko clan" stated Kurama. "What happened is she okay?" asked Naruto. "Yes however she has become a liability she doesn't know what to do" replied Kurama. "Damn it" thought Naruto who started to stand however Kurama grabbed the boy signaling him to stay where he was. "Try the technique that we've been working on before your body gives out" demanded Kurama. "I'm not a Yamanaka you know I don't think this will ever work" said Naruto. "Kit I'm inside of you controlling four clones that have be giving information you and your team this whole time all four clones are a good distance away from each other as well all you now to do is send information from yourself to your clone mentally I know you can do it" said Kurama.
"I give it a try Hello; can any clones hear me" thought Naruto focusing on his clones however there was no answer. "Hello" He tried again however this time there was an answer a whole bunch of them which give him a sight headache. "OI/Hi/Hello" replied 300 clones at the same time. "Well see that wasn't so bad" said Kurama. What was bad was the fact that the small headache was the tipping point and which led to Naruto passing out from charka exhaustion. "Damn it!" yelled Kurama as he lost control over the clones he was controlling.
When Shino, Shikamaru and Rin entered the area all they saw was a large hole and when they looked in they saw an unconscious Naruto but no clones which wasn't a good sign. "Welp that's not good" stated Rin which made everyone look at her look she was dumb. "Ya think we just lost our best player we just have to hope the traps hold up or we are going to lose" said Shino who started walking after from the group. "What's the plan?" asked Rin who still didn't know. "You sit there and watch over Naruto we'll hand whoever comes this way. "Okay Imma just sit here since no one wants to tell me what's going on" said Rin.
-Back to Neji's group-
"We have eight minutes to save our teammates" said Neji who was leading the group.
"How are supposed to save people if we can't see where the traps are at?" asked Ino.
"I can see the trap so I'll continue to lead you guys just follow me" stated Neji.
-3 minutes later-
"I see them however I don't see any Naruto clones however which is either a good thing or terrible since we could be injured if we don't play it safely" commented Neji. "Well, we have five minutes later are we doing this thing or what?" questioned TenTen. "I think we should just attack them its ten or four we outnumber them" commented Ino. "That doesn't mean anything we still need to watch out for traps and that is a sheep hill to climb up" said Kia who was looking at the large manmade hill. "The problem is that we need to capture Naruto whose inside of the hill" stated Neji. "Wait we have-" TenTen was cut off by another student named Gus "We don't have a lot of time let's just hail mary this and hope for the best" said Gus who started running towards the hill. "Yeah" said a few others following the boy. "Why is he so damn stupid" said Neji glaring at the back on the boy. "He's always doing this bullshit it's going to get him killed one day let's go we have to use the numbers advantage" said TenTen running after her dumb teammates. "FUCK!" yelled Neji before following everyone. The only person who did run into battle was Ino who didn't want to get dirty and lose like everyone else.
-10 minutes later-
Most of the students were back in front of their sensei Sadoru Yuki however a few were taken to the hospital. "Well, I see I have more to teach you especially a certain few of you who decided that teamwork isn't your first option" said the sensei. "Hai Sensei" replied the class. "Now go to lunch and be back at two pm you deserve a longer break" said Sadoru. Everyone took off running to go get some food once everyone was gone Anko and Hana walked up to her. "That Naruto kid went overboard" said Hana. "Yes multiple kids were hurt purposely they are genins he pulled off a genjutsu and beat his fellow classmates like pinatas" added Anko. Sadoru listened and wrote down what they said so that she could bring it up to Naruto's uncle see as she had been having this same problem for a minute now. "Thank you for you insights but I must remind you both that this is an advanced class not a regular one like Iruka's" replied Sadoru before walking off.
