Hey there, so I decided to make a good Bisohock x One Piece crossover. Like, there isn't a good fanfic between these twos. I mean come on, can you just imagine what could happen if the Straw Hats would go around and mess with the cities and the mutants? Dealing with the stories and the philosophy, fighting giant monsters and other things! This is set for amazing things!
First of all, this will be based on Bioshock Infinite. It's my favorite game in the franchise and the one I played the most, I mean a city under the water would be fun, but it will be boring because Luffy wouldn't be able to go all out because he could destroy Rapture with his punches. Second, this takes place after Wano, so we have Jinbei in the crew and Gear 5 is on the table. I hope you all understand.
I don't know when I am going to update this one, but here is something that I will say…Elizabeth will have a crush on Luffy.
I don't know if I ever get to deal with that crazy ending but let's see what happens. Enjoy.

On an island on the New World
Monkey D. Luffy, recent made an emperor of the sea was resting on a random island that was on the South part of the New World. The group was taking some repair on the Sunny, looking for more supplements and kind enjoying a few more days without having to fight for their life.
The crew were in a park in the middle of the city that they were in, the girls had a bunch of shopping bags, the guys had some stuff, but not a great quantity compared to the girls. Luffy was oddly quiet, which made the crew confused.
''Hey Luffy, whats wrong? You are weirdly quiet.'' Said Usopp.
''I am kind of bored.'' Said Luffy which made Nami annoyed.
''Oh come on! We are taking a break! Don't go around picking fight, we are still shaking from Wano.'' Said Nami.
''Hey, I am not saying that I want to fight! I am just saying that I am bored.'' Said Luffy.
''Luffy, we know you bro. You either wants to fight or eat.'' Said Franky.
''Come on! I am more than just that!'' Said Luffy annoyed as he put his hat on his head.
Robin just laugh at that, her captain never changes and she was glad for that.
''Well we might find something fun to do.'' Said Robin.
''The captain wants an adventure, so let's see what can we find.'' Said Zoro.
''No! Please!'' Scream Nami in tears.
''Yes! Let us rest!'' Said Usopp.
''Have mercy!'' Said Chopper.
''You all can stay behind.'' Said Jinbei.
''You don't understand Jinbei, if Luffy is causing havoc all of us will get a taste of that. It's like the universe punishing us.'' Said Nami in tears.
''I see.'' Said Jinbei just nodding at that.
The crew just wondered what will happen, Luffy was like a magnet for trouble or adventure. They wonder what will happen next towards them.
''Come on guys! We can get some treasure or find something really cool to explore!'' Said Luffy.
''Forget it! We are staying on this island for a few days and then we will go back to sea. Don't you forget it that Law and Kidd have also Poneglyfis. We need to get to Laftel before them.'' Said Nami.
''I just wanted to see something cool. Something we can all enjoy and have fun along the way.'' Said Luffy.
''I think I've got something for you all.'' Said someone out of the blue.
''uh?'' Asked the group.
The crew turn around and saw a weird man, he had dark slick hair, a little beard and some nice clothes. However, he was emitting some weird vibes.
''Who are you?'' Asked Sanji.
''I am just a simple merchant. I was hearing your friend and I think I got the perfect place for you all to explore.'' Said the man.
He hands them a little card with a name written there.
``Columbia. ``
''What is this?'' Asked Brook.
''This is a special place, a very secret one.'' Said the man getting Luffy attention.
''Really?!'' Said Luffy all excited.
''What is so special about this place?'' Asked Zoro.
''Its a sky city, a secret sky city that the world government doesn't know.'' Said the man.
The group upon hearing that were in shock. Some of the pirates had flashbacks from Skypia, the others look a bit confused.
''A sky city!'' Said Franky.
''Yes, it's a really special one. If you go there you will be changed.'' Said the man.
''Is this a trap?'' Asked Zoro.
''Oh no! Who would be able to handle a Yonko crew? I mean, this city is a simple one so there is nothing to be worried about it.'' Said the man.
''I see. So no playing games.'' Said Sanji.
''Exactly.'' Said the man.
''Its been years since I've been on a sky island. I haven't been into one since I became a Warlord.'' Said Jinbei.
''I never been into a Sky Island.'' Said Franky.
''Me neither.'' Said Brook.
''We been to one and we almost died!'' Said Nami.
''At least we got a ton of gold. We even got the Sunny thanks to the Gold from Skypia.'' Said Usopp.
''Yeah, I like sky Island, I just didn't like the whole war that was going on.'' Said Chopper.
''There are no tricks going on here. I just think that you and your crew would enjoy some time in the clouds.'' Said the man.
''Oh thanks! Ok suit, we will go.'' Said Luffy.
''Where is the Geiser ? So we can get there?'' Asked Zoro.
''And how much it will cost?'' Asked Nami.
''Oh no, it's free. All you need to do is come to the shore tomorrow morning, there will be some people to lead you all towards the way to Columbia. Here, take this map.'' Said the man giving a map.
The crew got the map and saw it was from the area, the map didn't had this ``Columbia`` place. They were very confused and wondered what was going to happen.
''This is just a map to the shore. Where is the real map?'' Asked Nami.
Once the crew looked up from the map the man was gone, of course Usopp, Chopper and Brook were scared alongside Nami.
''What!'' Scream the cowardly group.
''Wait! How did our observation haki didn't sense that?'' Asked Sanji.
''I don't like this.'' Said Franky.
''Yes, this could be a marine set up.'' Said Jinbei.
''So what? Let's go guys! Let's get ready for tomorrow!'' Said Luffy all excited.
The crew just took a long sigh, this was going to be a long day for them. Luffy was going to cause them to go crack someday.
''Alright, let's get some rest for tomorrow.'' Said Nami.
The next day
The morning was a rainy one, the crew didn't like that. They could end up sick, but thankfully Chopper had his medicine in hand.
The shore didn't have any boat, not even a rowing one.
''Where is the boat?'' Asked Luffy.
''I guess they sink.'' Said Robin.
''don't say stuff like that!'' Said Usopp.
''Tell me again, why are we going along with this?'' Asked Zoro.
''Because even if it's a trap we can get some information from the marines of this area.'' Said Jinbei.
''Ok. That's at least something.'' Said Zoro.
Soon a medium boat arrived. A fishing boat, big enough to hold the whole crew. There was only two people there, one woman and one guy who look a little bit with the guy from yesterday.
''Are you all the Straw Hat pirates?'' Asked the woman.
''Uh yes.'' Said Nami.
''Good, get in the boat. We will take you to your destination.'' Said the woman.
The crew look a little bit confused, then they get in the boat. The rain was still strong but was not to the point of breaking the boat. They were just wondering how long towards Columbia it would take it.
''Hey, where are we going?'' Asked Usopp, however the two weren't listening to them.
The crew didn't know what was the deal with the duo. They weren't listening to their questions.
''Man, they are not even listening to us.'' Said Franky.
''Are they married?'' Asked Chopper.
''No, I think they are good work friends.'' Said Robin.
''Either way its creepy.'' Said Nami.
As they keep sailing the woman finally spoke to the crew.
''Oh, captain. This box was supposed to be given to you.'' Said the woman.
The rubber captain took the box and the rest of the crew circled around him, making sure that nothing bad would happen.
'What is it?'' Asked Usopp.
The captain opened the box, there was some notes at the top, but overall the stuff inside were so random. First there was a gun in there.
''A gun?'' Asked Luffy.
''Usopp, you should take this.'' Said Jinbei.
''Sorry Jinbei, I am good with my Pop Greens.'' Said Usopp.
''I am keeping this. Better than nothing.'' Said Nami.
Then there was also the picture of a girl in there, of course Sanji upon seeing her was in total love mode.
''Woah! What a cutie! She is so beautiful! I hope they don't mind if I keep this picture!'' Said Sanji.
''Leave her alone you creep!'' Scream Zoro.
There was note on the back to the picture, the crew saw the message and they were all a bit weird out.
``Bring her to this address``
The group didn't know what was happening, there was something off.
``What's going on?'' Asked Chopper.
The last item in the box was a key.
''A key?'' Asked Robin.
''Hey! What is going on here?'' Asked Nami.
''We arrived.'' Said the woman.
The crew arrived at a lighthouse; it was a standard lighthouse.
''Wait! This isn't a way for a sky city!'' Said Luffy.
''Yes! What's going on?'' Asked Usopp.
The duo wasn't answering, they weren't showing any emotion and the crew wasn't getting any answer for them.
''Let's get out of here.'' Said Robin.
The group got off the boat, soon got towards the shore of the lighthouse and then the duo gave one last answer.
''Good luck Straw Hats!'' Said the woman.
''You all will need it!'' Said the man.
Soon the boat was now sailing away, the Straw Hats were now wondering what will happen next. Usopp and Nami of course were begging to return to the island.
''Please come back!'' Scream Usopp.
''Yeah, take us back!'' Scream Nami.
''Stop with this, it's not the end of the world.'' Said Zoro.
''What! We are stranded on an island with only a lighthouse and not a boat in sight! How are we going to get out of here?'' Asked Usopp.
''Uh, hello Jinbei is here.'' Said Sanji with a smile.
''Yes, I can drag you all. We can find something for you all to grab. Then I can swim you all back.'' Said Jinbei.
''Is still very dangerous.'' Said Nami a bit nervous.
''Come on Nami! We handle worst things.'' Said Zoro.
''Urgh!'' Said Nami annoyed.
''This is cool! I wonder what will happen next!'' Said Luffy excited.
Then Luffy felt a weird sensation. He looked up, saw the top of the lighthouse and felt that he need it to get up there.
''Luffy, what's wrong?'' Asked Franky.
''I need to get to the top.'' Said Luffy ready to run.
'Wait!'' Scream Usopp.
''Let's go!'' Scream Luffy run off.
The crew saw Luffy run towards the entrance of the lighthouse, the group just took a deep breath, because it would be one of those days.
''Let's get him before something bad happens.'' Said Zoro.
''Yeah! Yeah!'' Said the rest.
The crew just sighed at that and went to rush off to get Luffy, him alone was a recipe for disaster. They love him to death, but he got to their nerves sometimes.
The crew soon follow their captain, not knowing of the madness and horror that await for them in the sky.
So yes, we will end here for today. Next chapter is going towards Columbia. I don't know if Sky Islands are known to the public in One Piece or if the World Government know about them. I don't remember if Oda has made a declaration of that part. I feel that this would be a good piece of information.
About the Vigors, I already have great plans for them. It will be so cool to see them using those powers. I hope you all have some patience and see what will happen next. Thank you all.
