Dean yawned and opened his eyes. He stared into Jaya's green eyes and smiled.

"Morning," he rasped out.
"Did you sleep well?" She asked.
"Mmm," he pulled her closer. "I could get used to waking up with a hot chick in my arms."

She giggled and placed a soft kiss on his lips.

"I can give you the number of some. They're very hot," she said.
"Nope, this one will do," he held on tighter. "You're mine now."
"Dean!" She laughed.
"Nope, you can't get away," he laughed too.

He leaned in and kissed her neck. She kept laughing while squirming around in his arms. He hadn't felt this happy in a long time. Seth was in another town shooting a role for a tv show. Just a one episode thing but he hadn't been there over night which made it possible for them to spend the night together. They had been sneaking around for nearly a month but this night felt like they had taken the next step. It was important to him and he wanted it to last as long as possible.

"Dean, please!" She squealed. "It tickles!"

He placed a few more ticklish kisses on her neck and then raised his head with a grin.

"Say please," he said.
"Please," she said.

He pecked her lips and let her free of his arms. She giggled as she made it out of bed and out to the bathroom.

"Wanna shower with me?" She asked.

He jumped out of bed and ran out in the bathroom. She laughed when she found herself in his arms a second later.

"I take that as a yes," she said.
"I'm gonna take my sweet time making sure you're clean," he smirked. "With my tongue."

Hours later Dean stood in the arena watching Seth step inside. Seth nodded at Dean and continued forward. Dean kept his eyes on Seth and felt an anger inside as he watched Seth walk over to Jaya and kiss her cheek. She glanced over at him before following Seth down the hall.

"Are you alright?" Roman asked.
"What?" Dean asked.

Dean turned his head and looked at his friend who looked worried.

"Your fists are all balled up as if you're about to jump on someone," Roman said.
"It's nothing," Dean said.
"It sure doesn't look like nothing," Roman said.
"It's... It's..." Dean sighed. "I can't tell you."
"Can't or won't?" Roman asked. "You know I'm the one guy in this place you can trust to keep your secret. It looks like you got something on your mind that you need to share. I'm here if you need to get it off your chest."

Dean looked down the hall again. Jaya and Seth were gone. He looked over at Roman again and sighed.

"Fetch me a cappuccino and meet me out by the ring. I'll find a spot where we can be alone," Dean said.

Roman nodded and walked towards catering. Dean walked out to the ring, jumped the barricade, and made his way up to the chairs for the audience. He found a place in the middle of it all where they would be able to keep their eyes on everything around them so no one could sneak up on them and overhear something they shouldn't. Roman came out there five minutes later. He jumped the barricade too and walked up to Dean.

"Here you go," Roman handed Dean one of the cups. "Cappuccino as requested."
"Thanks," Dean said.

Roman sat down and looked down at the ring. People were walking around and talking about tonight's show.

"I met someone," Dean said.

Roman looked at Dean and smiled.

"That's good," Roman said.
"I wish it was," Dean said.
"What's wrong?" Roman said.
"It's complicated," Dean said.
"Why? Does she have a husband?" Roman chuckled.

Dean looked pale and sick. Roman immediately stopped laughing.

"Fuck! Is she married?" Roman asked.
"No, but she has a boyfriend," Dean said.
"Who is it? Is it someone I know?" Roman asked.

Dean looked down at the ring and saw Jaya enter it to go over her match tonight with Bayley. He kept his eyes on her and nodded as an answer to Roman's question. Roman looked down at the ring too and it suddenly clicked. He knew Dean had been crushing on Jaya from the beginning but he had never made a move. When The Shield split up, Jaya and Seth had suddenly started dating, and that had left Dean to keep his feelings to himself.

"It's Jaya, isn't it?" Roman asked.
"Yeah," Dean sighed.
"How did this happen?" Roman asked.
"I'm not even sure anymore. It just did," Dean said.
"What about Seth?" Roman asked.
"She's not happy, Roman," Dean looked at Roman. "Vince told her to date Seth or she'll lose everything. That narcissistic asshole owns everything of hers. If she breaks up with Seth, Vince will tear her life apart."
"So where does that leave you?" Roman asked.
"I don't know," Dean sighed.

Roman placed a hand on Dean's shoulder and patted it.

"You'll figure it out," Roman said. "One thing I know about you is that you're a stubborn ass who doesn't give up easily. You two will figure it out somehow."
"You can't tell anyone," Dean said.
"Of course not," Roman said. "Your secret is safe with me."
