Marshal Teaspoon Hunter stared at the Wanted poster the Marshal from Blue Creek had handed him and was careful not to let his surprise show on his face. Rachel Dunne's, the Express' new housekeeper, likeness gazed back at him. Rachel was wanted for murder.

Murder? Rachel? He didn't believe it for one second. He was a good judge of character and he knew she hadn't killed anyone in cold blood. He was certain of it. He just needed to make sure that she had the opportunity to tell him before this Marshal from Blue Creek and his posse got their hands on her.

"Hard to believe a pretty little lady like this one is a cold-blooded killer." Teaspoon told the Blue Creek Marshal.

"Her looks are deceiving." The Marshal spat. "She committed the murder and I sure in hell aim to find her and make sure she pays for what she's done."

Teaspoon cocked an eyebrow at the other Marshal. "The man she kill kin to you?"

"My reasons for wanting to catch her is none of your damn business!" The Marshal snapped. "Have you seen her around Sweetwater?"

"Can't say as I have." Teaspoon replied. "There's lots of new people moving into town every day. She might be here somewhere, she might not. Guess you'll just have to look around and see. If I get word on her, I'll let you know."

"You do that." The Marshal reached across the desk to grab the Wanted poster out of Teaspoon's hand.

Teaspoon moved it out of his reach. "Mind if I hold on to this? I'll add it to the other Wanted posters on my wall."

The Marshal wheeled around and stalked out of Teaspoon's office. His posse members trailed after him.

As soon as he was sure they were gone, Teaspoon left his office, mounted his horse, and rode out of town. He had some questions he needed Rachel to answer if he and the boys were going to help her.
