John awoke one morning to Sherlock yelling at him to hurry up. John was slightly in a hungover-like state due to lack of sleep from Rosie. John quickly got dressed and raced out the door after Sherlock.
John was following Sherlock something about someone's life on the line. John had his medical bag with him as Sherlock requested.
John turned the corner to see Sherlock carring a girl no more than 14 years old in his arms she was unconscious. Sherlock called for a cab, and as they pulled up to 221B Baker Street.
John realized this may be more than a client. Because Sherlock had Molly get clothes for this girl.
John then noticed the scars on the pre-teen's upper arms. Cutter? Why? How? When? And how did Sherlock know/discover this girl and how did Sherlock know she needed help? These questions would lead up to one that would change his life.
"So her name is...?" John asked
"Isabella" Sherlock replied worried about the pre-teen who he knew but would never admit, at least not yet
