Chapter 1: Xana's First Slugmas
Christmas in Slugterra once again. The Shane Gang was setting up the Christmas decorations. "Pronto has to say, Christmas is really starting to grow on me." Pronto said as he brought out the ornaments. "No doubt. I can't remember the last time I've ever felt such happiness." Joshwa said as he hung the ornaments on the tree. "Uh, a little help?" Kord asked. He was tangled in the Christmas lights. "Kord, I thought I said to be careful with the Christmas lights." Eliza said with a giggle as she helped untangle Kord. "Sorry, Eliza. These cords are tricky." Kord said.
Little Xana giggled in Harley's arms. "That's right, Xana. This is your first Christmas with your new family." Harley said. "And since it's your first Christmas, I'll bet Santa will bring you something very special." Eli said. Little Xana got very excited hearing that. "Well, we better get these decorations up. The sooner we finish, the better we can sleep tonight." Trixie said as she set up the tinsel. "This Christmas is quite fascinating. Don't you think so, Junjie?" Yu Jie asked. "Yes. Almost reminds me of our own holiday back home." Junjie said. Rath put the finishing touches on the tree, placing the star on top. "It's perfect." Eliza said. "Just like back home." Will said. "This is gonna be the best Christmas ever." Harley said. "No doubt about it." Eli said.
Later that night, everyone settled in to bed. Xana, being a curious little baby, managed to climb out of her crib and crawled downstairs. As she reached the bottom step, she saw someone moving by the tree. She crawled over and saw a big man with in a red coat. "Ah, I just love this Slugterra place. Delivering presents to the Shane family is always fun for all the good they've done for this world." The man said. Xana cooed, alerting the man. He turned around, revealing himself to be none other than Santa Clause. "Well, hello there, little Xana." He greeted as he walked over to Xana and picked her up. He then brought her back up the stairs. "You know, I never thought I'd get the chance to meet you, little one. Your brothers are real heroes. Top of my nice list, they are. And I believe that you are going to be just as nice when you get older." He said sweetly.
As he reached Xana's crib, he gently placed her back in. "Oh, and before I go, a very special present just for you, little Xana." He said. He brought out an Infurnus plushy and handed to Xana, who hugged her new toy happily. "Merry Christmas, Xana." Santa said before leaving. Xana continued to hug her new toy as she fell asleep. Eli and Harley came in to check on their sister. As they looked in her crib, they saw that she was hugging her new Infurnus plushy. They looked out the window and smiled, knowing that Santa was just there.
"Ho-ho-ho! Merry Christmas to all!" Santa hollered through out the 99 caverns as he passed through a portal.
