Chapter 15: Knight Time!
The day after the Frozen Cast made it back home to Arendelle, Anna and Elsa wanted to reward Kristoff, Jacob, Sven, and Olaf for their bravery and dedication to protecting them and the kingdom from danger by officially making them knights of Arendelle. The ceremony was being held in the chapel where Elsa was coronated as Queen last Summer where the entire kingdom was seated and Elsa was at the front waiting to knight her friends in her coronation dress. Anna stood alongside her sister wearing the same dress she wore at Elsa's coronation. Things like this where Elsa was at least part of the center of attention did give her stage fright especially after being isolated for so long. But that melted away when Anna held her hand gave her a smile to assure her she can do anything. Elsa smiled back and felt more calm. Behind the curtains, the four boys were waiting for them to be called to walk. "This is so cool! We're gonna be knights! I wonder if the girls have a suit of armor my size.", Olaf said all giddy. "I hope we don't have to wear anything like that. It would probably be really heavy to wear and it would clank around every time I walk.", Kristoff said. "Plus, I imagine it can get pretty hot wearing something like that.", Jacob added. "I don't think we're going to have to wear any armor. I know Anna and Elsa definitely won't make us wear it if we don't want to.", Sven said. Kai opened the curtain and said, "It's time, guys.". All four of them walked into the next room where everyone turned their focus to them. They made their way down the aisle towards the queen and princess who were smiling at them as they were coming closer. They stopped once they were right in front of Elsa. Kai gave Elsa a long sword which she would knight them with. "Kneel.", Elsa instructed the four guys. They did as they were told and kneeled before the queen. "Gentleman, for your bravery in the face of danger, compassion for others, and devotion to this kingdom; I hereby declare you Kristoff Bjorgman, Jacob Mankos, Sven the reindeer, and Olaf the snowman as honorary knights of Arendelle.", Elsa said as she rested the sword on both of the four guys' shoulders. Once she was done, she told them, "You all may stand.". They stood up and turned to face the crowd. "What do you say, everyone? Let's give our new knights a big hand!", Anna said as she began a round of applause. Elsa and everyone in the audience began to clap their hands too in honor of the kingdom's new knights. Kristoff and Jacob smiled at each other as did Sven and Olaf to one another, Olaf looked over at Jacob who gave the snowman a wink. Anna went to Kristoff and said, "Come here, my big strong knight!". The redhead and the blonde shared a kiss right there in front of everyone. "I'm honored to be your knight, m'lady.", Kristoff said to Anna once they were done kissing. Elsa walked to Jacob who put her hand on his shoulder and smiled at him proudly. "Thank you so much for this, Elsa.", he thanked her. "You deserve it, babe. I know you guys will all do good for our home.", Elsa told him. The queen and her knight shared a kiss of their own which left the crowd in awe. After they unlocked lips, he whispered into her ear and said, "This knight will always stay by your side, my queen; and never leave it for anyone or anything else.". Elsa smiled and blushed after hearing that, which made her feel warm and loved. All 6 of Arendelle's heroes turned towards the citizens who were still applauding them all. The citizens knew that as long as they had the sisters and their knights to protect them, Arendelle would always be a great and safe place.
