Act 2 Chapter 23 So Life Goes On
Healing myself bit by bit as my electricity charges faster the better I am like a normal generator if it's beaten to much it won't generate as much electricity. To by midday I'm able to move like a normal person like walking and pull and push some things but nowhere near my normal strength. It would still hurt a ton to use it all.
Groaning I was back on the couch as I was for all purposes house bounded it was one of the safer places and it just better as everyone was at the store trying to help or just buying groceries. I look at the flip phone I bought…it reminded me of the phone my mothers had when I was a kid…instead of buying a smartphone she kept the flip phone and so did my dad. It had pac man on it I remember constantly pestering my mother when we were at a doctors appointment where I would play on it.
Everything back then was so much simpler when your that small.
Looking outside out of a window near the front door I see the peace and the weather where a multitude of leaves sail past the window.
'Yea it's only October and yet… we've been here for about…about…' my hand rests against my chin ' like a month and half give or take a couple or more weeks.' Taking my hand off my chin I exhale a deep breath I unknowingly held.
'When will we be able to find this devil…I know Makima is searching thick and thin for this devil but it might be were we came from… oh I have no I fucking I-dea!' scrunching my hair in frustration as i scrunch my eyes shut.
Huh what a pain.
Opening my eyes once more I see in front of me was Makima looking through the window scaring me as I fall backwards as her eyes focused on me as she covered her mouth trying to stop her laugh.
Once I recovered from that…embarrassing moment I open the door for her who just seemed to be passing by. We took a seat at the couch I pick the seat on the very side we're she traps sitting next to me leaning into me.
"Hey Makima…" I got her attention with my calling of her as she turned her head to look at me.
"Why do you like me…?" I never asked I kinda just forced stuff into her I didn't take consideration for her by faking a love confession.
"You helped me…" she looked down at her fingers which were playing with my own.
"You…didn't want anything in return and you taught me things as well." She began to wrap her fingers and hand around my own causing a slight blush to overcome my cheeks.
"You…taught me about Compassion, Mercy, Friendship…and much more and then you forced me to learn about love…" she blushed as her hair booked her eyes. She leaned close to my ears as I kept eyeing her hand grabbing mine.
"…you made me feel this way." The way she said it so close to my ear shook me as she leaned in giving me a kiss on the cheek reddening them in the process.
I continue to look down as from her angle she couldn't see my eyes.
"Hey…Makima…" I stopped I try'd finding the right words but kept ending on blanks I didn't know how to respond.
…In my old world I had a friend of mine that she had some problems not similarly to yours but still had some and…" I was cut off as my hand felt an increase of force from Makima who's eyes looked empty.
I swallowed hard ready to die at this moment…as I thought…she's a yandere…kill me…
"We're back Rai!" Aki opened the door as Katsuki proceeded to yell taking Makima out of her phase who released my hand and looked at everyone entering the door.

3rd POV
After Rai passed out.
"Rai's passed out" Aki relayed the message to everyone which everyone's attention was gained.
Cutting the silence Denji tapped at Reze shoulder who had both fully recovered after there battle with the Darkness Devil.
"Can we talk in Private?" Denji asked as Reze looked down and nodded grimly.
'Is he going to kill me…i wouldn't blame him…' Reze kept looking down as she followed Denji into an alley as everyone but one oversaw the last of the dolls being put down. That one following them into the darkness of the alleyway.
"…Hey Reze is it true that you were sent to kill me?" Denki broke the silence as he stared down at her. Reze only nodded as Denji looked more sad.
"I was planning on making you fall for me and have you leave with me…" Reze finished as she herself was rubbing her left elbow with her right hand nervous of the possible outcome.
"It was my plan…but I couldn't follow my plan…" she stopped as Denji looked at her questioningly. Until she stood tall and on her tippy toes kissing Denji both there faces going red.
The mysterious figure hiding in the shadows bolted out of them to separate them as they both stumbled back to see Kobeni who followed them.
"…I…I…I.L-LOVE YOU DENJI!" She launched herself at him pushing her lips to his as he what felt like melted in her embrace.
After a couple seconds Reze separated the two forcefully as she glared at Kobeni, Kobeni replied in kind.
Denji meanwhile looked shell shocked. Both the girls he liked or though he liked, liked him. Denji keeps blushing as he looked at the glaring duo of Reze and Kobeni.
"I-I Can't." Denji fell losing the feeling in his legs for a quick moment as he sat on the floor of the alley both girls got out of there trance and helped Denji up to his feet. Both holding themselves under his arms as they looked at each other and looked ahead as they helped Denji regain the feeling of his legs.
From the distance you could see Denji, Reze and Kobeni coming out of the alley way more…civil then they were before just the two glaring at each other but now they seem to have a certain understanding about each other. Denji has and had helped them from the rest of the talk back at the alley they promised to share him which surprised Denji as well who's eyes widened and cheeks blushed. They both turned to him as they had bright smiles as he blushed even harder as he rubbed his finger on his cheek flustered at these two beautiful women that he loves. He blushed a bit more at his thoughts as he looked at the sky.
'Hey…Ma I hope I'm making you proud…" a tear let out from Denji's eye as he stared at the clear sky of the day.
Present Time
Denji POV
Opening my bag I had to beg Aki for me to buy things because he thought I was gonna spend it on something useless…and damn right he was because right here is a one of those consoles? With a couple a games I see on the TV or the ads…I don't really know Rai and Aki try to get me to learn more stuff than I need but I guess there telling me how school is so I guess it's alright….Maybe I can get into school when or if we leave to go there it'd be cool though i wouldn't be in the same class if Rai told me so but a school for heroes sounds dope.
When Aki opened the door and let us all inside I ran straight to the TV opening the bag and unboxing this Nintendo 32 game it's been out for a year and I've seen it in windows when me and Pochita used to scrounge around for stuff. I bought a couple of games and 4 controllers oh that bonus money real good right about now.
'Heh Heh heh heh hah hah hah." I laughed suck on that whoever tried to make me eat a cigar you bastard! I hear Rai walk up and crouch next to me.
"Wow this is pretty cool I didn't know these were made…" he picked it up with the cables and easily wired them together with the TV with known skill.
"How the hell did you do that?" Rai just shrugged and smiled.
"I'm quite experienced in games I'll have you know and I'll beat your ass whenever you want…" He game be the biggest eat shit smirk I have ever seen which infuriated me oh god he did!
"Oh then I'll just beat you!" He plugged in the controller and sat on the couch as Makima hit up and sat next to him. I get the controller in blue as he got a basic grey as I put in a game called…Super Smash Ultra! Ooh a fighting game heh. I put the cartridge in as I see Katsuki and Shoto grab a controller sitting on the couch as I boot up the game.
3rd POV
Rai who sat normally and comfortably with Makima at his side highly intrigued at this screen of what really are just photos or a sequence of photos. Katsuki with Aki next to him with Himeno on Aki's side of the couch. Denji sat on the floor highly concentrated on the game he was 1 stock down dammit. Reze and Kobeni on either side of him really entertained at both Denji's reactions and the game. Shoto who was resting his side on the edge of the couch with Power next to him yelling out for Shoto to defeat them in mortal combat.
It ended when Rai spiked Shoto down with his health being 50% oppose to Shoto's 147% as at high speeds Shoto's character Foxy was flung of the screen as the game had a GAME which put the only remaining character which was Rai's Pichu was he taunted causing Denji to scream for a rematch pointing at Rai challenging him once again at another game this time.

"You've got to be kidding Me"
It sooner turned well into dinner time as Aki took his leave followed by Himeno who both put on aprons at this point while fishing things out from there restocked fridge.
"So what do you think we should make hmm Aki" Himeno approached Aki suddenly and seductively even to start almost taking of the apron when he responded with a noticeable blush to his face as he turned.
"Maybe something basic, we are going to hit the fan at the festival tomorrow y'know…" he responded unable to look at her in the eyes as she smiled.
"Fried rice on the set." She pumped up two fingers in a peace sign. Aki looked at her then turned his head down as he scoffed and smiled as he started to get to work.
"Hey Shoto" Rai broke the emanate silence in the room mostly filled with competitiveness and rage.
"Hmm" Shoto hummed not wanting to take his attention away from this game.
"Have you tried doing your quirk after yesterday. Rai looked at Shoto for a quick second and then back at the game.
"I had really no chance too so I might as well." Shoto paused the game and forfeited taking and unplugging the controller.
"Oh okay" Rai was the only one who vocalized his thought some of them were just a bit confused at how aloof he was but for something like competition he goes hard for them everyone knows this.
'He must really want to test this out.' Rai just gave him a side eye as he made it to the back yard door. Then he heard Denji's cheer as Denji's character killed his own as he looked back on the screen to get back at him.
Power meanwhile just followed him wanting to keep him company.
"Now you're losing Rai!" Denji gave a wide smile as Katsuki just gave the both of us a hoarse laugh as he killed Denji with a Gernade across the map.
"You're fucking cheating!" Denji yelled dropping the controller on the ground and pointing his finger at Katsuki who gave him a smug smile.
"Deal with it." Katsuki said it to match his face which gave Rai urges to laugh but he kept it in as he found the respawned Denji and shot him dead in a couple of bullets. He returned his head to the screen to find out he died again as the game ended with the scoreboards showing up.

"How the hell!?" Denji got up in frustration and went to Rai who had a smile on his face.
"How the hell are you so good at this stupid game!?" Denji even grabbed his shirt though held himself back at the look that Makima sent him.
"Talent in it?" Rai gave him a bullshit answer then as he let go as he was hugged from behind by both Kobeni and Reze. He blushed at the proximity of them both as they started to drag him away.
"There's no need Denji-Kun…" the way Kobeni said his name just made him wanting more from her he rested his head into of her's as Reze held onto his arm warmly.
Rai just smiled k owing that there fine it might have started out okay but they survived even gained a new friend though… he looked at Katsuki who was on his phone he was scrolling through his pictures most of them being either of him and Ochaco on dates or group photos. Katsuki looked with a smile and then looked at his fist. Opening his fist and releasing a small but noisy explosion.
'I'll get strong enough to get home everyone…especially you Ochaco.'
