5 years have passed since Ozai's little adventure. The only difference he has is that his hair is long and tied; this is because his mother wanted to see if he could have the same hairstyle as her father, but unfortunately, he has hair as rebellious as Goku's hair.
Ozai is a proud older brother, a good student, and one of the best fighters that Tu Zin can offer. But ever since he came back to his home, Tu Zin has received numerous invites to form an alliance with the Fire Nation. Fortunately, the current leader has been able to decline the proposals politely and politically, always remembering about their independence, their history, and their goals.
The first time that arrived was a surprise, and they really reviewed the proposal. But after the first attempt was declined, and the new proposals were coming their way, the current leader asked for a second opinion. He asked his father, Tomtom.
To him, it was clear that they wanted access to their talent, to their people. This may mean that they want to weaken the nation. Or maybe they are searching for someone special, Ozai.
Tomtom remembered that Ozai told him about his little adventure in Fire Nation. And especially his first contact with the royal family seems to have fallen into a laughingstock around the nations. The secret about the thieve prince was out because the prince seemed to not feel shame for his actions. Of course, he omitted the time when he tried to incriminate Ozai for his doings.
Unfortunately, this situation couldn't be held much longer, and the last proposal was for a simple treaty of friendship between nations. The leader viewed this as a way to stop some insurrection in the Fire Nation. Although Tu Zin has nothing to do with it, it doesn't mean that the decline won't affect them. Declining would give the impression of accepting or at least supporting those attacks.
After they had accepted their threat of friendship, the Fire Nation decided to go and make a public visit to Tu Zin. The visit was going to happen in a short time. The leader trusted that his nation would be prepared for this event, to not only receive the "head of state" of another country, as they would hold them. This is because the Tu Zin called themselves the actual descendants of the Fire Nation.
This kind of situation may have caused an uproar in any other nation. Still, due to the mix of culture of the place, the idea of recognizing it as a different entity, and that it was the Fire Nation that offered this treaty, it was seen as a victory or submission for their part. And at least that's how it was explained inside Tu Zin and how the Earth kingdom saw it to a certain degree.
This view was also shared by the Nort Water tribe but not the Southern Water tribe. The reason was not only because the northern water tribe wanted to have a good relationship with a small country. But because Unalaq could read what was behind this treaty, it was something Azula found out quickly.
"They want Ozai", said Azula with a frown.
"Yeah, I thought so too", said Tomtom, who now was a mature man with some grey hair here and there. "With their successor in the military and his bad reputation, it's clear they want to have a backup. But why not use the descendants of your half-sister? Kiyi was her name, I believed."
"Because she doesn't have royal blood, which would cause more attacks", Azula replied, letting herself fall on the couch behind her. At that moment, she was at the office of Tu Zin's leader. Tomtom was sat in one of the chairs, and the leader was behind the desk.
"Well, it seems that my family is going on a vacation break", said Azula while standing up. "It seems that my older son has an abysmal memory of our old Nation".
Tomtom smiled and nodded. "I will contact one of our workers in the tourism department to help you with the cruiser."
"THE BEACH, YEAH!" screamed a 4-year-old kid at the top of his lungs. He was running and jumping. The kid looked like a copy of Goku with the same hairstyle and face. The only difference was that the small kid had golden eyes like his mother. But there was another different thing.
"Brother! BROTHER!" yelled the 4-year-old kid to Ozai, who was meditating in the garden. The small kid got annoyed as his brother was not answering and decided to prank him. He took a candle close by and put it close to his brother's hair.
Ozai was still concentrating on feeling his energy inside of him when he suddenly smelled something burning. When he opened his eyes, he realized his hair was on fire. "Waaaah!"
Ozai's hair had started to grow long, as Ozai wanted to try to look like his late grandfather, but it seemed that he would need to cut it due to the incident.
Meanwhile, Ozai's little brother was laughing in one side of the garden. "What's wrong with you, Sozin?!"
Sozin, the smaller kid, pouted, "I was calling for you, and you didn't answer".
Suddenly, Azula appeared with her arms crossed and with a frown. "Sozin!" said Azula sternly, and the small kid flinched. "You will clean the stable and no playtime for the rest of the week. Now go."
"Yes, Mom", said Sozin with his eyes on the floor.
"Ozai!" called Azula. "You should be able to feel that kind of sneak attack if you actually concentrate. Go with one of our aides so they can cut your hair properly."
Ozai nodded and stood up. Azula told him when he was passing close to her, "Either way, your hair is like your father, and it won't be tame to look like your grandfather's". Ozai nodded and left.
A few days later, Ozai, Sozin and Goku were on a cruise ship. With them was Tomtom, who decided to go with them.
"So, when is mom coming?" asked Sozin.
"Soon. She needed to resolve some things at Tu Zin. Once she is finished, she will fly right away here", answered Tomtom.
Goku saw the ship's destination and smiled, "Ember Island. I still remember the first time I came here with all the family". Ozai was close to his father and smiled. "Unfortunately, I can stay here with you".
"Wait, what? Why?" asked Ozai.
"Your mom believes that it will cause problems if someone recognizes me. But don't worry, you will be with Tomtom. I will be searching for a place we can all stay." Goku then started to scratch his head, "I was thinking of maybe camping on one of the close islands".
"Oh! That would be amazing! Camping in the wilds, we can discover the fauna and flora of the surrounding places. Maybe we can find new species. Do you know that the last Avatar found surviving Flying Bysons in the southern part of the Fire Nation?"" enthusiastically replied Ozai.
"Is that so? And how do you know that?" asked Goku sincerely.
"Oh. I read it with one of the books Aunt Ty Lee gave me", Ozai replied sheepishly. Goku smiled and stroked his son's head.
"Well, I'll be leaving. Follow your uncle's instructions and take care of your brother." Goku then left the cruse flying.
Ozai just saw his father leave with a smile. Some people saw Goku flying away from the cruise and were incredulous about it.
A few minutes later, the cruise arrived at port. Tomtom was close to Ozai and Sozin, who smiled at the place. None of them have ever been on a beach. The weather was perfect, and the old Tomtom was relieved that his wife was not there. He was wearing a pair of sunglasses to hide what he was seeing. He has self-restraint, but he is still unable to turn to see the body of the girl wearing a swimsuit.
"So, what do you want to do first?" asked Tomtom to focus on his task.
"Let's check the beach. I want to play what they are playing, " said Sozin, pointing at a group of teenagers playing Volleyball.
Tomtom shrugged, "If they agree, sure".
The three of them went closer. A game had just finished, and the losers were leaving the pitch. Ozai was the one who got closer, "Hi, ahem, I wanted to ask if my brother and I could play against you", Ozai said awkwardly, while wearing only his undershirt and his pants but no shoes. His little brother was stretching and was wearing something similar.
The teens there shrugged. Two of them, a girl and a boy, stood up, and the girl was the one to talk, "We will take a break. You can entertain those kids". The boy said, "We will buy something to drink. Do you want something?"
"Juice", "Me too" "Oh, I want watermelon juice", said Sozin at the end. The teens turned to see the kid and laughed. Sozin realized that he was not asking him and scratched his head with a red face.
"Tell you what, kid. If you defeat us, I'll buy you that juice", said the boy, still on the volleyball pitch.
They nodded, and the game started. The teens did their service and tried to win quickly, but Sozin moved quickly and elevated the ball, only for Ozai to spike it to the other side. The ball passed in the middle of the two teens.
Tomtom only saw the game on the sideline with his arms crossed and a smirk.
The game passed fast, and the overwhelming victory was for Ozai and Sozin. The smaller kid was celebrating while the other two teens were tired. When the other two teens arrived, the girl was holding a watermelon juice, and he just went and took it from her.
After that, the teens were discussing between themselves. Tomtom asked Ozai, "So what do you want to do?"
Ozai stopped walking and wondered momentarily, "Is there any cultural thing happening? A festivity or something?"
Tomtom, "Well, there is a theatre, but I don't know if they are open. We need to check". Ozai eyes light up. "Yeah, let's go to that theatre".
When arriving at the theatre, they realized that there was a play called 'The Fire Twins: Evolution'. To their surprise, the team was a story about their parents, so they decided to enter.
After an hour and forty minutes, the three left the play confused about what they saw. "That has to be the worst investigation of what happened!" said Ozai.
"Of course, it is the worst! Can't believe we spent money on that; they should have paid us for that travesty. I'll put that in my to-do list so we can ban this play", said Tomtom.
"I don't get it", said Sozin. "Why would they believe that Mom and Dad met at the school? And who's Chan? Did mom really used to go out with him?"
"Of course not!" exclaimed Ozai. "And what about Grandfather Ozai teaching Dad about his 'special firebending' that lets anyone use fire. That's chii! Or what about Aunt Toph, who was depicted as a man who trapped Mom and Dad after the end of the war because she was being controlled by an evil spirit? Or that Uncle Vegeta was possessed by a light spirit giving him powers? That super saiyajin form!"
Meanwhile, in Tu Zin, Fire Lord Izumi visited the country in her father's company, who officially went as an advisor. In reality, he wanted to search for Azula's descendants. Zuko had his head full of imagination as he tried to think how to approach them once he found them. He hesitated momentarily but remembered his mother, who was delicate of health, and her wish was to see them.
Zuko had his head with all of this, but it flew away once they entered the office of the leader of Tu Zin. Behind him was the image of what could be described as his nemesis, his nightmare, his biggest regret. The image of his sister was standing there, surely a look-alike, thought Zuko. His sister couldn't be that young.
"It's a pleasure to finally visit our sister nation of Tu Zin", said Fire Lord Izumi to the leader of Tu Zin, who resembled Ukano in his youth.
"It's a pleasure to meet the head of state of the Fire Nation", said the leader of Tu Zin." Although, I was informed that this was not your first visit".
"Is that so? Forgive me. It must, but I do not remember visiting here".
Zuko then intervenes, "Yes, that was when she was still too young to remember".
Tu Zin's leader nodded and then guided them to sit. Izumi and Zuko did it while Azula walked behind. Zuko couldn't take his eye off her, still suspicious.
After that, the meeting started.
Back in the Fire Nation, Goku finally found a perfect spot for camping. A clearing close to a river on an island that looked uninhabited. He then put up a camping tent. He then used his teleportation technique to appear close to Ozai.
His son was walking on the beach, and Tomtom was behind taking care of Sozin.
"Dad!" exclaimed both kids while Tomtom smiled.
"Hey! Did you have fun? I just found the perfect camp place, " said Goku, and both of his kids smiled.
Goku then grabbed Sozin, "So follow me".
"Wait, Goku", said Tomtom. "We may need to go to another place. People are watching us right now. You did appear out of nowhere, you know".
Goku only smiled and scratched the back of his head.
The four of them walked a little until they were sure no one was watching them, and then they just flew away. Goku was the head of the group to guide them. Tomtom and Ozai were flying behind Gku, and Sozin was sitting on Goku's enjoying the ride.
After a few minutes, they arrived at the island and the camping tent.
"Ok, let's split. Ozai, can you go and bring some lumber for the fire?" asked Goku.
"Yes", said the teen enthusiastically and ran to the forest.
"Sozin, please help your uncle Tomtom with the fire. I'll go and bring some meat, " said Goku, then left.
Tomtom caresses Sozin's head, "Come on. There should be casseroles and some food. We will need them once the lumbers are here. I can then do my famous stew". Sozin nodded and followed him.
Back in Tu Zin, the meeting was almost ending. Many points were desestimated, and just a few were approved by both parties. Zuko would have agreed to many other points but was no longer the Fire Lord. And the leader of Tu Zin has always brought up good points to des-estimate them. Meanwhile, Azula could see Mai's mind on Izumi.
"We have been on this for a few hours. Is it all right if we take a small break?" asked Tu Zin's leader. Izumi nodded. "Would you like to accompany me to eat dinner with my family?" proposed again the leader of Tu Zin, and Izumi nodded.
"May I excuse from it? I'll have a previous meeting with my family for dinner," asked Azula in a very proper voice.
"Of course, please send my regards to your husband and kids."
"Thank you", answered Azula, and Tu Zin's leader nodded.
Azula walked to the next room and sat behind a desk, searching for something while an aide stood next to the door. She was about to ask something to the aid when a knock on the door sounded. The aid went and opened the door. The image of Zuko appeared, "Can I come in? I am not very hungry".
Azula looked at him and gestured with her hand to come in and have a sit. He thanked her, and when he was about to say something, she cut him, "Would you like to drink something?"
"Oh, yes, please. If it's not too much to ask", Zuko replied.
Azula then made a small gesture to the aid. The aid left, leaving both alone.
"So, what do you want to talk about... Zuzu?"
Zuko's eyes went wide open, "Az-Azu-Azula?"
The red lips of Azula smirked. Zuko was about to stand up to hug her. To hug his sister, to the person he did not know, he missed this much when the door opened, and the aid arrived with some tea and orange juice. The juice was placed before Azula, while the tea was before Zuko.
Meanwhile, back on the island, Tomtom was sat in front of a fire with a pod over it. Sozin was standing next to the pod with some species. "That's right, just the right amount", said Tomtom, while Sozin nodded.
From the forest, Ozai arrived with some lumber under his arms, "I bring some more, in case we need it".
Suddenly, Ozai stopped walking, and Tomtom was also alert. "What's that presence?" asked Ozai, and suddenly, from behind, a hand appeared and punched him in the head. Tomtom stood up and was about to run to fight the man who hit Ozai when a sudden kick threw him away.
The man that attacked Ozai was tall with green skin and long black hair, wearing armour like the Furiza soldiers, except they had only one pointy shoulder. He walked towards Sozin, and the small saiyajin angrily ran and threw a fist, but the man coughed him mid-air.
"You have some fire in you", said the green man with a smirk.
"Leave him alone!" said Goku, who appeared on the other side of the river.
"And who are you supposed to be?" said the green man.
"My name is Goku. Now leave us alone!" said Goku, but the green man only smirked. "I said, LEAVE MY FAMILY ALONE!" yelled Goku, then ran toward the green man.
Another man with light blue skin and blonde hair appeared before him. Goku elbowed and kicked him; while that happened, Ozai jumped and kicked the green man's arm. Sozin fell from his grasp but landed on his feet and ran away.
Another man appeared in front of Sozin. He had a head like a lizard and brown-reddish skin. He was about to attack Sozin, but Tomtom attacked him first and returned the kick he had received just a moment ago.
Ozai, Goku, Sozin and Tomtom stood together. "Are you all right?" asked Goku to his family without leaving his gaze on his opponent, and all said yes. While everyone was surprised by the skin colours of their opponents, Goku was frowning when he recognized the armours they were wearing.
"Who are you?!" Tomtom asked, yelling.
The brown-reddish-skinned man raised one of his elbows; the other was down, and his hands grabbed each other "Neizu". The green man put one hand on his hip and the other up, pointing to the sky, "Dōre". The light blue-skinned man knelt with one leg outstretched, "Sauzā". "We are!" said the three men simultaneously, and they started making different poses. "Kūra Kikō Sentai", said the men, then they stood firm. Goku felt the energy behind him and was amazed to see the image before him. To Goku, it was no mistake; that was Furiza.
"Kūra-sama!" said the men.
Goku then talked to Tomtom, "Please take them away". Tomtom nodded. Sozin was about to protest, and Ozai still looked at the enemies in front, thinking he would need to buy time for Tomtom and Sozin to escape.
Tomtom grabbed Sozin by the hand and started to fly away. Ozai went to fight the three men in front of him. "Ozai!" yelled Goku when he saw his older son.
Kūra frowned, "We have to kill all the Saiyajins". From the eyes of Kūra, two energy beams appeared directed at Sozin.
Ozai fought with the three, but he was quickly overwhelmed, and the orange-reddish man flew and kicked Sozin further away. When he was about to continue to finish the job, Tomtom attacked him with an energy beam, but it was blocked with one hand and attacked him with his own energy beam.
Ozai saw it and flew to where Tomtom was falling, but he was kicked in his stomach and was sent up high. Kūra was about to perform the same attack. Goku flew as fast as he could and protected Ozai with his body, receiving the attack. But, while falling, Goku could return an energy attack of his own. After that, both fell into the river.
The attack helped distract Kūra, and when he realized he could not see where Goku was, he flew high to search for him. He followed the river until it ended in a waterfall.
Ozai and Goku left the river on the other side of the waterfall. Ozai wanted to fly, but Goku grabbed his arm, "Don't, don't use your energy. They have a machine to locate us through our energy. So, keep your energy low."
Ozai wanted to go and find Sozin and Tomtom, but he nodded, grabbed his father by the shoulder and searched for a place to hide. While walking, Ozai saw the wound on his father's back. They continued walking until they found a cave.
Goku was lying on the ground while Ozai was searching for another wound. Suddenly, there was an earthquake. Ozai went to the cave entrance and saw the Kūra Kikō Sentai in the air, attacking the land with his energy beams. The strength of the attacks made part of the cave, and Ozai did everything he could to protect his father without using his energy so they wouldn't notice them.
Suddenly, Tomtom opened his eyes only to see an energy in his direction. He just dodged it. Unable to fly because of how tired he was, Tomtom was sent flying again, but he could land on his feet. Then another beam appeared, an avalanche happened, and he was under the dirt.
The night appeared, and Tomtom finally could leave the dirt. He cleaned himself and started to look around. What once looked like a beautiful forest is now a desert. He clenched his hand into a fist and then began to look for Goku, Ozai and Sozin. He dared not scream as he knew their enemies could be close. He walked around until he saw a rock moving and went close to it.
"Goku?" Tomtom asked.
A voice sounded from the other side of the rock, "Uncle?"
"Ozai! Let me help you." "Don't use your energy. Dad told me they have a machine to search for us with our energy".
Tomtom nodded and then helped to move the rocks. The cave appeared, and Ozai looked like he was with minor scratches, but Goku was still on the ground.
"Is not So-sozin with you?" Goku asked.
Tomtom clenched his fist again and shook his head, "No, I haven't found him. Are you going to be all right? I can search for him".
"Please. I know he is still out there", said Goku, worried.
"Of course he is. He is your son, you don't have to worry", replied Tomtom.
"I know that. But when Azula found out, she was going to kill me", said Goku worried.
Tomtom laughed a little, "Please stay here. I'll go and look for him".
"I'll go with you," said Ozai determined, but Tomtom shook his head, "You better stay here and take care of your father. We don't know if those monsters will come back".
Ozai frowned but nodded. Goku was more at ease and suddenly fell asleep.
Sozin woke up. He was close to a tall building. He stood up, but his arm hurt; he felt like something was calling him, so he walked slowly inside the building.
Azula was furious with Goku. He should have appeared with his teleportation technique hours ago.
The sun was going up again, and Ozai was worried. Tomtom and Sozin had not returned, and his father was still sleeping but complaining about pain while he slept. The young teen was hungry and thought his father might need to eat to get better, so he decided to venture outside to search for anything.
Ozai walked around, closed the cave and found some animals stuck between rocks. It was an easy hunt, but instead of taking that opportunity for food, he helped the animal who ran away afraid.
From afar, Ozai saw Tomtom. He was alone and walking close to the wall of rocks. Suddenly, a big rock fell from the top of the wall, and Tomtom looked too tired to move away. Ozai sent an energy attack as fast as possible to save Tomtom without considering the consequences.
Ozai ran close to Tomtom, "are you all right?"
"I am, just tired. Thanks, by the way", said Tomtom.
"FOUND YOU!" yelled Neizu. Ozai decided to fight them. In a one-on-one, Ozai was confident he could win if only he was in his best shape. He was tired and hungry at the moment, but he could still fight him.
Unfortunately, the other two appeared. Dōre appeared behind Ozai again, threw him to one side, and was received by Sauzā's knee. He was about to punch him, but Ozai blocked it and sent an energy beam to his face, then the light-skinned man kicked him and sent him back.
Doora caught him with his hand on Ozai's head. He was about to try to turn, but the other two appeared and started to attack Ozai simultaneously as if he were a boxing bag. He received punches on his body.
Ozai's body hurt. He wanted to be strong and protect everyone, but he was still weak, 'would my mom still love me, even if I am this weak?'
"Ah!" screamed of pain Ozai. Dōre smirked and decided to finally kill him. He was about to destroy his head when an energy blast hurt his back and left Ozai's head. A blue line appeared under everyone and then stopped to help Ozai.
Azula arrived, and she was furious. She looked at her opponents." Where is your father?" asked Azula.
"He-He is hurt for protecting me", Ozai replied.
Azula's frown got more profound, "go with your father and brother. I will take care of them." Ozai nodded and flew away.
"You are not going to escape!" yelled Neizu and fled in Ozai's direction, but he stopped when Azula suddenly was there. She kicked him in the stomach and was about to make another attack when she suddenly had to defend herself. Sauzā was in front of her, and both Sauzā and Neizu attacked Azula simultaneously.
Azula could black every attack with ease and even landed some punches on their stomachs. Then she realized that the green man was after her son and kicked both men and then launched a power energy beam using both of her hands. The beam was blue and was faster than the eye. When she sent that attack from her hands, only a tiny blue line appeared directly to Doora, who tried to block it but ultimately died.
"Damm it!" exclaimed Sauzā and attacked Azula faster than before, but Azula had no problem dodging his attack. Meanwhile, Neizu grunted, "You bitch!" and started to recharge a technique with both hands.
Suddenly, Neizu's hands turned purple, and yelled, "Neizu Baindo Wēbu!"
When Sauzā heard it, he left Azula alone. She then saw the attack and understood what she had to do with a glance. She smirked and pointed two of her fingers from one hand in the direction of the attack. When the beam touched her fingers, she used her other hand with only two and moved her hand close to her body; it passed over her stomach, then extended her arm, pointing her fingers to Sauzā. Her enemy was coughed by surprise, unable to understand how she could redirect Neizu's electric attack, which was Sauzā's last thought. The electric attack burned Neizu's body, and the corpse fell.
Neizu looked at his comrade dying, and he was about to dash against Azula when he saw her own lighting attack coming from her fingertips, and suddenly everything went black for him.
Azula looked at her opponents falling. She was about to fly down but reacted and moved away from an energy attack. She turned to see her new opponent and was left speechless. "Furiza?" murmured Azula.
Azula was angry and went head-on and punched Kūra's face, and then she made a half-turn kick to his stomach. Kūra was sent flying back, and Azula stood up right away; she was about to punch him again, but her attacks were stopped when Kūra grabbed her hands. Azula did not stop and threw blue flames from her mouth, burning Kūra's face. He turned because of the pain, and Azula grabbed Kūra's tail and threw him against the floor.
A great crater was created, and a cloud of dust was around the place. Azula stood in front of it, ready to attack again. When the cloud dissipated, Kūra was already standing, "You don't fight bad. That makes me believe that it was you who killed my brother Furiza. But, I am not that stupid like him."
Kūra smirked, "And I thought that a saiyajin did it. To be honest, I don't have anything against you, personally. But my honour, don't let me leave this behind. Once I finish you, I'll gonna destroy this planet." Then Kūra raised one finger, "I still have one transformation left."
Suddenly, a great energy came from Kūra. He grew taller, and his muscles grew bigger. A pike appeared in his wristbands, and from his back, two spikes also appeared; his head grew horn-like, and his mouth and nose were covered by a white mask face-like.
Azula had problems standing up for the amount of energy coming from him. With great speed, Kūra ran and kneed Azula's stomach then made a slight turn and used his tail to whiplash her and send her fly. Before Azula could react, Kūra was already at the other side where her body was flying and punched her down. A small crater was created, and a cloud of dust appeared. Still, Kūra did not waste time and passed directly to Azula's body and tried to punch her in the stomach, but her body was not there.
Kūra stood up, and when the cloud of dust left, he saw Azula standing up, panting heavily, with blood coming from her mouth. She frowned and put on a fighting pose.
Kūra looked at her, "You really are powerful, but you are not strong enough to beat me. I can only imagine my little brother failing because he underestimated you."
Azula frowned and then looked at her back. Tomtom and Ozai were helping Goku up, but she couldn't see Sozin. She only hoped it was because he was hiding in another place. She turned back to her opponent, ready to buy time so her family could escape.
Azula decided to attack first and ran at her opponent. Her nails turned into fire claws. She tried to look at Kūra's face, but he stopped her arm and attacked her stomach again. And her body lifted from the ground, then she threw her against a wall of rocks.
Ozai looked at his mom. He has never seen his mom beaten that badly, not even in her more intensive battle training with his father. Then he saw how that monster continued punching her mother against the wall of rock, unable to defend herself.
"Mom!" Ozai left his father's shoulder and ran in his mother's direction. Tomtom tried to stop him but could not.
When Ozai approached, he saw how the monster took a little distance and threw a power beam at Azula.
"No! MOM!" Ozai flew as fast as he could, but then he stopped. He saw her mom lying on the ground, with a blank expression, body not moving. He could not feel her energy, he could not hear anything, Ozai could not speak, he could only see his mom thee, laying on the ground immobile.
"Mom, Mom, MOM! Haaaa!" Ozai yelled at the top of his lungs, and the earth started to shake. Electric waves appeared around him, and a golden aura appeared around him. His Long Black hair began to pulse into golden. His golden eyes turned green. And suddenly, the transformation was complete.
Ozai turned to see his father, still wounded. He saw his uncle, remembered that his little brother was missing, and could only think that the worst had happened. Then he turned to see his mother again and saw at Kūra's, "I'll never forgive you".
Kūra looked at Ozai, amazed, "What happened? Did you transform? No matter, because you are next!"
Kūra flew to attack Ozai, he tried to knee him in the stomach, but Ozai calmly used his feet to deviate from the attack, and with the same movement, he kicked Kūra's chin. Ozai then spun and kicked him in the head. Kūra recovered mid-air and saw his opponent.
"I'll never forgive you", murmured Ozai.
Kūra could not believe that his opponent was that strong. He may be the real killer of Furiza and their father. He only knew that they were killed on this planet, but he knew nothing about the people of this planet. Kūra exhaled profoundly and calmed himself, "I see. I now understand why my brother lost, but". Kūra lunched an energy beam to Ozai.
Ozai only raised his hand and stopped the beam, but then Kūra was already higher in the air, and a big red ball of energy was above him.
"Hahaha. You are gonna die together with this planet!" said Kūra, throwing the ball of energy to Ozai.
Ozai was surprised by the attack, but he then decided to use his own energy attack; he put his two hands together and tried to concentrate all his energy there. When Kūra's attack was close, he yelled, "Haaaa", and launched his attack, a blue energy beam.
The clash of the two attacks made an enormous ruckus. The earth started to shake, the air was chaotic, and the sky turned black.
Ozai was having problems and was pushed back gradually until he touched the ground. He kept trying to push back, but he could not do it. In the sky, Kūra extended his hand at his energy ball as if pushing it.
"I will not let you!" Ozai tried again to push back, and his energy could push back the attack momentarily.
Kūra smirked, pathetic, "Let me sho-". Suddenly, Kūra was attacked by two red flames. He turned to see who the attacker was, and he saw a kid above a small flying blue beast. Unfortunately for Kūra, that distraction was his doom.
Ozai attacked with everything he had left, and his energy could overpower Kūra's attack. Ozai's attack passed through Kūra's attack and directly against him. Unable to defend himself, the attack overwhelmed him and, little by little, disintegrated him.
Oza's attack continued its direction until it disappeared when Ozai was unable to continue. He wanted to still send his energy in case the monster had survived. Once his energy was out, his hair and eyes returned to their original colours, and he fell to the ground. And everything went back for Ozai.
When Ozai recovered his senses, the first feeling he got was cold. He opened his eyes and saw a white ceiling. He looked to his side and saw a door being shut down by someone wearing blue clothes and long black hair. He could swear that the energy of that person was familiar.
The place was quiet, and he tried to stand up, but all his body ached. The door then opened, and Ozai saw someone familiar, the Master Healer from the Northern Water Tribe. She smiled at Ozai, "It never ceases to amaze me how quickly you can recover. How are you feeling?"
Ozai smiled, "Good, hurt all around, but. My parents, how are they?"
The master healer smiled warmly, "They are better. Your father and mother already woke up. Your father recovered like you. Your mother will need more time, but she will be all right".
Ozai smiled and nodded. After a few hours and some food, Ozai could stand up by himself and went to visit his mom. He met his father on the way, and both saw her. Inside the room was Sozin sleeping on the small bed next to Azula. She woke up and hugged her son warmly. But what surprised them was the head of a blue dragon resting on Sozin's feet.
Ozai passed the shock and then walked and hugged his mother. The shake of the hug woke up Sozin.
"Mom... MOM!" yelled Sozin at Azula and hugged her. When they finally broke the hug, and he stopped sobbing, the youngest of them smiled, "Oh, I have to tell you something amazing. I CAN FIREBEND! LOOK!" Sozin threw a punch in the direction of the wall, and a red flame appeared and clashed with the wall, and a small black mark appeared after it.
"Sozin!" said Azula sternly. "Think before you do something, we are in a place made of ice".
"Sorry", said Sozin.
"Once at home, I'll personally train you", said Azula, and Sozin's smile appeared.
"Really? Yes!" Sozin started jumping around, and the dragon celebrated with him. Still, he remembered his older brother training with his mother and stopped, "Oh-oh". Azula only smirked, and Sozin smiled nervously.
Goku and Ozai laughed at Sozin's reaction.
"And what about the Dragon?" Goku asked Azula.
"What about it?" Azula replied.
"I mean, I thought that they were extinct. Wouldn't there be a problem with Sozin bonding with one?" Goku asked.
Azula shook her head, "Goku, who was the one that supposedly killed the last dragon?" Azula gave Goku a few seconds and then answered for him, "It was Iroh. And we all know how trustworthy his word is. There could be a colony of Dragons, just like what happened with the Flying Bisons. Besides..." Asula looked at Sozin, who was caressing the dragon's head while the dragon leaned on his side.
"If you remember, dragons only bond with fire benders with pure hearth. That means that our son will be a great firebender." Azula then smirked, "Also, Fire Lord Sozin used to have a Blue Dragon, just like our Sozin here".
Sozin smiled and hugged the dragon, "You hear that, Ash? You are part of our family!"
