"I think you would be fantastic working there, then again I think you are fantastic at anything." Holly told Ethan. She knew he was a good bartender, that's how she first saw him all those years ago.

"Thank you mum. I was going to see about what was available at the PCPD but he talked me out of it. Said that the criminals have gotten away with too much for too long. I am not going to go more in the conversation because I feel it's his conversation to have, especially with you Robert." Ethan thought Mac needed to have that conversation with Robert not him.

"I'll give him a call later. I think you two working together would be good though. Get you even closer to the family." Robert smiled at Ethan and shook his hand. "I'm also glad you are in town. When your mother and I do make it legal again we are going to need our son here and the cutest little flower girl."

Ethan couldn't help but smile. Somehow he knew Seana would love dressing up. "Seana and I wouldn't miss it."

Holly just couldn't get over what a great father Ethan already was, she was so incredibly proud and so glad that Celia and Grant also helped him have a new start. "I love seeing you this way. It reminds me of your fa...Robert." Holly knew her and Robert were still careful about that.

"Mum you don't have to walk on egg shells. Robert is my father, it's okay to call him that. No one is forcing a relationship I already have with him." Ethan wanted them both to feel comfortable, all of them had been cheated and there was no reason they should keep being cheated. "I can't promise I'll call you dad, at least not all the time but you are my father and I love you almost as much as I love mum." Ethan's words were in no way meant to be mean.

Robert didn't take his words as mean, he was thrilled Ethan and Holly had such a strong bond and even more thrilled that he was okay with him referring to him as his dad. "I want you to do whatever you are comfortable with. I don't need you calling me dad to know you are mine, even when I thought we didn't share a drop of DNA you were mine."

Holly smiled at them both, she loved this. Loved the bond the two shared even without knowing they were related. It was just a bonus that they were. "You know I have always loved the way you two have been there for each other. This bond you two have."

"So do I." Robert smiled at Ethan. There was a knock on the door and Robert went over to answer it. "Dinner."

"Oh well let me get out of here, I'll text you all or stop by tomorrow." Ethan hugged Robert and Holly both, they all said their goodbyes before he left.

"I really do think he's going to get it together." Holly smiled brightly as she helped bring the food to the bedroom.

"I have no doubt, I mean look at him, he's the best of you and me." Robert proudly smiled, following Holly into the bedroom. They took a seat on the bed.

"He really is. Do you know how much I love you?" Holly asked Robert while she got her food out.

"A lot just not enough to skip out on the food." Robert teased her while getting his out.

Holly chuckled, looking up at him. "My darling Robert you know as well as I do that energy is key to some of our nights." Holly looked back at her food.

Robert couldn't help but grin, she was right. They did need their energy. "This makes me miss the townhouse." Robert admitted to her. They had so many good memories there.

"It's the only place I ever felt was home, anywhere I am with you is home though." Holly replied while she got her chop sticks and took a bite of her food.

"That's my line." Robert teased her. "I feel the same way, I never was able to think about living there without you though. It was our home." Robert took a bite of his food before getting up.

"Where are you going?" Holly asked him, turning to keep her eyes on him.

He took his robe off and got into bed. "Well we were going to get into bed and eat. We're skipping a step."

Holly smiled and got up, putting her food on the bed as she took her robe off and got into bed with him. "Oh this is much better."

Robert grinned, kissing her neck. "Yes, much."

Holly giggled, she loved how the two of them couldn't keep their hands off of each other. She loved him. Things were finally coming together.

Robert looked at Holly and gave her a quick kiss. "I never thought I would have this again and I'll be damned if I am ever going to let anyone come between us again." He looked into her eyes.

Holly stared just as deeply at him. "I adore you more than anything. Just like you said it's you and I, it's us. It always has been and it always will be." Holly sat her food over to the side as she leaned in to kiss Robert.

Robert happy reciprocated, his lips dancing with hers while he moved his food over to the side, although they had planned to eat passion proved to be stronger for the two love birds. They fell into another bout of passion, making love to each other once again.
