At the Gorgon residence
Medusa" Welcome home son, how was your day?" Deuce" It was good. Mom, after casket ball practice, I went to the De Nile residence and asked for Mr Ramirez's blessing to marry Cleo." Medusa" What! Are you really ready to take that huge step and marry?!" Deuce" I'm ready and she is the only one I want. Tomorrow I'm going to propose to her, but I would like your help mom with finding an engagement ring that fits her finger." Medusa" I don't know what her finger size is, but I do know of a way to find out. Call your friends and tell them to take their girls out for a date, and while Cleo is distracted tell one of her friends to measure her left hand ring finger. Then when the ladies decide to go shopping, after you get her finger size and get the ring. Then you propose to her under the moonlight. It's much better than doing it that way than in the school's cafeteria."
Later that day Deuce called his guy friends and told them the plan for the night. His friends were thinking of the plan to prank people until Deus said the proposed word, they all basically said what after choking on their snacks. At night the boys and girls were hanging out at the spiderwen restaurant while talking about their end of highschool and where they were going to college. When Deus walked up Frankie and told her to get Cleo ring finger size. After Frankie told the size to Deus then Draulaura made the comment to go shopping.
While in the mall, Deuce slipped away for a bit and went to the jewelry shop. There he told the man running the store the size and what design. The store keeper showed him many rings with many shapes and designs. While looking for the ring he thinks will look good for Cleo, he settles on a ring that has a snake circling around Ruby. Deus told the store keeper that's the one. The store keeper took out the ring hand to him in a box and Deuce paid the store keeper. The store keeper was surprised that Deuce paid for the ring in one go, well Deuce's mom Medusa always had enough to pay stuff for the first time and she was happy to be a mother in law soon.
Then Deuce finally came back to the group and started heading outside. Out walking up the street the young monsters turned the corner and walked through the forest. Before exiting the forest, Deuce" Cleo, there is something I would like to tell you." He said while getting on one knee and taking out a gold box and opening it. Deuce" Cleo De Nile, Will you marry me?" Everyone else was looking at them and waiting for Cleo to answer. Cleo" OMY Ra yes! She said and jumped into his arms and kissed him, while slid the ring on her finger.
Draculaura" Aww, I'm so happy for the two of you." Cleo" I wonder who will propose next? It Could be Draculaura to get engaged next?" Draculaura" Cleo, a vampire marriage is arranged for them, so unless the manster is willing to fight for my hand in marriage, by talking to my Dad and beating the competition fair and square." Cleo" I see that would have been me until Deuce came and softened Dad's heart."
Calwd was surprised that vampires had to have arranged marriage where Dracula picks her husband, well Draculaura is 1600 which is normal for vampires,but maybe not for a human.
