Prologue
Long ago, when the universe was young, there was war.
From planet to planet, galaxy to galaxy, countless worlds have fallen into chaos and were conquered by one of the most enigmatic races of the stars. They were known as Gems. This type of species came in many different shapes, forms, sizes, and were even capable of unleashing abilities unique to the imagination.
Despite this, there was a group of Gems that stood tall and high above the rest. The Diamonds. White Diamond. Yellow Diamond. Blue Diamond. Green Diamond. And lastly, Pink Diamond. The very first Gems to have even been brought into existence and the leaders of their very own empire known as The Great Diamond Authority.
Their goals and reasons for conquest were unknown and beyond understanding to those outside of their planet. However... their reign over worlds came to an end due to the intervention of the Crystal Gems and the Rainbow Gems.
Five-thousand years later... their fights continues on.
This is their tale.

I apologize for being gone for so long everyone. I've had to deal with a lot of crazy things in my life and figure out what direction I wanted this story to go. After many, many months I've figured it out and realized that I take things too seriously sometimes.
Now I'm back and I ain't going anywhere until this is done. I've learned to not make promises I can't keep, so try to bear with me if you can. If not, then I'm sorry I was unable to entertain you.
