Chapter 1
This world is a world where superpowers exist.
A world where stories of heroism and crime come true, from what was initially just a mere imagination to now becoming real.

They are considered disgusting, an anomaly, and grow up to be the trash of society, they have difficulty surviving because they are rejected from employment simply because of their lack of quirk.
Japan is one of the countries with the highest racism towards quirkless in the world, beating South Africa which was named the most racist country in the world. There are many cases of harassment against quirkless people, but they are simply ignored by the government or the police.
Musutafu City
Musutafu City is the city where the best heroic school in Japan, namely Yuuei High School, was founded. There are two ways to enter the hero course at this school, namely through the recommendation exam which can only be done as long as the examinee has a recommendation from a pro hero, and secondly through the general exam.
Today is the day when the recommendation exam is held, people can see many famous pro heroes who come to accompany the participants they recommend, such as Endeavor who recommends his son, Todoroki Shouto, Ingenium who recommends his younger brother, Iida Tenya, or Miruko who recommended her best friend's son, Midoriya Izuku.
Actually, Izuku's childhood friend, Bakugou Katsuki, was also offered by Miruko to be recommended to take the recommendation exam, but he refused because he preferred to take the general exam and witness the quirks of other prospective Yuuei students. Bakugou himself is an explosion quirk user, his explosions become stronger by adding his sweat which contains glycerin which is a legacy from his mother.

Midoriya in canon is too whiny and stutters, although, of course, the author understands that Midoriya's stuttering arose because of the bullying he experienced, but this whiny nature is not a trait that arises because of bullying but rather a personal trait that unfortunately Midoriya doesn't try to overcome in canon.
Midoriya in this story has the Astrakinesis quirk, the author changed Inko and Hisashi's quirk to Telekinesis and Ghost, instead of attraction to small objects and breathing fire. In this story, Hisashi also exists, although it has not been shown, unlike in canon where his whereabouts are unclear, whether he left Inko and Izuku or is dead.
