CH 7
When every one was off the ship except for the four SG teams, the male jaffa and Jacob, Jacob went up the bridge to see jack a sleep
"Jack"
"What"
"It time"
"What, yeah, I need a drink and pee"
"Come on I'll show you were the bathroom is and I'll go and get you a drink"
"Thanks, did every one get off ok?"
"Yes"
"Good"
They left and headed to where the bathroom is while Jack was in their Jacob went to get his canteen for him and return back to the bridge. When Jacob return Jack was waiting for him
"Here you go" he pass the canteen to him
"Thanks" he took couple of mouth fulls then close the lid and pass it back to him then sat down again
"Ok here we go again"
Couple minutes later they were air born and headed to where the tok'ra is and started beaming them up while SG team were beam down to use the big twenty litter canteens to fill it up with water for the pool and then beam them up with the tok'ra. Once the ship was full again, Jacob went to intercom to let him know that the ship is full, then they moved back to the island and they all got off the ship with the symbote and canteen of fresh water for the pool.
Once they were all off Jack went back for another load. When they return the pool was clean and they used twenty, twenty letter canteens to rinse all the salt water off the walls. When it was done, Sam close the drain then every one got a canteen and started pouring water into the pool
While the tok'ra started moving the contains full of symboites in to the corner and they poor the first lot in and see them swimming around, then they did the next one and then next. When empties they moved to the shallow end of the pool and pass the empty contain up and it was replaced with a full one. Lucky the shellow end was only a meter high.
All the containers and canteens were empty and were taken to the docking bay where the ship is. While the tok'ra was walking off, some of the tok'ra and SG team members were walked on. Once all the tok'ra were off the ship left once again. Jack did fifty trips before the sun was starting to set when the last of the tok'ra, the symboites and every thing they own were on the ship before the villages showed up for them, then headed to the island.
Once their and every thing was done, they all got together and eat and then they check out other buildings so they can find a place to sleep for the night since it was a long day for them all.
The next day Jack, Teal'c Bra'tac and one of the SG team members flew back over where there home use to be and landed. Teal'c and Bra'tac were carrying the gilder staff weapon while Jack and SG team member carried a zat each. They want see what they are dealing with.
They could hear screams coming from the village only meters away
"Ok let see what we are dealing with here and watch each other six"
They walk to the village when they saw the seven feet tall creator It look like some cross between a grollora and a bear the fur was white, they saw one chasing a child.
So Jack zat it, it stop and turn to them and grow like a bear then went for them again so Jack zat it again and it tumbled to the ground. Another creator saw what happen and let out a strange grown and headed toward them Jack zat it twice before it collapsed where it was them more showed up.
"Ok Zat it is guys" they all zat the creators, some were zat three times and they were gone, before long all the creators were dead, so they zat them three times.
"Ok lets go to the next village guys"
The last village the sun was starting to set when five of the creatures ran out of the village so the tok'ra and SG member follow one of the wounded creature to it hide out.
When they found it they went in and check it out, they saw the creatures curl up and then they started to turn into cocoons. There was lots of little ones as well, so the SG member pulled out four naqadah home made bombs thanks to Sam and place them in the cave, then both tok'ra and the guy lit all four of them and ran for their lives till there was a big explosion. When they return to where the cave is
"I think one or two would have been enough"
"Yeah check to see if there is any more along here" they walk along and found another thirty more hives, so they used one bomb per cave.
Once finish they headed back to the village where the survivors were started to burry they're dead and attended to the wounded, they help out till it was time to return back to the island. All eight told Jack and the others what had happen and what they did, when finish, they all went to have a bath in one of the pools they was clean out and it got clean water in it since ten other pools were full of symbolise.
Week later every one return back to the main land except for the tok'ra who wanted to say on the island cause of the symboites, so Jack decided to leave a glider for them to use. Sam used computer on one of the cargo ships and her laptop to see if she can pick up and heat or radiation signallers from the beasts while they are hypo nation.
Once she work out what she needed to look forwhere there lived, Jacob, Teal'c and three SG members used the cargo ship and went looking for there caves. With in ten hours, they found sixty caves, so they were able to blow them up before returning back home for the night. Month later Jack and Ry'ac were flying in one of the gliders along the coast when they found another river, so they went up it till they found a village and an area where they could land. When they landed they check the area out
"What that smell" ry'ac said
"Dead bodies" they walk into the village and saw bodies every were
"I think I'm going to be sick" ry'ac said when he saw the bodies
"I know it not pleasant site"
"Do you think that the creatures did this"
"Yes, that mean the caves can't be to far away" they look around.
"O'Neill" Jack turned to see what Ry'ac was looking at.
"What is that" they walk over to it
"Grapes" he picked one and tried it
"It good nice and sweet, except for the seeds, try one" ry'ac tried one
"Mmm your right"
"Got a bag with you?"
"Yes" good pick some and we will take them back with us" Ry'ac got a bag out and started picking them.
"Hey pick some of the others ones as well, I'm going have a look around, stay alert"
"Yes sir"
Jack look around the village for ten minutes before heading back to where ry'ac is when he check homes out on they way back. When he open one door to see a women body on the floor but it was different, so he walk in to check it out and notice it was still warm and pink. So he look her over and notice an affection on her arm, then he stood up and look around before walking out when a baby started crying,
He went to where the bed in and crouch down to look under the bed and pulled out a box to see a baby which was about four days old crying
"Hey, there" he pick the baby up and check it out and notice it was a boy. Then jack out his finger in his mouth
"Hungry I see" then he walk back out side
"Ry'ac" Jack yelled out and he ran toward jack voice
"O'Neill" he yelled back
"Over here" Ry'ac ran over to him and saw what was in his arms
"Here take him and the glider and head back home, we going to need some more help here. I don't know if there are any more survivors, but I'm going to check all the homes, we will need to burry all these bodies or do some thing" Jack pass the baby to him
"It look like his mother died few hours ago from infection and blood poising"
"I'll return soon as I can"
"Ok you do that"
Then he turned and head to the glider and put the baby in the back with the grapes before getting in the front and started up the engines and taking off for home. Jack went and checked the house again. He knew, that they need to survive so he pick up the body and took it out side before going back in there and check every thing out, he used the blanket that was on the bed to gather up every thing that would be use full.
When he check under the bed, and pulled out two more box, he was shock to see two more babies in there they were sleeping. Once was six weeks old and another three months.
"Oh my god" Jack pick up each box and put them on the bed before checking them over, they both were girls.
He sat on the bed thinking about what would of happen to his own family if he wasn't warn about the threat, and now he knows that some thing need to be done about these creatures once and for all, but since the planet is huge. He knows that it would take too long to check out the whole planet but he knew it is a start with what they are doing. He was lost in through when he heard glider approach so he pick up the two babies and walk out and headed to the glider where Teal'c and ry'ac was getting out
"Ry'ac take these two back to the village they are alive, Teal'c and I will carry on looking around"
"Yes sir"
Ry'ac got back in the glider while Jack put the babies in the back while Teal'c undid the robe vine from back of the glider. Then ry'ac started the engines and then lifted off the ground and headed back to home.
"Cargo ship will be here soon O'Neill"
"Ok any word from the other gliders"
"Yes, they have found small children and babies in four villages, the other ships are heading there way to help evacuated them and grab what things would be use for our survival"
"Good idea, the tok'ra?"
"They are also do the same thing, check for survivors and take them back to there knew home on the island and any thing that is use full, zat the dead and burn down the villages."
"Why not burry them?"
"There is wild animals out in the woods would dig them up"
"Ok, you can do the zating while I'll carry on check these homes"
Then Jack went and carries on checking each house and collects every thing before burning it down. He takes every thing over to the net and put it in it before going to the next house while Teal'c zat each body. When ry'ac return there was some one with him. He was able to land before he and passager got out and helped jack with the house search and collect every thing before burning down the home. When the cargo ship arrived, the volunteers help also while Bra'tac and Daniel went looking for the caves and blow them up.
They were in the village for seven hours before they burn down the homes and pick all the grapes and collect every thing that they would need to take back home. They found two more babies just berley alive, both boys in one of the homes. Once they finish there, they all headed home. The babies did live thanks to two women who were able to breast feed them back to health.
Over the next month they all went out and search many villagers as possible, Jack use the ship to ring groups down to each village. They were able to find survivors in every village mainly small children who have been but into hiding just before the creatures showed up and kill and eat there parents.
Sam and the women of the village were looking after the survivors and also making bombs, so they could blow up many caves as possible. At night in bed Jack talked to sam about what the nightmares he has been having about the creatures and what they could have done if they weren't warn about them.
Week later one group that was in mini cargo ship was heading up stream when they came across a village where they saw the wild wolf like animals there. When they landed half zat the animal away while the other half zat the remains of the bodies and also check each house for any survivors before they collect what they can and burn down the homes before leaving.
On their way back to home after sam was able to do up a beacon so they don't have to back track, Teal'c pick up some unusual readings from hill side, so he went to check it out. Daniel was with him up front at the time
"What is it Teal'c?"
"I'm not sure" when they reach the area
"That a cargo ship"
"Indeed"
"I'll take a team down and find out if it still works" He got up and went to the back were some of the guys are.
"What's going on"
"Teal'c pick up a cargo ship, we need to check it and see if it still works"
"Ok"
Six of the group ring down and went to check on the ship, they open the door and walk in, they were shock when they saw bars of naqadah, staff weapons, zats and stun Grenada.
"Wow at lest we got more weapons" Daniel said
They walk up to the front and saw two dead jaffa on the ground, one of the jaffa that was with the group removed all the weapons before zating them.
"Thanks, can you see if you can get this going" Daniel asked the jaffa sat in the seat and was able to power up the engines
"At lest it still works, lets take this ship home"
"I'm picking some thing up in the senses"
"What is it?"
"Caves, close by"
"Ok lets go and check it out, before first, better get Teal'c know"
Daniel contacted Teal'c so they took all the naqadah and weapons out and when the rest of the group was ring down, they put every thing in it place so it could be ring up and then Teal'c flew back home to let the others know what they have found. They all headed to where the caves are and walk in and stop when they saw the cocoons
"We haven't got any bombs with us" Daniel said then he shines his torch around and walked over to wall
"Oh my god" he turn around and look at the others
"What is it"
"We can't blow this cave up"
"Why not?" One of the SG team members asked
"This Gray areas around this cave, it naqadah, if we blow it up, you remember what happen on Endora years ago, you saw how big those holes were"
"Yeah, I remember, so what can we do?"
"Zat these creatures"
"Well then what are we waiting for"
"There is three other caves not far from here"
"How far?"
"About twenty meters"
"Ok we will split up in to group and watch each other six"
They all split up and they others check out the other caves while they start zating the cocoons three times. They were there for over an hour when they heard a cargo ship show up and the rigs been activated. Daniel went to see whom it was.
"Jack"
"Daniel why haven't you guys returned?"
"We hit a jack pot, naqadah in the caves, we are zating the cocoons, there are three other caves also full of naqadah" He said smiling
"That would make Sam happy, but we will have to clear a area so we can land the cargo ships"
"I know, if we can removed some of these trees and take them back to the village so they can be used to help build homes and fire wood as well"
"Good idea, so how it going?"
"Good we should be finish in twenty minutes" when they heard a growling so they turn around to see packs of wolfs which were twice as big as the ones on earth look at them.
"Guys we got a big problem out here" Daniel yelled out then
